本申请提供了一种柔性线路板,其包括柔性线路板本层和辅料揭纸,所述柔性线路板本层包括顶面和与所述顶面相对设置的背面,所述辅料揭纸贴合于所述背面,所述柔性线路板本层包括主体部和由所述主体部延伸的延伸部;所述辅料揭纸包括贴合于所述主体部的背胶层和粘贴于所述背胶层远离所述主体部一侧的揭纸,所述揭纸包括粘贴于所述背胶层的揭纸本体和由所述揭纸本体延伸至所述柔性线路本层范围外的撕拉部;所述背胶层的周缘设有缺口部,所述缺口部使部分所述主体部外露于所述背胶层,所述柔性线路板还包括由所述背面向远离所述顶面方向凸出延伸的顶柱。与相关技术相比,本申请的柔性线路板可以避免脱落。
Description
本实用新型涉及电路板领域,尤其涉及一种柔性线路板。
随着工业的发展,柔性线路板的应用越来越广泛,为了保护柔性线路板会在柔性线路板的表面贴合辅料揭纸,在自动线贴合柔性线路板时,通过吸笔来吸取柔性线路板,再通过夹爪旋转将所述辅料揭纸揭开。
然而,在自动线贴合柔性线路板时,会因吸笔的吸力小于夹爪旋转揭取辅料揭纸的力,导致在夹爪旋转揭取揭纸时,柔性线路板会从吸笔脱落。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的柔性线路板解决上述技术问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可以避免脱落柔性线路板。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种柔性线路板,其包括柔性线路板本层和辅料揭纸,所述柔性线路板本层包括顶面和与所述顶面相对设置的背面,所述辅料揭纸贴合于所述背面,所述柔性线路板本层包括主体部和由所述主体部延伸的延伸部;所述辅料揭纸包括贴合于所述主体部的背胶层和粘贴于所述背胶层远离所述主体部一侧的揭纸,所述揭纸包括粘贴于所述背胶层的揭纸本体和由所述揭纸本体延伸至所述柔性线路本层范围外的撕拉部;所述背胶层的周缘设有缺口部,所述缺口部使部分所述主体部外露于所述背胶层,所述柔性线路板还包括由所述背面向远离所述顶面方向凸出延伸的顶柱。
优选的,所述缺口部包括至少两个,且两个所述缺口部沿垂直于所述撕拉部的延伸方向分别位于所述背胶层的相对两侧。
优选的,每个所述缺口部内均设有一个所述顶柱。
优选的,至少一个所述顶柱位于其中一个所述缺口部范围内。
优选的,所述延伸部与所述撕拉部分别位于主体部的相对两侧,所述延伸部靠近所述主体部的一端设有一个所述顶柱。
优选的,所述揭纸本体和所述撕拉部为一体成形结构。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的柔性线路板,在自动线贴合柔性线路板时,因吸笔的吸力小于夹爪旋转揭取辅料揭纸的力,在所述缺口部或所述延伸部设置顶柱,可以避免所述柔性线路板从吸笔上脱落。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请同时参照图1-2所示,本实用新型提供一种柔性线路板10,其包括柔性线路板本层1和辅料揭纸2。所述柔性线路板本层1包括顶面和与所述顶面相对设置的背面,所述辅料揭纸2贴合于所述背面。
具体的,所述柔性线路板本层包括主体部11和由所述主体部延伸的延伸部12。
所述辅料揭纸2包括贴合于所述主体部11的背胶层21和粘贴于所述背胶层21远离所述主体部11一侧的揭纸22。
所述背胶层21的周缘设有缺口部23,所述缺口部23使部分所述主体部11外露于所述背胶层21。
进一步的,所述揭纸22包括粘贴于所述背胶层21的揭纸本体221和由所述揭纸本体221延伸至所述柔性线路本层1范围外的撕拉部222。
更进一步的,所述延伸部12与所述撕拉部222分别位于主体部11的相对两侧。
在本实施方式中,所述揭纸本体221和所述撕拉部222为一体成形结构,所述揭纸22的所述斯拉部222设置在所述柔性线路板本层1的范围外,使所述揭纸22揭开更为方便。
更优的,所述缺口部23包括至少两个,且两个所述缺口部23沿垂直于所述撕拉部222的延伸方向分别位于所述背胶层21的相对两侧。
在本实施方式中,所述柔性线路板10还包括由所述背面向远离所述顶面方向凸出延伸的顶柱3,在自动线贴合柔性线路板时,因吸笔20的吸力小于夹爪30旋转揭取辅料揭纸2的力,在所述柔性线路板10设置所述顶柱3,可有效的防止所述柔性线路板10从吸笔20上脱落。
作为一种可选的实施方式,所述顶柱3可根据实际情况设置一个或者多个,比如,有以下方式:一、两个所述缺口部23内均设有顶柱3;二、两个所述缺口部23的其中一个设有顶柱3;三、所述延伸部靠近所述主体部的一端设有顶柱3。当然,不限于此。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的柔性线路板,在自动线贴合柔性线路板时,因吸笔的吸力小于夹爪旋转揭取辅料揭纸的力,在所述缺口部或所述延伸部设置顶柱,可以避免所述柔性线路板从吸笔上脱落。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

- 一种柔性线路板,其包括柔性线路板本层和辅料揭纸,所述柔性线路板本层包括顶面和与所述顶面相对设置的背面,所述辅料揭纸贴合于所述背面,其特征在于,所述柔性线路板本层包括主体部和由所述主体部延伸的延伸部;所述辅料揭纸包括贴合于所述主体部的背胶层和粘贴于所述背胶层远离所述主体部一侧的揭纸,所述揭纸包括粘贴于所述背胶层的揭纸本体和由所述揭纸本体延伸至所述柔性线路本层范围外的撕拉部;所述背胶层的周缘设有缺口部,所述缺口部使部分所述主体部外露于所述背胶层,所述柔性线路板还包括由所述背面向远离所述顶面方向凸出延伸的顶柱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性线路板,其特征在于,所述缺口部包括至少两个,且两个所述缺口部沿垂直于所述撕拉部的延伸方向分别位于所述背胶层的相对两侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的柔性线路板,其特征在于,每个所述缺口部内均设有一个所述顶柱。
- 根据权利要求3所述的柔性线路板,其特征在于,至少一个所述顶柱位于其中一个所述缺口部范围内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性线路板,其特征在于,所述延伸部与所述撕拉部分别位于主体部的相对两侧,所述延伸部靠近所述主体部的一端设有一个所述顶柱。
- 根据权利要求1所述的柔性线路板,其特征在于,所述揭纸本体和所述撕拉部为一体成形结构。
