Description

一种陶瓷发热体及应用该陶瓷发热体的雾化器 技术领域
本实用新型属于雾化器技术领域,特别涉及一种陶瓷发热体及应用该陶瓷发热体的雾化器。
背景技术
雾化器是通过雾化等手段,将尼古丁等变成蒸汽。雾化器由电池杆供电,能够把烟弹内的液态尼古丁转变成雾气。雾化器的构造就是发热体加吸液结构,通常发热体选用合金金属发热丝,通过电池供电发热,使其烟油雾化,从而让使用者在抽吸时有一种类似吸烟的感觉,实现“吞云吐雾。
技术问题
然而现有雾化器容易出现干烧以及烟雾量较小的情况,甚至产生异味,进而影响用户的口感。
技术解决方案
针对上述问题,本实用新型一种陶瓷发热体及应用该陶瓷发热体的雾化器。一方面,提供一种陶瓷发热体,所述陶瓷发热体包括:
微孔陶瓷;五金片,所述五金片埋于所述微孔陶瓷内部;所述五金片在所述微孔陶瓷内部呈连续的迂回结构,且,所述微孔陶瓷的顶部向所述微孔陶瓷的内部凹陷设置有凹槽。优选的,所述五金片与所述微孔陶瓷底部的距离为0.1~1.5mm。
优选的,所述五金片的迂回结构包括水平面迂回结构和/或竖直面迂回结构。
优选的,所述五金片包括:水平五金片,多个所述水平五金片间隔设置;
U型结构五金片,所述U型结构五金片具有封闭端和开口端,相邻两个所述水平五金片的同一端部分别与所述U型结构五金片开口端的两端部连接。
优选的,相邻所述U型结构五金片分别位于所述水平五金片的两端部,并呈相对设置。
优选的,所述陶瓷发热体还包括电引线,所述五金片的两端部分别与、所述电引线电连接。
优选的,所述陶瓷发热体还包括电引线;所述五金片还包括引线连接片,所述引线连接片分别与所述五金片的两端部连接,且所述引线连接片连接所述电引线。
优选的,所述电引线包括:输出电引线和输入电引线,所述输出引线和输入引线分别设置于所述五金片的两端部,并引出至所述陶瓷外部。
优选的,所述陶瓷发热体的外形呈跑道型结构。
另一方面还提供一种包括上述陶瓷发热体的雾化器。
有益效果
本实用新型的一种陶瓷发热体及应用该陶瓷发热体的雾化器,陶瓷发热体的发热丝内埋于微孔陶瓷内部,所述微孔陶瓷的顶部向所述微孔陶瓷的内部凹陷设置有凹槽,该凹槽中预装一部份烟油,使油离发热丝更近一些,能够快速补充发热丝雾化的烟油,烟油雾化通过微孔陶瓷的微孔后再入口比发热丝雾化烟油后直接入口感觉口感更纯正。

如图1~6示一种陶瓷发热体及应用该陶瓷发热体的雾化器,本实用新型一下所述记载的底部为说明书附图1朝下的一面,与底部相对的一面为顶部。
第一方面,本实施例提供一种陶瓷发热体,所述陶瓷发热体包括微孔陶瓷1、五金片2,所述五金片2埋于所述微孔陶瓷1内部;所述五金片2在所述微孔陶瓷1内部呈连续的迂回结构,且,所述微孔陶瓷1的顶部向所述微孔陶瓷1的内部凹陷设置有凹槽101,通过该迂回结构提高发热体的发热有效面积。
上述实施例,陶瓷发热体的发热丝内埋于微孔陶瓷内部,所述微孔陶瓷的顶部向所述微孔陶瓷的内部凹陷设置有凹槽,该凹槽中预装一部份烟油,使油离发热丝更近一些,能够快速补充发热丝雾化的烟油,烟油雾化通过微孔陶瓷的微孔后再入口比发热丝雾化烟油后直接入口感觉口感更纯正。
上述实施例,烟油是通过微孔陶瓷1内部很细的微孔渗透烟油到五金片2上的,遇到发热的五金片2雾化后,再通过微孔陶瓷1内部的微孔向外喷发的。
一实施例中,如图4所示,所述五金片2与所述微孔陶瓷1底部的距离为0.1~1.5mm,该距离为五金片2最接近微孔陶瓷1底部的部分与微孔陶瓷1底部的距离。
一实施例中,所述五金片2与所述微孔陶瓷1底部的距离为0.5mm。
一实施例中,如图2和5所示,所述五金片2的迂回结构包括水平面迂回结构和/或竖直面迂回结构。具体的,可以采用水平迂回结构即所述的五金片2在同一个水平面内,竖直面迂回结构即所述的五金片2在同一个平面内,且该平面是非水平面,即与水平面呈一定角度设置的,如与水平面呈垂直的竖直平面。当然该迂回结构也可以同时包括迂回结构和竖直面迂回结构,即该迂回结构是一个连续的,在空间迂回结构。
一实施例中,如图2和5所示,所述五金片包括水平五金片202、U型结构五金片201,多个所述水平五金片202间隔设置,所述U型结构五金片201具有封闭端和开口端,相邻两个所述水平五金片202的同一端部分别与所述U型结构五金片201开口端的两端部连接。需要说明的本实施例中的U型结构结构指代一端为封闭端,一端为开口端,类似U的结构,且该封闭端可以设置倒角,也可以不设置倒角,也为可以为弧形端,同样也可以为直线封闭端。
一实施例中,相邻所述U型结构五金片201分别位于所述水平五金片202的两端部,并呈相对设置。即相邻U型结构五金片201是相对设置的,且分别位于水平五金片202的两端部。
一实施例中,所述陶瓷发热体还包括电引线,所述五金片2的两端部分
别与所述电引线电连接。
一实施例中,所述陶瓷发热体还包括电引线;
所述五金片2还包括引线连接片203,所述引线连接片203分别与所述
五金片2的两端部连接,且所述引线连接片203连接所述电引线。
一实施例中,所述电引线包括输出电引线3和输入电引线4,所述输出引线3和输入引线4分别设置于所述五金片2的两端部,并引出至所述微孔陶瓷1外部。
一实施例中,所述输出引线3和输入引线4沿着所述陶瓷1的底部引出至所述微孔陶瓷1外部
一实施例中,所述陶瓷发热体的外形呈跑道型结构。
第二方面还提供一种包括上述陶瓷发热体的雾化器。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述陶瓷发热体包括:
    微孔陶瓷;
    五金片,所述五金片埋于所述微孔陶瓷内部;
    所述五金片在所述微孔陶瓷内部呈连续的迂回结构,且,所述微孔陶瓷的顶部向所述微孔陶瓷的内部凹陷设置有凹槽。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述五金片与所述微孔陶瓷底部的距离为0.1~1.5mm。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述五金片的迂回结构包括水平面迂回结构和/或竖直面迂回结构。
    4. 如权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述五金片包括:
    水平五金片,多个所述水平五金片间隔设置;
    U型结构五金片,所述U型结构五金片具有封闭端和开口端,相邻两个所述水平五金片的同一端部分别与所述U型结构五金片开口端的两端部连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,相邻所述U型结构五金片分别位于所述水平五金片的两端部,并呈相对设置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述陶瓷发热体还包括电引线,所述五金片的两端部分别与所述电引线电连接。
  6. 如权利要求6所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述陶瓷发热体还包括电引线;
    所述五金片还包括引线连接片,所述引线连接片分别与所述五金片的两端部连接,且所述引线连接片连接所述电引线。
  7. 如权利要求6或7任一所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述电引线包括:
    输出电引线和输入电引线,所述输出引线和输入引线分别设置于所述五金片的两端部,并引出至所述陶瓷外部。
  8. 如权利要求1~7任一项所述的陶瓷发热体,其特征在于,所述陶瓷发热体的外形呈跑道型结构。
  9. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,包括上述权利要求1~9任一项所述的陶瓷发热体。
