Abstract

Technical field of the invention

The present invention relates to a case for cosmetic product (s) in the form of a pallet comprising a cover, a base plinth, an intermediate plate and a push button. It applies in particular, but in a non-limiting manner, to make-up such as eyeshadows / eye shadows, gloss, balm, blush, foundation or powder for the face.

Prior art

There are many types of receptacles for cosmetic product (s), in particular for containing and transporting makeup. In the more specific field of box-type receptacles comprising a base base and a hinged cover so as to form a closed enclosure, it is already known to provide one or more housing (s) in the base base to place there, for example at least one colored compressed powder in the form of a solid puck, or else a colored waxy formula or not. As indicated above, this relates in particular to eye shadow, face powders (complexion, blush, bronzer) or even products for making up the lips such as gloss.

These boxes allow, for some, to contain several palets of different colors or different shades of the same color arranged in several independent housings provided for this purpose.

In particular case models, these pucks are placed side by side in a removable manner in a detachable intermediate plate or at least mobile so as to be able to remove and replace worn or empty pucks, or quite simply to completely change colors (replace a color by another as desired) or shades of the same color (switch from a beige palette to a red / pink palette), or even to completely change the type of product (switch from a blush palette to a gloss palette for example). This makes it possible, for example, to avoid having to own and transport several boxes for different types of products (one box for eye shadows, one box for foundation powders) and / or colors / shades of colors, and contributes also very largely, thanks to this ease of reloading / replacing the pucks, to avoid buying a new box each time.

However, the operation of recharging / replacing the puck (s) in the intermediate plate can be complicated because it can be complex to move (generally by rotation around an axis) or to separate from the base base. if applicable. The desire to make the boxes more and more easily recyclable often encourages designers to reduce the dimensions of the parts, in particular their thicknesses, sometimes making them more difficult to handle and / or fragile. However, this type of case must be practical, solid and very easy to use for the "recharge" function to be effective. It is therefore necessary to design a case with an intermediate plate which takes these constraints into account.

Presentation of the invention

The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks with a completely innovative approach and a solution that is simple to manufacture, practical to use and not bulky.

To this end, according to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a case for cosmetic product (s) in the form of a puck (s) which may for example contain a solid, waxy or pasty formula, comprising at least:

- a base base comprising a continuous bottom without opening and side walls delimiting at least one housing receiving a pallet of cosmetic product,

- a cover articulated with respect to the base base around a pivot axis to take at least a first open position for access to the cosmetic product pallet and a second engagement position with the base base to close said case,

- an intermediate plate comprising at least one opening passing through its thickness to form a compartment locally surrounding the pallet of product cosmetic in order to maintain the latter between said plate and the bottom of the base base in the position of use of the housing, and

- a push button intended to unlock the cover of the base base by appropriate movement of said push button, characterized in that the push button has at least three positions, namely a first inactive rest position keeping the cover closed on the base base by respective engagement of one with the other, a second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover and the base base corresponding to a first movement of the push button, and a third final active position for separating the intermediate plate from the base base corresponding to a second movement of the push button.

The invention is implemented according to the embodiments and the variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or in any technically operative combination.

Advantageously, the movements of the push button corresponding respectively to the passages from the first inactive rest position to the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover, and from the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover to the third final active position of separation of the cover. spacer plate are both linear. Thus, the movements allowing the various operations of opening the cover and detaching the intermediate plate are particularly simple and obvious to the user.

Preferably, the movements of the push button corresponding respectively to the passages from the first inactive rest position to the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover, and from the second active intermediate position for unlocking the cover to the third final active position of separation of the cover. the intermediate plate are collinear. Thus, pressing the push button is made extremely intuitive, without complex manipulation.

More precisely, the push button comprises a central actuation portion provided with a first pair of elastically deformable lateral tabs allowing, after release of a first pressing force, an automatic return of the push button from the second active position. intermediate unlocking of the cover to the first inactive rest position, and / or from the third final active position of separation of the intermediate plate to the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover or to the first inactive rest position. Thus, thanks to these elastic tabs, the user does not have to perform any movement for the push button to return to its first rest position.

According to a complementary aspect, the free ends of the first pair of elastically deformable side legs are in permanent contact with stops which oppose the elasticity of said first side legs.

According to another aspect of the present invention, the push button is further provided with a second pair of elastically deformable central tabs, said second central tabs being movable between a first position remote from the intermediate plate, when the push button is respectively arranged. in the first inactive rest position and second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover, and a second position in contact with said intermediate plate, when the push button is disposed in the third final active position of separation from the intermediate plate.

Advantageously, in their second position, the second central tabs are crushed and deformed against the intermediate plate when the push button is in the third final active position of separation from the intermediate plate.

Preferably, the central legs of the second pair consist of small protuberances erected from the central actuating portion or from an intermediate support of the push button obliquely towards the intermediate plate.

According to a specific embodiment, the central second legs are inclined towards each other.

Preferably, the central actuating portion, the first pair of lateral legs and the second pair of central legs are made in three different parts. As a variant, the central actuating portion and at least one of the first pair of lateral legs and the second pair of central legs are made in one piece.

According to a particularly advantageous characteristic, the elastically deformable side legs of the first pair are thin elongated strips extending on either side of the central actuation portion of the push button, substantially over the entire width of the base base, and each form a leaf spring.

Preferably, the central actuation portion of the push button comprises a hook having a prominent portion directed towards the outside of the case and cooperating with a first housing of the cover to allow its locking or its unlocking, depending on the position of the push button, and with a second housing of the intermediate plate to allow it to be locked or released, depending on the position of the push button. Advantageously, the base and / or the cover and / or the plate and / or the hinge and / or the push button is / are made of metal.

Description of the embodiments

FIGS. 1 to 11 represent a case 1 for cosmetic products, for example of the roller type, in accordance with the present invention.

This housing 1 is mainly or even entirely made of recyclable metal, for example aluminum, and has the shape of a parallelepiped (square or rectangular), of dimensions adapted to be able to hold in one hand, with a total thickness of a few millimeters to approximately 1. cm. This case 1 makes it possible to enclose and transport cosmetic products (not shown) such as, without limitation, eye shadow, powder for the complexion or lip gloss.

According to Figures 1 to 3, and more specifically Figure 3, this housing 1 typically comprises a cover 10 articulated on a base plinth 20 by means of a rear hinge 40, and contains an internal intermediate plate 30. A button. pusher 50, arranged on the front face of the housing 1, makes it possible, as will be described later, on the one hand to open the cover 10 and on the other hand to detach / separate at least locally the intermediate plate 30 from the base base 20.

In more detail, as can be seen in FIG. 3, the cover 10 comprises a peripheral belt 11 on which is mounted a bottom 12 (for example bearing an external decorative logo), said peripheral belt 11 surrounding a mirror 13 sandwiched between between said bottom 12 and a cover insert 14. These four parts are preferably joined together without the use of glue (for example by clips). This allows in particular to recycle the parts that can be recycled (mirror on one side, cover on the other, whether made of metal or plastic) The base plinth 20 for its part comprises a bottom 21 surrounded by a peripheral wall 22 standing normally at said bottom 21 and having a front notch 23 and a rear notch 24, the usefulness of which will be described later.

The intermediate plate 30 for its part comprises an upper belt 31 mounted above a lower insert 32, the cosmetic product (not shown) being placed in an opening 34 of the lower insert 32 and sandwiched between the bottom 21 of the base base 20 and an opening 33 of the upper belt 31, the dimensions of which (diameter in the present case) are smaller than those of the opening 34 of the lower insert 32.

The cover 10 is mounted to pivot relative to the base base 20 using a rear hinge 40 comprising in particular a first pivot 41 integral with the peripheral belt 11, a rotation rod 42 pivotally mounted inside the first pivot 41 and extending longitudinally in the latter, and a second detachable pivot 43 adapted to be mounted in rear notches 35 and 24 provided respectively on the lower belt 32 and on the peripheral wall 22. More precisely, the rotation rod 42 s 'extends longitudinally between legs 45 of the second pivot 43.

According to the present invention, the push button 50 is double-acting and has at least three distinct positions, namely a first inactive rest position keeping the cover 10 closed on the base base 20 (Figures 1 and 9) by respective engagement one with the other, a second intermediate active position (Figures 2 and 10) for unlocking the cover 10 and the base base 20 corresponding to a first movement of the push button 50, and a third final active position (Figure 11 ) local separation / separation of the intermediate plate 30 and the base base 10 corresponding to a second movement of the push button 50.

As illustrated in Figures 4 to 8, and more precisely in Figures 6 and 7, the push button 50 comprises for this purpose a central manual actuation portion 51 arranged on the front face of the housing 1, in the front housing 23 of the base. base 20 and in a corresponding front housing 37 also provided on the front of the lower insert 32.

A first pair of elastically deformable side tabs 52 extends laterally on either side of the central actuating portion 51 of the push button 50. These tabs 52 are inserted into the base base 20 and extend locally around the lower insert 32 of the intermediate plate 30, as can be seen in FIG. 8. The ends 52a of each side tab 52 bear respectively against stop lugs 38 integral with the lower insert 32 (see Figure 8).

The push button 50 also comprises a central hook 53 having a portion 53a curved towards the front of the housing 1. This protruding part 53a is designed to fit into a front slot 16 of the cover (more precisely in the insert 14) and in a front slot 36 of the intermediate plate (more precisely in the upper belt 31). The precise operation of this hook 53 will be described later.

The push button 50 finally comprises a second pair of elastically deformable central tabs 54 mounted on a transverse support 55 (see Figures 6 and 7) useful for at least locally detaching the intermediate plate 30 from the base base 20, as will be described below. after. More precisely, these central tabs 54 consist of small protuberances erected from the transverse support 55 of the push button 50 obliquely in the direction of the intermediate plate, and more specifically of a curved surface 39 of the lower insert 32 (see figure 8), their respective inclinations being oriented towards each other.

Figures 9 to 11 illustrate the different positions of the push button 50 indicated above.

In the position of the housing 1 illustrated in Figures 1 and 9, which corresponds to the first inactive rest position of the push button 50, the curved end 53a of the hook 53 of said push button 50 both penetrates into the front slot 36 of the upper belt 31 of the intermediate plate 30 and in the front slot 16 of the insert 14 of the cover 10, which makes it possible to secure these two elements and to keep the cover 10 closed on the base base 20. This is the case transport position 1.

During a first linear pressure by the user on the central actuation portion 51 of the push button 50 (depression of the central portion 51 perpendicular to the front face of the base base 20 / of the box 1 in the direction of of the hinge 40), the first elastically deformable side tabs 52 are deform slightly in the direction of the hinge 40 to accompany the depression (linear displacement) of the central portion 51, while the end 53a of the hook 53 comes out of the slot 16 of the insert 14 of the cover 10 so that all the cover 10 opens (passage from FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 and from FIG. 9 to FIG. 10, corresponding to the passage from the first inactive rest position to the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover 10). For this, the cover 10 pivots relative to the base plinth 20 around the common hinge 40, and opens like a bivalve shell.

Once the push button 50 has been released, the cover 10 can remain open and it is possible to use the box 1 to apply makeup using one of the pucks at its disposal.

After releasing this first normal support force on the push button 50, the first elastically deformable tabs 52 allow the latter to automatically return from the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover 10 to the first inactive rest position.

From the second active unlocking position (FIG. 10), the user can continue to exert a pressing force on the central portion 51 of the push button 50, still perpendicular to said bearing portion 51 and in direction of the hinge 40, which allows said push button to switch from the second intermediate active position for unlocking the cover 10 to the third final active position for disconnecting the intermediate plate 30 (FIG. 11).

In this third position, the elastically deformable side tabs 52 continue to deform by resting against the stop lugs 38 of the lower insert 32, and the elastically deformable central tabs 34 come to rest and then to deform against the curved surface. 39 of said insert 3. Simultaneously, the end 53a of the hook 53 moves back towards the hinge 40 and disengages from the slot 36 of the upper belt 31 of the intermediate plate 30 (see FIG. 11), which allows the latter to be released. raise by pivoting around the hinge 40. Once the box 1 has been reloaded with puck (s), the user then folds the upper belt 31 of the intermediate plate 30 so that the protruding end 53a of the hook again enters the slot 36 of the upper belt 31 , then he / she can then either use the makeup or close the cover 10 by folding it down on the base plinth 20 so as to make the protruding end 53a of the hook 53 penetrate the slot 16 of the insert 14 of the cover 10.

Of course, it is also possible to go from the first inactive rest position to the third final active position of uncoupling / separation of the intermediate plate 30 by exerting a "double" pressure on the central portion 51 of the push button 50 in order to open the cover 10 and separate the intermediate plate 31 in the same gesture. It is one of the major advantages of the present invention to be able to open the cover 10 and separate the intermediate plate 30 in a single gesture, with a single pressure exerted on a single element of the housing 1.

It should be understood that the detailed description of the subject of the invention, given solely by way of illustration, does not in any way constitute a limitation, the technical equivalents also being included within the scope of the present invention.

The movements described of the push button 50 and in particular of its central support portion 51, may be different from those described. Thus, it would be possible to imagine a linear support followed by a lateral displacement (sliding) of the “cursor” type, or the reverse, or even a rotation followed by a linear support, or the reverse, when it is the same element (I push button) which allows both the opening of the cover 10 and the separation of the intermediate plate 30.
