Description

背景技术
传统的冰淇淋制作机器如圣代机通常提供有三个下压把手,以供操作人员手动操作来压制冰淇淋产品。然而,由于整个压制过程完全依靠人工操作,因而会出现压制时间不稳定且下压时力量差异明显等问题,这会造成冰淇淋产品用量时多时少,难以达到产品标准化要求,而且整个压制过程耗时费力,占用人工。
因而,需要提出一种能够代替人工来压制冰淇淋产品的自动化装置,使得能够克服上述一个或多个问题和/或现有技术中存在的其它缺陷。
发明内容
本申请是基于这样的背景而提出的,且其目的在于提供一种新型的用于冰淇淋机的下压装置,使得能够实现在不改造原有冰淇淋机的前提下自动地打制冰淇淋产品,且通过精准地把控产品原料的使用量和制作时间,提供标准化的产品给消费者。
本申请提供了一种用于冰淇淋机的下压装置,包括横移丝杠机构、下压丝杠机构和压板机构,其中,所述下压装置还包括控制装置,所述控制装置配置成:响应于制作冰淇淋产品的指令,控制所述横移丝杠机构和所述下压丝杠机构的运行以最终带动所述压板机构朝向所述冰淇淋机的压把运动以使得包括在所述压板机构中的压板与所述压把接触,从而通过向所述压把施加向下的作用力以从所述冰淇淋机中压制出冰淇淋产品。

如此,控制装置1配置成,首先控制第一驱动器3和因而横移丝杠机构5的运行;当电控板2接收到来自水平限位传感器10的第一信号时,停止横移丝杠机构5的运行且同时启动第二驱动器7和因而下压丝杠机构8的运行以使第二运动滑块15向下移动,从而带动压板机构6朝向压把运动并与压把接触,且在经过预定的时间后控制下压丝杠机构8反向运行,以带动第二运动滑块15和压板机构6向上移动复位;当电控板2接收到来自竖向限位传感器9的第二信号时,停止第二驱动器7和下压丝杠机构8的运行。
如图2所示,除压板12外,压板机构6还包括压把复位件13,该压把复位件13在压板机构6跟随第二运动滑块15向上移动时钩挂在压把上以带动该压把向上复位。由图1和2中可见,压板12呈一定角度向下倾斜,以与现有的冰淇淋机的压把角度匹配;相应地,压把复位件13也呈一定角度地倾斜,从而实现对压把的向上复位作用。
利用上述下压装置可按照如下步骤实现对冰淇淋产品的自动压制。
-当电控板2接收到制作冰淇淋产品的指令时,根据电控板内集成的控制程序,控制第一驱动器3的运行以驱动横移丝杠机构5,从而使第一运动滑动14带动整个下压丝杠机构8移动至与压把的水平位置对应的预定的水平位置处;
-当第一运动滑块14上承载的第一挡片遮挡位于预定的水平位置处的水平限位传感器10时,触发第一信号;
-电控板2接收到所述第一信号,停止第一驱动器3和因而横移丝杠机构5的运行,同时启动第二驱动器7的运行以驱动下压丝杠机构8,以使第二运动滑块15向下移动,从而通过联动的压板机构6向冰淇淋机的压把施加向下的作用力,使得从冰淇淋机中打出冰淇淋;
-根据电控板2内集成的控制程序,在经过预定的时间后,控制第二驱动器7以使得下压丝杠机构8反向运行,从而带动第二运动滑块15和压板机构6向上移动复位;
-当第二运动滑块15上承载的第二挡片4遮挡竖向限位传感器9时,触发第二信号;以及
-电控板2接收到所述第二信号,停止第二驱动器7和因而下压丝杠机构8的运行,最终完成此次冰淇淋产品的制备。
可以看出,采用根据本申请的下压装置可以精准地把控产品原料的使用量和制作时间,从而能够提供标准化的产品给消费者。另外,由于代替了人工操作,整个过程高效、快捷。
