管材延伸孔12设置倒刺部分13,对管子起到很好的固定作用,引出的管材不易缩回,对暖气阀4不会拉拔扯动,保证连接的稳定性。引出盖1采用塑料材质,如PVC,ABS,PC或尼龙等,倒刺部分13一体注塑。也可以采用分体设计,倒刺部分13采用不锈钢等金属材料,固定在管材延伸孔12内壁,固定的方式包括热熔焊入,螺纹锁定,过盈尺寸嵌入等。

如图4所示,一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,安装于暖气片固定的墙体上,整体被暖气片2遮挡;引出盖1设有中间凸出部分10, 中间凸出部分10有内腔,中间凸出部分10在侧边位置11延伸出两个管材延伸孔12, 两个管材延伸孔12朝向独立;柔性管材3通过内腔19及管材延伸孔12被引导至安装在暖气片的暖气阀上;所述的管材延伸孔12内壁设有抵住柔性管材3回缩的倒刺部分。
所述的管材延伸孔12口部还设有一导向弹簧14, 导向弹簧14将伸出的柔性管材3包裹住;所述的管材延伸孔12外壁设有与导向弹簧14配合的螺纹凹槽15。
柔性管材3导出引出盖1位置,承受着较大的弯曲的力,易折伤,另外柔性管材3具有较大的塑料记忆韧性,通过管材延伸孔12和导向弹簧14,能更有利管材弯曲导向,安全不宜折堵。另外,柔性管材3内水流流动有冲击震动,甚至发出声响,而导向弹簧14有降低管材震动和声响的意想不到的作用。
所述的管材延伸孔12口部还设有一导向弹簧14, 导向弹簧14将伸出的柔性管材3包裹住;所述的管材延伸孔12外壁与导向弹簧14内径过盈配合固定。管材延伸孔12与导向弹簧14采用过盈配合固定方式,结构简单,装配极其方便。
如图5所示,一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,引出盖1设有中间凸出部分10,中间凸出部分10在侧边位置11延伸出两个管材延伸孔12, 两个管材延伸孔12朝向独立; 所述的管材延伸孔12是弹性橡胶部分,与引出盖1是一体结构。
管材延伸孔12采用弹性橡胶部分功能类似于导向弹簧14,对柔性管材3的弯曲及导向力道上更柔和,使得管材不易损伤,保护管材。柔性管材3在引出盖1的内腔19内弯曲空间有限,需通过导向弹簧14或弹性管材延伸孔12缓冲弯曲应力,这也能启到延长管材使用寿命的作用。
引出盖1采用塑料或金属材质,管材延伸孔12采用弹性橡胶材料,通过一体成型工艺成为一体结构。管材延伸孔12上还可以再增加导向弹簧14,增强对柔性管材的保护和导向。
所述的管材延伸孔12是弹性橡胶部分,与引出盖1是分体结构。引出盖1的侧边位置11是一个孔,管材延伸孔12是一个一头带法兰盘结构的圆柱型,套入孔中,实现分体固定。当然,也可以有更多其它的分体结构固定方式。
如附图6至8所示,一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,安装于暖气片2固定的墙体上,整体被暖气片2遮挡;引出盖1设有中间凸出部分10, 中间凸出部分10有内腔19,中间凸出部分10在侧边位置11延伸出一个管材延伸孔12;柔性管材3通过内腔19及管材延伸孔12被引导至安装在暖气片2的暖气阀4上;所述的管材延伸孔12内壁设有抵住柔性管材3回缩的倒刺部分13;引出盖1在暖气片2背后设有两个。
本实施例中的引出盖1与实施例1的引出盖1结构上大体相同。本实施例的引出盖1只设有一个管材延伸孔12,用于柔性管材3在暖气片2背后不同地方的引出,引出盖1定位方便,安装灵活。引出盖1在暖气片2的背后,不一定在中心位置。引出盖1的内腔19相对独立,管材不会再里面交叉堆叠。
如附图8所示,一种暖气片管道安装方式,用于柔性管材与暖气片上的暖气阀连接,柔性管材3从暖气片2背后的墙体内引出,并通过引出盖1伸出后,与一“L”型弯头5密封连接;“L”型弯头5再与暖气阀4连接固定。当然,引出盖1不单指实施例4的引出盖1,各种结构的引出盖1都可通用。
一般暖气阀2是角式如附图所示,柔性管材3再从暖气片2后面弯曲角度可行但困难,采用“L”型弯头5能很好的解决这个问题。柔性管材3走线更加方便,同时视觉能看到的是“L”型弯头5,柔性管材3被很好的遮盖,安装效果佳。
工业实用性
本发明提供的一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖及暖气片管道安装方式,将暖气片的连接管道挪至暖气片背后,再通过引出盖将管道引至暖气片连接处。出墙管材被暖气片完全遮挡,美观性较传统的连接更漂亮,对管材的保护性也更好;露墙的管材长度长,位置调节余地大,连接安装简单且可靠,也更方便维修,其安装方式和配套产品具有市场推广价值。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,安装于暖气片(2)固定的墙体上,整体被暖气片(2)遮挡;引出盖(1)设有中间凸出部分(10), 中间凸出部分(10)有内腔(19),中间凸出部分(10)在侧边位置(11)延伸出两个管材延伸孔(12), 两个管材延伸孔(12)朝向独立;柔性管材(3)通过内腔(19)及管材延伸孔(12)被引导至安装在暖气片(2)的暖气阀(4)上;所述的管材延伸孔(12)内壁设有抵住柔性管材(3)回缩的倒刺部分(13)。
  2. 一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,安装于暖气片(2)固定的墙体上,整体被暖气片(2)遮挡;引出盖(1)设有中间凸出部分(10), 中间凸出部分(10)有内腔(19),中间凸出部分(10)在侧边位置(11)延伸出一个管材延伸孔(12);柔性管材(3)通过内腔(19)及管材延伸孔(12)被引导至安装在暖气片(2)的暖气阀(4)上;所述的管材延伸孔(12)内壁设有抵住柔性管材(3)回缩的倒刺部分(13);引出盖(1)在暖气片(2)背后设有两个。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,其特征在于:所述的管材延伸孔(12)口部还设有一导向弹簧(14), 导向弹簧(14)将伸出的柔性管材(3)包裹住;所述的管材延伸孔(12)外壁设有与导向弹簧(14)配合的螺纹凹槽(15)。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,其特征在于:所述的管材延伸孔(12)口部还设有一导向弹簧(14), 导向弹簧(14)将伸出的柔性管材(3)包裹住;所述的管材延伸孔(12)外壁与导向弹簧(14)内径过盈配合固定。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,其特征在于:所述的管材延伸孔(12)是弹性橡胶部分,与引出盖(1)是一体结构。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,其特征在于:所述的管材延伸孔(12)是弹性橡胶部分,与引出盖(1)是一体结构。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种暖气片管道暗装引出盖,其特征在于:所述的管材延伸孔(12)是弹性橡胶部分,与引出盖(1)是分体结构。
  8. 一种暖气片管道安装方式,用于柔性管材与暖气片上的暖气阀连接,其特征在于:柔性管材(3)从暖气片(2)背后的墙体内引出,并通过引出盖(1)伸出后,与一“L”型弯头(5)密封连接;“L”型弯头(5)再与暖气阀(4)连接固定。
