技术领域
本发明涉及空调技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种密封板组件及空调器。
背景技术
目前,在移动式空调器的使用当中,需要将换热后的热空气通过排风管排出室外,排风管的末端连接着密封板,密封板放置或安装在窗户上,起到密封的作用。由于客户的窗户尺寸形式多样,传统的移动式空调器在使用过程中,经常需要用户自行拼接多块密封板,以适应窗户的尺寸,过程繁琐,工作量大,严重影响用户的使用体验。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提出一种密封板组件,所述的密封板组件无需用户自己组装,能够调节长度。
本发明还提出一种具有上述密封板组件的空调器。
根据本发明的第一方面实施例的密封板组件,用于空调器,包括:密封板,设置有风孔;至少一个拉伸框,安装在所述密封板上,并能够沿所述密封板的长度方向相对所述密封板滑动;伸缩帘,所述伸缩帘的一端与所述密封板连接,所述伸缩帘的另一端与所述拉伸框的一端连接。
根据本发明实施例的密封板组件,至少具有如下有益效果:本发明实施例提供的密封板组件是整体组装连接在一起的,无需用户自己组装,且无需销、限位板、连接件等其他安装小件,易于安装;通过伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框与密封板之间的空档,形成可伸缩的密封板组件,从而适应不同窗户的尺寸;通过密封板与拉伸框的相对滑动,即可将拉伸框滑进或滑出密封板的范围,用户不用时将密封板组件压缩至最小即可整体收纳,便于收藏。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括收纳部,其中所述收纳部位于所述密封板的沿长度方向的一端,并且,所述伸缩帘能够收纳在所述收纳部内。拉伸框滑进密封板上时,伸缩帘能够收纳在收纳部内,起到在收藏、运输过程中保护伸缩帘的作用。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述风孔的数量为至少一个,所述伸缩帘设置在所述拉伸框上,并且,所述伸缩帘的一端与所述密封板的一端连接,所述伸缩帘的另一端与远离所述密封板的所述拉伸框的一端连接。由此,实拉伸框与密封板之间在长度上不存在搭接重合区,实现了长度上无盲区。
根据本发明的一些实施例,还包括定位结构,所述定位结构设置在所述密封板与所述拉伸框之间,并能将所述拉伸框定位在沿所述拉伸框的滑动方向的密封板的任意位置上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述定位结构包括定位槽和弹扣,所述定位槽和所述弹扣的其中之一沿所述密封板的长度方向设置在所述密封板的两侧,另一设置在所述拉伸框的两侧,所述弹扣能够卡设在 对应的所述定位槽内。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述密封板与所述拉伸框之间设有防止所述拉伸框与所述密封板脱离的防脱离结构。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述防脱离结构包括:防脱槽,沿所述密封板长度方向设置在所述密封板的一侧或两侧;防脱块,设置在所述拉伸框的一侧或两侧,所述防脱块延伸至对应的所述防脱槽内,所述拉伸框沿所述密封板滑动时,所述防脱块可沿防脱槽的长度方向移动,当所述拉伸框向外滑动至极限位置时,所述防脱块可抵接在所述防脱槽一端的侧壁。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述密封板与所述拉伸框之间设有防止所述密封板窜动的防窜动结构。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述防窜动结构包括防左右窜动结构,所述防左右窜动结构包括:第一限位块,沿所述密封板长度方向设置在所述密封板的两侧;抵接块,沿所述拉伸框长度方向设置在所述拉伸框的两侧,所述抵接块具有抵接部,所述抵接部抵接在对应所述第一限位块上。
根据本发明的一些实施例,所述防窜动结构还包括防上下窜动结构,所述防上下窜动结构包括:第二限位块,沿所述密封板长度方向设置在所述密封板的两侧;限位槽,沿所述拉伸框长度方向设置在所述拉伸框的两侧,所述第二限位块设置在所述限位槽内。

可以理解的是,上述提到的“一端”、“另一端”与下文提到的“端部”的主要区别在于,“端部”指的是部件的边缘区域,“一端”、“另一端”指的是部件的边缘区域和/或靠近部件边缘区域的位置。
本发明实施例提供的密封板组件是整体组装连接在一起的,无需用户自己组装,且无需销、限位板、连接件等其他安装小件,易于安装;通过伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框与密封板之间的空档,形成可伸缩的密封板组件,从而适应不同窗户的尺寸;通过密封板与拉伸框的相对滑动,即可将拉伸框滑进或滑出密封板的范围,用户不用时将密封板组件压缩至最小即可整体收纳,便于收藏。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明提供的密封板组件,用于空调器,包括密封板100、两个拉伸框200、伸缩帘。
在密封板100上设置有两个风孔110,两个风孔110可分别连接双风管空调器的两根风管,两个拉伸框200相对安装在密封板100的两端,并且均可以相对密封板100滑动,伸缩帘设置在拉伸框200上,伸缩帘的一端与密封板100的一端连接,伸缩帘的另一端与远离密封板100的拉伸框200的一端连接,伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框200与密封板100之间的空档,起到隔断的作用,在密封板组件安装在窗户上时,可与密封板100配合隔断室内和室外环境。
本发明实施例提供的密封板组件,通过密封板100与拉伸框200之间的相对滑动,在滑动过程中,伸缩帘随拉伸框200的滑动舒展和收缩,形成可伸缩的密封板组件,从而适应不同的窗户的尺寸;并且,密封板组件整体组装连接在一起,无需用户自己组装,且无需销、限位板、连接件等其他安装小件,易于安装;伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框200与密封板100之间的空档,拉伸框200与密封板100之间在长度上不存在搭接重合区,实现了长度上无盲区;且用户不使用时将密封板组件压缩至最小即可整体收纳,便于收藏。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图12、图13、图14、图18所示,本发明实施例提供的密封板组件,用于空调器,包括密封板100、拉伸框200、伸缩帘。
在密封板100上设置有风孔110和收纳部170,收纳部170位于密封板100的沿长度方向的一端,风孔110可连接空调器的风管,拉伸框200安装在密封板100的一端,并且可以相对密封板100滑动。伸缩帘设置在拉伸框200上,伸缩帘的一端与密封板100连接,另一端与远离密封板100的拉伸框200的一端连接,伸缩帘和密封板100的连接端与密封板100远离风孔110的一端之间的密封板区域形成收纳部170,在拉伸框200滑进密封板100上时,伸缩帘能够收纳在收纳部170内。拉伸框200从密封板100拉伸伸展时,伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框200与密封板100之间的空档,起到隔断的作用,在密封板组 件安装在窗户上时,可与密封板100配合隔断室内和室外环境。
本发明提供的密封板组件,通过密封板100与拉伸框200之间的相对滑动,即将拉伸框200滑进或滑出密封板100的范围,并通过伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框200与密封板100之间的空档,形成可伸缩的密封板组件,从而适应不同的窗户的尺寸;拉伸框200收纳在密封板100上时,伸缩帘能够收纳在收纳部170内,起到在收藏、运输过程中保护伸缩帘的作用;密封板组件整体组装连接在一起,无需用户自己组装,且无需销、限位板、连接件等其他安装小件,易于安装,且操作过程简单,省时省力,进而提升了用户的使用体验;用户不使用时将密封板组件压缩至最小即可整体收纳,便于收藏。
参照图1,或者参照图12、图17,在本发明的一些实施例中,在密封板100与拉伸框200之间设置有定位结构,在拉伸框200拉伸到所需要的任意位置时,定位结构均能够将拉伸框200定位在密封板100上。
参照图1或者图12、图17,在本发明的一些实施例中,定位结构包括定位槽120和弹扣210,定位槽120有多个,并且定位槽120沿密封板100的长度方向连续设置在密封板100的两侧,弹扣210设置在拉伸框200的两侧,弹扣210能够卡设在对应的定位槽120内。拉动拉伸框200时,拉力使卡设在定位槽120中的弹扣210产生弹性形变,使弹扣210从定位槽120中滑脱,拉伸到所需要的位置时,拉力消失,在自身弹性形变产生的弹力作用下,弹扣210卡入对应位置的定位槽120中,因此不需要借助其他附件如螺栓或蝴蝶夹即可固定密封板100和拉伸框200,从而可将拉伸框200定位在密封板100的任意位置上。由于不需要借助其他附件固定密封板100和拉伸框200,可以随拉动长度自行固定,因此操作简便、快捷。
可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,定位槽设置在拉伸框200的两侧,并沿拉伸框200的长度方向延伸设置,相应的,弹扣设置在密封板100的对应两侧,同样可以实现适时将拉伸框200定位在密封板100上的目的。
可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,定位结构还可以是沿密封板100长度方向连续设置在密封板两侧的凹坑与设置在拉伸框200上的弹扣210相配合的结构等等。
在本发明的一些实施例中,密封板100与拉伸框200之间设有防脱离结构,以防止在使用过程中拉伸框200从密封板100上拉脱。
参照图6、图7、图8,或者参照图12、图17,在本发明的一些实施例中,防脱离结构包括防脱槽130和防脱块220,其中,防脱槽130沿密封板100长度方向设置在密封板100的两侧,防脱块220设置在拉伸框200的两侧,防脱块220延伸至对应的防脱槽130内,当拉伸框200沿密封板100滑动时,防脱块220可沿防脱槽130的长度方向移动,并且当拉伸框200向外拉伸至极限位置时,防脱块220可抵接在防脱槽130一端的侧壁,以防止在使用过程中拉伸框200从密封板100上拉脱。
防脱块220与防脱槽130一端侧壁抵接的端面设置成与防脱槽130侧壁平行或基本平行的结构,防脱块220与防脱槽130抵接时,可防止外力作用下防脱块220从防脱槽130内滑出。防脱块220的另一侧设置成斜面或具有一定弧度的弧面,防脱块220具有一定的弹性,在外力作用下可产生一定的弹性形变,通过设置成斜面或弧面,可便于通过外力将防脱块220压入防脱槽130。
可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,防脱槽130沿密封板100长度方向设置在密封板100的一侧,防脱块220设置在与防脱槽130对应的拉伸框200的一侧,同样可以达到防止在使用过程中拉伸框200从密封板100上拉脱的目的。
可以预见的是,在一些实施例中,防脱离结构可以是设置在密封板100和拉伸框200之间的防脱离凸块,防脱离凸块分别设置在密封板100和拉伸框200的相应部位,在拉伸框200沿密封板100拉伸至一定位置时,防脱离凸块相互抵接,以限制拉伸框200进一步滑动,达到防止在使用过程中拉伸框200 从密封板100上拉脱的目的。
在本发明的一些实施例中,密封板100与拉伸框200之间设有防窜动结构,以防止在使用过程中密封板100窜动,避免密封板组件在使用过程中出现震动,以提高空调器在使用过程中的舒适性。
参照图1、图4、图8,或者参照图12、图15,在本发明的一些实施例中,防窜动结构包括防左右窜动结构,如图8所示,防左右窜动结构包括第一限位块140和抵接块230,第一限位块140沿密封板100长度方向设置在密封板100的两侧,且第一限位块140沿密封板100上下方向延伸,抵接块230沿拉伸框200长度方向设置在拉伸框200的两侧,且抵接块230沿拉伸框200左右方向延伸,抵接块230具有抵接部231,并且抵接部231抵接在对应的第一限位块140上,由于拉伸框200两侧的抵接块230抵接在密封板100两侧的第一限位块140上,从而可防止密封板100沿左右方向窜动。
参照图1、图4,或者参照图15、图19,在本发明的一些实施例中,防窜动结构还包括防上下窜动结构,防上下窜动结构包括第二限位块150和限位槽240,其中,第二限位块150沿密封板100长度方向设置在密封板100的两侧,且第二限位块150沿密封板100左右方向延伸,限位槽240沿拉伸框200长度方向设置在拉伸框200的两侧,限位槽240沿拉伸框200的左右方向设置,第二限位块150位于限位槽240内,通过第二限位块150和限位槽240的配合,可防止密封板100沿上下方向窜动。
通过防上下窜动结构和防左右窜动结构的配合,可避免密封板100在使用过程中沿上下、左右方向窜动,避免密封板100在使用过程中产生震动噪音。
参照图1、图2、图6,或者参照图12、图13、图14、图18,在本发明的一些实施例中,伸缩帘采用的是密封百叶300,在如图所示的实施例中,密封百叶300设置有两层,两层密封百叶300之间具有预定的间隔。采用两层密封百叶300,一方面可以更好地起到隔热的效果,另一方面,两层密封百叶300之间的间隔还可以起到隔音的作用,使室内更安静。当然,可以预见的是,伸缩帘也可以采用其它的可伸缩结构形式,在此不作详述。
本发明实施例的密封百叶300的压缩长度可跟据需求调节,拉伸框200的拉伸最大长度也可调节,并且密封百叶300也可以设置一层,以满足用户的实际需要,在一些实施例中,参照图12,相应的,收纳部170的深度可根据密封百叶收纳时的长度来设置,以满足收纳密封百叶的需要。
参照图1、图6,或者参照图12,在本发明的一些实施例中,密封百叶300与密封板100之间通过第一固定结构可拆卸连接,密封百叶300与拉伸框200之间通过第二固定结构可拆卸连接,以方便密封百叶300的拆洗、更换。
如图1所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一固定结构包括第一弹性扣件310和第一卡扣件160,第一弹性扣件310设置在密封百叶300的一端,第一弹性扣件310与密封百叶300一体成型,也可分体设置,第一弹性扣件310上设有第一扣钩311,第一卡扣件160设置在密封板100的一端,第一卡扣件160可以是与密封板100一体成型,也可是分体设置,第一弹性扣件310扣设于第一卡扣件160,并通过第一扣钩311实现第一弹性扣件310和第一卡扣件160的固定连接。
如图12所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第一固定结构包括第一弹性扣件310和第一卡扣件160,第一弹性扣件310设置在密封百叶300的一端,第一弹性扣件310与密封百叶300一体成型,也可分体设置,第一弹性扣件310上设有第一扣钩311,第一卡扣件160设置在密封板100上,且第一卡扣件160与远离风孔的一端,密封板100端部之间的区域形成收纳部170,以满足伸缩帘收纳在收纳部170内的需要。第一卡扣件160可以是与密封板100一体成型,也可是分体设置,第一弹性扣件310扣设于第一卡扣件160,并通过第一扣钩311实现第一弹性扣件310和第一卡扣件160的固定连接。如图1、图5所示,或者如图12、图16所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第二固定结构包括第二弹性扣件320和第二卡扣件400,第二弹性扣件320设置在密封百叶300的另一端,第二弹性扣件320与密封百叶300一 体成型,也可分体设置,第二弹性扣件320上设有第二扣钩321,第二卡扣件400设置在拉伸框200远离密封板100一端的侧壁上,第二弹性扣件320扣设于第二卡扣件400,并通过第二扣钩321实现第二弹性扣件320和第二卡扣件400的固定连接。
通过弹性扣件与卡扣件的配合,可实现密封百叶300与密封板100和拉伸框200之间的快速连接。
如图5所示,或者如图16、图20所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第二卡扣件400包括扣板410和卡扣430,扣板410安装在拉伸框200的外侧壁,扣板410上设置固定扣420,固定扣420为弹性扣,固定扣420具有凸缘421,卡扣430设置在扣板410上。在拉伸框200的侧壁设置有安装孔250和避让孔260,固定扣420穿过安装孔250且固定扣420的凸缘421抵扣于拉伸框200的内侧壁,卡扣430穿过避让孔260,并延伸至拉伸框200内,密封百叶300上的第二弹性扣件320扣设于卡扣430内。
第二卡扣件400与拉伸框200分体设置,以方便拉伸框200的出模成型,降低加工难度。
可以预见的是,在一些实施例中,密封百叶300与密封板100和拉伸框200之间的可拆卸连接还可通过其它常见的可拆卸结构来实现,如通过魔术扣、按扣等等可拆卸结构。并且,密封百叶300与密封板100和拉伸框200之间还可以采用固定连接的方式连接,在此不作详述。
参照图10、图11,在本发明的一些实施例中,拉伸框200可以根据需要设置一个,以满足不同用户的不同需求。
可以理解的是,为适应单风管空调器,在本发明的一些实施例中,密封板100上设置有一个风孔110,以满足单风管空调器的应用。
可以预见的是,在一些实施例中,如图12、图21所示,在密封板100的另一端的端部,预设有第三卡扣件180,当用户要适用更长的窗户时,可选用适配的拉伸框200和密封百叶300,将选用的拉伸框200装配在密封板100上后,再通过设置在密封百叶300上的弹性扣件卡入对应的第三卡扣件180和第二卡扣件400上即可。通过在与拉伸框200相对的密封板100的另一端安装选配的拉伸框和伸缩帘,扩大了密封板组件的长度适用范围,从而适应长度尺寸比较大的窗户。
根据本发明的第二方面实施例的空调器,包括空调器主体以及本发明上述第一方面任一实施例的密封板组件,空调器具有一根或两根风管,风管的一端与空调器主体连接,风管的另一端与对应的风孔110相连接。
本发明提供的空调器,通过空调器主体上的风管与如上述任一实施例提供的密封板组件连接,进而将热空气通过风管排出室外,并且,由于本发明包括如上述任一实施例提供的密封板组件,因此,通过密封板100与拉伸框200之间的相对滑动,在滑动过程中,伸缩帘随拉伸框200的滑动舒展和收缩,形成可伸缩的密封板组件,从而适应不同规格的窗户的尺寸;并且,密封板组件整体组装连接在一起,无需用户自己组装,且无需销、限位板、连接件等其他安装小件,易于安装;且用户不使用时将密封板组件压缩至最小即可整体收纳,便于收藏;在一些实施例中,伸缩帘能够覆盖拉伸框200与密封板100之间的空档,拉伸框200与密封板100之间在长度上不存在搭接重合区,实现了长度上无盲区;在另一些实施例中,例如参考图12,拉伸框滑进密封板上时,伸缩帘能够收纳在收纳部内,起到在收藏、运输过程中保护伸缩帘的作用。
本发明提出的空调器,由于包括如上述实施例中任一项所述的密封板组件,因此,还可具有如上述实施例中任一项所述的密封板组件的全部有益效果,在此不再一一例举。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种密封板组件,用于空调器,包括:
    密封板,设置有风孔;
    至少一个拉伸框,安装在所述密封板上,并能够沿所述密封板的长度方向相对所述密封板滑动;
    伸缩帘,所述伸缩帘的一端与所述密封板连接,所述伸缩帘的另一端与所述拉伸框的一端连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的密封板组件,还包括收纳部,其中所述收纳部位于所述密封板的沿长度方向的一端,并且,所述伸缩帘能够收纳在所述收纳部内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的密封板组件,其中,所述风孔的数量为至少一个,所述伸缩帘设置在所述拉伸框上,并且,所述伸缩帘的一端与所述密封板的一端连接,所述伸缩帘的另一端与远离所述密封板的所述拉伸框的一端连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的密封板组件,,还包括定位结构,所述定位结构设置在所述密封板与所述拉伸框之间,并能将所述拉伸框定位在沿所述拉伸框的滑动方向的密封板的任意位置上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的密封板组件,其中,所述定位结构包括定位槽和弹扣,所述定位槽和所述弹扣的其中之一沿所述密封板的长度方向设置在所述密封板的两侧,另一设置在所述拉伸框的两侧,所述弹扣能够卡设在对应的所述定位槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求2或3所述的密封板组件,其中,所述密封板与所述拉伸框之间设有防止所述拉伸框与所述密封板脱离的防脱离结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的密封板组件,其中,所述防脱离结构包括:
    防脱槽,沿所述密封板长度方向设置在所述密封板的一侧或两侧;
    防脱块,设置在所述拉伸框的一侧或两侧,所述防脱块延伸至对应的所述防脱槽内,所述拉伸框沿所述密封板滑动时,所述防脱块可沿防脱槽的长度方向移动,当所述拉伸框向外滑动至极限位置时,所述防脱块可抵接在所述防脱槽一端的侧壁。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3所述的密封板组件,其中,所述密封板与所述拉伸框之间设有防止所述密封板窜动的防窜动结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的密封板组件,其中,所述防窜动结构包括防左右窜动结构,所述防左右窜动结构包括:
    第一限位块,沿所述密封板长度方向设置在所述密封板的两侧;
    抵接块,沿所述拉伸框长度方向设置在所述拉伸框的两侧,所述抵接块具有抵接部,所述抵接部抵接在对应所述第一限位块上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的密封板组件,其中,所述防窜动结构还包括防上下窜动结构,所述防上下窜动结构包括:
    第二限位块,沿所述密封板长度方向设置在所述密封板的两侧;
    限位槽,沿所述拉伸框长度方向设置在所述拉伸框的两侧,所述第二限位块设置在所述限位槽内。
  11. 根据权利要求2或3所述的密封板组件,其中,所述拉伸框设置有两个,两个所述拉伸框相对 设置在密封板的两端。
  12. 根据权利要求2或3所述的密封板组件,其中,所述伸缩帘为至少一层的密封百叶。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的密封板组件,其中,所述密封百叶设置有两层,两层所述密封百叶之间具有预定的间隔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的密封板组件,其中,所述密封百叶与所述密封板之间通过第一固定结构可拆卸连接,所述密封百叶与所述拉伸框之间通过第二固定结构可拆卸连接。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的密封板组件,其中,述密封百叶设置有两层,两层所述密封百叶之间具有预定的间隔;所述密封百叶与所述密封板之间通过第一固定结构可拆卸连接,所述密封百叶与所述拉伸框之间通过第二固定结构可拆卸连接;所述第一固定结构包括:
    第一弹性扣件,设置在所述密封百叶的一端,所述第一弹性扣件上设有第一扣钩;
    第一卡扣件,设置在所述密封板上,所述第一卡扣件与远离所述风孔的所述密封板端部之间形成所述收纳部;
    所述第一弹性扣件扣设于所述第一卡扣件内。
  16. 根据权利要求3所述的密封板组件,其中,述密封百叶设置有两层,两层所述密封百叶之间具有预定的间隔;所述密封百叶与所述密封板之间通过第一固定结构可拆卸连接,所述密封百叶与所述拉伸框之间通过第二固定结构可拆卸连接;所述第一固定结构包括:
    第一弹性扣件,设置在所述密封百叶的一端,所述第一弹性扣件上设有第一扣钩;
    第一卡扣件,所述第一卡扣件设置在所述密封板的所述一端;
    所述第一弹性扣件扣设于所述第一卡扣件内。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的密封板组件,其中,所述第二卡扣件包括:
    扣板,安装在所述拉伸框的侧部,所述扣板上设置有固定扣;
    卡扣,设置在所述扣板上,所述第二弹性扣件可扣设于所述卡扣内,
    所述拉伸框的所述侧壁上设置有安装孔和避让孔,所述固定扣穿过所述安装孔且抵接于所述拉伸框的内侧壁,所述卡扣穿过所述避让孔,并延伸至所述拉伸框内。
  18. 根据权利要求3所述的密封板组件,其中,所述密封板上设置有两个所述风孔。
  19. 根据权利要求2所述的密封板组件,其中,所述密封板的另一端的端部设置有第三卡扣件。
  20. 一种空调器,包括:
    空调器主体;
    风管,一端与所述空调器主体连接;以及
    如权利要求1至19中任一项所述的密封板组件;
    其中,所述风管另一端与对应的所述风孔相连接。
