优选的,所述吸管连接通道的上端连接弧形口的中部,所述排气通道的上端连接于弧形口的侧部,所述球形部上设置有在活动吸管旋转至竖立连接状态时连通所述排气孔和外部空间的排气缺口,其结构简单可靠。
优选的,所述球形部两侧与刀座通过转轴连接,以实现活动吸管的旋转。
可替换的,所述活动吸管装配通过套接,螺接或卡接的方式与吸管连接通道可拆离连接,还配合有吸管密封盖,活动吸管拆离吸管连接通道后,通过吸管密封盖关闭吸管连接通道的上端,并且所述刀座设有活动吸管收纳结构,活动吸管拆离吸管连接通道后收纳在收纳结构中。当使用完活动吸管后,可将活动吸管拆卸,并利用吸管密封盖关闭吸管连接通道的上端。
进一步的,所述吸管密封盖设于活动吸管的下端侧部,实现在收纳活动吸管的同时完成对吸管连接通道上端的封盖。
优选的,为了方便活动吸管的收纳,所述刀座上部设有活动吸管收纳室,活动吸管收 纳时收纳在所述收纳室内,所述刀座上侧设有盖体,所述盖体用于打开或关闭所述收纳室,其有助于防尘防水。
优选的,所述刀座下端设有一圈防护壁,所述搅拌刀位于防护壁的内部空间,所述杯内吸管位于所述防护壁的外侧,使得搅拌刀在高速运行的过程中始终不会触及杯内吸管,防止杯内吸管被搅拌刀损坏。
优选的,为了方便杯内吸管与吸管连接通道的连接,所述吸管连接通道下端延伸出吸管连接部,杯内吸管与吸管连接部的下端通过套接、螺接配合的方式或者卡扣配合的方式可拆卸连接,使得杯内吸管可拆卸清洗,循环使用,使得产品干净环保卫生。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式。
参见图1至图10,一种汁液制取机,其包括杯体1、刀座2和吸管组件,所述杯体1设有上侧开口的杯腔11,其用于放置食材和存储汁液;所述刀座2可拆卸装配于杯体1的上部,优选为刀座2与杯体1通过螺纹配合连接;其设有搅拌刀22、驱动搅拌刀22旋转的电机21和提供电源的电池201,刀座2装配在杯体1的上部时搅拌刀22置于杯腔11内;所述吸管组件包括杯内吸管4和活动吸管5,所述刀座2设有吸管连接通道23,所述杯内吸管4的上端与所述吸管连接通道23的下端连接,所述杯内吸管4的下端处延伸至杯腔11下部,所述活动吸管5的下端与所述吸管连接通道23上端可活动连接,所述活动吸管5具有下端与所述吸管连接通道23的上端连通的竖立连接状态,以及下端与吸管连接通道23的上端不连通的收纳状态,并且所述吸管连接通道23的上端在不与所述活动吸管5下端连通时可被关闭。
本发明提供的汁液制取机,刀座2配置有吸管组件,通过活动吸管5、吸管连接通道 23与杯内吸管4的配合,将活动吸管5置于竖立连接状态时,即可通过活动吸管5饮用杯体1内的汁液,在搅拌刀33工作状态时,可将活动吸管5收纳起来,并将连接通道23的上端关闭,防止汁液漏出,无需用户另外准备吸管,方便用户携带使用,而且避免对环境卫生带来影响。
在一种优选的实施例中,所述活动吸管5的下端与所述刀座2可旋转连接,所述活动吸管5通过旋转方式可在竖立连接状态和平放的收纳状态之间切换,在平放的收纳状态时,所述活动吸管5将所述吸管连接通道23的上端关闭,收纳状态时,通过活动吸管5本身阻挡关闭吸管连接通道23的上端,操作方便快捷,方便用户使用。
参见图3和图10,具体的,所述活动吸管5下端设有球形部501,球形部501内腔与活动吸管5内腔连通,球形部501下侧设有与球形部501内腔连通的连接口51,所述刀座2对应吸管连接通道23的上端设有与球形部501相适配弧形口,吸管连接通道23的上端与弧形口连通,球形部501装配在所述弧形口内,在活动吸管5旋转至竖立连接状态时,球形部501的连接口51与吸管连接通道23的上端连通,在活动吸管5旋转平放收纳状态时,球形部501的弧形口与吸管连接通道23的上端错开从而将其阻挡关闭。通过球形部501与弧形口的配合实现旋转连接,便于旋转活动吸管5切换竖立连接状态和平放收纳状态,同时球形部501具有较大表面,在活动吸管5旋转平放收纳状态时,可以利用球形部501表面阻挡关闭吸管连接通道23的上端。
参见图3、图4、图5、图7和图8,为了确保活动吸管5与刀座2之间的密封性,所述弧形口内装配有吸管密封件6,吸管密封件6上设有与吸管连接通道23的上端连通的出汁孔61,吸管密封件6内侧设有与球形部501形状适配的密封面,球形部501与所述吸管密封件6密贴配合,从而在活动吸管5旋转平放收纳状态时球形部501将出汁孔61关闭。
参见图4、图5、图7和图8,在一种优选的实施例中,所述吸管连接通道23的一侧设有排气通道25,排气通道25的上端与弧形口连通,下端与杯腔11连通,吸管密封件6对应排气通道25的上端设排气孔62,活动吸管5旋转至竖立连接状态时所述排气孔62打开,在活动吸管5旋转平放收纳状态时球形部501同时将出汁孔61和排气孔62关闭,设置排气通道25方便用户在吸饮果汁时,可平衡杯体1内外的气压,实现即吸即饮,由于活动吸管5旋转平放收纳状态时球形部501可以同时将出汁孔61和排气孔62关闭,保证了在工作状态下排气通道25的密封性,结构简单可靠。
在其他实施例中,可通过旋转松开刀座2与杯体1使得外部空气环境与杯腔11连通以实现杯体1内。
参见图4和图5,在一种优选的实施例中,所述吸管连接通道23的上端连接弧形口的中部,所述排气通道25的上端连接于弧形口的侧部,所述球形部501上设置有在活动吸管5旋转至竖立连接状态时连通所述排气孔62和外部空间的排气缺口52,其结构简单可靠。
在一种优选的实施例中,所述球形部501两侧与刀座2通过转轴53连接,以实现活动 吸管5的旋转。
参见图1至图3,为了方便活动吸管5的收纳,所述刀座2上部设有活动吸管收纳室24,活动吸管5收纳时收纳在所述收纳室内,所述刀座2上侧设有盖体3,所述盖体3用于打开或关闭所述收纳室,其有助于防尘防水。
参见图1、图2、图3和图10,在本实施例中,所述活动吸管5下端两侧设有所述转轴53,所述活动吸管收纳室24内设有吸管放置槽241,所述吸管放置槽241的内侧壁设有轴孔(图中未标示),所述转轴53与轴孔配合实现活动吸管5相对于刀座2的有阻尼旋转,以方便活动吸管5的旋转定位,确保旋转至直立时的稳定性。
在另一种实施例中,所述活动吸管5通过套接的方式与吸管连接通道23可拆离连接,还配合有吸管密封盖,活动吸管5拆离吸管连接通道23后,通过吸管密封盖关闭吸管连接通道23的上端,并且所述刀座2设有活动吸管5收纳结构,活动吸管5拆离吸管连接通道23后收纳在收纳结构中。当使用完活动吸管5后,可将活动吸管5拆卸,并利用吸管密封盖关闭吸管连接通道23的上端。
在另一种实施例中,所述活动吸管5通过螺接的方式与吸管连接通道23可拆离连接。
在另一种实施例中,所述活动吸管5通过卡接的方式与吸管连接通道23可拆离连接。
其中,在一种实施例中,所述吸管密封盖设于活动吸管5的下端侧部,实现在收纳活动吸管5的同时完成对吸管连接通道23上端的封盖;或者,在另一种实施例中,所述吸管密封盖通过连接绳与刀座2连接。
参见图4和图6,在一种优选的实施例中,所述刀座2下端设有一圈防护壁26,所述搅拌刀22位于防护壁26的内部空间,所述杯内吸管4位于所述防护壁26的外侧,使得搅拌刀22在高速运行的过程中始终不会触及杯内吸管4,防止杯内吸管4被搅拌刀22损坏。
本实施例中,为了方便杯内吸管4与吸管连接通道23的连接,所述吸管连接通道23下端延伸出吸管连接部231,杯内吸管4与吸管连接部231的下端通过套接方式可拆卸连接。具体的,所述杯内吸管4为软胶材料,其套设于吸管连接部231上并与之过盈配合,使得杯内吸管可拆卸清洗,循环使用,使得产品干净环保卫生。
在另一种实施例中,杯内吸管4与吸管连接部231通过螺接配合的方式可拆卸连接。
在另一种实施例中,杯内吸管4与吸管连接部231通过卡扣配合的式可拆卸连接。
参见图7,在一种优选的实施例中,所述盖体3的上表面水平,其可实现倒立放置产品实现搅拌,方便用户使用。
结合图1至图10,本发明的工作原理为:
使用时,将杯内吸管4套设于吸管连接部231上,然后把食材放入杯腔11内,并将杯体1拧紧在刀座2下侧,启动电机21,并将产品倒立放置,通过盖体3进行支撑,使其驱动搅拌刀22对食材进行搅碎成汁。
饮用时,打开盖体3,将活动吸管5旋转至直立状态,使得连接口51、出汁孔61与吸 管连接通道23相互连通,此时便可直接饮用,由于所述排气缺口52、排气孔62与排气通道25的相互连通,使得杯体1内外的气压平衡,保证用户可以即吸即饮。
饮用完后,将活动吸管5旋转至水平状态,使得连接口51相对于出汁孔61和吸管连接通道23产生相对偏离,进而利用活动吸管5的下端对吸管连接通道23进行封盖,有助于防止杯体1内剩下的果汁流出;同时,排气缺口52相对于排气孔62和排气通道25也产生相对偏离,使得活动吸管5的下端对排气通道25进行封盖,进一步确保产品密封性。
当需要清洗时,直接将杯体1从刀座2中旋转拆卸下来,然后将杯内吸管4从吸管连接部231的下端拔出,便可对产品进行清洗,其结构简单,装拆方便,便于用户清洗,同时使得吸管组件可重复循环利用,拒绝一次性吸管,环保且干净卫生。
根据上述说明书的揭示和教导,本发明所属领域的技术人员还可以对上述实施方式进行变更和修改。因此,本发明并不局限于上面揭示和描述的具体实施方式,对本发明的一些修改和变更也应当落入本发明的权利要求的保护范围内。此外,尽管本说明书中使用了一些特定的术语,但这些术语只是为了方便说明,并不对本发明构成任何限制。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种汁液制取机,其包括:
    杯体,设有上侧开口的杯腔;
    刀座,可拆卸装配于杯体的上部,其设有搅拌刀、驱动搅拌刀旋转的电机和提供电源的电池,刀座装配在杯体的上部时搅拌刀置于杯腔内;
    其特征在于:还包括吸管组件,所述吸管组件包括杯内吸管和活动吸管,所述刀座设有吸管连接通道,所述杯内吸管的上端与所述吸管连接通道的下端连接,所述杯内吸管的下端处延伸至杯腔下部,所述活动吸管的下端与所述吸管连接通道上端可活动连接,所述活动吸管具有下端与所述连接通道的上端连通的竖立连接状态,以及下端与连接通道的上端不连通的收纳状态,并且所述连接通道的上端在不与所述活动吸管下端连通时可被关闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述活动吸管的下端与所述刀座可旋转连接,所述活动吸管通过旋转方式可在竖立连接状态和平放的收纳状态之间切换,在平放的收纳状态时,所述活动吸管将所述吸管连接通道的上端阻挡关闭。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述活动吸管下端设有球形部,球形部内腔与活动吸管内腔连通,球形部下侧设有与球形部内腔连通的连接口,所述刀座对应吸管连接通道的上端设有与球形部相适配弧形口,吸管连接通道的上端与弧形口连通,球形部装配在所述弧形口内,在活动吸管旋转至竖立连接状态时,球形部的连接口与吸管连接通道的上端连通,在活动吸管旋转平放收纳状态时,球形部的弧形口与吸管连接通道的上端错开从而将其阻挡关闭。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述弧形口内装配有吸管密封件,吸管密封件上设有与吸管连接通道的上端连通的出汁孔,吸管密封件内侧设有与球形部形状适配的密封面,球形部与所述吸管密封件密贴配合,在活动吸管旋转平放收纳状态时球形部将出汁孔关闭。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述吸管连接通道的一侧设有排气通道,排气通道的上端与弧形口连通,下端与杯腔连通,吸管密封件对应排气通道的上端设排气孔,活动吸管旋转至竖立连接状态时所述排气孔打开,在活动吸管旋转平放收纳状态时球形部将出汁孔和排气孔关闭。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述吸管连接通道的上端连接弧形口的中部,所述排气通道的上端连接于弧形口的侧部,所述球形部上设置有在活动吸管旋转至竖立连接状态时连通所述排气孔和外部空间的排气缺口。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6任一项所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述球形部两侧与刀座通过转轴连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述活动吸管通过套接,螺接或卡接的方式与吸管连接通道可拆离连接,还配合有吸管密封盖,活动吸管拆离吸管连接通道后,通过吸管密封盖关闭吸管连接通道的上端,并且所述刀座设有活动吸管收纳结构, 活动吸管拆离吸管连接通道后收纳在收纳结构中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述吸管密封盖设于活动吸管的下端侧部。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6或8至9任一项所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述刀座上部设有活动吸管收纳室,活动吸管收纳时收纳在所述收纳室内,所述刀座上侧设有盖体,所述盖体用于打开或关闭所述收纳室。
  11. 根据权利要求1至6或8至9任一项所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述刀座下端设有一圈防护壁,所述搅拌刀位于防护壁的内部空间,所述杯内吸管位于所述防护壁的外侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1至6或8至9任一项所述的汁液制取机,其特征在于:所述吸管连接通道下端延伸出吸管连接部,杯内吸管与吸管连接部的下端通过套接、螺接配合的方式或者卡扣配合的方式可拆卸连接。
