一种支架 【技术领域】
本申请涉及工程安装技术领域,具体涉及一种支架。
【背景技术】
目前户外通信设备等待安装件的工程安装固定,一般是先将抱杆结构件或待安装件固定支架锁在抱杆上,再将待安装件固定在抱杆结构件或支架上。
本申请的发明人在长期研发中发现,现有看似简单便捷的安装方式存在有些不足,例如,任何人在不需要授权的情况下,用工具可直接松开固定的螺丝,将待安装件卸下;对容易发生故障的PCB电路板维护,需要将整个待安装件取下后进行拆机等等。
【发明内容】
本申请提供一种支架,以解决现有技术中待安装件支架不防盗以及待安装件维护困难的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种支架,所述支架包括槽型壳体、铰接座以及锁具,所述铰接座和所述锁具分别设于所述槽型壳体的两端;所述槽型壳体用于接受待安装件自所述铰接座所在的一端滑动装入,并在所述待安装件完成装入后与所述铰接座铰接配合;所述锁具用于将所述待安装件相对所述槽型壳体锁止或打开,以便于防盗和在挂装状态下进行维护。
根据本申请一具体实施例,所述铰接座包括固定件及与所述固定件连接的铰接件,所述固定件与所述槽型壳体相固定,所述铰接件设有铰接缺口以便于所述待安装件滑动装入铰接。
根据本申请一具体实施例,所述槽型壳体包括基板及设于所述基板两侧的侧板,所述侧板相对所述基板弯折以构成槽型结构。
根据本申请一具体实施例,所述侧板为平面板或弧面板。
根据本申请一具体实施例,所述基板上开设有多个固定孔。
根据本申请一具体实施例,所述多个固定孔包括用于接受螺钉穿过的通孔和用于配合预固定的挂孔。
根据本申请一具体实施例,支架还包括抱杆架和锁紧件,所述锁紧件用于将抱杆架与抱杆相固定,且所述锁紧件的操作端在装配后由所述槽型壳体覆盖以防盗拆。

本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请提供的支架,通过在槽型壳体的一端设置铰接座,使得在待安装件完成装入后与铰接座铰接配合,在槽型壳体的另一端设置锁具,解决了现有技术中无法防盗以及待安装件维护困难的问题。

具体来说,请一并参阅图11,图11是图10所示抱杆架安装两个螺栓的结 构示意图。在安装支架100时,需将抱杆架18和锁紧件19固定在抱杆上,在本实施例中,锁紧件19的数量可以是4个,即锁紧件19为4个螺栓19,为保证抱杆架18安装时的稳固性,4个螺栓19均匀设置在抱杆架18的两端。抱杆架18上可以设有多个用于接受螺栓19穿过的过孔184,第一抱杆架181与第二抱杆架182上的过孔184对应设置。
根据抱杆直径的尺寸调整锁紧件19和抱杆架18的固定位置,例如先将用两个螺栓19穿过第二抱杆架182上的过孔184固定于第一抱杆架181上的螺母件183,以将第一抱杆架181和第二抱杆架182预锁。将第一抱杆架181和第二抱杆架182之间的距离设置为大于抱杆的直径,在第一抱杆架181和第二抱杆架182与抱杆扣合好后,再装配另外两个螺栓19,从而将抱杆架18紧固于抱杆,使得工作人员在安装支架100时可以独立完成抱杆架18的安装过程。
请一并参阅图12,图12是图10所示第二抱杆架的结构示意图。
第二抱杆架182可以包括用于与基板102贴靠装配的背板1821,背板1821还设有钩挂件1822以将槽型壳体10预固定,可以通过基板102上的挂孔1062设置在钩挂件1822上以将槽型壳体10预固定,还可以将紧固件穿过基板102上用于接受螺钉穿过的通孔1061以将槽型壳体10紧固。
请一并参阅图13,图13是图10所示螺母件的结构示意图。
螺母件183包括轴向连接的第一螺母段1831和第二螺母段1832,第一螺母段1831设有防转平面1833以与第一抱杆架181嵌入且防转配合,第二螺母段1832的直径大于第一螺母段1831的直径,在本实施例中,可以将第一螺母段1831与第一抱杆架181装配好后进行例如焊接等固定处理,使得安装抱杆架18的过程中不需要另外固定螺母件183,操作更加方便。
请一并参阅图14和图15,图14是图8所示待安装件安装于支架中维护电路板的结构示意图,图15是图14所示电路板支架的结构示意图。
当待安装件200中的电路板202出现故障时,维修人员可以通过钥匙将锁具14打开,将待安装件200旋转到合适角度后取出电路板支架20,以对故障的 电路板202进行维护,完成维护后将电路板支架100安装回待安装件200中,锁具14待安装件200相对槽型壳体10锁止,从而实现在挂装状态下进行维护。
综上,本实施例提供的支架100,通过在槽型壳体10的一端设置铰接座12,使得在待安装件200完成装入后与铰接座12铰接配合,在槽型壳体10的另一端设置锁具14,解决了现有技术中无法防盗以及待安装件200维护困难的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支架,其特征在于:
    所述支架包括槽型壳体、铰接座以及锁具,
    所述铰接座和所述锁具分别设于所述槽型壳体的两端;
    所述槽型壳体用于接受待安装件自所述铰接座所在的一端滑动装入,并在所述待安装件完成装入后与所述铰接座铰接配合;
    所述锁具用于将所述待安装件相对所述槽型壳体锁止或打开,以便于防盗和在挂装状态下进行维护。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述铰接座包括固定件及与所述固定件连接的铰接件,所述固定件与所述槽型壳体相固定,所述铰接件设有铰接缺口以便于所述待安装件滑动装入铰接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,所述槽型壳体包括基板及设于所述基板两侧的侧板,所述侧板相对所述基板弯折以构成槽型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述侧板为平面板或弧面板。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的支架,其特征在于,所述基板上开设有多个固定孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支架,其特征在于,所述多个固定孔包括用于接受螺钉穿过的通孔和用于配合预固定的挂孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的支架,其特征在于,支架还包括抱杆架和锁紧件,所述锁紧件用于将抱杆架与抱杆相固定,且所述锁紧件的操作端在装配后由所述槽型壳体覆盖以防盗拆。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的支架,其特征在于,抱杆架包括第一抱杆架和第二抱杆架,所述第一抱杆架上设有螺母件,所述锁紧件为螺栓,所述螺栓包括螺杆和螺帽,所述螺杆穿过第二抱杆架与所述螺母件连接,所述螺帽外露以在所述槽型壳体与所述第二抱杆架固定后由所述槽型壳体覆盖。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支架,其特征在于,所述第二抱杆架包括用于与 所述基板贴靠装配的背板,所述背板还设有钩挂件以将所述槽型壳体预固定。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的支架,其特征在于,所述螺母件包括轴向连接的第一螺母段和第二螺母段,所述第一螺母段设有防转平面以与所述第一抱杆架嵌入且防转配合,所述第二螺母段的直径大于所述第一螺母段的直径。
