一种三层护发组合物及其制备方法和应用 技术领域
本申请涉及化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种三层护发组合物及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
现实生活中,人们越来越注重外表、追求时尚,拥有柔顺、光滑、亮泽的头发和滋润的头皮能显著提高人的整体形象和舒适性,然而,头发和头皮通常会受到多种外部因素造成的损伤,包括洗发、加热、梳理、定型、烫发、染色以及暴露于紫外线、粉尘等各种自然环境,这些因素都容易造成头发中蛋白质流失、毛鳞片磨损、头皮水分缺失,从而使头发常处于干枯、毛糙、无光泽,头皮处于干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等不健康状态。
目前市面已开发了许多免洗护发产品来解决头发和头皮干枯毛躁等问题,大多数采用天然植物油或环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(D5)作为护发基础原料,单独使用天然植物油调理人的头发,能快速被头发吸收,但滑润性不足,给用户带来不受欢迎的粘腻感,且容易酸败。另外,单独使用D5不易酸败和变味,但也不能被头发吸收,它作为一种挥发性硅油在头发护理中被用来提供一种丝滑的感觉,却给头发留下了一种不自然光泽并造成易吸收的假象。
CN107184430A公开了一种不含硅油的护发组合物,其含有天然植物油、天然精油、防晒成分、丁基羟基甲苯、苯氧乙醇和香精。该公开内容不含硅油的护发组合物性质温和,使用后能使头发顺滑度提升35%以上,对UVB区紫外线阻隔率达50%以上,头皮经皮失水率降低35%以上。但由于其含有的天然植物油和精油会使得头发有非常严重的黏腻感,使用体验差。
因此,开发一种护发组合物能有效解决头发干枯、毛糙、无光泽和头皮干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等问题,使头发更长久地保持柔顺、亮泽的状态是目前美妆领域非常大的挑战。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种三层护发组合物及其制备方法和应用。本申请所述三层 护发组合物经摇晃后能均匀混合,并在一段时间内保持均一状态,使消费者在这段时间内能方便使用。该组合物中不含表面活性剂或乳化剂,能解决头发干枯、毛糙、无光泽和头皮干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等问题,使头发更长久地保持柔顺、亮泽的状态。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种三层护发组合物,基于所述护发组合物的总质量,包括以下组分:液体上层10-50%、液体中间层20-60%和液体下层20-50%;其中,所述液体上层包括至少一种植物基础油,其中基于液体上层的总质量,所述植物基础油的含量为至少50%;所述液体中间层包括至少一种线性聚硅氧烷;并且,所述液体下层包括至少一种多元醇,其中基于液体下层的总质量,所述多元醇的含量为至少50%。
本申请所述护发组合物包括液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层,其中,液体上层包括植物油相,液体中层包括硅氧烷相,液体下层包括多元醇相,即本申请所述的护发组合物采用了天然植物油、硅氧烷和多元醇的复配,将天然植物油的易吸收性、硅氧烷的顺滑性和多元醇的保湿性很好地结合在一起,不仅有效提高了产品的抗酸败性,还能显著增加头发的柔顺性和头皮的滋润性,有效地解决头发干枯、毛糙、无光泽和头皮干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等问题,使头发更长久地保持柔顺、亮泽的状态。
基于护发组合物的总质量,所述液体上层的含量为10-50%,例如可以是10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%或50%等。
基于护发组合物的总质量,液体中间层的含量为20-60%,例如可以是20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%、55%或60%等。
基于护发组合物的总质量,液体下层的含量为20-50%,例如可以是20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%或50%等。
基于液体上层的总质量,所述植物基础油的含量为至少50%,例如可以是50%、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%、80%、85%或90%等。
基于液体下层的总质量,所述多元醇的含量为至少50%,例如可以是50%、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%、80%、85%或90%等。
优选地,所述液体上层与所述液体中间层的密度比为(0.94-0.99):1,例如可以是0.94:1、0.95:1、0.96:1、0.97:1、0.98:1或0.99:1等。
本申请优选液体上层与液体中间层的密度比在上述范围内,是为了控制液 体上层和液体中间层的分层速度,即保证液体上层与液体中间层在混合后可以在较短时间内形成明显的分层,但也还能保证在这个较短时间内使消费者可以充分使用该产品。
优选地,所述液体下层与液体中间层的密度比为(1.02-1.3):1,例如可以是1.02:1、1.05:1、1.08:1、1.1:1、1.15:1、1.2:1、1.25:1或1.3:1等。
本申请优选液体下层与液体中间层的密度比在上述范围内,是为了控制液体下层和液体中间层的分层速度,即保证液体下层与液体中间层在混合后可以在较短时间内形成明显的分层,但也还能保证在这个较短时间内使消费者可以充分使用该产品。
需要说明的是,本申请制得的三层护发组合物具有明显的三层结构,优选控制该液体三层的密度比在上述范围内,这样可以通过手动摇动混合,在不超过10s的时间内即可混合均匀,停止摇动后,在10min内可以保持均匀状态,并且还能在不超过15分钟内重新恢复成三层结构,保证了消费者在其再次分层前有足够多的时间使用该产品。
另外,在实际使用的时候,可以赋予液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层不同的颜色,使得到的护发组合物具有更漂亮的视觉外观。
优选地,所述液体上层包括霍霍巴籽油、甜扁桃油、刺阿干树仁油和椰子油。
本申请所述液体上层优选包括上述特定的四种植物基础油,是由于这四种植物基础油之间可以相互配合,协同增效,再通过与上述液体中间层和液体下层进行合理复配,得到所述护发组合物,该护发组合物可以有效增加头发的柔顺性和头皮的滋润性,进而解决头发干枯、毛糙、无光泽和头皮干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等问题,使头发更长久地保持柔顺、亮泽的状态。
优选地,基于所述液体上层的总质量,所述液体上层包括霍霍巴籽油1-50%、甜扁桃油1-50%、刺阿干树仁油1-50%和椰子油1-50%。

第三方面,本申请还提供了一种如第一方面所述的三层护发组合物在发油、洗发水、护发素或发膜中的应用。
相对于现有技术,本申请具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请所述护发组合物包括液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层,其中,液体上层包括植物油相,液体中层包括硅氧烷相,液体下层包括多元醇相,即本申请所述的护发组合物采用了天然植物油、硅氧烷和多元醇的复配,将天然 植物油的易吸收性、硅氧烷的顺滑性和多元醇的保湿性很好地结合在一起,不仅有效提高了产品的抗酸败性,还能显著增加头发的柔顺性和头皮的滋润性,有效地解决头发干枯、毛糙、无光泽和头皮干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等问题,使头发更长久地保持柔顺、亮泽的状态;
(2)本申请所述护发组合物包含的液体三相可以通过摇晃进行均匀混合,并在一段时间内保持均一状态,使消费者在这段时间内能方便使用。

制备方法如下:
按照表1,分别称取配方中的各组分,而后先将每层组分进行单独混合,再将得到的各层进行混合,得到所述三层护发组合物。
图1给出了实施例1制得的三层护发组合物的外观图,从图中可以清楚地看出,所述护发组合物具有明显的三层结构,形成了明显的两个分界面。

性能测试:
下面两项测试过程中使用了两种市售产品,即市售产品A和市售产品B,其具体产品名称、厂家和牌号如下:
市售样品A为:欧莱雅奇焕润发精油(奢润精华)(购于欧莱雅京东旗舰店,牌号为74S50020220503);市售样品B为:欧莱雅奇焕润发精油(蔷薇臻耀)(购于欧莱雅京东旗舰店,牌号为74S80120220805)。
1、发束动态梳理测试:
(1)测试仪器:毛发柔顺度检测仪SK-3A。
(2)测试原理:通过恒定压力,自动操作,实现感官量化的过程,梳理性数据为处理后的结果,数值越低代表梳理性越好,头发越柔顺。本实验所用的 毛发柔顺度检测仪主要由淋浴喷头、位移仪、加载单元、静电感知器等部件组成。
(3)测试方法:将制作好的19束相同的发束置于动态梳理性测试仪(Combing Tester SK-3A,Techno Hashimoto公司)上,以不涂抹任何护发产品的干发束为空白对照,将本申请实施例、对比例、市售样品A和市售样品B的产品涂抹于发束上,评价本申请实施例、对比例、市售样品A和市售样品B头发梳理性的影响,具体测试结果见表4:

由表4中的数据可见:实施例1-13制得的三层护发组合物涂抹至发束后,其干梳性数据基本都低于空白样和市售样品,这说明实施例制得的护发组合物 能明显改善头发干枯、毛糙的问题,提高头发柔顺度。
与实施例1相比,本申请实施例6-9制得的护发组合物涂抹至发束后,其干梳性数据的下降幅度明显低于实施例1。这是由于与实施例1相比,实施例6-9的护发组合物中其液体上层只包括单一的植物基础油,而实施例1的液体上层包括四种植物基础油,这四种植物基础油之间可以相互配合,协同增效,使得发束的柔顺度明显提高,头发干枯、毛糙的问题得到显著改善。
与实施例1相比,本申请实施例10-13制得的护发组合物涂抹至发束后,其干梳性数据的下降幅度也明显低于实施例1。这是由于实施例1中液体上层包括四种植物基础油,这四种植物基础油之间可以相互配合,协同增效,而与实施例1相比,实施例10-13的液体上层中均缺少其中一种植物基础油,其对发束柔顺度的改善效果明显差于实施例1,这说明上述四种植物油必须同时存在,相互配合,缺一不可,只有将四种植物油进行合理复配使用,才能使发束的柔顺度明显提高,头发干枯、毛糙的问题得到显著改善。
本申请对比例1-3中的护发组合物只包含液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层三层中的两层,对比例1的护发组合物中缺少液体中层,对比例2的护发组合物中缺少液体上层,对比例3的护发组合物中缺少液体下层,其制得的护发组合物涂抹至发束后,其干梳性数据的下降幅度也明显低于任何一组实施例。这说明只有将液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层复配使用,才能将天然植物油的易吸收性、硅氧烷的顺滑性和多元醇的保湿性能很好结合在一起,进而有效解决头发干枯、毛糙的问题。
2、头皮保湿测试:
(1)测试标准:本试验参照轻工行业标准《化妆品保湿功效评价指南》对实施例和对比例得到的护发组合物、以及市售样品A、市售样品B进行保湿功效测试;
(2)测试原理:采用电容法测定人体皮肤角质层的水分含量是基于水和其他物质的介电常数差异显著,按照皮肤角质层水分含量的不同,测得的皮肤的电容值不同,其参数可代表头皮水分含量。
(3)测试方法:选取50名染烫发质的受试者,所有受试者无任何头皮过敏史或者头皮疾患史,受试部位无任何异常,受试者均为女性,年龄21-45岁,整个测试过程均在恒温恒湿实验室进行,室温为20℃-22℃,湿度为40-60%; 采用Corneometer CM825(德国Courage+Khazaka公司,购于北京金宏帆)进行皮肤含水量测试,在50名受试者头部后侧选取19处进行测试,每处的测试区域为5cm×5cm,在每一处依次涂抹本申请实施例和对比例制得的护发组合物以及市售产品,留一处不涂抹任何护发产品来作为空白对照,将测得数据取算术平均值,数值越大,表明角质层含水量越高;
测试前,受试者统一用同款洗发水洗头,吹干,然后保持一定体位平衡30min,分别将实施例1-13、对比例1-3和市售样品A、市售样品B涂抹于测试部位,并设置空白对照区,测试时间点分别为涂样前(0h),涂样后1h,2h,样品涂抹量为2.0±0.1mg/cm 2
具体测试结果见表5。

由表5可知,相比空白对照组,在涂抹一定量本申请实施例1-5、对比例1-3和市售样A、B的护发组合物或护发油后,其头皮水分含量都有所增加。
与实施例1相比,本申请实施例6-9制得的护发组合物涂抹在头皮后,其头皮含水量明显低于实施例1。这是由于与实施例1相比,实施例6-9的护发组合物中其液体上层只包括单一的植物基础油,而实施例1的液体上层包括四种植物基础油,这四种植物基础油之间可以相互配合,协同增效,与液体中间层和液体下层合理复配,能够很好地防止液体下层带入头皮的保湿组分流失,使头皮肌肤锁住水分,即明显提高头皮的含水量。
与实施例1相比,本申请实施例10-13制得的护发组合物涂抹在头皮后,其头皮含水量明显低于实施例1。这是由于实施例1中液体上层包括四种植物基础油,这四种植物基础油之间可以相互配合,协同增效,而与实施例1相比,实施例10-13的液体上层中均缺少其中一种植物基础油,其对头皮含水量的提升效果明显差于实施例1,这说明上述四种植物油必须同时存在,相互配合,缺一不可,只有将四种植物油进行合理复配使用,才能很好地防止液体下层带入头皮的保湿组分流失,使头皮肌肤锁住水分,即明显提高头皮的含水量。
本申请对比例1-3中的护发组合物只包含液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层三层中的两层,对比例1的护发组合物中缺少液体中层,对比例2的护发组合物中缺少液体上层,对比例3的护发组合物中缺少液体下层,其制得的护发组合物涂抹至头皮后,其头皮肌肤含水量也明显低于任何一组实施例。这说明只有将液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层复配使用,才能将天然植物油的易吸收性、硅氧烷的顺滑性和多元醇的保湿性能很好结合在一起,进而起到保湿、滋养头皮的功效。
综上所述,本申请提供的三层护发组合物,采用了天然植物油、硅氧烷和多元醇类的组合,使天然植物油的易吸收性、硅氧烷的顺滑性和多元醇的保湿性能很好结合在一起,并筛选出四种天然植物油,经与硅氧烷和多元醇按一定比例复配后,有效地解决头发干枯、毛糙、无光泽和头皮干燥、紧绷、瘙痒等问题,使头发更长久地保持柔顺、头皮长久地保持滋润舒适的状态,具有广阔的应用前景和市场价值。

    所述液体中间层包括至少一种线性聚硅氧烷;并且
    所述液体下层包括至少一种多元醇,其中,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述多元醇的含量为至少50%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的护发组合物,其中,所述液体上层与所述液体中间层的密度比为(0.94-0.99):1。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的护发组合物,其中,所述液体下层与液体中间层的密度比为(1.02-1.3):1。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,所述液体上层包括霍霍巴籽油、甜扁桃油、刺阿干树仁油和椰子油;
    优选地,基于所述液体上层的总质量,所述液体上层包括霍霍巴籽油1-50%、甜扁桃油1-50%、刺阿干树仁油1-50%和椰子油1-50%。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体上层的总质量,所述液体上层还包括0.01-1%油溶性防晒剂;
    优选地,所述油溶性防晒剂包括二苯酮-3、双-乙基己氧苯酚甲氧苯基三嗪、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、二乙氨羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、甲酚曲唑三硅氧烷、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、乙基己基三嗪酮或奥克立林中的任意一种或至少两种的组合;
    任选地,基于所述液体上层的总质量,所述液体上层还包括0.01-1%香精。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,所述液体中间层的密度<0.99g/cm 3
    优选地,所述线性聚硅氧烷包括聚二甲基硅氧烷;
    优选地,所述聚二甲基硅氧烷的粘度为100-100000cps;
    优选地,所述线性聚硅氧烷包括:粘度为100cps的聚二甲基硅氧烷、粘度为500cps的聚二甲基硅氧烷和粘度为100000cps的聚二甲基硅氧烷。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,所述多元醇包括三醇和/或二醇;
    优选地,所述三醇为甘油;
    优选地,所述二醇包括丙二醇、丁二醇或戊二醇中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述液体下层还包括0.01-1%着色剂;
    优选地,所述着色剂为水溶性色素;
    优选地,所述水溶性色素包括CI 15985、CI 42090、CI 42051、CI 17200或CI 16035中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述液体下层还包括0.01-1%水溶性防晒剂;
    优选地,所述水溶性防晒剂包括苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、二苯酮-4、二苯酮-5、苄亚基樟脑磺酸、肉桂酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵、PEG-25对氨基苯甲酸、聚季铵盐-59或水杨酸三乙醇胺盐及其衍生物中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述液体下层还包括0.01-2%泛醇。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述液体下层还包括0.01-0.5%无机盐;
    优选地,所述无机盐为氯化钠。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述液体下层还包括1-10%水。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的护发组合物,其中,基于所述液体上层的总质量,所述液体上层包括如下组分:霍霍巴籽油1-50%、甜扁桃油1-50%、刺阿干树仁油1-50%、椰子油1-50%、油溶性防晒剂0.01-1%和香精0.01-1%;
    优选地,基于所述液体中间层的总质量,所述液体中间层包括如下组分:粘度为100cps的聚二甲基硅氧烷68-95%、粘度为500cps的聚二甲基硅氧烷4-30%和粘度为100000cps的聚二甲基硅氧烷0.005-5%;
    优选地,基于所述液体下层的总质量,所述液体下层包括如下组分:多元醇50-95%、着色剂0.01-1%、泛醇0.01-2%、水溶性防晒剂0.01-1%、无机盐0.01-2%和水1-45%。
  14. 权利要求1-13中任一项所述的三层护发组合物的制备方法,其包括:将液体上层、液体中间层和液体下层混合、静置,得到所述三层护发组合物。
  15. 权利要求1-13中任一项所述的三层护发组合物在发油、洗发水、护发素或发膜中的应用。
