一种破烟装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子吸烟器,具体涉及一种破烟装置。
背景技术
随着人们对身体健康的关注,降低吸烟危害的呼声越来越高,人们开始寻找降低吸烟危害的方法。经过大量的研究发现,普通香烟在点然吸食时,会产生众多有害物质。而使用不点燃、加热的方式吸食,有害物质会大量减少。
目前,现有的针对普通香烟的电子吸烟器在对香烟加热时,香烟的烟纸也同时进行了加热,这样会产生大量的纸焦味,口感不佳,同时,也会产生有害物质。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种可将香烟内的烟丝拨出的破烟装置。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种破烟装置,包括,外壳,其开设有用于容纳香烟的通道;至少一个的破纸刀,设置在通道内壁上,用于将香烟的烟纸划破;拨料机构,所述拨料机构滑动的设置在外壳上,并可沿所述通道的轴向往复移动,将香烟内的烟丝拨出。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述拨料机构包括推动件和拨料件,所述拨料件与推动件连接,所述外壳上开设有第一滑槽。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述拨料机构包括固定件和弹性件,所述固定件相对于所述外壳滑动设置,所述弹性件一端与固定件连接,另一端与推动件连接。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述破烟装置还包括用于容纳香烟的烟管,所述烟管设置在通道内,所述烟管上开设有第二滑槽。

有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,通过在通道的内壁上设置破纸刀,使用时,当香烟插入通道内,破纸刀将香烟的烟纸划破,拨料机构将香烟内的烟丝拨出,使烟丝掉落。这样在吸食香烟时,可以直接对烟丝加热,而不对烟纸加热,不会产生因烟纸被加热后的纸焦味,口感更好,危害更少。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1-4所示,本发明的破烟装置包括外壳2,其开设有用于容纳香烟的通道21。至少一个的破纸刀3,固定在通道21内壁上,用于将香烟1的烟纸划破。拨料机构4,拨料机构4滑动的设置在外壳2上,并可沿通道21的轴向往复移动,将香烟内的烟丝拨出。通过在通道21的内壁上设置破纸刀3,使用时,当香烟插入通道21内,破纸刀3将香烟的烟纸划破,拨料机构4将香烟内的烟丝拨出,使烟丝掉落。这样在吸食香烟时,可以直接对烟丝加热,而不对烟纸加热,不会产生因烟纸被加热后的纸焦味,口感更好,危害更少。
具体地,外壳2包括外壳本体23和盖体24,盖体24安装在外壳本体23上,盖体24上开设有入料口241。入料口241与通道21连通,破纸刀3安装在入料口241内壁上,外壳本体23上开设有通道21。这样,当香烟1插入时,破纸刀3将烟纸划破,当香烟完全插入通道21时,烟纸被完全划破,增大了烟纸的划破范围,使香烟1内的烟丝更容易被拨出。
进一步地,破纸刀3的刀刃为斜面,刀刃与向下竖直方向的夹角为锐角,可以更加轻易的将烟纸划破。在本实施例中,破纸刀3共设有一把,在其他实施例中,破纸刀3也可以设置两把或者四把,将破纸刀3均匀的设置在入料口241的内壁上。
如图5所示,拨料机构4包括推动件41和拨料件42,拨料件42与推动件41连接,推动件41滑动的设置在外壳2上。驱动推动件41移动,带动拨料件42将烟丝拨出。使用时,需要提供一个水平力,使推动件41水平移动,将拨料件42插入烟丝内,再提供竖直方向的力,驱动推动件41沿外壳2向下运动,带动拨料件42向下运动,将烟丝拨出。在本实施例中,可以直接依靠人手驱动推动件41移动。当然了,也可以利用其他电动机构驱动推动件41移动。
在本实施例中,拨料件42为拨料板。拨料板的端部设有一个凸出的尖头,可以使拨料板更容易插入烟丝内。
为了方便驱动推动件41移动,外壳2上开设有第一滑槽22,推动件41滑动的设置在第一滑槽22内。具体地,推动件41一端设置在外壳2外,另一端与拨料件42连接,可以很轻易的移动推动件41,结构简单,易于操作。
具体地,拨料机构4包括固定件43和弹性件44,固定件43相对于外壳2滑动设置,弹性件44一端与固定件43连接,另一端与推动件41连接。使用时,驱动推动件41水平移动,使弹性件44发生弹性形变,将拨料件42插入烟丝内,之后再驱动推动件41向下移动。当将烟丝全部拨出后,松开推动件41,弹性件44恢复弹性形变,带动拨料件42回到原位置,再将推动件41向上移动,结构简单,方便操作。在本实施例中,弹性件44为弹片。
为了方便移动推动件41,拨料机构4还包括按键45,按键45安装在推动件41上,方便人力驱动推动件41移动。
为了方便安装,破烟装置还包括用于容纳香烟1的烟管5,烟管5设置在通道21内,烟管5上开设有第二滑槽51。固定件43滑动的设置在烟管5上,推动件41滑动的穿设在第二滑槽51内。具体地,插入香烟1时,香烟1的部分位于烟管5内,第一滑槽22与第二滑槽51的位置对应。在本实施例中,固定件43的形状为环形,固定件43滑动的套设在烟管5上。
如图6所示,烟管5上开设有用于供拨料件42穿过的第一通孔52,第一通孔52与第二滑槽51连通。具体地,第一通孔52的宽度要大于第二滑槽51。在驱动拨料件42水平移动时,拨料件42从第一通孔52内插入烟丝,之后向下驱动拨料件42时,第二滑槽51可以阻挡拨料件42从烟管5内弹出,推动件41向下移动时,仅需提供向下的力即可,无需再提供水平的压力,更易操作。
具体地,烟管5上开设有用于供拨料件42穿过的第二通孔53,第二通孔53与第二滑槽51连通,第一通孔51与第二通孔53分别设置在第二滑槽51的两端。使用时,拨料件42从第一通孔53内插入烟管5,当拨料件42移动至底部时,拨料件42从第二通孔53内弹出。
具体地,烟管5上设有限位柱54,固定件43上设有限位槽431,固定件43通过限位柱54与限位槽431的配合滑动的设置在烟管5上。在驱动推动件41向下移动时,限位柱54可以限制固定件43的位置,避免固定件随推动件41向下移动时左右晃动。在本实施例中,限位柱54共设有四个。

  1. 一种破烟装置,其特征在于:包括,
    外壳,其开设有用于容纳香烟的通道;
    至少一个的破纸刀,设置在通道内壁上,用于将香烟的烟纸划破;
    拨料机构,所述拨料机构滑动的设置在外壳上,并可沿所述通道的轴向往复移动,将香烟内的烟丝拨出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述拨料机构包括推动件和拨料件,所述拨料件与推动件连接,所述外壳上开设有第一滑槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述拨料机构包括固定件和弹性件,所述固定件相对于所述外壳滑动设置,所述弹性件一端与固定件连接,另一端与推动件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述破烟装置还包括用于容纳香烟的烟管,所述烟管设置在通道内,所述烟管上开设有第二滑槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述固定件滑动的设置在烟管上,所述推动件滑动的穿设在第二滑槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述烟管上开设有用于供拨料件穿过的第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述第二滑槽连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述烟管上开设有用于供拨料件穿过的第二通孔,所述第二通孔与所述第二滑槽连通,所述第一通孔与第二通孔分别设置在第二滑槽的两端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述烟管上设有限位柱,所述固定件上设有限位槽,所述固定件通过限位柱与限位槽的配合滑动的设置在烟管上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述外壳包括外壳本体和盖体,所述盖体安装在外壳本体上,所述盖体上开设有入料口,所述入料口与通道连通,所述破纸刀安装在入料口内壁上,所述通道开设在外壳本体上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的破烟装置,其特征在于:所述破纸刀的刀刃为斜面,所述刀刃与向下竖直方向的夹角为锐角。
