本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述第一遮挡部上设有连接杆,所述第一遮挡部通过连接杆与第二遮挡部连接;所述第二遮挡部上还设有通孔,所述发热部上还设有与通孔配合的凸块,所述第二遮挡部转动的设置在发热部上;当所述第一遮挡部转动时,带动所述第二遮挡部绕凸块转动。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述外壳上设有转槽,所述转槽与所述第一滑槽连通;所述烟管上开设有第一缺口,所述第一缺口与所述第二滑槽连通;所述固定件上设有限位槽,所述第一遮挡部上设有与限位槽配合的限位块,所述固定件滑动的设置在第一遮挡部上。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述第一遮挡部呈管状,所述第一遮挡部上开设有第三滑槽和第二缺口,所述第三滑槽与第一滑槽对应,所述第二缺口与第三滑槽连通,并与第一缺口对应;所述固定件呈环状,所述固定件滑动的套设在第一遮挡部上。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述第二遮挡部共设有两个;当第一遮挡部转动时,带动两个第二遮挡部互为反向转动。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述外壳包括上壳体和下壳体,所述通道开设在上壳体上,所述发热部设置在下壳体的顶端,所述上壳体与下壳体活动连接。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述上壳体上设有连接臂,所述下壳体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽沿通道的轴向延伸,所述连接臂滑动的设置在滑动槽内;拉动上壳体,使连接臂在滑动槽内滑动,直至移动至滑动槽顶端,转动上壳体,使发热部的入料口暴露。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于,通过在通道内设置破纸刀,当香烟插入通道时,破纸刀可将香烟的烟纸划破,之后驱动拨料组件移动,将香烟内的烟丝拨出,使烟丝落入加热机构内,加热机构对烟丝加热,产生烟气后即可吸食(吸食时,使用者的嘴部与香烟的烟嘴接触)。这样在吸食香烟时,吸烟装置可以仅对烟丝加热,避免产生纸糊味。吸食完成后,使用者抽出烟嘴,即可将烟纸抽出,且烟纸完整,方便收集。

本发明的最佳实施方式
现结合附图,对本发明的较佳实施例作详细说明。
如图1至图4所示,本发明的吸烟装置包括外壳2、用于将香烟1烟纸划破的破纸刀3、用于拨出香烟1内烟丝的拨料组件4以及用于对拨料组件4拨出的烟丝加热的加热机构5。外壳2上开设有用于容纳香烟1的通道21,破纸刀3设置在通道21内壁上,拨料组件4滑动的设置在外壳2上,并可沿通道21移动,加热机构5设置在外壳2内。通过在通道21内设置破纸刀3,当香烟插入通道21时,破纸刀3可将香烟的烟纸划破。之后驱动拨料组件4移动,将香烟1内的烟丝拨出,使烟丝落入加热机构5内,加热机构5对烟丝加热,产生烟气后即可吸食(吸食时,使用者的嘴部与香烟的烟嘴接触)。这样在吸食香烟时,吸烟装置可以仅对烟丝加热,避免产生纸糊味。吸食完成后,使用者抽出烟嘴,即可将烟纸抽出,且烟纸完整,方便收集。在本实施例中,使用者可以手动驱动拨料组件4移动,将香烟1内的烟丝拨出,在其他实施例中,也可以利用其他电动机构驱动拨料组件4移动。
如图4和图5所示,加热机构5包括用于加热烟丝的发热部51和电控部,发热部51设有入料口511,入料口511与通道21连通。电控部与发热部51电连接,可使发热部51发热,进而对发热部51内的烟丝加热。外壳2外形为“雪茄”状(烟草制品的一种),其包括上壳体22和下壳体23,通道21开设在上壳体22上,发热部51位于下壳体23的顶端。上壳体22上还设有连接臂221,下壳体23上开设有滑动槽231,滑动槽231沿通道21的轴向延伸,连接臂221滑动的设置在滑动槽231内。吸食完成后,使用者拉动上壳体22,使连接臂221在滑动槽231内滑动,直至将连接臂221拉动至滑动槽231顶端,再转动上壳体22,使发热部51的入料口511暴露,再将加热后的烟丝倒出,外壳2的这种结构可以避免加热后的烟丝污染通道21,进而影响吸烟口感。
如图3所示,破纸刀3位于在通道21的顶端,且破纸刀3与香烟1插入通道21方向的夹角为10°至30°,这样可以使破纸刀3更加轻易的将烟纸划破。在本实施例中,破纸刀3与香烟插入通道21方向的夹角优选20°。具体地,破纸刀3共设有一把,在其他实施例中,破纸刀3也可以设置多把。
如图1、图4和图6所示,拨料组件4包括推动件41和拨料件42,拨料件42与推动件41连接。外壳2上开设有沿通道21轴向延伸的第一滑槽24,推动件41滑动的设置在第一滑槽24内。使用时,使用者驱动推动件41沿通道21径向移动,将拨料件42插入香烟1内,之后再驱动推动件41沿第一滑槽24移动,带动拨料件42下移,将烟丝拨出。在本实施例中,拨料件42为拨料板。拨料板的端部设有一个凸出的尖头421,可以使拨料板更容易插入香烟1内。
如图6所示,拨料组件4还包括固定件43和弹性件44,固定件43滑动的设置在通道21内,弹性件44一端与固定件43连接,另一端与推动件41连接。使用时,香烟进入通道21后,使用者驱动推动件41沿通道21径向的移动,使弹性件44发生弹性形变,进而使拨料件42插入香烟1内;接着使用者驱动推动件41沿第一滑槽24下移,将烟丝拨出。如图2所示,推动件41上还设有按键45,可以方便使用者驱动推动件41移动。
如图7和图8所示,本吸烟装置还包括烟管6,烟管6设置在通道21内,并位于破纸刀3的下方。烟管6上设有第一插入槽61和第二滑槽62,第一插入槽61与第二滑槽62连通,并位于第二滑槽62的顶端,第二滑槽62与第一滑槽24位置对应(即第一滑槽24与第二滑槽62连通),且烟管6的长度略短于通道21的长度。当插入香烟1时,香烟1从通道21的顶端插入,破纸刀3将烟纸划破,之后香烟1进入烟管6内。使用者给推动件41施加一个沿通道21径向的推力,使弹性件44发生弹性形变,进而使拨料件42穿过第一插入槽61,插入香烟1内;接着使用者驱动推动件41沿第一滑槽24、第二滑槽62下移,将烟丝拨出。在本实施例中,第二滑槽62的截面宽度小于第一插入槽61的截面宽度,这样,当使用者将拨料件42插入香烟1内再驱动推动件41下移时,即使不给推动件41施加沿通道21径向的推力,拨料件42也不会从第一滑槽24内弹出。
如图4所示,为了避免在吸烟时烟气漏出,吸烟装置还包括用于封闭烟管6的第一遮挡部7,第一遮挡部7转动的设置在通道21内。在加热机构5对烟丝加热前,转动第一遮挡部7,将第一插入槽61和第二滑槽62遮挡(即将烟管6封闭),使第一滑槽24与第二滑槽62处于不连通的状态,之后再对烟丝加热,可以避免烟气从烟管6内泄出。
如图4和10所示,吸烟装置还包括避免加热后的烟丝漏出的第二遮挡部8,第二遮挡部8上开设有若干气孔81,第二遮挡部8活动的设置在发热部51上。使用时,拨料组件4将香烟1内的烟丝拨出,烟丝落入发热部51内后,转动第二遮挡部8将入料口511遮挡,这样当使用者转动整个吸烟装置时,加热后的烟丝也不会从发热部51漏出。
如图5、图9以及图10所示,第一遮挡部7还设有连接杆71,第一遮挡部7通过连接杆71与第二遮挡部8连接。第二遮挡部8上开设有通孔82,发热部51上设有与通孔82配合的凸块512,第二遮挡部8转动的设置在发热部51上。使用时,使用者驱动第一遮挡部7转动,带动连接杆71转动,进而带动第二遮挡部8绕凸块512转动,将发热部51的入料口511遮挡。当吸食完成后,使用者拉动上壳体22,带动第一遮挡部7移动,进而带动第二遮挡部8移动,凸块512与第二遮挡部8的通孔82脱离,将入料口511露出,方便将加热后的烟丝倒出。这样,第二遮挡部8随第一遮挡部7同步转动,无需单独旋转第二遮挡部8,方便操作,节省了操作步骤。在本实施例中,第二遮挡部8共设有两个,连接杆71和凸块512也设有两个。当第一遮挡部7转动时,带动两个连接杆71同步转动,进而带动两个第二遮挡部8绕凸块512互为反向转动。
参考图1、图6、图8和图9所示,固定件43上设有限位槽431,第一遮挡部7上设有与限位槽431配合的限位块72,固定件43滑动的设置在第一遮挡部7上。上壳体22上设有转槽25,转槽25与第一滑槽24连通,并位于第一滑槽24的底端。烟管6上设有与转槽25位置对应的第一缺口63,第一缺口63与第二滑槽62连通,并位于第二滑槽62的底端。使用时,当拨料件41移动至第一滑槽24底端时,使用者松开第一推动件41,使弹性件44恢复原状,拨料件41从第一缺口63弹出烟管6;接着使用者驱动推动件41转动,使推动件41滑入转槽25内,带动固定件43转动,进而带动第一遮挡部7和第二遮挡部8同步转动,将烟管6封闭,并将入料口511遮挡,结构简单,便于操作。
如图7和图10所示,第一遮挡部7呈管状,烟管6位于第一遮挡部7内。第一遮挡部7上开设有第二插入槽73、第三滑槽74以及第二缺口75,第二插入槽73和第二缺口75均与第三滑槽74连通,并分别位于第三滑槽74的两端。第二插入槽71与第一插入槽61对应,第三滑槽74与第一滑槽24对应,第二缺口75与转槽25对应。固定件43呈环状,限位槽431设置在固定件43的内侧,固定件43套设在第一遮挡部7上。在本实施例中,限位块72共设有两组,每组包括两个限位块72,两组对称的设置在第一遮挡部7上。
利用本吸烟装置进行吸烟时,使用者将香烟1从通道21的顶端插入,破纸刀3将香烟1的烟纸划破(插入后,香烟1位于烟管6内)。使用者驱动按键45沿通道21的径向移动,带动推动件41移动,使弹性件44发生弹性形变,进而带动拨料件42穿过第二插入槽73、第一插入槽61,插入香烟1内。接着,使用者驱动按键45沿第一滑槽24移动,带动固定件43沿第一遮挡部7移动,同时带动推动件41沿第二滑槽62、第三滑槽74移动,将香烟1内的烟丝拨出,使烟丝落入发热部51内。当按键45移动至第一滑槽24底端时(此时烟丝已全部落入发热部51内),使用者松开按键45,使弹性件44恢复原状,进而带动拨料件42依次退出第一缺口63、第二缺口75,从烟管6内弹出。使用者转动按键45,使按键45滑入转槽25内,带动推动件41转动,进而带动固定件43转动,第一遮挡部7随之转动,将烟管6封闭(第一遮挡部7将第一插入口61、第二滑槽62以及第一缺口63遮挡)。第一遮挡部7转动同时带动连接杆71转动,进而带动第二遮挡部8绕凸块512转动,将发热部51的入料口511遮挡。此时,使用者开启电控部,对发热部51内的烟丝加热,产生烟气后即可进行吸食。当吸食完成后,将烟嘴和烟纸抽出,使用者拉动上壳体22,使连接臂221沿滑动槽231移动,带动第一遮挡部7移动,进而带动第二遮挡部8移动,使凸块512从通孔82脱离。当将上壳体22拉动至滑动槽231的顶端时,转动上壳体22,使发热部51的入料口511暴露,将加热后的烟丝倒出。
之后,使用者转动并推动上壳体22,使连接臂221位于滑动槽231的底端。接着使用者将按键45从转槽25转入第一滑槽24内,从而带动第一遮挡部7转动,使第二滑槽62与第一滑槽24连通。使用者驱动按键45径向移动,使弹性件44发生弹性形变,带动拨料件42穿过第二缺口75、第一缺口63,插入烟管6内,之后使用者驱动按键45沿第一滑槽24上移,带动拨料件42移动,直至移动至第一滑槽24顶端时,使用者松开按键45,弹性件44恢复原状,从而带动拨料件42依次退出第一插入槽61、第二插入槽73,从烟管6内弹出,为下一次吸烟做准备。
应当理解的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制,对本领域技术人员来说,可以对上述实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而所有这些修改和替换,都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种吸烟装置,其特征在于:包括
    外壳,所述外壳上开设有用于容纳香烟的通道;
    破纸刀,用于将香烟的烟纸划破,其设置在通道内壁上;
    拨料组件,用于拨出香烟内的烟丝,其滑动的设置在外壳上,并可沿所述通道移动;
    加热机构,用于对拨料组件拨出的烟丝加热,设置在外壳内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述破纸刀设置在通道顶端,且所述破纸刀与香烟插入通道方向的夹角为10 至30 。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述拨料组件包括推动件和拨料件,所述拨料件与推动件连接;所述外壳上开设有沿通道轴向延伸的第一滑槽,所述推动件滑动的设置在第一滑槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述拨料组件还包括固定件和弹性件,所述固定件滑动的设置在通道内,所述弹性件一端与固定件连接,另一端与推动件连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述吸烟装置还包括烟管,所述烟管设置在通道内,所述烟管上设有第一插入槽和第二滑槽,所述第一插入槽与第二滑槽连通,所述第二滑槽与所述第一滑槽对应。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述吸烟装置还包括用于封闭烟管的第一遮挡部,所述第一遮挡部转动的设置在通道内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述加热机构包括发热部,所述发热部设有入料口,所述通道与所述发热部的入料口连通;所述吸烟装置还包括用于遮挡入料口的第二遮挡部,所述第二遮挡部上开设有若干气孔,所述第二遮挡部活动的设置在发热部上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述第一遮挡部上设有连接杆,所述第一遮挡部通过连接杆与第二遮挡部连接;所述第二遮挡部上还设有通孔,所述发热部上还设有与通孔配合的凸块,所述第二遮挡部转动的设置在发热部上;当所述第一遮挡部转动时,带动所述第二遮挡部绕凸块转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述外壳上设有转槽,所述转槽与所述第一滑槽连通;所述烟管上开设有第一缺口,所述第一缺口与所述第二滑槽连通;所述固定件上设有限位槽,所述第一遮挡部上设有与限位槽配合的限位块,所述固定件滑动的设置在第一遮挡部上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述第一遮挡部呈管状,所述第一遮挡部上开设有第三滑槽和第二缺口,所述第三滑槽与第一滑槽对应,所述第二缺口与第三滑槽连通,并与第一缺口对应;所述固定件呈环状,所述固定件滑动的套设在第一遮挡部上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述第二遮挡部共设有两个;当第一遮挡部转动时,带动两个第二遮挡部互为反向转动。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述外壳包括上壳体和下壳体,所述通道开设在上壳体上,所述发热部设置在下壳体的顶端,所述上壳体与下壳体活动连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的吸烟装置,其特征在于:所述上壳体上设有连接臂,所述下壳体上开设有滑动槽,所述滑动槽沿通道的轴向延伸,所述连接臂滑动的设置在滑动槽内;拉动上壳体,使连接臂在滑动槽内滑动,直至移动至滑动槽顶端,转动上壳体,使发热部的入料口暴露。
