Description
本发明涉及电子吸烟器技术领域,具体涉及一种烟丝加热装置。
随着人们对身体健康的关注,降低吸烟危害的呼声越来越高,人们开始寻找降低吸烟危害的方法。经过大量的研究发现,普通香烟在点然吸食时,会产生众多有害物质。而使用不点燃、加热的方式吸食,有害物质会大量减少。
目前,控制吸烟的温度主要是利用热源对烟丝进行加热,烟丝只加热不燃烧,将烟丝加热后,即可吸食。但是,现有的电子吸烟器吸食常用的卷烟,均有烟纸包裹,因此,当用电子吸烟器吸食时,先对卷烟的烟纸进行加热,这样会产生大量的纸糊味,客户的体验感不佳。因此,市场上缺少一种可以直接对烟丝加热的吸烟器。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种可直接对烟丝加热的烟丝加热装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种烟丝加热装置,包括烟嘴;以及烟杆,包括设置于烟杆内用于盛放烟丝的发热杯,该发热杯设有一进出料口,所述的烟嘴与该进出料口相连通;至少一滑动部,其设置于烟嘴或烟杆上,所述的烟嘴和烟杆通过该滑动部可相对滑动;至少一连接部,所述烟嘴与烟杆通过该连接部转动连接;其中,所述的烟嘴与烟杆可通过连接部与滑动部打开和闭合。
本发明的更进一步优选方案是:所述连接部包括连接件和转轴,该连接件设置于转轴上。

如图1和2所示,本发明的烟丝加热装置包括烟嘴1;以及烟杆2,所述的烟杆2内设置有用于盛放烟丝的发热杯3,该发热杯3设有一进出料口31,烟嘴1与该进出料口31相连通,通过发热杯3对烟丝加热产生烟雾,通过烟嘴1吸食。
本发明实施例所述的烟丝加热装置还包括至少一滑动部4和至少一连接部5,滑动部4设置于烟嘴1或烟杆2上,该滑动部4可使烟嘴1和烟杆2发生相对滑动;连接部5将,烟嘴1与烟杆2转动连接。本实施例的烟嘴1与烟杆2可通过连接部5与滑动部4打开和闭合,使用时,利用滑动部4和连接部5滑动和转动烟嘴1,将烟丝加热装置打开,此时,使发热杯3的进出料口31暴露,将烟丝放入发热杯3内,之后再将烟嘴1恢复原位,烟丝加热装置闭合即可吸食,当吸食完毕,通过滑动部4和连接部5滑动和转动烟嘴1,将烟丝加热装置打开将吸食后的烟丝及残渣倒掉即可,再闭合该烟丝加热装置。采用本实施例的烟丝加热装置吸食香烟,一方面,烟丝的装卸简易,另一方面,直接在发热杯内装入烟丝而不是卷烟,在吸食时,可以直接吸食加热后烟丝产生的烟雾而不会吸食到卷烟的纸糊味,口感更好,体验更佳。

- 根据权利要求7所述的烟丝加热装置,其特征在于:所述第二限位件的形状呈半圆形,所述第二限位件共设有两个,两个所述第二限位件对称的设置在滑动槽的两侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的烟丝加热装置,其特征在于:所述烟丝加热装置还包括烟管,所述烟管设置在烟腔内,所述烟管一端与烟嘴连通,另一端与发热杯的进出料口连通。
- 根据权利要求9所述的烟丝加热装置,其特征在于:所述烟丝加热装置还包括用于阻挡烟丝或烟灰的挡网,所述挡网安装在烟管上,并位于远离烟嘴的一端。
