一种双向可调节预应力的连接结构,包括分置于两构件上且同轴的插销部和锁合部;所述插销部和所述锁合部之间还设置有调节部;所述锁合部包括朝向所述插销部一端敞开的锁筒、螺纹固定于所述锁筒敞开端的支撑套筒以及设置于所述锁筒内的锁扣机构;所述支撑套筒内周面的上端设有内倾角;所述锁扣机构包括滚珠、弹簧、珠盆以及垫片;所述锁筒的另一端套设有工件,工件套设于所述锁筒内的一端设置有墩头;所述插销部包括朝向所述锁合部一端敞开的销筒以及插入所述锁筒内的插销头;所述插销头通过设置在其末端的螺纹端螺纹固定于所述销筒敞开端内;所述销筒的另一端套设有另一工件,工件的墩头套设于所述销筒内;所述插销头末端的外周壁上设有环形沟;弹簧一端抵靠在锁筒内墩头上,另一端抵靠在垫片上;珠盆设置在锁筒内墩头与插销头之间;滚珠容纳在环形沟内;插销头插入锁筒, 滚珠在弹簧和垫片的作用下进入环形沟,插销头被锁定于锁扣机构中;所述调节部能够用于调节所述支撑套筒或所述插销头;旋动调节部使支撑套筒前顶,插销头受力形变产生预压应力;旋动调节部使插销头后退,插销头受力形变产生预拉应力。
进一步的,所述调节部包括第一调节端和第一调节螺母;所述第一调节端固定设置在所述插销头与所述螺纹端之间;所述第一调节螺母螺纹固定在所述支撑套筒末端外侧;所述第一调节螺母下端面紧贴所述第一调节端上端面;所述第一调节螺母内径小于所述第一调节端外径;所述第一调节端与所述螺纹端的连接处与所述销筒敞开端端面之间留有间隙;所述第一调节螺母上端面与所述锁筒敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第一调节端使插销头后退,被锁扣机构固定的插销头受力形变,产生预拉应力;旋动第一调节螺母使第一调节螺母挤压第一调节端,支撑套筒受反作用力向前顶出,被锁扣机构固定的插销头受力形变,产生预压应力。
进一步的,所述调节部还包括第一垫圈;所述第一垫圈套设在所述插销头外;所述第一垫圈位于所述第一调节端和所述第一调节螺母之间。
进一步的,所述调节部包括第二调节端和第二调节螺母;所述第二调节端固定设置在所述支撑套筒末端外侧;所述第二调节螺母螺纹固定在所述螺纹端上端外侧;所述第二调节端下端面紧贴所述第二调节螺母上端面;所述第二调节螺母内径小于所述第二调节端的外径;所述第二调节端上端与所述锁筒敞开端端面之间留有间隙;所述第二调节螺母下端与所述销筒敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第二调节端使支撑套筒前顶,被锁扣机构固定的插销头受力形变,产生预压应力;旋动第二调节螺母使第二调节螺母挤压第二调节端,插销头的螺纹端受反作用力向后退缩,被锁扣机构固定的插销头受力形变,产生预拉应力。
进一步的,所述调节部还包括第二垫圈;所述第二垫圈套设在所述插销头外;所述第二垫圈位于所述第二调节端和所述第二调节螺母之间。

进一步的,所述调节部包括第四调节端、第四调节螺母以及第二调节螺套;所述第四调节端固定设置在所述支撑套筒末端;所述第二调节螺套固定设置在第四调节端末端;所述第四调节螺母螺纹固定在所述第二调节螺套上端外侧;所述第四调节端下端面紧贴所述第四调节螺母上端面;所述第四调节螺母内径小于所述螺纹端的外径;所述第四调节端上端与所述锁筒敞开端端面之间留有间隙;所述第四调节螺母下端与所述销筒敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第四调节端使支撑套筒前顶,被锁扣机构固定的插销头受力形变,产生预压应力;旋动第四调节螺母使第四调节螺母挤压螺纹端,插销头的螺纹端受力向后退缩,被锁扣机构固定的插销头受力形变,产生预拉应力。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:
1、该预应力接头能够同时施加预压应力和预拉应力,在后续承受压应力或者拉应力时,能够快速进行受力转换,同时提高预应力接头的承受能力。
2、通过旋动调节螺母,能够消除调节螺母与调节端之间的间隙,防止压、力应力变换时,接头因存在间隙发生变形,导致失效。
3、通过旋动调节螺母抵靠在调节端上,能够在建筑施工现场直接施加预应力后直接装配,使得施加的预应力能快速用于施工,从而能有效避免传统预应力产品工期长的缺点。

实施例一:

进一步的,所述调节部3还包括第一垫圈33;所述第一垫圈33套设在所述插销头12外;所述第一垫圈33位于所述第一调节端31和所述第一调节螺母32之间。当第一调节端31和第一调节螺母32外径差异较为明显时,通过加第一垫圈33,可以使二者受力更加均衡。
特别的,所述第一调节端31的横截面为矩形或者六边形。能够便于工作人员使用扳手之类的工具来卡合在第一调节端31外围,方便进行调整。
特别的,作为替代,第一调节端31的外壁面上也可以设置有一个或者多个调节齿。这样,工作人员也可以通过与调节齿吻合的扳手,来对第一调节端31进行旋动。
本实施例的工作原理:
参见图1-4,安装时,首先在锁筒21内放入工件7,再放入弹簧24,接着将盆式滚珠架27放置于支撑套筒22上,然后放入滚珠23,使滚珠23滑入盆式滚珠架27与支撑套筒22之间。然后下压盆式滚珠架27,则滚珠23被固定。然后将支撑套筒22安装于锁合部2的锁筒21内,则盆式滚珠架27上端与锁合部2内的弹簧24相抵接触,锁合部2安装完成。安装插销部1时,只需在销筒11内放入工件7,再在销筒11的敞开端上连接插销头12的螺纹端13即可。当锁合部2与插销部1进行插接工作时,插销头12进入锁合部2的支撑套筒22内,然后与盆式滚珠架27下端的承推槽抵靠,随着插销头12的继续顶入锁合部2,盆式滚珠架27受力断裂,分离为垫片26和珠盆25,同时,在垫片26和弹簧24的作用下,滚珠23推入插销头12的容纳部内,同时垫片26自身也可以卡合于插销头12的容纳部的上部,与容纳部配合对滚珠23起到良好的固定作用,而珠盆25则继续被插销头12顶出且从中部穿过垫片26,被固定在插销头12与工件7之间。
在接头安装完成后,若发现插销头12并没有完全插入锁扣机构,无法实现锁定,则可以通过扳手卡住第一调节端31,调节插销头12的位置,使其完全插入锁扣机构,并实现锁定。
对该预应力接头施加预拉应力时,可以通过扳手卡住第一调节端31,调节插销头12的位置使其回缩,则被锁扣机构固定的插销头12受力形变,产生预拉应力,然后旋动第一调节螺母32贴合至第一调节端31,防止因插销头12的回缩而与支撑套筒22产生间隙,导致整个连接结构松动;对该预应力接头施加预压应力时,旋动第一调节螺母32使第一调节螺母32挤压第一调节端31,因第一调节螺母32无法移动,则与第一调节螺母32螺纹连接的支撑套筒22受反作用力向前顶出,被锁扣机构固定的插销头12受力形变,产生预压应力。这样,即可对该预应力接头同时施加双向预应力,该预应力接头即可在承受拉压应力变换时,瞬间实现拉压应力的瞬间无缝隙转换。
预应力施加完成后,再在锁筒21和销筒11的间隙抹上水泥或者胶水等密封材料,填充连接构件之间的间隙,增加连接构件的连接强度,防止连接构件的松动与腐蚀。
实施例二:
参见图5-8,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,所述调节部3包括第二调节端41和第二调节螺母42;所述第二调节端41固定设置在所述支撑套筒22末端外侧;所述第二调节螺母42螺纹固定在所述螺纹端13上端外侧;所述第二调节端41下端面紧贴所述第二调节螺母42上端面;所述第二调节螺母42内径小于所述第二调节端41的外径;所述第二调节端41上端与所述锁筒21敞开端端面之间留有间隙;所述第二调节螺母42下端与所述销筒11敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第二调节端41使支撑套筒22前顶,被锁扣机构固定的插销头12受力形变,产生预压应力;旋动第二调节螺母42使第二调节螺母42挤压第二调节端41,插销头12的螺纹端13受反作用力向后退缩,被锁扣机构固定的插销头12受力形变,产生预拉应力。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述双向可调节预应力的连接结构,其特征在于:所述调节部(3)包括第二调节端(41)和第二调节螺母(42);所述第二调节端(41)固定设置在所述支撑套筒(22)末端外侧;所述第二调节螺母(42)螺纹固定在所述螺纹端(13)上端外侧;所述第二调节端(41)下端面紧贴所述第二调节螺母(42)上端面;所述第二调节螺母(42)内径小于所述第二调节端(41)的外径;所述第二调节端(41)上端与所述锁筒(21)敞开端端面之间留有间隙;所述第二调节螺母(42)下端与所述销筒(11)敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第二调节端(41)使支撑套筒(22)前顶,被锁扣机构固定的插销头(12)受力形变,产生预压应力;旋动第二调节螺母(42)使第二调节螺母(42)挤压第二调节端(41),插销头(12)的螺纹端(13)受反作用力向后退缩,被锁扣机构固定的插销头(12)受力形变,产生预拉应力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述双向可调节预应力的连接结构,其特征在于:所述调节部(3)还包括第二垫圈(43);所述第二垫圈(43)套设在所述插销头(12)外;所述第二垫圈(43)位于所述第二调节端(41)和所述第二调节螺母(42)之间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述双向可调节预应力的连接结构,其特征在于:所述调节部(3)包括第三调节端(51)、第三调节螺母(52)以及第一调节螺套(53);所述第三调节端(51)固定设置在所述插销头(12)与所述螺纹端(13)之间;所述第一调节螺套(53)固定设置在所述插销头(12)下部外侧;所述第三调节螺母(52)螺纹固定在所述第一调节螺套(53)外侧末端;所述第三调节螺母(52)下端面紧贴所述第三调节端(51)上端面;所述第三调节螺母(52)内径小于所述支撑套筒(22)外径;所述第三调节端(51)与所述螺纹端(13)的连接处与所述销筒(11)敞开端端面之间留有间隙;所述第三调节螺母(52)上端面与所述锁筒(21)敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第三调节端(51)使插销头(12)后退,被锁扣机构固定的插销头(12)受力形变,产生预拉应力;旋动第三调节螺母(52)使第三调节螺母(52)挤压支撑套筒(22),支撑套筒(22)受力向前顶出,被锁扣机构固定的插销头(12)受力形变,产生预压应力。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述双向可调节预应力的连接结构,其特征在于:所述调节部(3)包括第四调节端(61)、第四调节螺母(62)以及第二调节螺套(63);所述第四调节端(61)固定设置在所述支撑套筒(22)末端;所述第二调节螺套(63)固定设置在第四调节端(61)末端;所述第四调节螺母(62)螺纹固定在所述第二调节螺套(63)上端外侧;所述第四调节端(61)下端面紧贴所述第四调节螺母(62)上端面;所述第四调节螺母(62)内径小于所述螺纹端(13)的外径;所述第四调节端(61)上端与所述锁筒(21)敞开端端面之间留 有间隙;所述第四调节螺母(62)下端与所述销筒(11)敞开端端面之间留有间隙;旋动第四调节端(61)使支撑套筒(22)前顶,被锁扣机构固定的插销头(12)受力形变,产生预压应力;旋动第四调节螺母(62)使第四调节螺母(62)挤压螺纹端(13),插销头(12)的螺纹端(13)受力向后退缩,被锁扣机构固定的插销头(12)受力形变,产生预拉应力。
