技术领域
本公开实施例涉及一种接线端子固定结构及空调。
背景技术
随着技术的发展及人们生活水平的提高,人们对空调的需求不只局限于制冷或者制热功能,对空调的使用要求也越来越高,比如空调增加语音功能,可以扬声或播放音乐等。
增加语音模块必然带来接线的问题,已知技术中,空调的接线端子与中框装配时,由于插拔次数多,容易出现接线端子松动,容易发生倾斜,甚至从中框上脱离。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本公开实施例的第一方面提供一种接线端子固定结构,包括中框,中框上设置有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽用于容纳电控盒,所述接线端子与所述电控盒电连接;
所述中框上还设置有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽位于所述电控盒的一侧;所述接线端子与所述第二凹槽卡接。
本公开实施例一方面通过将接线端子设置在靠近电控盒的一侧,缩短接线长度,使线之间的连接简单化,另一方面通过采用接线端子与中框的卡接,实现接线端子与中框的可拆卸连接,接线端子的安装和拆卸方便,装配效率高。
进一步地,包括盖板,所述盖板上设置有第一卡扣,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽的侧壁上对应位置设置有第一卡接孔,所述第一卡扣与所述第一 卡接孔配合,使所述盖板盖于所述电控盒和所述接线端子的上方。
