Description

单体贝类养殖箱连接组件 技术领域:
本发明属于水产养殖技术领域,涉及一种结构简单,安装方便,保证网箱位置固定的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件。
背景技术:
现有技术的水产养殖中,一般是采用网箱养殖,网箱需要通过连接组件固定在连接绳上固定位置实现大面积养殖,现有的连接组件结构如图1所示,通过一夹头A固定在连接绳B上,此种结构的缺点在于:
1、安装困难,夹头要紧紧的夹住连接绳才能固定,因此,需要的夹紧力很大,人工操作非常费力。
2、由于夹头的夹紧位置很小,当海浪较大时,夹头会窜动,一来会磨损连接绳,二来会造成网箱的位置移动,无法保证固定位置。
发明内容:
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种结构简单,安装方便,保证网箱位置固定的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案为:
单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,包括:本体,本体一端形成一筒状连接部,筒状连接部两端分别形成上空槽及下空槽,上空槽与下空槽的连接处形成带有固定倾角的卡槽,连接绳沿卡槽的倾角卡入卡槽并转动一固定角度使连接绳两端分别卡入上空槽及下空槽内固定。
进一步,所述的筒状连接部内腔对应卡槽的位置设有一限位凸点,所述上空槽及下空槽的槽口边沿分别形成向内的卡点与限位凸点配合限制连接绳卡入时的位置防止其窜动移位。
进一步,所述的卡槽两边沿向上形成导向凸沿。
进一步,所述的倾角为45度。
进一步,所述的本体另一端通过销轴铰接一弹性连杆,连杆的尾端设有一横杆。
进一步,所述横杆的一端头形成一锥度。
采用上述技术方案,本发明相对于现有技术,具有如下优点:
1、本发明为安全连接水产养殖系统所研发的一款连接组件(俗称暴风夹),可配合浮沉式养殖系统和其他设备使用,运用于潮间贝类养殖或其他工业用途。
2、该连接组件的特色是通过本发明的设计方式将暴风夹放在海绳上,并握住手柄1/4处进行旋转,暴风夹会快速锁定在海绳或背骨上。安装省力,提高工作效率。其另一端通过转接件连接固定在网箱或其它养殖工具上,所述的连接组件可以由许多材料制成,包括但不限于绳子、麻绳、绳索、系绳和电缆塑料树脂。
3、暴风夹作为最终产品需要与海绳连接,可起到减震器的作用。由于卡槽与连接绳的接触面积较大且定位牢固,配合限位凸点与卡点的多重定位,保证风浪来时网箱不会移动,也不会对连接绳造成磨损,也会起到减震的作用。
4、该连接组件的设计目的是提供与多种连接件快速连接,连接件包括但不限于,绳,管线,绳索,麻绳和单丝线。
5、该连接组件一旦到位,暴风夹是安全的,不能随意的从线上分离。
6、暴风夹的手柄符合人体工程学的设计,减少用户使用疲劳,只需要四分之一的旋转,以便夹具与海绳线连接。暴风夹可由塑料、铸铝、锻钢等材料制成。
7、连接组件可作为一个万向接头,减少了线上的压力和磨损,使产品能够 被固定在适当的位置。

具体实施方式:
为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图2-图9所示,为本发明实施例。
多单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,包括:本体1,本体一端形成一筒状连接部2,筒状连接部2两端分别形成上空槽3及下空槽4,上空槽3与下空槽4的连接处形成带有固定倾角的卡槽5,连接绳10(海绳)沿卡槽5的倾角卡入卡槽并转动一固定角度使连接绳两端分别卡入上空槽3及下空槽4内固定。
进一步,所述的筒状连接部2内腔对应卡槽5的位置设有一限位凸点21,所述上空槽3及下空槽4的槽口边沿分别形成向内的卡点31及41与限位凸点21配合限制连接绳10卡入时的位置防止其窜动移位。所述的卡槽5两边沿向上形成导向凸沿51;所述的倾角最佳角度可为45度,保证强度及稳定性的同时最省力。
安装时,该连接组件(俗称暴风夹)一端固定在连接绳(海绳)上,另一端通过转接件连接养殖网箱,从而将养殖网箱一个一个的固定在海绳上,连接时,连接绳(海绳)沿卡槽的倾角卡入卡槽并握住手柄1/4处进行旋转,暴风夹将快速锁定在海绳上,安装省力,提高工作效率。其另一端通过转接件连接固定在网箱或其它养殖工具上。所述的转接件可如实施例中的结构,本体1另一端6通过销轴7铰接一弹性连杆8,连杆8的尾端设有一横杆9,横杆的一端头形成一锥度91方便安装,组装时,将本体1的一端卡入海绳。另一端通过横杆卡入养殖网箱的连接处,从而将养殖网箱一个一个的固定的海绳上,使养殖网箱在海面上可随着潮汐涨落或翻转,既有活动的自由度,又能受海绳的控制不会漂走。
本发明采用上述结构,安装省力,只要稍一转动就会将连接绳卡入连接组件的卡槽内,提高工作效率。由于卡槽与连接绳的接触面积较大且定位牢固,保证风浪来时网箱不会移动,也不会对连接绳造成磨损。

  1. 单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,其特征在于:包括:本体,本体一端形成一筒状连接部,筒状连接部两端分别形成上空槽及下空槽,上空槽与下空槽的连接处形成带有固定倾角的卡槽,连接绳沿卡槽的倾角卡入卡槽并转动一固定角度使连接绳两端分别卡入上空槽及下空槽内固定。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,其特征在于:所述的筒状连接部内腔对应卡槽的位置设有一限位凸点,所述上空槽及下空槽的槽口边沿分别形成向内的卡点与限位凸点配合限制连接绳卡入时的位置防止其窜动移位。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,其特征在于:所述的卡槽两边沿向上形成导向凸沿。
  4. 如权利要求4所述的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,其特征在于:所述的倾角为45度。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,其特征在于:所述的本体另一端通过销轴铰接一弹性连杆,连杆的尾端设有一横杆。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的单体贝类养殖箱连接组件,其特征在于:所述横杆的一端头形成一锥度。
