电池200设于第一夹臂120内。控制主板300设于第二夹臂130内。按摩头400设于弹性臂110上。电池200用于为颈部按摩仪10的各需要供电的元件供电。控制主板300和按摩头400通信连接,用于控制按摩头400工作。当颈部按摩仪10为低频微电流按摩仪时,控制主板300控制按摩头400产生低频微电流;当颈部按摩仪10为振动按摩仪时,控制主板300控制按摩头400振动,其中,低频微电流、振动等作用于颈部,能对颈部产生积极效果。电池200和控制主板300分别设置在第一夹臂120和第二夹臂130,可以使得整个颈部按摩仪10的重量分配更均衡。按摩头400用于按摩颈部。按摩头400可以直接和颈部接触,并和第一夹臂120和第二夹臂130配合夹持颈部。
转接板500设于弹性臂110内。转接板500作为中间桥梁,电连接电池200和控制主板300,且电连接控制主板300和按摩头400。转接板500包括电源接口510、控制接口520和输出接口530。
走线600包括电源线610、控制线620和输出线630。电源线610的两端分别和电池200与电源接口510电连接。控制线620的两端分别和控制主板300与控制接口520电连接。输出线630的两端分别和按摩头400与输出接口530电连接。
在传统的颈部按摩仪中,电连接位于第一夹臂120内的电池200和位于第二夹臂130内的控制主板300的电线较长(需要穿过整个弹性臂110),同时电连接位于第二夹臂130内的控制主板300和位于弹性臂110上的按摩头400的电线也较长(按摩头400与控制主板300相距较远),导致传统的颈部按摩仪的电连接方式存在走线排布不合理的问题。
而在上述颈部按摩仪10中,通过在弹性臂110内增设转接板500,转接板500连接电池200和控制主板300,从而实现电池200和控制主板300间接连接,进而可以使得电源线610和控制线620相对较短,电源线610和控制线620均不需要穿过整个弹性臂110,更便于安装,同时转接板500连接控制主板300和按摩头400,从而实现按摩头400和控制主板300间接连接,进而可以有效缩短输出线630的长度,避免颈部按摩仪10的走线过长,而且较短的输出线630便于安装。因此上述颈部按摩仪10的电连接方式具有较合理的走线排布。
如图2和图3所示,在本实施例中,按摩头400的数目和输出接口530的数目均为两个,每一按摩头400通过一输出线630和一输出接口530电连接。其中,转接板500位于两个按摩头400之间。设置两个按摩头400可以增加按摩点,使得同一时间内的按摩效果更好。而将转接板500设于两个按摩头400之间,可以使得整个颈部按摩仪10的重量分配更均衡。在其他实施例中,按摩头400的数目也可以为一个或三个以上。此时,输出接口530的数目相应的为一个或三个以上,每一按摩头400通过一输出线630和一输出接口530电连接。
在本实施例中,为了使得整个颈部按摩仪10的重量分配更均衡,当按摩头400的数目大于等于两个时,将转接板500设于多个按摩头400排布形成的图形的中部。
在本实施例中,两个按摩头400沿弹性臂110的延伸方向间隔排布。转接板500包括靠近第一夹臂120的第一侧502和靠近第二夹臂130的第二侧504。电源接口510设于第一侧502,控制接口520设于第二侧504,两个输出接口530分别对应第一侧502和第二侧504设置。如此,可以使得电源线610、控制线620和输出线630均较短。在其他实施例中,当两个按摩头400沿第一方向间隔排布时(第一方向和弹性臂110的延伸方向垂直),两个输出接口530沿第一方向间隔排布,以分别对应两个按摩头400。
具体地,在本实施例中,两个按摩头400对称设置,两个输出接口530对称设置,两个输出接口530的对称轴和两个按摩头400的对称轴相同。如此,可以使得整个颈部按摩仪10的重量分配更均衡。
如图3所示,在一个实施例中,转接板500还包括第三侧506,第一侧502、第二侧504和第三侧506分别位于转接板500的不同方位。两个输出接口530位于电源接口510和控制接口530之间,并均设于第三侧506。如此,在确保具有较短走线600的前提下,还非常便于各接口和电池200、控制主板300与按摩头400电连接。
如图4所示,在一个实施例中,两个输出接口530分别设于第一侧502和第二侧504,一个输出接口530和电源接口510并排设置,另一个输出接口530和控制接口520并排设置。如此,可以进一步缩短走线600。
需要说明的是,第一侧502、第二侧504和第三侧506指代的是转接板500的三边,第一侧502、第二侧504和第三侧506可以位于同一面。
在本实施例中,弹性臂110的两端对称设置,弹性臂110的两端对称轴和两个按摩头400的对称轴相同。转接板500位于弹性臂110的正中间。如此,在左右两侧重量一致的颈部按摩仪上增设转接板500形成上述颈部按摩仪10时,左右两侧重量仍然保持一致,佩戴上述颈部按摩仪10不会引起不适。
如图1和图2所示,在本实施例中,按摩头400包括按摩本体410及连接柱420,连接柱420连接按摩本体410及弹性臂110。其中,连接柱420与转接板500交错设置,此时,可以认为转接板500和按摩头400的径向投影不重叠。如此,在佩戴上述颈部按摩仪10时,脖子挤压按摩头400,因挤压发生形变的按摩头400不会压坏转接板500,从而使得转接板500具有较长的使用寿命。
如图5和图6所示,在本实施例中,弹性臂110包括位于颈部按摩仪10外侧的外壳112和位于颈部按摩仪10内侧的内壳114,内壳114和外壳112可拆卸连接。如此,非常便于维护转接板500。其中,转接板500位于外壳112与内壳114之间,转接板500靠近外壳112的部分表面与外壳112间隔,转接板500靠近内壳114的部分表面与内壳114间隔。如此,能进一步避免转接板500被压坏。
如图5和图6所示,在一个实施例中,弹性臂110还包括螺钉(图未示意)和设于外壳112上的固定柱116与承载部118。固定柱116和承载部118均朝向内壳114延伸,且固定柱116的高度大于承载部118的高度。固定柱116设置有内螺纹孔1162。承载部118为多个,多个承载部118环绕固定柱116设置。转接板500上开设有固定孔540。转接板500承载于承载部118上,且固定柱116穿设于固定孔540上。螺钉和固定柱116的内螺纹孔1162螺接,且螺钉的螺帽的尺寸大于固定孔540的尺寸,以避免转接板500脱落。
采用打螺钉的方式将转接板500固定于承载部118上,不仅能使得转接板500和外壳112间隔,还非常便于拆装转接板500。而且在上述结构中,由于固定柱116穿设于固定孔540上,固定柱116对转接板500的组装还能起到定位的作用,也即固定柱116具有固定和定位双重作用。而转接板500承载于多个承载部118上,可以使得转接板500更稳定的固定于外壳112上。此外,通常情况下,外壳112的刚性大于内壳114的刚性,特别是,当内壳114需要和脖子接触时,内壳114一般具有柔性。固定柱116和承载部118均设于外壳112上,可以使得组装于弹性臂110内的转接板500更稳定。
在本实施例中,弹性臂110还包括设于外壳112上的定位柱119,定位柱119朝向内壳114延伸,且定位柱119的高度大于承载部118的高度。接板500上开设有定位孔550。定位柱119穿设于定位孔550上。同时设置定位柱119和固定柱116可以避免转接板500转动,从而避免接口处的走线脱落。
在本实施例中,定位柱119的数目和固定柱116的数目均为一个。在其他实施例中,定位柱119的数目和固定柱116的数目均可以大于等于两个。如此,可以使得转接板500更稳定的固定于外壳112上,即使受到按压也不易松脱。
在本实施例中,承载部118的数目为两个,固定柱116位于两个承载部118之间,且固定柱116相对的两侧分别和两个承载部118连接。如此,可以具有更好的承载能力。
在本实施例中,定位柱119的一端嵌入在承载部118内。如此,可以具有更好的承载能力。
在本实施例中,承载部118的高度为2-10mm。如,承载部118的高度可以为2.5mm、3mm、3.5mm、4mm、4.5mm、5mm、5.5mm、6mm、6.5mm、7mm、7.5mm、8mm、8.5mm、9mm或9.5mm。如此,可以在佩戴颈部按摩仪10时,利用弹性臂110本身的弹性拉开角度时,也即在颈部按摩仪10处于展开状态时,也能确保转接板500位于外壳112至内壳114方向上的两表面分别和外壳112与内壳114间隔,有效保护转接板500。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,承载部118可以省略,此时,可以使得转接板500直接承载于固定柱116的端面,螺钉穿设于固定孔540,且一端伸入内螺纹孔1162内,与内螺纹孔1162螺接。同时,可以设置固定柱116的高度为2-10mm。
如图2和图3所示,在一个实施例中,电源线610包括两根分开设置的电线。在另一个实施例中,电源线610也可以包括排线。如图2和图3所示,在一个实施例中,控制线620包括两根分开设置的电线。在另一个实施例中,控制线620也可以包括排线。如图2和图3所示,在一个实施例中,输出线630包括两根分开设置的电线。在另一个实施例中,输出线630也可以包括排线。
其中,电线包括导线和包裹导线的绝缘层,排线包括绝缘层和设于绝缘层内的至少两根导线。当导线数目相同时,一根排线相比于多根电线,可以使得走线600更简洁,组装效率更高。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种颈部按摩仪,其中,所述颈部按摩仪包括:
    支架,包括弹性臂、第一夹臂和第二夹臂,所述第一夹臂和所述第二夹臂分别设于所述弹性臂的两端,且所述第一夹臂和所述第二夹臂相向设置,并位于所述弹性臂同侧;
    电池,设于所述第一夹臂内;
    控制主板,设于所述第二夹臂内;
    按摩头,设于所述弹性臂上;
    转接板,设于所述弹性臂内,所述转接板包括电源接口、控制接口和输出接口;以及
    走线,包括电源线、控制线和输出线,所述电源线一端和所述电池电连接,另一端和所述电源接口电连接,所述控制线一端和所述控制主板电连接,另一端和所述控制接口电连接,所述输出线一端和所述按摩头电连接,另一端和所述输出接口电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述按摩头的数目和所述输出接口的数目均为2,每一所述按摩头通过一所述输出线和一所述输出接口电连接,所述转接板位于两个所述按摩头之间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,两个所述按摩头沿所述弹性臂的延伸方向间隔排布,所述转接板包括靠近所述第一夹臂的第一侧和靠近所述第二夹臂的第二侧,所述电源接口设于所述第一侧,所述控制接口设于所述第二侧,两个所述输出接口分别对应所述第一侧和所述第二侧设置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,两个所述按摩头对称设置,两个所述输出接口对称设置,两个所述输出接口的对称轴和两个所述按摩头的对称轴相同。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,两个所述输出接口分别设于所述第一侧和所述第二侧,一个所述输出接口和所述电源接口并排设置,另一个所述输出接口和所述控制接口并排设置。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述转接板还包括第三侧,所述第一侧、所述第二侧和所述第三侧分别位于所述转接板的不同方位,两个所述输出接口位于所述电源接口和所述控制接口之间,并均设于所述第三侧。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述弹性臂的两端对称设置,所述弹性臂的两端的对称轴和两个所述按摩头的对称轴相同,所述转接板位于所述弹性臂的正中间。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述弹性臂的两端对称设置,所述转接板位于所述弹性臂的正中间。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述按摩头包括按摩本体及连接柱,所述连接柱连接所述按摩本体及所述支架,所述连接柱与所述转接板交错设置。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述电源线包括排线或两根分开设置的电线,所述控制线包括排线或两根分开设置的电线,所述输出线包括排线或两根分开设置的电线。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述弹性臂包括位于所述颈部按摩仪外侧的外壳和位于所述颈部按摩仪内侧的内壳,所述内壳和所述外壳可拆卸连接,其中,所述转接板位于所述外壳与所述内壳之间,所述转接板靠近所述外壳的部分表面与所述外壳间隔,所述转接板靠近所述内壳的部分表面与所述内壳间隔。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述弹性臂还包括螺钉和设于所述外壳上的固定柱和承载部,所述固定柱和所述承载部均朝向所述内壳延伸,且所述固定柱的高度大于所述承载部的高度,所述固定柱设置有内螺纹孔,所述转接板上开设有固定孔,所述转接板承载于所述承载部上,且所述固定柱穿设于所述固定孔上,所述螺钉和所述内螺纹孔螺接,且所述螺钉的螺帽的尺寸大于所述固定孔的尺寸,以避免所述转接板脱落。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述弹性臂还包括设于所述外壳上的定位柱,所述定位柱朝向所述内壳延伸,且所述定位柱的高度大于所述承载部的高度,所述接板上开设有定位孔,所述定位柱穿设于所述定位孔上。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述承载部的数目为2,所述固定柱位于两个所述承载部之间,且所述固定柱相对的两侧分别和两个所述承载部连接。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述承载部的高度为2-10mm。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述弹性臂还包括螺钉和设于所述外壳上的固定柱,所述固定柱朝向所述内壳延伸,所述转接板承载于所述固定柱的端面,所述转接板上开设有固定孔,所述螺钉穿设于所述固定孔,且一端伸入所述内螺纹孔内,和所述内螺纹孔螺接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述固定柱的高度为2-10mm。
  18. 如权利要求11所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述外壳的刚性大于所述内壳的刚性。
  19. 一种颈部按摩仪,其中,所述颈部按摩仪包括:
    支架,包括弹性臂、第一夹臂和第二夹臂,所述第一夹臂和所述第二夹臂分别设于所述弹性臂的两端,且所述第一夹臂和所述第二夹臂相向设置,并位于所述弹性臂同侧;
    电池,设于所述第一夹臂内;
    控制主板,设于所述第二夹臂内;
    按摩头,设于所述弹性臂上;
    转接板,设于所述弹性臂内,所述转接板包括电源接口、控制接口和输出接口;以及
    走线,包括电源线、控制线和输出线,所述电源线一端和所述电池电连接,另一端和所述电源接口电连接,所述控制线一端和所述控制主板电连接,另一端和所述控制接口电连接,所述输出线一端和所述按摩头电连接,另一端和所述输出接口电连接;
    所述按摩头的数目大于等于2,所述输出接口的数目和所述输出线的数目均与所述按摩头的数目相同,每一所述按摩头通过一所述输出线和一所述输出接口电连接,所述转接板位于多个所述按摩头排布形成的图形的中部。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的颈部按摩仪,其中,所述按摩头的数目和所述输出接口的数目均为2,两个所述按摩头沿第一方向间隔排布,所述第一方向和所述弹性臂的延伸方向大致垂直。
