本公开涉及一种按摩设备领域,特别涉及一种颈部按摩仪。
背景技术
近年来,由于工作和不良生活习惯等原因,颈椎病的发病呈现出年轻化的趋势。现有颈部按摩仪为佩戴于脖子上,该颈部按摩仪通常兼具热敷及电刺激功能,这样就会非常耗电,而由于空间有限不能装设大容量的电池,故现有颈部按摩仪单次使用时间较短。
发明内容
本公开提供一种能够解决上述问题的颈部按摩仪,通过将两个电池分别设置在中间支架的两侧,可以平衡中间支架两侧的重量,避免在佩戴时向一侧滑落的情况,同时增加总的电池容量,提高颈部按摩仪的工作时长。
本公开一方面提出了一种颈部按摩仪,包括具有弹性的中间支架,所述中间支架的两侧设置有夹臂,所述中间支架包括外壳和内壳,所述外壳和所述内壳固定连接并形成有安装空间,所述内壳的内侧连接有电极头组件,所述安装空间内设置有两个电池,并配置在所述中间支架的两侧,所述电池电连接所述电极头组件和电路板。
本公开所提供的颈部按摩仪,通过将两个电池分别设置在中间支架的两侧,可以平衡中间支架两侧的重量,避免在佩戴时向一侧滑落的情况,增加总的电池容量,提高颈部按摩仪的工作时长。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的一种颈部按摩仪,包括具有弹性的中间支架10,中间支架10的两侧设置有夹臂20,中间支架10包括外壳101和内壳102,外壳101和内壳102固定连接并形成有安装空间,内壳102的内侧连接有电极头组件30,安装空间内设置有两个电池40,并配置在中间支架10的两侧,电池40电连接电极头组件30和电路板。通过将两个电池40分别设置在中间支架10的两侧,可以平衡中间支架10两侧的重量,避免在佩戴时向一侧滑落的情况,同时增加总的电池容量,提高颈部按摩仪的工作时长。
相较于电池为一整体的设置在中间支架10上,把电池拆分为两组,对称的设置在中间支架10的两侧,电池容量可以做的比原来整体式的电池容量大,也没有原来那种整体式的电池那种臃肿,占比面积大,因此避免了在正常佩戴时向一侧滑落的情况。另外每一个电池40较为轻巧,轻巧的电池40可以更为牢固地通过例如粘接等方式装设在中间支架10上,并跟随中间支架10的形变而运动,即中间支架10的变形不会影响电池40的安装稳定性。
为更好地描述,我们设定沿着中间支架10的延伸方向为长度方向,而图3垂直纸面方向为宽度方向,在一些实施例中,两个电池40对称地设置中间支架10的两侧。这样可以使两个电池40的重量均匀的分配在中间支架10的两侧,避免在佩戴时向一侧滑落的情况。
在一些实施例中,电池组电池40相对于中间支架10在长度方向的中心线前侧。前侧指的是靠近用户脖颈的一侧。避免在中间支架10自重的影响下中间支架10向后倾覆导致电极头组件30与皮肤脱离。
在一些实施例中,电路板包括脉冲发生板51和控制电路板52,脉冲发生板51和控制电路板52分别设置在中间支架10的两侧的夹臂20内。这样,可以避免两个脉冲发生板51和控制电路板52相互干扰,影响电路板的运行稳定性,且脉冲发生板51和控制电路板52分置于左右两个夹臂20内,可以进一步地平衡中间支架10两侧的重量,且在佩戴状态,可以给予中间支架10向前、向下拉扯的作用力,使电极头组件30与用户脖颈紧贴。
在一些实施例中,电极头组件30包括连接柱31和电极头32,连接柱31的两端分别连接有内壳102和电极头32,连接柱31为柔性材料制成。内壳102为硬质材料制成,连接柱31的硬度小于内壳102的硬度。内壳102可以为PC等硬质塑料制成,可以起到保护电池的作用,避免电池受力发生形变而导致电池内隔膜刺破短路的情况出现,影响电池的使用寿命。连接柱31为柔性材料制成,例如硅胶类材料,在佩戴时,皮肤接触电极头32,对电极头32施加压力,电极头32将压力传递至连接柱31,连接柱31支撑于内壳102上,电极头32可绕连接柱31做扭摆运动,电极头32可以适应不同脖颈的人群,提高产品的适用范围。内壳102还可以为硅胶和塑料骨架的组合结构,塑料骨架可以为PC、ABS或POM材料,塑料骨架起到支撑硅胶的作用,使内壳102保持一定的形状和硬度,使得内壳102的整体硬度大于连接柱31的硬度,这样,在电极头32受力时,连接柱31处柔性较强而变形,也即此时内壳102起到了支撑电极头组件30的作用。
在一些实施例中,内壳102与夹臂20通过螺钉70连接,可以理解,内壳102为硬质塑料,夹臂20同样为硬质材料,在受力变形时,夹臂20与内壳102的连接处受力较大,此处需要较大的连接强度,否则会出现断裂或裂缝,螺钉70连接稳定,且容易装配。
在一些实施例中,颈部按摩仪还包括喇叭60,喇叭60与电池40电连接,喇叭60的喇叭孔设置于两个电池40之间。现有的喇叭通常设置于颈部按摩仪的夹臂20上,并在夹臂20的相应位置处设置喇叭孔,然而,由于夹臂20内的空间有限,且夹臂20通常与人体的皮肤接触,人体在出汗时,汗渍会进入喇叭孔,一方面污染按摩仪,另一方面也会堵塞喇叭孔。另外,夹臂20通常为硬胶材料,喇叭60贴设于硬胶表面,喇叭60在发声时,喇叭60本身会发生震动,二者相互碰撞会产生噪音,本申请的电极头32和喇叭60在不同的平面上,可以避免喇叭送声孔直接与人体皮肤接触,人的手指也不会误触摸到喇叭送声孔,保证喇叭孔的整洁。
电池40设置在内壳102上。这样的结构使颈部按摩仪具有了装配基准,不需要频繁更换装配夹具,便于装配,且在中间支架10受力变形时,内壳102的内侧面具有向内收缩的趋势,这种趋势不会影响到电池40的装配;
电池40的宽度在10~25mm之间,如此设置,保证了电池的容量,也避免了因电池40太宽,所需安装空间太大,使得产品中间支架10过宽,无法实现产品小型化,影响佩戴体验。
另外,电池40的长度不大于50mm,可以理解,弹性外壳101每次使用时都需要变形以便佩戴,且越远离中间区域,变形幅度越大,如此在使用时,长度过大的电池两端的形变差异会较明显,从而影响到电池40与弹性外壳101的粘接可靠性。
电池40具有一定弧度,弧度与中间支架10的弧度相适应。可以更好的利用中间支架10的安装空间,在占用最小空间的情况下,将电池容量做到最大。电池40可以由多个电池成,保证两侧的电池40的重量基本一致即可。
本公开所提供的颈部按摩仪,通过将两个电池分别设置在中间支架的两侧,可以平衡中间支架两侧的重量,避免在佩戴时向一侧滑落的情况,增加总的电池容量,提高颈部按摩仪的工作时长。
