本公开技术方案通过将固定片设置于柔性支架与所述弹性支架之间,连接件穿过固定片和柔性支架与按摩头组件连接,把按摩头组件稳固地安装于柔性支架上,按摩头组件与柔性支架之间不容易松脱,从而提高了该颈部按摩仪的使用寿命。并且,当该颈部按摩仪具有加热功能时,热量通过柔性支架传递到连接件上,连接件不会因为温度升高而与按摩头组件脱离,不会影响连接件对按摩头组件的固定作用,进而导致按摩头组件容易从柔性支架上脱落。

本公开提出一种颈部按摩仪。
在本公开实施例中,请参照图1至图2,该颈部按摩仪包括弹性支架100、柔性支架200、按摩头组件300和固定件(未图示),所述柔性支架200安装于所述弹性支架100的内侧;所述按摩头组件300设于所述柔性支架200;所述固定件包括固定片410和连接件(未图示),所述固定片410位于所述柔性支架200与所述弹性支架100之间;其中,所述连接件穿过所述固定片410和所述柔性支架200与所述按摩头组件300连接。
具体地,请继续参照图1至图2,该弹性支架100和该柔性支架200均呈弧形设置,柔性支架200具有背向弹性支架100、并沿弹性支架100延伸方向延伸的弧形面,该弧形 面沿弹性支架100的宽度方向延伸分别形成曲面。柔性支架200与弹性支架100重叠,并且柔性支架200安装于弹性支架100的内侧面,按摩头组件300设于柔性支架200,按摩头组件300通过柔性支架200设置在弹性支架100上,且柔性支架200位于按摩头组件300和弹性支架100之间。需要说明的是,柔性支架200与弹性支架100的连接方式有多种,可以是柔性支架200粘接于弹性支架100上,也可以是柔性支架200通过内置硬质支架(未图示)再与弹性支架100连接。
该颈部按摩仪包括有两个夹持臂600,两个夹持臂600分别安装于弹性支架100的两端。柔性支架200安装于弹性支架100,再将两个夹持臂600组装在弹性支架100的两端,这样弹性支架100、柔性支架200和两个夹持臂600形成了一个U形结构,用户在穿戴颈部按摩仪时,通过夹持臂600夹持于用户颈部实现颈部按摩仪的固定。由于该弹性支架100具有一定弹性和刚性,使得弹性支架100具有一定的改变形状和回复至初始状态的能力,用户通过该弹性支架100的形变,将安装于弹性支架100上的两个夹持臂600张开一定的角度,从而实现该颈部按摩仪的佩戴或取下。
请参照图1至图4,该柔性支架200安装于弹性支架100上,柔性支架200和弹性支架100围成安装腔100a,该安装腔100a内设置有固定片410,固定片410上设置有固定孔411a,柔性支架200上设置有第一连接孔211a,连接件穿过固定孔411a和第一连接孔211a与按摩头组件300连接,将按摩头组件300稳固地安装于柔性支架200上。固定片410对按摩头组件300起固定作用,通过固定片410位于安装腔100a内,按摩头组件300在柔性支架200的外表面,连接件从安装腔100a内分别穿过固定片410的固定孔411a和柔性支架200的第一连接孔211a与按摩头组件300连接,以防止按摩头组件300脱离柔性支架200。
需要说明的是,该颈部按摩仪可以有两个或两个以上的按摩头组件300,每个按摩头组件300通过连接件和固定片410安装固定于柔性支架200上。每个按摩头组件300可以采用两个该连接件固定,相对地固定片410设置有两个固定孔411a,柔性支架200上对应每个按摩头组件300的位置设有不连通在一起的第一连接孔211a,两个连接件分别穿过固定片410、柔性支架200与同一个按摩头组件300连接,进一步地将按摩头组件300稳固地安装在柔性支架200上,减少按摩头组件300与柔性支架200之间松动,从而使按摩头组件300按摩时稳固地贴合用户的皮肤,按摩头组件300不会时不时脱离皮肤,进而避免产生针刺感。两个互不连通的第一连接孔211a可以避免形成一个较大的组合孔而造成固定片410直接从这个组合孔滑脱。
本公开技术方案通过将固定片410设置于柔性支架200与所述弹性支架100之间,连接件穿过固定片410和柔性支架200与按摩头组件300连接,把按摩头组件300稳固地安 装于柔性支架200上,按摩头组件300与柔性支架200之间不容易松脱,从而提高了该颈部按摩仪的使用寿命。并且,当该颈部按摩仪具有加热功能时,热量通过柔性支架200传递到连接件上,连接件不会因为温度升高而与按摩头组件300脱离,不会影响连接件对按摩头组件300的固定作用,进而导致按摩头组件300容易从柔性支架200上脱落。
进一步地,请参照图2,一实施例中,所述柔性支架200的外表面朝向所述按摩头组件300隆起形成有凸台210,所述按摩头组件300的背面设置有与所述凸台210适配的第一沉槽300a。
通过在柔性支架200上设置凸台210,将按摩头组件300安装在该凸台210上,增大了按摩头组件300可转动范围,即增大了按摩头组件300可以按摩的位置,用户获得了更舒服的按摩体验,提高了按摩的效果。并且,减少按摩头组件300在按摩时与柔性支架200的干涉,便于按摩头组件300的转动。
请参照图1至图5,在按摩头组件300上设置有第一沉槽300a,该第一沉槽300a与凸台210配合,一方面可以快速定位组装,使按摩头组件300与柔性支架200安装更加牢固,按摩头组件300的安装位置统一,避免出现颈部按摩仪上按摩头组件300的位置偏差较大;另一方面,由于第一沉槽300a起到限制按摩组件转动的作用,增加了安装盘310与凸台210之间的接触面积,使得安装盘310与硅胶支架的连接更为牢固。
进一步地,请参照图2和图4,一实施例中,所述凸台210在所述柔性支架200朝向所述按摩头组件300的方向上呈渐缩设置。
通过凸台210从柔性支架200向凸台210台面呈渐缩设置,进一步地增大了按摩头组件300可转动范围,便于按摩头组件300的转动。
进一步地,请参照图2和图3,一实施例中,所述凸台210上设置至少两个相互不连通的第一连接孔211a,所述连接件的数量与第一连接孔211a对应,各连接件分别穿过对应的第一连接孔211a。
进一步地,请继续参照图2和图4,一实施例中,所述凸台210外表面的周边设置有环形凸缘211,所述环形凸缘211与所述第一沉槽300a的侧壁抵接。通过环形凸缘211与第一沉槽300a的侧壁抵接,按摩头组件300与柔性支架200安装更加稳定牢固。
进一步地,请参照图2至图7,一实施例中,所述柔性支架200的外表面朝向所述按摩头组件300隆起形成有凸台210,所述按摩头组件300朝向所述凸台210延伸有连接柱331,所述连接柱331穿过所述凸台210而与所述固定片410连接。
具体地,凸台210上设有该第一连接孔211a,通过在按摩头组件300上设置连接柱331,该连接柱331穿过第一连接孔211a与固定片410连接,以将按摩头组件300安装于柔性支架200上。需要说明的是,为了按摩头组件300稳固地安装在柔性支架200上,按摩头组 件300上可以设置两个或两个以上的连接柱331,使按摩头组件300在柔性支架200上不容易松动。
进一步地,请继续参照图2至图7,一实施例中,所述按摩头组件300包括安装盘310、电极片320和支撑件330,所述支撑件330位于所述电极片320和所述安装盘310之间,所述支撑件330安装于所述安装盘310,所述电极片320安装于所述支撑件330,所述连接柱331设置于所述支撑件330上,所述连接柱331穿过所述安装盘310。
请参照图1和图2,一实施例中,该按摩头组件300整体呈长条形状,其沿弹性支架100的延伸方向设置,该电极片320呈跑道型设置,如此电极片320可以更好地贴附于用户的颈部,避免使用时电极片320时不时地脱离皮肤,而产生针刺感。
请继续参照图2至图7,安装盘310上安装有电极片320,支撑件330对电极片320起支撑作用,连接柱331设置于支撑件330上,安装盘310上设有第二连接孔311a,电极片320先安装在支撑件330上,由支撑件330上的连接柱331穿过安装盘310的第二连接孔311a后,再安装在柔性支架200上。在支撑件330上设置两个或两个以上连接柱331,可以避免安装盘310与支撑件330之间发生相对转动,由此,安装盘310与支撑件330的连接稳定。可以理解的是,也可以将电极片320直接安装在安装盘310上,支撑件330位于电极片320与安装盘310之间。
电极片320与支撑件330的连接方式有多种,可以是卡接,也可以是焊接。请参照图2,一实施例中,电极片320的周缘朝向支撑件330延伸有可弯折的耳朵321,该耳朵321有多个,电极片320与支撑件330贴合后,通过将耳朵321折弯夹紧支撑件330,把电极片320安装在支撑件330上。
进一步地,请参照图2和图7,一实施例中,所述支撑件330朝向所述安装盘310的一面设置有定位柱332,所述安装盘310上设有与所述定位柱332相配的定位孔310a。
在装配时,定位柱332穿过定位孔310a,对支撑件330和安装盘310装配位置起到定位的作用,支撑件330和安装盘310连接稳定,不易发生相对转动和移动。
进一步地,请参照图6,一实施例中,所述安装盘310上设有定位台311,所述定位台311上开设有所述定位孔310a。
通过在安装盘310上设置定位台311以增大安装盘310的强度,避免直接在安装盘310上打孔降低安装盘310的强度,提高安装盘310的良品率。同时,定位柱332插入定位台311内,起到定位支撑件330和安装盘310装配位置的作用。定位台311上开设该定位孔310a,采用螺丝(未图示)从安装盘310的外侧穿过该定位孔310a与安装盘310连接。
进一步地,请继续参照图6,一实施例中,所述定位台311为多个,多个所述定位台311设置于所述安装盘310的周边。
多个定位台311设于安装盘310的周边,在装配时,支撑件330上的多个定位柱332分别插入对应的定位台311,使支撑件330与安装盘310配合紧密。并且,该第二连接孔311a位于安装盘310的中间,连接柱331穿过第三定位孔310a后,将定位柱332分别插入定位台311,完成支撑件330与安装盘310的组装。
进一步地,一实施例中,所述凸台210的内部形成有容置槽(未图示),所述固定片410与所述容置槽的槽底抵接,所述连接柱331与所述固定片410通过连接件固定连接。
具体地,连接件为螺接件,该连接柱331内设置有螺孔,按摩头组件300的连接柱331穿过柔性支架200,螺接件与连接柱331螺接,以将按摩头组件300与固定片410连接。固定片410的形状与容置槽相适配,增大了固定片410与容置槽接触面积,固定片410与容置槽的槽底抵接,固定片410与凸台210的贴合更紧密,并且增大了凸台210靠近按摩头组件300一端的刚性,这样按摩头组件300调节时,避免凸台210发生形变,便于按摩头组件300的安装和调节。这样的好处在于按摩头组件300调节更灵活,也不容易与柔性支架200发生干涉。
进一步地,请参照图2至图3,一实施例中,所述固定片410朝向所述容置槽的槽底的一侧形成有第二沉槽410a,所述第二沉槽410a的槽底开设有固定孔411a,所述连接柱331与所述第二沉槽410a的槽底抵接,所述连接件穿过所述固定孔411a而将所述连接柱331与所述固定片410连接。
具体地,连接件为螺接件。在装配时,第二沉槽410a对连接柱331起到定位作用,螺接件穿过固定孔411a快速与连接柱331连接,固定片410与按摩头组件300连接稳定,不易发生相对转动和移动。
进一步地,请参照图3至图6,一实施例中,所述凸台设置有过线孔500a,所述过线孔500a与所述第一连接孔211a不连通。
该颈部按摩仪可以包括有电池、电路板等电路元件(未图示),该电路元件可以安装在夹持臂600内,过线孔500a起到过线的作用,安装盘310和支撑件330上也可以设置过线孔500a,通过导线(未图示)穿过凸台210、安装盘310和支撑件330上的过线孔500a与电路板连接。进一步地,该过线孔500a可以设置为方形,在导线排线时,多根导线的端部集成在一个带线插上,由于带线插为方形构造,在带线插装配时,恰好能允许带线插一同穿过方形的过线孔500a,方便了安装。此外,过线孔500a也可以设置为圆形孔,因为圆形孔的模具成本低,以降低企业生产成本。该过线孔500a与第一连接孔211a不连通在一起,这避免形成一个较大的组合孔而造成410直接从这个组合孔滑脱。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,包括:
    弹性支架;
    柔性支架,所述柔性支架安装于所述弹性支架的内侧;
    按摩头组件,所述按摩头组件设于所述柔性支架;
    固定件,所述固定件包括固定片和连接件,所述固定片位于所述柔性支架与所述弹性支架之间;
    其中,所述连接件穿过所述固定片和所述柔性支架与所述按摩头组件连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述柔性支架的外表面朝向所述按摩头组件隆起形成有凸台,所述按摩头组件的背面设置有与所述凸台适配的第一沉槽。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述柔性支架的外表面朝向所述按摩头组件隆起形成有凸台,所述按摩头组件朝向所述凸台延伸有连接柱,所述连接柱穿过所述凸台而与所述固定片连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述按摩头组件包括安装盘、电极片和支撑件,所述支撑件位于所述电极片和所述安装盘之间,所述支撑件安装于所述安装盘,所述电极片安装于所述支撑件,所述连接柱设置于所述支撑件上,所述连接柱穿过所述安装盘。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述支撑件朝向所述安装盘的一面设置有定位柱,所述安装盘上设有与所述定位柱相配的定位孔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述安装盘上设有定位台,所述定位台上开设有所述定位孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述定位台为多个,多个所述定位台设置于所述安装盘的周边。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台的内部形成有容置槽,所述固定片与所述容置槽的槽底抵接,所述连接柱与所述固定片通过连接件固定连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述固定片朝向所述容置槽的槽底的一侧形成有第二沉槽,所述第二沉槽的槽底开设有固定孔,所述连接柱与所述第二沉槽的槽底抵接,所述连接件穿过所述固定孔而将所述连接柱与所述固定片连接。
  10. 如权利要求2至9任意一项所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台上设置至少两个相互不连通的第一连接孔,所述连接件的数量与第一连接孔对应,各连接件分别穿过对应的第一连接孔。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台设置有过线孔,所述过线孔与所述第一连接孔不连通。
  12. 如权利要求2所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台外表面的周边设置有环形凸缘,所述环形凸缘与所述第一沉槽的侧壁抵接。
  13. 如权利要求2至9任意一项所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于,所述凸台在所述柔性支架朝向所述按摩头组件的方向上呈渐缩设置。
