Abstract

一种含有淘米水组合物的制备方法及含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳:(1)将大米进行风干、光照、再用去离子水淘洗,分离米粒和淘米水,得到粗制淘米水;(2)在步骤1所得到的粗制淘米水加入柑橘提取物、何首乌提取物、生姜提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合淘米水;(3)将步骤2得到的混合淘米水进行熟化发酵处理,熟化发酵处理后搅拌均匀,最后进行过滤。将上述制得的淘米水应用于洗发乳中,将淘米水、海藻酸钠、角蛋白、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵、透明质酸、侧柏叶提取物、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸、石榴皮提取物、芦荟提取物、去离子水科学搭配,能够使头发易于清洗,不会产生头屑,保持清爽,不易粘附灰尘。

Description

含有淘米水组合物的制备方法及含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳 技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,特别是涉及含有淘米水组合物的制备方法及含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳。
背景技术
经过我们多方研究测试并分析其淘米水的化学成分,经过红外吸收光谱图大致可知其成分的官能团,淘米水中主要含有C-0、CH2-C=0、-C=C-、-CH2、-CH等有机基团。我们同时分析了米中主要含有的营养成分,大米中含碳水化合物75%左右,蛋白质7%~8%,脂肪1.3%-1.8%,含有丰富的B族维生索,并且.含有y-谷维素、稻糠甾醇、原花青素。大米中的碳水化合物主要是淀粉,所含的蛋白质主要是米谷蛋白,其次是米胶蛋白和球蛋白.通同时结合分析结果,我们可以认为,淘米水经过一定的工艺处理之后具有能明显调理头发的成分。
现有的洗发乳大多含有硅胶作为柔顺调理剂,硅油在洗发水中起到凝聚,抛光的作用,使头发发光靓泽,但硅油不溶于水,难以被清洗干净,残留于头皮容易产生头屑,洗发乳中如果硅胶超标还会堵塞头皮毛孔,脱发、头皮干燥、发痒等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述的问题,提供含有淘米水调理组合物的制备方法及含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
含有淘米水组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)将大米进行风干、光照、再用去离子水淘洗,分离米粒和淘米水,得到粗制淘米水;
(2)在步骤1所得到的粗制淘米水加入柑橘提取物、何首乌提取物、生姜提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合淘米水;
(3)将步骤2得到的混合淘米水进行熟化发酵处理,熟化发酵处理后搅拌均匀,最后进行过滤。
优选的,制备原料中以重量百分数配比的组分:大米3-30%,柑橘提取物0.5-5%,何首乌0.3-8%,生姜提取物0.2-6%,茶树提取物0.03-4%,去离子水补足至100%。
优选的,制备原料中以重量百分数配比的组分:大米3-10%,柑橘提取物0.5-8%,何首乌0.5-2%,生姜提取物0.2-3%,茶树提取物0.03-3%,去离子水补足至100%。
本发明含有淘米水调理组合物中,大米性温,内含丰富维生素、谷维素、蛋白质、花青素、原花青等营养成分,具有可补充整个头发组织以及水分、营养成分的功效,同时延缓头皮衰老,使发头更加乌黑光亮,充满弹性。
本发明所述含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳,主要原料包括:淘米水、海藻酸钠、角蛋白、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵、透明质酸、侧柏叶提取物、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸、石榴皮提取物、芦荟提取物、去离子水。
优选的,所述上述原料按重量百分数配比为:淘米水20-30%、海藻酸钠1-5%、角蛋白10%、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵15-20%、透明质酸15-25%、侧柏叶提取物15-25%、柠檬酸钠5-15%、谷氨酸5-10%、石榴皮提取物10-15%、芦荟提取物15-20%、去离子水40-50%。
本发明所述含淘米水组合物的洗发乳将淘米水、海藻酸钠、角蛋白、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵、透明质酸、侧柏叶提取物、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸、石榴皮提取物、芦荟提取物、去离子水科学搭配,能够使头发易于清洗,不会产生头屑,保持清爽,不易粘附灰尘。

实施例1:

实施例7:
含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳,主要原料包括:淘米水、海藻酸钠、角蛋白、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵、透明质酸、侧柏叶提取物、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸、石榴皮提取物、芦荟提取物、去离子水。
所述上述原料按重量百分数配比为:淘米水30%、海藻酸钠5%、角蛋白10%、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵20%、透明质酸20%、侧柏叶提取物20%、柠檬酸钠15%、谷氨酸10%、石榴皮提取物15%、芦荟提取物20%、去离子水40%。

    (1)将大米进行风干、光照、再用去离子水淘洗,分离米粒和淘米水,得到粗制淘米水;
    (2)在步骤1所得到的粗制淘米水加入柑橘提取物、何首乌提取物、生姜提取物,搅拌均匀,得到混合淘米水;
    (3)将步骤2得到的混合淘米水进行熟化发酵处理,熟化发酵处理后搅拌均匀,最后进行过滤。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述含有淘米水组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:制备原料中以重量百分数配比的组分:大米3-30%,柑橘提取物0.5-5%,何首乌0.3-8%,生姜提取物0.2-6%,茶树提取物0.03-4%,去离子水补足至100%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述含有淘米水组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:制备原料中以重量百分数配比的组分:大米3-10%,柑橘提取物0.5-8%,何首乌0.5-2%,生姜提取物0.2-3%,茶树提取物0.03-3%,去离子水补足至100%。
  4. 一种权利要求1-3任一项所述含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳,其特征在于:主要原料包括:淘米水、海藻酸钠、角蛋白、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵、透明质酸、侧柏叶提取物、柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸、石榴皮提取物、芦荟提取物、去离子水。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述含有淘米水组合物的洗发乳,其特征在于:所述上述原料按重量百分数配比为:淘米水20-30%、海藻酸钠1-5%、角蛋白10%、氯化2,3-二(硬脂酰氧基)丙基三甲基铵15-20%、透明质酸15-25%、侧柏叶提取物15-25%、柠檬酸钠5-15%、谷氨酸5-10%、石榴皮提取物10-15%、芦荟提取物15-20%、去离子水40-50%。
