本发明涉及密封条生产领域,特别是涉及一种汽车密封条的定位机构。
背景技术
密封条市场主要以三元乙丙(EPDM)橡胶、橡塑等材质为主,按其用途可分为汽车密封条、机械密封条、汽车密封条等几类。塑钢汽车密封条,铝合金汽车密封条,木门密封条,冷库门密封条,粮库门密封条,阻燃汽车密封条,玻璃密封条,自动旋转门密封条,建筑门密封条,幕墙密封条等。塑钢汽车密封条近年来应用较广的新一代门窗,它较普通汽车密封条有更好的防腐性、耐候性、降噪隔热效果。塑钢汽车密封条表面光洁,不但具有优异的密封防水性能,还起着美观装饰的作用。在选材方面,一般要求较高的厂家都选用三元乙丙橡胶或热塑性三元乙丙橡胶。
然而,在密封条的生产冲切过程中,需要对密封条进行定位,但是现有的定位结构和定位方式不方便进行定位,使得冲切的时候,容易出现缺口不平整的情况,降低了密封条的成品质量。因此,如何设计一种方便进行定位,使得在冲切时可以保证冲切口完好平整,提高密封条的成品质量的定位机构,这是企业的研发人员需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种汽车密封条的定位机构,方便进行定位,使得在冲切时可以保证冲切口完好平整,提高密封条的成品质量。

所述密封胶条推动组件包括密封胶条推动座、胶条推动驱动部、密封胶条推动杆及胶条推动连接块,所述密封胶条推动座设置于所述密封条固定架上, 所述胶条推动驱动部设置于所述密封胶条推动座上,所述密封胶条推动杆的第一端设置于所述胶条推动驱动部的输出端上,所述密封胶条推动杆的第二端设置于所述胶条推动连接块上,所述胶条推动连接块与所述密封胶条顶持组件连接;

请参阅图2,所述密封条定位装置40设置于所述密封条固定架10上,所述密封条定位装置40包括第一条状定位组件41、第二条状定位组件42及横向卡接固定组件43,所述横向卡接固定组件设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一条状定位组件和所述第二条状定位组件分别并列设置于所述密封条固定架上。需要说明的是,所述第一条状定位组件41可以放置一条密封条,所述第二条状定位组件42可以放置另一条密封条,所述横向卡接固定组件43用于对第一条状定位组件41、第二条状定位组件42进行限位,放置其在冲切的过程中,容易出现松动的情况。
请参阅图2,所述第一条状定位组件41包括第一胶条定位板411、第一左侧胶条限位板412、第二右侧胶条限位板413及第一限位连接板414,所述第一胶条定位板设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一胶条定位板上设置有具有两个安装侧边,所述第一左侧胶条限位板设置于所述第一胶条定位板的一安装侧边上,所述第二右侧胶条限位板设置于所述第一胶条定位板的另一安装侧边上,所述第一限位连接板设置于所述第一限位连接板上。需要说明的是,所述第一胶条定位板411用于对密封条进行定位;所述第一左侧胶条限位板412和所述第二右侧胶条限位板413共同围成侧板,放置对密封条进行限位;所述第一限位连接板414用于连接横向卡接固定组件43,进一步起到固定作用。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,需要进行冲切的汽车密封条的两侧具有凹槽,汽车密封条两侧的凹槽方便将密封条安装在汽车门缝上,安装时不容易出 现脱手的情况,而且在安装后,由于具有凹槽结构,可以作为避位处理,使得密封条更牢固地安装在汽车门板上。而在实际的生产过程中,为了使得汽车密封条更牢固的固定在定位板上,进而使得冲切得更平整,效果更好,因此,在一实施方式中,所述第一胶条定位板上开设有第一嵌置定位凸条,所述第一嵌置定位凸条用于嵌置于汽车密封条一侧的凹槽内,所述第一嵌置定位凸条上设置有若干第一接触凸点。如此,通过设置第一嵌置定位凸条,可以嵌置在汽车密封条一侧的凹槽内,从而使得其在冲切定位时更稳定,进而使得汽车密封条更牢固的固定在定位板上,使得密封条冲切得更平整,效果更好。

工作过程:

在密封条的生产过程中,将长条的密封条冲切完成后,需要进行废料收集,而现有的生产设备并没有自动进行废料收集的装置,以使得切割后废弃的密封条凌乱,不方便进行再次冲切操作。因此,如何设计一种收集机构可以快速进行废料收集,以方便进行冲切,提高冲切效率,这是企业的研发人员需要解决的技术问题。
一实施方式中,一种汽车密封条的定位机构还包括:密封条废料下料装置70及密封胶收料装置80,所述密封条废料下料装置和所述密封胶收料装置分别设置于所述密封条固定架上;需要说明的是,所述密封条固定架10用于固定密封条废料下料装置70及密封胶收料装置80;所述密封条废料下料装置70用于实现对冲切完成的电动汽车密封条的废料进行下料;所述密封胶收料装置80用于对下料后的废料进行收集。
请参阅图3,所述密封条固定架10包括冲切固定台11、第一侧边固定架12和第二侧板固定架13,所述冲切固定台的第一端设置于所述第一侧边固定架上,所述冲切固定台的第二端设置于所述第二侧板固定架上,所述第一侧边固定架包括第一冲切横向杆及两个第一冲切竖向杆,所述第一冲切横向杆的两个分别一一对应设置于两个所述第一冲切竖向杆上,所述第二侧边固定架包括第二冲切横向杆及两个第二冲切竖向杆,所述第二冲切横向杆的两个分别一一对应设 置于两个所述第二冲切竖向杆上。需要说明的是,所述冲切固定台11用于放置密封条废料下料装置70及密封胶收料装置80等;所述第一侧边固定架12和第二侧板固定架13共同组成架体,用于固定冲切固定台11。
请参阅图4,所述密封条废料下料装置70包括废料下料固定板71、第一下料组件72和第二下料组件73,所述废料下料固定板设置于所述冲切固定台上,所述第一下料组件和所述第二下料组件分别设置于所述废料下料固定板上。需要说明的是,所述废料下料固定板71用于固定第一下料组件72和第二下料组件73;所述第一下料组件72用于收集电动汽车密封条一端冲切的废料;所述第二下料组件73用于收集收集电动汽车密封条另一端冲切的废料。
请参阅图4,所述第一下料组件72包括第一废料下料板721、第一连通套筒722及第一废料下料套筒723,所述第一废料下料板设置于所述废料下料固定板上,所述第一废料下料板上开设有第一废料下料通孔,所述第一连通套筒设置于所述第一废料下料板上,并且所述第一连通套筒上开设有第一中空结构,所述第一废料下料套筒上开设有第一废料下料腔体,所述第一中空结构的两端分别与所述第一废料下料通孔和所述第一废料下料腔体连通。需要说明的是,第一废料下料板721用于固定第一连通套筒722及第一废料下料套筒723;所述第一连通套筒722具有较大的开口,然后连通第一废料下料板721的第一废料下料通孔和第一废料下料套筒,从而实现废料的下料;所述第一废料下料套筒用于将废料引导至收集装置中。
请参阅图4,所述第二下料组件73包括第二废料下料板731、第二连通套筒732及第二废料下料套筒733,所述第二废料下料板设置于所述废料下料固定板上,所述第二废料下料板上开设有第二废料下料通孔,所述第二连通套筒设置于所述第二废料下料板上,并且所述第二连通套筒上开设有第二中空结构,所述第二废料下料套筒上开设有第二废料下料腔体,所述第二中空结构的两端分别与所述第二废料下料通孔和所述第二废料下料腔体连通。
请参阅图5,所述密封胶收料装置80包括废料收料架81、第一废料收料组件82和第二废料收料组件83,所述废料收料架的两端分别设置于所述第一侧边固定架和所述第二侧板固定架,所述第一废料收料组件和所述第二废料收料组件分别设置于所述废料收料架上。需要说明的是,所述废料收料架81用于安装 第一废料收料组件82和第二废料收料组件83;所述第一废料收料组件82用于收集第一下料组件72的废料;所述和第二废料收料组件83用于收集第二下料组件的废料。
请参阅图5,所述第一废料收料组件82包括第一废料收集箱821、第一拉手822及两个第一滑动长条板823,两个所述第一滑动长条板分别设置于所述废料收料架上,所述第一废料收集箱滑动设置于两个所述第一滑动长条板上,所述第一拉手设置于所述第一废料收集箱上。需要说明的是,所述第一废料收集箱821用于进行收集电动汽车密封条的废弃料;所述第一拉手822用于实现方便拉出第一废料收集箱;所述第一滑动长条板823用于实现第一废料收集箱的滑动,达到省力的效果。
请参阅图5,所述第二废料收料组件83包括第二废料收集箱831、第二拉手832及两个第二滑动长条板833,两个所述第二滑动长条板分别设置于所述废料收料架上,所述第二废料收集箱滑动设置于两个所述第二滑动长条板上,所述第二拉手设置于所述第二废料收集箱上。需要说明的是,所述第二废料收集箱831用于进行收集电动汽车密封条的废弃料;所述第二拉手832用于实现方便拉出第二废料收集箱;所述第二滑动长条板833用于实现第二废料收集箱的滑动,达到省力的效果。
需要说明的是,所述第一连通套筒为喇叭结构,所述喇叭结构的一端设置于所述第一废料下料板上,所述喇叭结构的另一端与所述第一废料下料套筒连接。所述第一废料下料套筒具有方形横截面。如此,通过设置喇叭结构的第一连通套管,可以方便实现较大的开口进行下料,然后在统一通过小口进入到收料箱中。
需要说明的是,所述第二连通套筒为喇叭结构,所述喇叭结构的一端设置于所述第二废料下料板上,所述喇叭结构的另一端与所述第二废料下料套筒连接。所述第二废料下料套筒具有方形横截面。如此,通过设置喇叭结构的第二连通套管,可以方便实现较大的开口进行下料,然后在统一通过小口进入到收料箱中。
需要说明的是,所述废料收料架包括第一收料横杆和第二收料横杆,所述第一收料横杆的两端分别设置于所述第一侧边固定架和所述第二侧板固定架 上,所述第二收料横杆的两端分别设置于所述第一侧边固定架和所述第二侧板固定架上。如此,通过设置第一收料横杆和第二收料横杆,方便对第一废料收料组件82和第二废料收料组件83进行固定。
请参阅图3和图5,所述收集机构还包括主控模组90,所述主控模组90包括主控箱体91、第一红外下料感应器92和第二红外下料感应器93,所述主控箱体设置于所述第一侧边固定架上,所述第一红外下料感应器和所述第二红外下料感应器分别设置于所述冲切固定台上,并且所述第一红外下料感应器和所述第二红外下料感应器分别与所述主控箱体电连接。需要说明的是,所述主控模组90用于控制收集机构的工作;所述第一红外下料感应器92用于感应在第一废料下料组件中是否有废料进行下料;所述第二红外下料感应器93用于感应在第二废料下料组件中是否有废料进行下料。所述主控箱体91还用于控制第一红外下料感应器92和第二红外下料感应器93的工作。
需要说明的是,所述第一废料收集箱上具有第一收料槽,所述第一收料槽朝向所述第一废料下料套筒的方向设置。所述第二废料收集箱上具有第二收料槽,所述第二收料槽朝向所述第二废料下料套筒的方向设置。如此,通过设置第一收料槽和第二收料槽,可以方便进行收料。
本发明相比于现有技术的优点及有益效果如下:
本发明为一种汽车密封条的定位机构,通过设置密封条定位装置和密封条推送装置,方便进行定位,使得在冲切时可以保证冲切口完好平整,提高密封条的成品质量。
以上所述实施方式仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,包括:
    密封条固定架,
    密封条定位装置,所述密封条定位装置设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述密封条定位装置包括第一条状定位组件、第二条状定位组件及横向卡接固定组件,所述横向卡接固定组件设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一条状定位组件和所述第二条状定位组件分别并列设置于所述密封条固定架上;
    所述第一条状定位组件包括第一胶条定位板、第一左侧胶条限位板、第二右侧胶条限位板及第一限位连接板,所述第一胶条定位板设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一胶条定位板上设置有具有两个安装侧边,所述第一左侧胶条限位板设置于所述第一胶条定位板的一安装侧边上,所述第二右侧胶条限位板设置于所述第一胶条定位板的另一安装侧边上,所述第一限位连接板设置于所述第一限位连接板上,其中,所述第一胶条定位板上开设有第一嵌置定位凸条,所述第一嵌置定位凸条用于嵌置于汽车密封条一侧的凹槽内,所述第一嵌置定位凸条上设置有若干第一接触凸点;
    所述第二条状定位组件包括第二胶条定位板、第二左侧胶条限位板、第二右侧胶条限位板及第二限位连接板,所述第二胶条定位板设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第二胶条定位板上设置有具有两个安装侧边,所述第二左侧胶条限位板设置于所述第二胶条定位板的一安装侧边上,所述第二右侧胶条限位板设置于所述第二胶条定位板的另一安装侧边上,所述第二限位连接板设置于所述第二限位连接板上,其中,所述第二胶条定位板上开设有第二嵌置定位凸条,所述第二嵌置定位凸条用于嵌置于汽车密封条另一侧的凹槽内,所述第二嵌置定位凸条上设置有若干第二接触凸点;
    所述横向卡接固定组件包括胶条顶持横板、第一侧向固定块、第二侧向固定块及两个中间顶持固定块,所述胶条顶持横板设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一侧向固定块的一端设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一侧向固定块的另一端设置于所述第一限位连接板上,所述第二侧向固定块的一端设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第二侧向固定块的另一端设置于所述第二限位连接板上,两个所述中间顶持固定块的一端分别设置于所述第二右侧胶条限位板上,两个所述中间顶持固定块的另一端分别设置于第二限位连接板上;
    密封条推送装置,所述密封条推送装置包括密封胶条推动组件、密封胶条顶持组件及密封胶条抵持组件,所述密封胶条推动组件、所述密封胶条顶持组件和所述密封胶条抵持组件分别设置于所述密封条固定架上;
    所述密封胶条推动组件包括密封胶条推动座、胶条推动驱动部、密封胶条推动杆及胶条推动连接块,所述密封胶条推动座设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述胶条推动驱动部设置于所述密封胶条推动座上,所述密封胶条推动杆的第一端设置于所述胶条推动驱动部的输出端上,所述密封胶条推动杆的第二端设置于所述胶条推动连接块上,所述胶条推动连接块与所述密封胶条顶持组件连接;
    所述密封胶条顶持组件包括滑板固定座、胶条顶持滑动板、第一红外感应固定架及第一红外感应器,所述滑板固定座设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述滑板固定座上开设有滑动通孔,所述胶条顶持滑动板滑动设置于所述滑动通孔内,并且所述胶条顶持滑动板与所述胶条推动连接块连接,所述第一红外感应固定架设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第一红外感应器设置于所述第一红外感应固定架上;
    所述密封胶条抵持组件包括密封胶条抵持固定座、胶体推动抵持板、第二红外感应固定架及第二红外感应器,所述密封胶条抵持固定座设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述胶体推动抵持板设置于所述密封胶条抵持固定座上,所述胶体推动抵持板上开设有抵持凹槽,所述抵持凹槽用于抵持密封条,所述第二红外感应固定架设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述第二红外感应器设置于所述第二红外感应固定架上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述第一侧向固定块为“7”字形结构,所述“7”字形结构的一端设置于所述密封条固定架上,所述“7”字形结构的另一端设置于所述第一限位连接板上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述第二侧向固定块与所述第一侧向固定块的结构呈对称设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述胶条推动驱动部为电机结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述密封 胶条推动组件还包括连接轴套,所述连接轴套套置于所述密封胶条推动杆上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述胶条顶持滑动板上开设有嵌置槽,所述胶条推动连接块嵌置于所述嵌置槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述第一红外感应器设置有两个,所述第一红外感应固定架设置有两个,两个所述第一红外感应器分别一一对应设置于两个所述第一红外感应固定架上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述第二红外感应器设置有两个,所述第二红外感应固定架设置有两个,两个所述第二红外感应器分别一一对应设置于两个所述第二红外感应固定架上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述第一左侧胶条限位板具有矩形横截面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车密封条的定位机构,其特征在于,所述第二右侧胶条限位板为长条状结构。
