发明内容

二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯具有新鲜莱莉香气,能够使烟油中的香气更天然,更持久。柠檬烯具有类似柠檬的香味,能够使烟油中的香气更加饱满,更加香甜。芳樟醇具有铃兰香气,香气颇佳,能够改善烟油的香气和口感,使烟油中的香气更透发,更饱满。香兰素具有纯纯的香草味道,香气稳定、纯正、无杂味,能够使烟油中的香气更加纯正、细腻。β-蒎烯具有纯正的木香,能够使烟油中的香气更加完美,对其他香型具有很好的调节作用。在一些实施例中,通过添加上述香精中的至少一种能够使含有白藜芦醇及紫檀芪中至少一种的电子烟液经雾化后的口感更舒适,更温和,丰富了烟的香气,从而提升了吸食品质。
在一些实施例中,所述香精还包含2-甲基丁酸乙酯、α-松油醇、γ-癸内酯、苯甲醇、苯甲酸苄酯、丙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、覆盆子酮、肉桂酸乙酯、香茅醇、杨梅醛、叶醇、乙酸2-甲基丁酯、乙酸苄酯、乙酸丙酯、乙酸橙花酯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸香叶酯、乙酸叶醇酯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸异戊酯、异丁酸乙酯、异胡薄荷醇及异戊酸乙酯中的至少一种。
在一些实施例中,所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.01%至约10.0%,例如,大致为0.01%、0.05%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3%、3.5%、4%、5%、6%、7%、8%、9%、10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围,以增添所述电子烟液的风味及优化其所生成的气雾的口感。在一些实施例中,所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.5%至约5.0%。本申请中的香精可以是现有技术中的香精,在一些实施例中,所述香精成分优选如表1所示。
电子烟液还包含基础溶剂,其中所述基础溶剂包含丙二醇及丙三醇(甘油)。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,丙二醇在电子烟液中的重量大致为,例如,15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、50%、60%、70%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围;及丙三醇在电子烟液中的重量大致为,例如,30%、35%、40%、45%、50%、 55%、60%、65%、70%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述丙二醇在电子烟液中的重量为约15%至约60%,且所述丙三醇在电子烟液中的重量为约30%至约70%,以使电子烟液达到最佳的雾化效果,提高使用者体验。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还进一步包含凉味剂。
凉味剂为添加剂,其为能够使产品在使用时让使用者产生清凉效果的感受且刺激性不强的化学物。在一些实施例中,所述凉味剂包括选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸l-薄荷酯、WS-23(N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺)、WS-3(N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺)、WS-5(N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺)、WS-12(N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-3-羧酰胺)及其组合所组成的群组。
在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述凉味剂在电子烟液中的重量大致为,例如,0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%、10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述凉味剂在电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.5%至约5%,以提高所述电子烟液所生成的用于使用者吸入的气雾的口感。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁盐。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁盐在电子烟液中在所述电子烟液中的重量小于10%,例如大致为0.001%、0.01%、0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%、7.5%、10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.001%至约10.0%。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁在电子烟液中在所述电子烟液中的重量小于5%,例如大致为0.001%、0.01%、0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.05%至约5.0%。
根据本申请一些实施例,本申请提供电子烟液的制备方法,其包含以下步骤:取一定量的白藜芦醇及紫檀芪中的至少一种溶于基础溶剂中,随后加入香精、凉味剂、尼古丁或其盐。然后,使其均匀混合以获得电子烟液。然而本领域熟知的是,上述各物质的添加顺序不局限于如上定义的,而是可以根据需要进行调整。
根据本申请的另一个方面,本申请提供一种雾化装置,其包含上述任一实施例所述 的电子烟液。所述电子烟液可通过所述雾化装置雾化生成供使用者吸入的气雾,其中所述气雾含有不受到高温破坏的白藜芦醇及紫檀芪中的至少一种,供使用者吸收后能够产生抗衰老及血管保护作用。
在一些实施例中,所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
实施例
为便于更好地理解本申请,通过以下实例加以说明。这些实例属于本申请的保护范围,但不限制本申请的保护范围。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
实施例1
将3克的白藜芦醇加入47克的丙二醇与50克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例2
将3克的紫檀芪加入47克的丙二醇与50克的丙三醇混合所形成的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例3
将2克的白藜芦醇加入45克的丙二醇与48克的丙三醇混合所形成的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入2克的薄荷脑及3克的香精2得到电子烟液。
实施例4
将2克的紫檀芪加入45克的丙二醇与48克的丙三醇混合所形成的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入2克的薄荷脑及3克的香精2得到电子烟液。
实施例5
将1克的白藜芦醇加入43.6克的丙二醇与46克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入3克的尼古丁、2.4克的苯甲酸、2克的薄荷脑及2克的香精1得到电子烟液。
实施例6
将1克的紫檀芪加入43.6克的丙二醇与46克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入3克的尼古丁、2.4克的苯甲酸、2克的薄荷脑及2克的香精1得到电子烟液。
实施例7
将2克的白藜芦醇与2克的紫檀芪加入39.01克的丙二醇与53克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入0.99克的尼古丁、2克的薄荷脑及1克的香精1得到电子烟液。
实施例8
将2克的白藜芦醇与1克的紫檀芪加入40克的丙二醇与50克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入1.8克的尼古丁、1.2克的苯甲酸、2克的WS-23及2克的香精1得到电子烟液。
实施例9
将1克的白藜芦醇与2克的紫檀芪加入37.6克的丙二醇与48克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入3克的尼古丁、2.4克的苯甲酸、1克的WS-23、2克的薄荷脑及3克的香精1得到电子烟液。
实施例10
将1克的白藜芦醇与1克的紫檀芪加入36.5克的丙二醇与46克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入5克的尼古丁、4.5克的苯甲酸、1克的WS-23、1克的薄荷脑及4克的香精1得到电子烟液。
实施例11
将2克的白藜芦醇与1克的紫檀芪加入36.5克的丙二醇与43克的丙三醇混合的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀。随后加入4克的尼古丁、4.5克的苯甲酸、2克的WS-23、1克的薄荷脑及6克的香精2得到电子烟液。
上述实施例中香精的组成如下表1所示。

将实施例1及实施例2的电子烟液及其雾化后的气雾进行白藜芦醇及紫檀芪含量测量,并对实施例1-10的电子烟液进行口感评分测试。通过上述测试结果以进一步说明,本申请电子烟液在使用过程中其气雾内白藜芦醇及紫檀芪的含量,以及其对使用者体验的提升。
白藜芦醇及 紫檀芪含量测试方式;
白藜芦醇及紫檀芪含量测量是通过超高效液相色谱(UPLC)来进行。
样品制备:将实施例1及实施例2的电子烟液采用以下抽吸方式来生成其用于使用者吸入的气雾:雾化装置为电子烟,抽吸时间为3.0秒±0.1秒、抽吸之间间隔为30.0秒±0.5秒、抽吸次数为50次、每次抽吸量为55mL±0.3mL。采用剑桥滤片收集气雾, 并使用10mL甲醇浸没剑桥滤片,超声提取30min后得烟气萃取溶液。然后采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC,Waters ACQUITY

H-Class HSS T3C 18色谱柱(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm))对电子烟液及其气雾萃取溶液进行白藜芦醇及紫檀芪含量测定。
白藜芦醇液相色谱条件:流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(30:70,v/v),等度洗脱,流量为0.3mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量3μL,检测波长280nm。
紫檀芪液相色谱条件:流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液(50:50,v/v),等度洗脱,流量为0.5mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量3μL,检测波长303nm。
图1A及1B分别是根据本申请实施例1的电子烟液以及其所生成的气雾的通过UPLC所测得的白藜芦醇含量的色谱图。图2A及2B则分别是根据本申请实施例2的电子烟液以及其所生成的气雾的通过UPLC所测得的紫檀芪含量的色谱图。
如图1A、1B、2A及2B所示,本申请电子烟液的气雾中存在白藜芦醇及紫檀芪,其中气雾中白藜芦醇及紫檀芪的成分与电子烟液中的成分基本相同,而免于被高温燃烧破坏。因此,白藜芦醇及紫檀芪通过电子烟雾化后的气雾可以有效被人体吸收,进而让使用者在吸烟的同时达到对人体保健的功效。
口感评分测试方法1
请20位评析者按表2中的各个评价指标对上述实施例1-10的电子烟气溶胶体验打分。评测结果如下表3所示.

口感评分测试方式2;
统计方法:随机选取1000使用者通过电子烟对上述实施例1-10的电子烟液进行使用测试,待使用测试后对其口味及口感进行评价,其中评价标准以总分10分计,口味越佳或口感越好则分数越高。
实施例1-10的电子烟液经过口感评分测试的测试结果如下表4所示。

由表2-4中数据可知,本申请实施例1-10的电子烟液,经雾化后所产生的具有白藜芦醇及紫檀芪的供使用者吸入的气雾,其不论在口感或是口味的表现上都能达到一定的客户的满意度。此外,相较于实施例1及2,添加了本申请实施例提供的香精的电子烟液在口感评分测试上都有显著的提升。
通过比较实施例3-11可知,本申请的电子烟液中的香精浓度在0.5wt%至5.0wt%的范围内具有最佳的使用者体验。
通过本申请上述实施例应可了解,本申请提供了一种电子烟液,通过该电子烟液中包含的白藜芦醇及紫檀芪,能够让使用者在吸入电子烟气雾的同时摄入白藜芦醇及紫檀芪的气雾分子,从而达到抗氧化和心血管保护作用等人体保健功效。同时,该电子烟液通过添加特定香精在使用者抽吸时能够形成气味均匀且浓郁的气雾,而该气雾口感柔顺且不具有残留感,从而优化使用者体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟液,其包含白藜芦醇及紫檀芪中的至少一种,其中所述白藜芦醇及所述紫檀芪中的至少一种在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至10%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括香精。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其中所述香精包含二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、香兰素及β-蒎烯中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的电子烟液,其中所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为小于10.0%。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括凉味剂,其中所述凉味剂选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸l-薄荷酯、WS-23(N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺)、WS-3(N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺)、WS-5(N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺)、WS-12(N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-3-羧酰胺)及其组合所组成的群组。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟液,其中所述凉味剂在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为小于10%。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括尼古丁盐,且所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计小于10.0%。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含尼古丁,且所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计小于5.0%。
  9. 一种雾化装置,其包含权利要求1至8中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化装置,其中所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
