发明内容

电子烟液还包含基础溶剂,其中所述基础溶剂包含丙二醇及丙三醇(甘油)。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,丙二醇在电子烟液中的含量大致为,例如,10%、15%、20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、50%、60%、70%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围;及丙三醇在电子烟液中的含量大致为,例如,20%、25%、30%、35%、40%、45%、50%、55%、60%、65%、70%、75%、80%或这些重量百分比中任意两 者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述丙二醇在电子烟液中的含量为约15%至约60%,且所述丙三醇在电子烟液中的含量为约30%至约70%,以使电子烟液达到最佳的雾化效果,提高使用者体验。
本领域技术人员应理解,基础溶剂可以根据具体需求选择本领域任何已知的溶剂,例如,去离子水、丙二醇、丙三醇,而不受其限制。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还进一步包含凉味剂,其中所述凉味剂在电子烟液中的含量,以所述电子烟液的总重计,大致为,例如,0.01%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%、7.5%、10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述凉味剂在电子烟液中的含量以所述电子烟液的总重计为约0.1%至约10%
凉味剂为添加剂,其为能够使产品在使用时让使用者产生清凉效果的感受且刺激性不强的化学物。在一些实施例中,所述凉味剂包括选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸薄荷酯、WS-23(N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺)、WS-3(N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺)、WS-5(N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺)、WS-12(N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-3-羧酰胺)、乙酸薄荷酯及其组合所组成的群组。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁盐。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁盐在电子烟液中在所述电子烟液中的含量大致为,例如,0.001%、0.01%、0.1%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%、7.5%、10%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的含量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.001%至约10.0%。
应理解,本领域技术人员可根据实际需求选用本领域中任何已知的尼古丁盐加入电子烟液中,而不受其限制。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁盐包含苯甲酸盐。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁在电子烟液中在所述电子烟液中的含量大致为,例如,0.001%、0.01%、0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%或这些重量百分比中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的含量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.001%至约5.0%。
在一些实施例中,上述电子烟液能够进一步包含香精。
在一些实施例中,所述香精包括:二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、丁酸乙酯、 β-蒎烯中的至少一种。
二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯具有新鲜莱莉香气,添加至电子烟液中能够使其所生成的气雾中的香气更天然,更持久。柠檬烯具有类似柠檬的香味,添加至电子烟液中能够使其所生成的气雾更加饱满,更加香甜。芳樟醇具有铃兰香气,香气颇佳,添加至电子烟液中能够改善其所生成的气雾的香气和口感,进而使电子烟液所生成的气雾中的香气更透发,更饱满。丁酸乙酯具有强烈的甜果香味,添加至电子烟液中能够使其所生成的气雾中的香气更香甜,更透发。β-蒎烯具有纯正的木香,添加至电子烟液中能够使其所生成的气雾的香气更加完美,对其他香精具有很好的调节作用。
在一些实施例中,所述香精在电子烟液中的含量,以所述电子烟液的总重量计,大致为,例如,0.01%、0.1%、0.25%、0.5%、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%、6.0%、8.0%、10%或这些份数中任意两者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述香精在所述电子烟液中的含量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.01%至约5%。
根据本申请一些实施例,本申请提供电子烟液的制备方法,其包含以下步骤:取一定量的天麻素溶于基础溶剂中,随后加入风味成分、香精、尼古丁盐,然后,使其均匀混合以获得电子烟液。
本领域技术人员应理解,本申请实施例的电子烟液可以根据实际制备需求选择任何合适的已知方法制造,而不受其限制。
根据本申请的另一个层面,本申请提供了一种雾化装置,其中所述雾化装置包含上述实施例中的电子烟液。所述电子烟液可通过所述雾化装置雾化生成供使用者吸入的气雾,其中所述气雾含有不受到高温破坏的天麻素,供使用者吸收后能够产生消炎、止痛、镇静、平肝等药理活性,对神经衰弱、失眠头痛有一定疗效。
在一些实施例中,所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
实施例
为便于更好地理解本申请,通过以下实例加以说明。这些实例属于本申请的保护范围,但不限制本申请的保护范围。
实施例1
将3克天麻素加入47克丙二醇中,随后加入50克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电 子烟液。
实施例2
将3克天麻素加入37克丙二醇中,随后加入2克WS-23及1克薄荷脑混合均匀,再加入57克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例3
将2克天麻素加入45克丙二醇中,随后加入2克WS-23、0.76克二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、0.51克芳樟醇、0.82克柠檬烯、0.008克丁酸乙酯及0.001克β-蒎烯混合均匀,再加入49克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例4
将1克天麻素加入44克丙二醇中,随后加入3克尼古丁、2克WS-23、0.76克二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、0.51克芳樟醇、0.82克柠檬烯、0.008克丁酸乙酯及0.001克β-蒎烯混合均匀,再加入48克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例5
将2克天麻素加入40克丙二醇中,随后加入5克尼古丁、1克WS-23、2克薄荷脑、0.76克二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、0.51克芳樟醇、0.82克柠檬烯、0.008克丁酸乙酯及0.001克β-蒎烯混合均匀,再加入48克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例6
将2克天麻素加入45克丙二醇中,随后加入2克尼古丁、1克WS-23、1克薄荷脑、0.76克二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、0.51克芳樟醇、0.82克柠檬烯、0.008克丁酸乙酯及0.001克β-蒎烯混合均匀,再加入46克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例7
将2克天麻素加入45克丙二醇中,随后加入2克尼古丁、1克WS-23、1克薄荷脑及1克二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯混合均匀,再加入48克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例8
将2克天麻素加入45克丙二醇中,随后加入2克尼古丁、1克WS-23、1克薄荷脑及1克芳樟醇混合均匀,再加入48克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例9
将2克天麻素加入45克丙二醇中,随后加入2克尼古丁、1克WS-23、1克薄荷脑及1克柠檬烯混合均匀,再加入48克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例10
将2克天麻素加入45克丙二醇中,随后加入2克尼古丁、1克WS-23、1克薄荷脑、0.95克丁酸乙酯及0.05克β-蒎烯混合均匀,再加入48克丙三醇混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
随后将实施例1的电子烟液及其雾化后的气雾进行天麻素含量测量并对实施例1-10的电子烟液进行口感评分测试。通过上述测试结果以进一步说明,本申请电子烟液在使用过程中其气雾内天麻素的含量,以及其对使用者体验的提升。
天麻素含量测试方式;
天麻素含量测量是通过超高效液相色谱(UPLC)来进行。
样品制备:将实施例1的电子烟液采用以下抽吸方式来生成其用于使用者吸入的气雾:雾化装置为电子烟,抽吸时间为3.0秒±0.1秒、抽吸之间间隔为30.0秒±0.5秒、抽吸次数为50次、每次抽吸量为55mL±0.3mL。采用剑桥滤片收集气雾,并使用10mL甲醇浸没剑桥滤片,超声提取30min后得烟气萃取溶液。然后采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)对电子烟液及其气雾萃取溶液进行天麻素含量测定。
液相色谱测试:采用超高效液相色谱(Waters ACQUITY

H-Class)对电子烟液及其气雾萃取溶液进行天麻素含量测量,其中液相色谱条件如下:色谱柱为HSS T3 C 18(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液(3:97,v/v),等度洗脱,流量为0.4mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量3μL,检测波长270nm。
图1A及1B分别是根据本申请实施例的的电子烟液以及其所生成的气雾的通过UPLC所测得的天麻素含量的色谱图。
如图1A及1B所示,本申请电子烟液的气雾中存在天麻素,其中气雾中天麻素的成分与电子烟液中的成分基本相同,这代表本申请电子烟液中的天麻素成分能够通过雾化装置来雾化,进而存在于其雾化的气雾中而没有被破坏。因此,天麻素通过电子烟雾化后的气雾可以有效被人体吸收,进而让使用者在吸烟的同时达到其人体的药理作用,例 如,镇定、消炎、止痛、平肝等功效。
口感评分测试方式1;
统计方法:请20位评析者按表1中的各个评价指标对上述实施例1-10的电子烟液所生成的气雾体验打分。

实施例1-10的电子烟液经过口感评分测试的测试结果如下表2所示。

由表2中数据可知,本申请实施例1-10的电子烟液经雾化后所形成的供使用者吸入的气雾,其不论在口感或是口味都显示了其具有良好的使用者体验。此外,通过比较实施例可知,在电子烟液添加香精,可以进一步提升电子烟液所生成的气雾的口味及口感。
口感评分测试方式2;
统计方法:随机选取1000使用者通过电子烟对上述实施例1-10的电子烟液进行使用测试,待使用测试后对其口味及口感进行评价,其中评价标准以总分10分计,口味越佳或口感越好则分数越高。
实施例1-4的电子烟液经过口感评分测试的测试结果如下表3所示。

由表3中数据可进一步得知,本申请的电子烟液所生成的用于使用者吸入的气雾对使用者而言,不论是专业的评析者或是一般使用者,皆具有良好的口感及味道。而通过添加香精,则可以进一步提高使用者对电子烟液的使用体验。
通过本申请上述实施例应可了解,本申请提供了一种含有天麻素的电子烟液,该电 子烟液中通过雾化装置所生成用于使用者吸入的气雾中能够保持一定含量的天麻素,进而被人体吸收,从而起到对人体的镇静、舒缓及止痛、平肝等功效作用,且该电子烟液雾化后的气雾能够降低吸入时的异物感以及使用时可能的发炎反应,进而提升使用者体验。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子烟液,其包含天麻素,其中所述天麻素在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至10%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含尼古丁盐,且所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.001%至10%。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含尼古丁,且所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.001%至5%。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含香精。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟液,其中所述香精中包括:二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、柠檬烯、芳樟醇、丁酸乙酯或β-蒎烯中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟液,其中所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.001%至5%。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含凉味剂;其中所述凉味剂选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸薄荷酯、N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺、N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺、N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺、N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-3-羧酰胺、乙酸薄荷酯及其组合所组成的群组。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟液,其中所述凉味剂在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至10%。
  9. 一种雾化装置,其包含权利要求1至8中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化装置,其中所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
