在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液还包括尼古丁。在一些实施例中,以所述电子烟液总重计,所述尼古丁在电子烟液中在所述电子烟液中的重量大致为,例如,0.001%、0.01%、0.1%、0.2%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、5%或这些重量百分比中任意两 者组成的范围。在一些实施例中,所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.001%、至约5.0%。
在一些实施例中,所述电子烟液进一步包括香精,其中所述香精选自由α-蒎烯、α-松油醇、月桂烯、苯甲醛、丁酸乙酯、丁酸异戊酯、丁香酚、β-石竹烯、乙酸苄酯、乙酸丁酯及其组合所组成的群组。
在一些实施例中,所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为约0.01%至约5.0%,以增添所述电子烟液的风味及优化其所生成的气雾的口感。
根据本申请一些实施例,本申请提供电子烟液的制备方法,其包含以下步骤:取一定量的褪黑素溶于基础溶剂中,随后加入风味成分、香精、尼古丁或其盐,然后,使其均匀混合以获得电子烟液。
根据本申请的另一个方面,本申请提供一种雾化装置,其包含上述任一实施例所述的电子烟液。所述电子烟液可通过所述雾化装置雾化生成供使用者吸入的气雾,其中所述气雾含有不受到高温破坏的褪黑素,供使用者吸收后能够产生抗疲劳、免疫调节、延缓衰老、改善睡眠等效果。
在一些实施例中,所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
实施例
为便于更好地理解本申请,通过以下实例加以说明。这些实例属于本申请的保护范围,但不限制本申请的保护范围。
基础烟液的制备:
将丙二醇和丙三醇按以下重量比(32:56)调配后混合均匀,以获得基础烟液。
香精的制备:
按照下表1中的重量比例配置,混合以获得香精。
实施例1
将3克褪黑素加入97克的基础烟液中混合,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例2
将α-己基肉桂醛、芳樟醇、薰衣草醇、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸香叶酯及乙酸薰衣草酯按以下重量比(1.5:35:0.05:25:0.5:10)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将3克褪 黑素、0.5克的风味组合物加入96.5克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例3
将α-己基肉桂醛、芳樟醇、薰衣草醇、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸香叶酯及乙酸薰衣草酯按以下重量比(1.5:35:0.05:25:0.5:10)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将2克褪黑素、0.3克的风味组合物、3.0克的尼古丁与2.0克的苯甲酸混合后加入92.7克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例4
将α-己基肉桂醛、芳樟醇、薰衣草醇、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸香叶酯及乙酸薰衣草酯按以下重量比(1.5:38:0.05:25:0.5:10)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将1克褪黑素、0.2克的风味组合物、3.0克的尼古丁、2.0克的苯甲酸与0.02克的香精混合后加入93.78克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
实施例5
将α-己基肉桂醛、芳樟醇、薰衣草醇、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸香叶酯及乙酸薰衣草酯按以下重量比(5:60:2:40:8:15)调配混合以获得风味组合物,随后将0.5克褪黑素、0.1克的风味组合物、2.0克的尼古丁、1.5克的苯甲酸、1.0克的WS-23、0.5克的薄荷脑与1.0克的香精混合后加入93.4克的基础烟液中,搅拌均匀,得到电子烟液。
上述实施例中香精的组成如下表1所示。

随后将实施例1的电子烟液及其雾化后的气雾进行褪黑素含量测量并对实施例1-5 的电子烟液进行口感评分测试。通过上述测试结果以进一步说明,本申请电子烟液在使用过程中其气雾内褪黑素的含量,以及其对使用者体验的提升。
褪黑素含量测试方式;
褪黑素含量测量是通过超高效液相色谱(UPLC)来进行。
样品制备:将实施例1的电子烟液采用以下抽吸方式来生成其用于使用者吸入的气雾:雾化装置为电子烟,抽吸时间为3.0秒±0.1秒、抽吸之间间隔为30.0秒±0.5秒、抽吸次数为50次、每次抽吸量为55mL±0.3mL。采用剑桥滤片收集气雾,并使用10mL甲醇浸没剑桥滤片,超声提取30min后得烟气萃取溶液。然后采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)对电子烟液及其气雾萃取溶液进行褪黑素含量测定。
液相色谱条件:Waters ACQUITY
H-Class HSS T3C
18色谱柱(2.1mm×100mm,1.8μm),流动相为乙腈-水溶液(40:60,v/v),等度洗脱,流量为0.3mL/min,柱温35℃,进样量3μL,检测波长223nm。
图1A及1B分别是根据本申请实施例的电子烟液以及其所生成的气雾的通过UPLC所测得的
褪黑素含量的色谱图。
如图1A及1B所示,本申请电子烟液的气雾中存在
褪黑素,其中气雾中
褪黑素的成分与电子烟液中的成分基本相同,而免于被高温燃烧破坏。因此,
褪黑素通过电子烟雾化后的气雾可以有效被人体吸收,进而让使用者在吸烟的同时达到对人体保健的功效。
口感评分测试方法1
请20位评析者按表2中的各个评价指标对上述实施例1-5的电子烟气溶胶体验打分。评测结果如下表3所示.

统计方法:随机选取1000使用者通过电子烟对上述实施例1-5的电子烟液进行使用测试,待使用测试后对其口味及口感进行评价,其中评价标准以总分10分计,口味越佳或口感越好则分数越高。
实施例1-4的电子烟液经过口感评分测试的测试结果如下表4所示。

由表2-4中数据可知,本申请实施例1-5的电子烟液经雾化后能产生的具有薰衣草风味的供使用者吸入的气雾,其不论在口感或是口味的表现上都能有效的提升客户的满意度。
通过本申请上述实施例应可了解,本申请提供了一种电子烟液,通过该电子烟液中包含的风味组合物,能够让使用者产生薰衣草的风味,且不产生焦油与悬浮微粒等有害物质。同时,该电子烟液在使用者抽吸时能够形成气味均匀且浓郁的气雾,而该气雾口感柔顺且不具有残留感,从而提升使用者体验。

Claims (12)
- 一种电子烟液,其包含褪黑素,其中所述褪黑素在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.1%至6%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含风味组合物。
- 根据权利要求2所述的风味组合物,其包含以下重量份的物质:1至10份的α-己基肉桂醛、35至65份芳樟醇、0.01至3.0份的薰衣草醇、20至45份的乙酸芳樟酯、0.1至10份的乙酸香叶酯及5至20份的乙酸薰衣草酯。
- 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟液,其中所述风味组合物在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.001%至1%。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括凉味剂,其中所述凉味剂选自由薄荷脑、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、乳酸l-薄荷酯、WS-23(N,2,3-三甲基-2-异丙基丁酰胺)、WS-3(N-乙基-对薄荷基-3-甲酰胺)、WS-5(N-(乙氧羰基甲基)-对烷-3-甲酰胺)、WS-12(N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-对薄荷基-3-羧酰胺)及其组合所组成的群组。
- 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟液,其中所述凉味剂在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.01%至10%。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括尼古丁盐,且所述尼古丁盐在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.001%至10.0%。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液,其进一步包含尼古丁,且所述尼古丁在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.001%至5.0%。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液,其进一步包括香精,其中所述香精选自由α-蒎烯、α-松油醇、月桂烯、苯甲醛、丁酸乙酯、丁酸异戊酯、丁香酚、β-石竹烯、乙酸苄酯、乙酸丁酯及其组合所组成的群组。
- 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟液,其中所述香精在所述电子烟液中的重量以所述电子烟液总重计为0.01%至5.0%。
- 一种雾化装置,其包含权利要求1至10中任一权利要求所述的电子烟液。
- 根据权利要求11所述的雾化装置,其中所述雾化装置包括电子烟、超声雾化器或网式雾化器。
