Abstract
본 발명은 불소계 수지 필러를 1 중량% 이상 30 중량% 이하 포함하는, 저유전 특성이 우수한 폴리이미드 복합 분말 및 물을 분산매로 사용하는 제조방법을 제공한다. 또한, 폴리이미드 복합 분말을 포함하는 성형체 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
