参照图1至图3,在本申请一实施例中,该支架组件包括支架外壳100、支架内壳200和手柄内壳300。支架外壳100呈非封闭式的环状,该支架外壳100的两端装配有手柄内壳300,从而形成两个相靠近的夹臂段,支架外壳100具有弹性;支架内壳200包括骨架210及柔性体220,骨架210的形状与支架外壳100的形状适配,骨架210与支架外壳100的内环侧壁连接,柔性体220设于骨架210背向支架外壳100的内环侧,并与骨架210一体成型,如此支架内壳200与支架外壳100相互围合形成供颈部按摩仪的按摩组件安装的腔体。
可以理解的是,由于该支架组件的支架内壳200与手柄内壳300之间为直接连接的装配关系,减少了五金连接件,避免了其公差累积,减少了装配间隙。

需要说明的是,现有的骨架210与柔性体220通常采用胶水等方式粘贴固定,粘胶工艺可靠性较差,用户长期使用后,柔性体220极易产生脱落现象,影响产品美观,甚至会导致内部连接线暴露在外或连接线断开使得功能失效,用户体验较差。而本申请采用的骨架210和柔性体220为一体成型制造,生产加工方便,且增强了骨架210与柔性体220的连接强度,延长了产品的使用寿命。此外,现有的支架外壳100与手柄内壳300通常利用五金连接件以打螺钉的方式进行连接固定,存在较大的装配间隙,本申请的支架组件不仅减小了各部件之间的装配间隙,方便安装,提高了产品良率,而且取消了五金连接件,节省了产品生产制造的成本。
主要参考图2,在一实施例中,支架外壳100的内环侧壁上可设置有多个第一卡扣101,支架内壳200对应支架外壳100的第一卡扣101位置处可设置有多个第一卡槽201,支架外壳100与支架内壳200通过第一卡扣101和第一卡槽201卡接固定。每一对第一卡扣101和第一卡槽201的大小和形状等可根据连接强度关系在不同部位设置,其大小、形状及数量均不做限定。
可以理解的是,支架内壳200与支架外壳100通过第一卡扣101和第一卡槽201紧贴卡接,使得两部件之间的间隙几乎可以忽略不计,而且这种连接方式安装和拆卸都十分方便。

参考图7,进一步地,骨架210的接合部211中间段与柔性体220接合处可设置有第二凸台211C。
可以理解的是,在骨架210的接合部211不同位置分别设置多个台阶211A、第一凸台211B和第二凸台211C均可多方位地增大骨架210与柔性体220的接触面积,不仅在横向上有贴合,而且在纵向上也有部分面贴合,使得柔性体220与骨架210一体成型后的贴合度更高,粘贴得更加牢固,不易脱落,从而避免因柔性体220脱落影响产品美观或者导线外露引起的功能问题及安全性问题,提高了产品使用寿命,提高了用户满意度。
值得注意的是,骨架210上的台阶和凸台的形状可根据实际结构进行设计,在保证产品安装方便同时,尽量增大接触面积即可,此处对其数量、大小、形状和位置并不做限定。
在一实施例中,柔性体220的厚度自骨架210的顶端向其两侧逐渐减小,柔性体220可采用硅胶等材质。
容易理解的是,在产品开合时,柔性体220的硅胶层沿受力方向的变形量越小,更不容易从附着的骨架210表面脱离,这样就允许柔性体220具有更大的变形量,提高了产品使用寿命。
主要参考图4和图5,在一实施例中,为了更加方便布置颈部按摩仪内部的连接线,支架内壳200的安装部212处可设置第一卡线槽200A,手柄内壳300的配合部301对应第一卡线槽200A位置处可设置相匹配的第二卡线槽300A。
进一步地,第一卡线槽200A和第二卡线槽300A均可包括位于第一方向的第一通道及与其连通的第二通道,第一通道与支架内壳200的安装部212的顶壁连通;第一方向与支架内壳200的安装部212的顶壁垂直,第二通道位于与第一方向垂直的第二方向上。如此设置,方便走线的同时,保障了在弯曲弹性支架外壳100和手柄内壳300部分区域时不会因为压到电路而导致功能失灵,从而提高了用户体验。
本申请还提出一种颈部按摩仪,该颈部按摩仪包括按摩组件、按摩头及支架组件,按摩组件安装于支架组件的腔体内,支架组件的骨架210上还设置有可供按摩头安装的安装孔,按摩头与按摩组件连接并从安装孔向外延伸。该支架组件的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本申请提出的颈部按摩仪包括上述支架组件的所有实施例的所有方案,因此,至少具有与所述支架组件相同的技术效果,此处不一一阐述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支架组件,用于颈部按摩仪,所述颈部按摩仪具有按摩组件,其中,所述支架组件包括:
    支架外壳,所述支架外壳呈非封闭式的环状,并形成两个相靠近的夹臂段,所述支架外壳具有弹性;
    支架内壳,所述支架内壳包括骨架及柔性体,所述骨架与所述支架外壳的内环侧壁连接,并相互围合形成供所述颈部按摩仪的按摩组件安装的腔体,所述柔性体设于所述骨架背向所述支架外壳的内环侧,并与所述骨架一体成型;
    手柄内壳,所述支架外壳的两端夹臂段内侧均设有所述手柄内壳,且所述手柄内壳与所述支架内壳连接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架组件,其中,所述支架外壳的内环侧壁上设置有多个第一卡扣,所述支架内壳对应所述支架外壳的第一卡扣位置处设置有多个第一卡槽,所述支架外壳与所述支架内壳通过所述第一卡扣和所述第一卡槽卡接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支架组件,其中,所述支架内壳两端设有安装部,所述手柄内壳对应所述支架内壳的安装部处设置有配合部,所述支架内壳与所述手柄内壳通过所述安装部与所述配合部连接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支架组件,其中,所述骨架上与所述柔性体配合处设有接合部,所述接合部两端与所述柔性体接合处的一侧均设置有台阶,以增大所述柔性体与所述骨架的接触面积。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的支架组件,其中,所述骨架的接合部两端与所述柔性体接合处的另一侧均设置有第一凸台,以增大所述柔性体与所述骨架的接触面积。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支架组件,其中,所述骨架的接合部的中间段与所述柔性体接合处设置有第二凸台,以增大所述柔性体与所述骨架的接触面积。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的支架组件,其中,所述柔性体的厚度自所述骨架的顶端向两侧逐渐减小。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的支架组件,其中,所述支架内壳的安装部设有第一卡线槽,所述手柄内壳的配合部对应所述第一卡线槽设置有相匹配的第二卡线槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支架组件,其中,所述第一卡线槽和第二卡线槽均包括位于第一方向的第一通道及与其连通的第二通道,所述第一通道与所述支架内壳的安装部的顶壁连通;
    所述第一方向与所述支架内壳的安装部的顶壁垂直,所述第二通道位于与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向上。
  10. 一种颈部按摩仪,其中,所述颈部按摩仪包括按摩组件、按摩头及如权利要求1至9任一项所述的支架组件;
    所述按摩组件安装于所述骨架的腔体内,所述骨架上还设置有可供按摩头安装的安装孔,所述按摩头与所述按摩组件连接并从所述安装孔向外延伸。
