本实用新型涉及滑轮技术领域,具体为双向自锁防坠落滑轮。
背景技术
滑轮组是由若干个定滑轮和动滑轮匹配而成,可以达到既省力又改变力作用方向的目的。使用中,省力多少和绳子的绕法,决定于滑轮组的使用效果。滑轮被两根绳子承担,即每根绳承担物体和动滑轮力就是物体和动滑轮总重的几分之一。
现有公开的一种双向自锁滑轮,申请号CN201721556599.2,通过滚动轴承绕承重轴转动,偏心凸轮设置在滚动轴承的上方,并且偏心凸轮能够绕固定轴转动,进而通过锁止面和限位销限制偏心凸轮的转动,实现滑轮的自锁,但是该设备无法适应过重货物在速度较快的情况下对滑轮进行自锁,货物容易坠落,现设计一种双向自锁防坠落滑轮,通过从动轴盘上设有的卡轮,用卡针卡合在限位槽内,实现滑轮的自锁防坠落功能。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供双向自锁防坠落滑轮,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的双向自锁滑轮无法适应过重货物在速度较快的情况下对滑轮进行自锁,货物容易坠落的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案,双向自锁防坠落滑轮,包括滑轮主体,所述滑轮主体上设有主动转轴和从动转轴,所述主动转轴外固定设有主动轴盘,所述从动转轴外设有从动轴盘,所述从动轴盘上设有卡轮,所述卡轮内设有限位槽,且从动转轴内穿有卡针,所述卡轮上设有卡柱,所述卡柱上设有传动杆和主动转轴相连接,且滑轮主体顶部设有挂环。
优选的,所述滑轮主体上设有盖板,所述盖板上设有和主动转轴与从动转轴大小对应位置的孔洞。
优选的,所述主动转轴和卡柱为圆柱状,且主动转轴和卡柱上均设有和传动杆宽度相等的内槽。
优选的,所述从动转轴为空心环柱体状,且从动转轴上对立开设有两组通道,且该通道和卡针的截面相同。
优选的,所述卡针的长度大于从动转轴顶部到限位槽底部的距离,且大于从动转轴底部到限位槽顶部的距离。
优选的,所述传动杆为弹性橡胶材质。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该双向自锁防坠落滑轮通过主动齿轮对货物进行运输,带动从动齿轮的转动,进而通过从动转盘上设有的卡轮对货物进行自锁,卡针在限位槽内的设计似的齿轮在速度较快的情况下对从动转轴进行卡位,进而防止货物的坠落。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:双向自锁防坠落滑轮,包括滑轮主体1,滑轮主体上1设有主动转轴5和从动转轴7,主动转轴5外固定设有主动轴盘4,从动转轴7外设有从动轴盘6,且滑轮主体1上设有盖板14,盖板上设有和主动转轴5与从动转轴7大小对应位置的孔洞,这样可以通过滑轮主体1和盖板14对其之间的零件进行固定,从动轴盘6上设有卡轮8,卡轮8内设有限位槽9,且从动转轴7内穿有卡针10,且从动转轴7为空心环柱体状,且从动转轴7上对立开设有两组通道,且该通道和卡针10的截面相同,这样卡针10可以在速度正常的情况下从该通道中因重力下落,而在速度较快的情况下因惯性的作用卡在限位槽9的卡口处,进而可以防止货物的掉落,且卡针10的长度大于从动转轴7顶部到限位槽9底部的距离,且大于从动转轴7底部到限位槽9顶部的距离,使得卡针10不会从从动转轴7内掉落出来,卡轮8上设有卡柱13,卡柱13上设有传动杆11和主动转轴5相连接,且主动转轴5和卡柱13为圆柱状,且主动转轴5和卡柱13上均设有和传动杆11宽度相等的内槽,这样可以使得传动杆11卡合在主动转轴5和卡柱13上,且传动杆11为弹性橡胶材质,这样传动杆11具有一定的弹性,对运动的卡轮8起到拉力的作用,且滑轮主体1顶部设有挂环12。
工作原理:在使用该双向自锁防坠落滑轮时,先将需要运输的货物固定在绳索上,将绳索卡合在滑轮主体1和盖板14之间,并和主动齿轮2相咬合,将滑轮主体1通过挂环12固定在高空,通过拉动绳索的另一端,对货物进行拉伸,主动齿轮2通过主动轴盘4进行旋转,接着带动咬合在主动齿轮2上的从动齿轮3,从动齿轮3和从动转轴7固定连接,因此从动转轴7进行同步旋转,此时拉动货物的速度正常,卡针10因为重力的原因,在进行周期运动的时候,卡针10从从动转轴7内设有的通道下落,当货物极速下落的时候,由于加速度惯性的原因,卡针10会直接卡在限位槽9的卡口处,使得从动轴盘6无法运动,从动轴盘6上设有卡轮8,卡轮8和主动轴盘4之间通过卡柱13和主动转轴5连接有传动杆11,通过传动杆11拉力的作用,对卡轮组实现自锁,以上为本双向自锁防坠落滑轮工作过程。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双向自锁防坠落滑轮,其特征在于:所述滑轮主体(1)上设有盖板(14),所述盖板上设有和主动转轴(5)与从动转轴(7)大小对应位置的孔洞。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的双向自锁防坠落滑轮,其特征在于:所述主动转轴(5)和卡柱(13)为圆柱状,且主动转轴(5)和卡柱(13)上均设有和传动杆(11)宽度相等的内槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的双向自锁防坠落滑轮,其特征在于:所述从动转轴(7)为空心环柱体状,且从动转轴(7)上对立开设有两组通道,且该通道和卡针(10)的截面相同。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的双向自锁防坠落滑轮,其特征在于:所述卡针(10)的长度大于从动转轴(7)顶部到限位槽(9)底部的距离,且大于从动转轴(7)底部到限位槽(9)顶部的距离。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的双向自锁防坠落滑轮,其特征在于:所述传动杆(11)为弹性橡胶材质。
