Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体式BLDC电机,包括BMC主机(1)和控制板(2),BMC主机(1)通过电源线(3)连接控制板(2),所述控制板(2)设置于BMC主机(1)的后侧,控制板(2)上设有与BMC主机(1)连接的后侧板(4),后侧板(4)通过多个支撑脚(5)连接BMC主机(1),所述后侧板(4)与BMC主机(1)的距离45-70mm;所述BMC主机(1)的外侧设有多个螺母(6),所述支撑脚(5)上设有通孔(7),通孔(7)内设有螺丝(8),所述螺丝(8)与对应的螺母(6)连接。本发明具有安装简便和不容易发生故障的优点。
Description
本发明属于滚筒洗衣机用的BLDC电机领域,尤其涉及一种滚筒洗衣机用的一体式BLDC电机。
现有滚筒洗衣机所用的BLDC电机为分体式结构包括BMC主机和控制板,BMC主机和控制板分别独立安装,BMC主机通过电源线连接控制板,控制板上设有与电源连接的供电线以及与滚筒洗衣机控制系统连接的信号线。所述BMC主机的结构包括注塑形成的外壳和位于外壳内的动力系统。由于现有的BLDC电机为分体式结构,客户在购入并组装于滚筒洗衣机时,不能一步安装到位,安装较为繁琐。BMC主机在滚筒洗衣机上的的安装位与控制板在滚筒洗衣机上的安装位通常具有一段较长距离,需要采用较长和电源线连接,而滚筒洗衣机在运转过程中具有一定的晃动,该晃动传递到电源线,会导致电源线与相邻配件发生碰撞发出噪音,故而还需进在电源线上增加若干个固定点,这进一步增加了安装的繁琐程度。此外,控制板的背部具有控制芯片,该控制芯片的发热量较大,当控制板安装于滚筒洗衣机的对应位置后,控制芯片位于控制板和安装位之间,热量积蓄难以及时散发出去,导致控制芯片容易过热而产生故障,使BLDC电机无法正常工作,即BLDC电机容易发生故障。
因此,现有的BLDC电机存在安装繁琐和容易发生故障的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种一体式BLDC电机。本发明具有安装简便和不容易发生故障的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种一体式BLDC电机,包括BMC主机和控制板,BMC主机通过电源线连接控制板,所述控制板设置于BMC主机的后侧,控制板上设有与BMC主机连接的后侧板,后侧板通过多个支撑脚连接BMC主机,所述后侧板与BMC主机的距离45-70mm。
前述的一体式BLDC电机中,所述BMC主机的外侧设有多个螺母,所述支撑脚上设有通孔,通孔内设有螺丝,所述螺丝与对应的螺母连接。
前述的一体式BLDC电机中,所述后侧板的外侧面设有第一散热区和第二散热区,第一散热区上设有多个环形的散热筋,第二散热区上设有多个并排的散热片,所述后侧板对应于第二散热区的内侧面上设有导热凸台。
前述的一体式BLDC电机中,所述支撑脚或BMC主机上设有固定环。
前述的一体式BLDC电机中,所述BMC主机上设有插座,插座上设有与控制板连接的信号线,插座上设有与控制板连接的供电线。
前述的一体式BLDC电机中,所述支撑脚的数量有三个、绕BMC主机的轴线均匀分布。
前述的一体式BLDC电机中,所述BMC主机的外侧设有多个管状的连接柱,所述螺母注塑于连接柱内,所述支撑脚的端部设有向外延伸的固定部,固定部上设有通孔,固定部上设有紧配插入到连接柱内的定位柱。
与现有技术相比,本发明将控制板集成到BMC主机上,由此得到的BLDC电机,组装于滚筒洗衣机时,可一步安装到位,即只需要完成BMC主机与滚筒洗衣机之间的装配,安装较为简便。控制板位于 BMC主机的后侧,有效缩短了控制板与BMC主机之间的距离,缩短电源线的长度,电源线不容易发生晃动而发出碰撞噪音,从而可减少电源线的固定点,进一步使BLDC电机的安装较为简便。在后侧板上增加了散热结构,通过散热片和散热筋使控制芯片的热量快速发散,从而避免控制芯片过热引起的故障,使BLDC电机可长期正常工作,即BLDC电机不容易发生故障。此外,本发明优化了支撑脚与BMC主机之间的连接结构,定位柱与连接柱之间为紧配结构,可使螺钉在BMC主机工作时只受到轴向振动力作用、不受到径向振动力作用,从而可降低螺钉松脱的概率,进一步降低故障概率的发生。因此,本发明具有安装简便和不容易发生故障的优点。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。一种一体式BLDC电机,如图1所示,包括BMC主机1和控制板2,BMC主机1通过电源线3连接控制板2,所述控制板2设置于BMC主机1的后侧,控制板2上设有与BMC主机1连接的后侧 板4,后侧板4通过多个支撑脚5连接BMC主机1,所述后侧板4与BMC主机1的距离45-70mm,在后侧板4与BMC主机1之间留出足够的控制板2安装空间以及散热空间。
所述BMC主机1的外侧设有多个螺母6,所述支撑脚5上设有通孔7,通孔7内设有螺丝8,所述螺丝8与对应的螺母6连接。
所述后侧板4的外侧面设有第一散热区和第二散热区,第一散热区上设有多个环形的散热筋9,第二散热区上设有多个并排的散热片10,所述后侧板4对应于第二散热区的内侧面上设有导热凸台11。所述导热凸台11与控制板2上的控制芯片接触,导热凸台11上涂油导致硅油。
所述支撑脚5或BMC主机1上设有固定环12。所述固定环12用于信号线14、电源线3或供电线15的固定,将线束用扎带固定与固定环12上。
所述BMC主机1上设有插座13,插座13上设有与控制板2连接的信号线14,插座13上设有与控制板2连接的供电线15。滚筒洗衣机控制系统上原本用于和信号线14连接的线束以及电源上原本用于和供电线15连接的线束,可集成于同一个插头并连接到插座13上,通过插头和插座13分别与信号线14以及供电线15连接,以此可降低BLDC电机电连接安装时的繁琐程度。
所述支撑脚5的数量有三个、绕BMC主机1的轴线均匀分布。
所述BMC主机1的外侧设有多个管状的连接柱16,所述螺母6注塑于连接柱16内,所述支撑脚5的端部设有向外延伸的固定部17,固定部17上设有通孔7,固定部17上设有紧配插入到连接柱16内的定位柱18。
本发明相较于现有技术的主要改进点是将BMC主机和控制板集成到一体,并优化了相应的连接结构,由此得到的BLDC电机,组装 于滚筒洗衣机时,可一步安装到位,即只需要完成BMC主机与滚筒洗衣机之间的装配,安装较为简便。控制板位于BMC主机的后侧,有效缩短了控制板与BMC主机之间的距离,缩短电源线的长度,电源线不容易发生晃动而发出碰撞噪音,从而可减少电源线的固定点,进一步使BLDC电机的安装较为简便。在后侧板上增加了散热结构,通过散热片和散热筋使控制芯片的热量快速发散,从而避免控制芯片过热引起的故障,使BLDC电机可长期正常工作,即BLDC电机不容易发生故障。此外,本发明优化了支撑脚与BMC主机之间的连接结构,定位柱与连接柱之间为紧配结构,可使螺钉在BMC主机工作时只受到轴向振动力作用、不受到径向振动力作用,从而可降低螺钉松脱的概率,进一步降低故障概率的发生。因此,本发明具有安装简便和不容易发生故障的优点。

- 一种一体式BLDC电机,包括BMC主机(1)和控制板(2),BMC主机(1)通过电源线(3)连接控制板(2),其特征在于:所述控制板(2)设置于BMC主机(1)的后侧,控制板(2)上设有与BMC主机(1)连接的后侧板(4),后侧板(4)通过多个支撑脚(5)连接BMC主机(1),所述后侧板(4)与BMC主机(1)的距离45-70mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体式BLDC电机,其特征在于:所述BMC主机(1)的外侧设有多个螺母(6),所述支撑脚(5)上设有通孔(7),通孔(7)内设有螺丝(8),所述螺丝(8)与对应的螺母(6)连接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一体式BLDC电机,其特征在于:所述后侧板(4)的外侧面设有第一散热区和第二散热区,第一散热区上设有多个环形的散热筋(9),第二散热区上设有多个并排的散热片(10),所述后侧板(4)对应于第二散热区的内侧面上设有导热凸台(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体式BLDC电机,其特征在于:所述支撑脚(5)或BMC主机(1)上设有固定环(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体式BLDC电机,其特征在于:所述BMC主机(1)上设有插座(13),插座(13)上设有与控制板(2)连接的信号线(14),插座(13)上设有与控制板(2)连接的供电线(15)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一体式BLDC电机,其特征在于:所述支撑脚(5)的数量有三个、绕BMC主机(1)的轴线均匀分布。
