背景技术
现代人类追求快速时尚便捷以及高效的生活方式,随着生活水平的日益提高,越来越多的人注重自身的健康。尤其是最容易接触到病菌的双手,传统的洗手方法需要消耗大量的水资源和洗剂,不仅浪费大量的水资源,更是为脆弱的生态系统增加了污染的负担。因此,市场上出现了很多免洗洗手液。
但是现有的免水洗洗手液均为液体,携带过程中如不小心按到会流出,弄脏包包等,因此,发明一种携带方便的免洗洗手液显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液及其制备方法。
所述的一种气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液,其特征在于原料包括含银无机杀菌剂、螯合剂、乙基己基甘油、甘油、洋甘菊提取物、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、生育酚、辛酸葵酸甘油三酯、防腐蚀剂、推进剂及去离子水,由各原料混合配置得到;以总重量为100份计,各组分的重量份数比为:含银无机杀菌剂2-3%,螯合剂0.3-0.6%,乙基己基甘油0.3-0.6%,甘油3-5%,洋甘菊提取物1-3%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐4-5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-3%,椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺2-3%,生育酚0.3-0.6%, 辛酸葵酸甘油三酯3-4%,防腐蚀剂0.2-0.4%,推进剂15-25%,去离子水余量。

所述的气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
1)按投料比,依次将含银无机杀菌剂、螯合剂、乙基己基甘油、甘油、洋甘菊提取物、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、生育酚、辛酸葵酸甘油三酯及去离子水混合,得到料体备用;
2)将步骤1)中配好的料液灌装到铝罐中,并装配阀门进行封口,同时充装推进剂,使料体与推进剂在喷雾剂罐体内静态混合均匀;
3)充装完成后,对喷雾剂罐体进行检漏,再空气吹干,装配塑料件,包装完成。
通过采用上述技术,本发明所得的喷雾剂具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明所得的免洗抗菌洗手液,其砷含量<0.05mg/kg,铅含量<0.05mg/kg,汞含量<0.05mg/kg,银含量为0.00015%-0.00065%,pH值为3.0-7.5,使用安全;
2)本发明所得的洗手液,多次皮肤刺激试验结果为无刺激性,且对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的杀菌率≥90%;
3)本发明通过采用去离子水代替乙醇,对皮肤的亲和性好、无刺激,大大提高了洗手液的亲和性和环保性,通过采用辛酸葵酸甘油三酯作为铺展剂,基于其优秀的滋润油脂,很容易被皮肤吸收,对洗手液的均匀细腻起到很好的作用,使皮肤润滑有光泽;并利用其和人体皮肤有兼容的特征,容易被皮肤吸收,不会堵塞毛孔,有着不油腻质感,可改进其延伸性,有润滑和使肌肤柔软的效果.并有过滤紫外光的功能,而且有助于提高洗手液的稳定性,保湿效果好,使皮肤润滑有光泽;本发明采用乙二胺四乙酸或氮川三乙酸作为螯合剂,含银无机杀菌剂作为杀菌剂、乙基己基甘油作为防腐剂,较传统产品适用于更加高端领域的应用,如婴儿、肌肤敏感者等使用,通过加入含银无机杀菌剂及洋甘菊提取物,能达到免洗快干杀菌功能,杀菌率可达99%,市场前景广阔。

含银无机杀菌剂3%,螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸0.6%,乙基己基甘油0.6%,甘油3%,洋甘菊提取物1%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3%,椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺3%,生育酚0.6%,辛酸葵酸甘油三酯4%,防腐蚀剂0.4份、丙丁烷气10%,二氧化碳15%,去离子水余量;
其制备方法如下:
按投料比,依次将含银无机杀菌剂、螯合剂、乙基己基甘油、甘油、洋甘菊提取物、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺、生育酚、辛酸葵酸甘油三酯及去离子水混合,得到料体备用;
2)将步骤1)中配好的料液灌装到铝罐中,并装配阀门进行封口,同时充装推进剂,使料体与推进剂在喷雾剂罐体内静态混合均匀;
3)充装完成后,对喷雾剂罐体进行检漏,再空气吹干,装配塑料件,包装完成。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液,其特征在于含银无机杀菌剂2.5%,螯合剂0.5%,乙基己基甘油0.3%,甘油4%,洋甘菊提取物2%,脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐4.5%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2.5%,椰油酰胺丙基氧化胺2%,生育酚0.5%,辛酸葵酸甘油三酯3.5%,防腐蚀剂0.3%,推进剂20%,去离子水余量。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液,其特征在于螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸或氮川三乙酸中的任意一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液,其特征在于推进剂为丙丁烷气和二氧化碳,其中丙丁烷气5-10%,二氧化碳10-15%。
  5. 一种根据权利要求1或2所述的气雾型无酒精免洗抗菌洗手液的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    1)按投料比,依次将含银无机杀菌剂、螯合剂、乙基己基甘油、甘油、洋甘菊提取物、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基氧 化胺、生育酚、辛酸葵酸甘油三酯及去离子水混合,得到料体备用;
    2)将步骤1)中配好的料液灌装到铝罐中,并装配阀门进行封口,同时充装推进剂,使料体与推进剂在喷雾剂罐体内静态混合均匀;
    3)充装完成后,对喷雾剂罐体进行检漏,再空气吹干,装配塑料件,包装完成。
