Abstract
本发明公开了一种免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液,由下述原料组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:润肤保湿剂0.2%~10%;皮肤滋润剂0.1%~3%;纳米银0.0005%~0.1%;水加至100%。本发明不添加有机防腐剂,而是以纳米银为防腐抗菌剂,不仅对产品本身具有防腐功能,而且具有抗菌消炎、加速修复受损肌肤的功效。并且,本发明具有相当强的广谱抑菌、杀菌作用,可长效抗菌。该纳米银抗菌洗手液温和清爽,无刺激性,对皮肤伤害小,能有效的保护儿童稚嫩的皮肤及满足野外缺水等人员的使用,保护人身健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纳米银抗菌洗手液,特别是涉及一种免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和对健康认识的增加,大家都养成了勤洗手的好习惯,洗手液也成为日常生活中必备的清洁用品。洗手液分为普通型洗手液、消毒产品和特殊产品三类。其中消毒产品含有抗菌,抑菌或杀菌的有效成分,以其为主打的洗手液应运而生。
然而,现在市面上的一些抗菌洗手液产品中添加的防腐剂为有机化合物,如苯氧乙醇,对羟基苯甲酸丁酯,山梨酸钾,二丁基羟基甲苯,水杨酸盐等。这些有机杀菌成分虽然为洗手液本身提供了防腐作用,延长了产品的保质期。但是这些防腐剂本身具有一定的毒性,长期使用会对人体皮肤造成一定的刺激性和伤害。每天用水清洁皮肤之后,含有有机防腐剂的洗手液将被带入大自然,不符合当今社会倡导的绿色环保理念。市面上也有一些润肤水产品宣称不添加防腐剂,但是其保质期较短,容易变质。并且用于人体皮肤之后,也会引起细菌滋生的相关炎症。此外,医院的临床、公共场所、地址勘探、野外拉练等缺水条件下同样需要对手部进行清洁和消毒,因此,亟需一种在使用后不需要用水冲洗、且使用简便的免洗型抗菌洗手液。
近年来,纳米科技的发展为物理学、化学、材料学、生物学等学科的交叉发展提供了新的机遇,带动了与纳米技术相关的许多新兴学科的迅速发展。银单质本身具有极佳的抗菌效果,而纳米技术的出现,使银在纳米状态下的杀菌性能产生了质的飞跃。纳米银在用量很少的情况下就能产生强大的杀菌效果,渗透性强,杀菌作用广谱,无耐药性;并且纳米银能够促进伤口的愈合、细胞的生长及受损细胞的修复,且无任何毒性反应,对皮肤无任何刺激反应。因此,纳米银抗菌材料可应用于功能塑料、功能涂料、纺织纤维、空气净化、食品、日化、医疗等领域,拥有十分广阔的市场前景。
因此,将纳米银抗菌剂应用于洗手液中,不仅可以作为洗手液的防腐成分,而且为其增添了抗菌消炎、加速修复受损肌肤的功效。但是,由于纳米银粒径较小,表面能较高,具有极强的团聚倾向。因此,在洗手液中,保证纳米银颗粒的稳定性、单分散性、透明性和长久稳定性,并保证润肤成分、营养成分以及其它功效成分(活化肌肤成分等)与纳米银颗粒的稳定共存,成为了免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液制备过程中的技术关键。目前,尚无免洗型纳米银抗菌剂应用于洗手液产品的相关报道。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种无色、透明、抗色变、稳定性强的免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液。
一种免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,由下述的原料组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
润肤保湿剂 0.2%~10%;
皮肤滋润剂 0.1%~3%;
纳米银 0.0005%~0.1%;
水 加至100%。
所述的润肤保湿剂具有较好的水溶性,且溶于水后形成透明稳定的溶液,保湿剂为芦荟提取液、水溶性壳聚糖、透明质酸、透明质酸钠、海藻多糖、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、尿素、甘油、丁二醇等其中的一种或其组合。
所述的皮肤滋润剂具有较好的水溶性,且溶于水后形成透明稳定的溶液,滋润剂为胎盘提取液、燕麦多肽、水果果实提取物、牛磺酸、脯氨酸、精氨酸、天门冬酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、瓜氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸等其中的一种或其组合。
所述的纳米银以纳米银溶胶分散液的的形式添加,添加量按照银元素的重量百分比进行计算,最终的纳米银抗菌保湿润肤水中,银元素的重量百分比占0.0005%~0.1%;所述的纳米银为纳米银单质胶体分散液,或者纳米银离子胶体分散液,或上述组合。
本发明不添加有机防腐剂,而是以纳米银为防腐抗菌剂,不仅对产品本身具有防腐功能,而且具有抗菌消炎、加速修复受损肌肤的功效。并且,该纳米银抗菌洗手液无色透明、稳定性强、温和清爽,无刺激性,具有极佳的保湿功效,可迅速补充肌肤水分、活化肌肤的功效。制备方法具有操作简便、参数可调范围宽、能耗低、周期短等特点,尤其适合中试放大及工业化大生产。

此外,根据配方中所添加的功效物质,该免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液还具有抑菌、抗菌、滋养美白肌肤、加速细胞新陈代谢、活化肌肤的功效。
抗菌性能检测:依据《消毒技术规范》2002年版,进行抗菌性能检测。测试结果显示,上述纳米银抗菌保湿润肤水对大肠杆菌(8099型)的杀灭率大于90%,对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC 6538型)的杀灭率大于95%,对铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC 9027型)的杀灭率大于90%,对白色念珠菌(ATCC 10231型)的杀灭率大于90%。

1.一种免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,由下述的原料组分按重量百分比混合制备而成:
润肤保湿剂 0.2%~10%;
皮肤滋润剂 0.1%~3%;
纳米银 0.0005%~0.1%;
水 加至100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述的润肤保湿剂具有较好的水溶性,且溶于水后形成透明稳定的溶液,保湿剂为芦荟提取液、水溶性壳聚糖、透明质酸、透明质酸钠、海藻多糖、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、尿素、甘油、丁二醇等其中的一种或其组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述的皮肤滋润剂具有较好的水溶性,且溶于水后形成透明稳定的溶液,滋润剂为胎盘提取液、燕麦多肽、水果果实提取物、牛磺酸、脯氨酸、精氨酸、天门冬酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、瓜氨酸、亮氨酸、组氨酸等其中的一种或其组合。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的免洗型纳米银抗菌洗手液,其特征在于,所述的纳米银以纳米银溶胶分散液的的形式添加,添加量按照银元素的重量百分比进行计算,最终的纳米银抗菌保湿润肤水中,银元素的重量百分比占0.0005%~0.1%;所述的纳米银为纳米银单质胶体分散液,或者纳米银离子胶体分散液,或上述组合。
