目前现有的电子元器件在运输的过程中,由于电子元器件的大小不同,不方便固定,且在运输的过程中容易电子元器件容易碰撞而损坏,现有的电子元器件储存装置除灰效果不完善,使元器件受损,储存电子元器件不方便,通风效果不好,潮湿严重等的问题。因此,针对上述问题提出一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构。

2、放置框通过连接杆一端的固定管与导向杆滑动连接,固定管压缩或拉伸套接在导向杆外侧的第一弹簧,提高放置框在运输过程中的减振,减小电子元器件发生碰撞的可能,通过外接开关打开风机,风机通过排气管将放置框内的空气吸出,经过海绵块对灰尘进行过滤吸收,经过过滤网和活性炭网对灰尘和湿气进行吸收,经过进气管将干燥后的空气吹向放置框内,保持放置框内电子元器件的干燥。

散热风机21采用的是广州双健电子科技有限公司所售型号为SJ1725HA2B的配电柜散热风机及其相关的配套电源和电路。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:包括壳体(1)以及减振装置和透气防湿装置;
    所述减振装置包括开设在壳体(1)内部的内槽(9),所述内槽(9)的两端侧壁均固定连接侧板(4),所述侧板(4)的一端固定连接导向杆(5),所述内槽(9)的两端均通过第二弹簧(10)弹性连接放置框(8)的顶端和底端;
    所述透气防湿装置包括固定连接在放置框(8)内部的放置板(11),所述放置框(8)的内部固定连接固定箱(12),所述固定箱(12)的内部固定连接夹板(15),所述夹板(15)的内部夹持有海绵块(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:所述固定箱(12)的内部安装有过滤网(16)和活性炭网(17),且所述固定箱(12)的两端分别连通进气管(19)和排气管(13),所述进气管(19)和排气管(13)均连通放置板(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:所述放置板(11)的顶端固定连接若干个限位框(20),且所述限位框(20)的内部两端均固定连接两个第一套管(22)的一端,所述第一套管(22)套接第二套管(24),所述第二套管(24)的一端固定连接活动板(25),所述第一套管(22)和第二套管(24)的内部套接缓冲弹簧(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:所述活动板(25)的一端内部开有限位槽(26),所述限位槽(26)的内部两侧均固定连接第三弹簧(21)的一端,所述第三弹簧(21)的另一端固定连接活动块(27)的一端,所述活动块(27)滑动连接在限位槽(26)的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:所述导向杆(5)的一端套接固定管(801),且所述固定管(801)的一 端通过第一弹簧(6)弹性连接侧板(4),所述固定管(801)的一端侧壁固定连接连接杆(7)的一端,所述连接杆(7)的另一端固定连接放置框(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的一端通过铰链铰接侧门(2),且所述侧板(2)的一端安装有把手(3)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子元器件远程运输保护结构,其特征在于:所述固定箱(12)的内部安装有风机(18),且所述风机(18)靠近固定箱(12)一侧进气管(19)的一端。
