L'invention concerne un dispositif de génération de valeur de seuil (20) qui comprend : une unité de génération de groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates (21) pour générer un premier groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates qui comprend une ou plusieurs valeurs de seuil candidates (C1-C13), sur la base d'une pluralité de niveaux d'anomalie respectivement attribués à une pluralité d'échantillons ; une première unité de calcul de précision de détermination (24) pour calculer des premières précisions de détermination (TPR, TNR) respectivement pour la ou les valeurs de seuil candidates (C1-C13) qui sont incluses dans le premier groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates ; une unité de désignation de restrictions (22) pour désigner des restrictions sur les premières précisions de détermination ; une première unité de sélection de valeur de seuil (23) pour sélectionner la ou les valeurs de seuil candidates à partir du premier groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates sur la base des restrictions et générer un second groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates qui comprend la ou les valeurs de seuil candidates sélectionnées ; une seconde unité de calcul de précision de détermination (26) pour calculer des secondes précisions de détermination (TPR, TNR) de la ou des valeurs de seuil candidates (C1-C6) qui sont incluses dans le second groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates ; et une seconde unité de sélection de valeur de seuil (25) pour délivrer, en tant que valeur de seuil finale, la valeur de seuil candidate qui est sélectionnée à partir du second groupe de valeurs de seuil candidates sur la base des secondes précisions de détermination.
