- 一种新型电磁屏蔽复合材料,其特征在于,以聚氯乙烯树脂、铁纤维、银包铜颗粒、偶联剂为原料,各成分重量百分比如下:聚氯乙烯树脂50-60%;铁纤维20-30%;银包铜颗粒10-20%;偶联剂:5-8%。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁屏蔽复合材料,其特征在于,所述新型电磁屏蔽复合材料呈膜状,其厚度为20-50μm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁屏蔽复合材料,其特征在于,所述铁纤维的长径比是100-120:1。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁屏蔽复合材料,其特征在于,所述银包金纳米颗粒的粒径200-400目。
- 根据权利要求1所述的新型电磁屏蔽复合材料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂。
- 一种如权利要求1所述的新型电磁屏蔽复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤S1,将铁纤维、银包铜颗粒在溶剂中用超声波分散60-120min;步骤S2,分散后的铁纤维、银包铜颗粒与熔融后的聚氯乙烯树脂和偶联剂充分混合;步骤S3,超声波震荡60-120min,然后在真空度为10 -2-10 -3Pa条件下抽真空;步骤S4,在80-110℃条件下固化24-48h。
