[0012] 下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述: 实施例1~4 :一种具有散热功能的屏蔽贴膜,包括金属层2、吸波层3和离型材料层4 ; PET绝缘层1与金属层2之间设置有第一胶粘层5,所述金属层2与吸波层3之间设置有第 二胶粘层6 ;所述吸波层3与离型材料层4之间依次设置有第三胶粘层7、聚丙烯薄膜层5 和第四胶粘层8 ;所述第四胶粘层8与离型材料层4接触的表面具有若干个凸点1。

[0019] 上述实施例吸波层3的制备工艺,包括以下步骤: 第一步:将羰基铁粉100份、三氧化二镍50~60份、纳米石墨粉5~10份、氯化钴10~15 份、不饱和聚酯60~70份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠40~50份混合均匀,并在84~86°C条件搅拌形 成混合粉体; 第二步:将丙烯酸丁酯20~35份、丙烯酸10~20份、丙烯酸异辛酯20~35份、甲基丙烯酸 甲酯10~30、醋酸乙烯1~3、甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯0. 1~1份、聚丙烯酸钠0. 5~2份与第一步 的混合粉体混合,并经高速搅拌器分散1~2小时,从而混合均匀形成混合物; 第三步:在反应釜中将第二步的混合物加热至80~85°C后保温,在保温过程中分1~3次 加入过氧化甲乙酮0. 4~1份获得吸波混合液,所述保温时间为4~10小时; 第四步:将第三步获得的吸波混合液涂布于基板上; 第五步:对第四步中的吸波混合液进行烘烤形成吸波层。

Claims (4)

1. 一种具有散热功能的屏蔽贴膜,其特征在于:包括金属层(2)、吸波层(3)和离型材 料层(4) ;PET绝缘层(1)与金属层(2)之间设置有第一胶粘层(5),所述金属层(2)与吸波 层(3)之间设置有第二胶粘层(6),所述吸波层(3)与离型材料层(4)之间依次设置有第三 胶粘层(7 )、聚丙烯薄膜层(5 )和第四胶粘层(8 ); 所述吸波层(3)由以下组分组成: 吸波粉体 100份, 丙烯酸丁酯 20~35份, 丙烯酸 10~20份, 丙烯酸异辛酯 20~35份, 甲基丙烯酸甲酯 10~30份, 醋酸乙烯 1~3份, 甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯 0. 1~1份, 聚丙烯酸钠 0. 5~2份, 过氧化甲乙酮 0. 4~1份; 所述吸波粉体由以下组分组成: 羰基铁粉 100份, 三氧化二镍 50~60份, 纳米石墨粉 5~10份, 氯化钴 10~15份, 不饱和聚酯 60~70份, 十二烷基苯磺酸钠 40~50份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的屏蔽贴膜,其特征在于:所述吸波粉体中羰 基铁粉、三氧化二镍、纳米石墨粉和氯化钴按照10 :5 :0. 8 :1. 2重量份比例混合。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的屏蔽贴膜,其特征在于:所述第一胶粘层(5) 的厚度小于第二胶粘层(6)的厚度,所述第二胶粘层(7)的厚度小于第三胶粘层(7)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的具有散热功能的屏蔽贴膜,其特征在于:所述PET绝缘层(1) 与聚丙烯薄膜层(5)的厚度比为10 :4~6。
