Abstract
La présente invention concerne la synthèse d'un monomère anhydride thiocarbonyle d'acide β,γ-aminé N-carboxyle, une réaction de polymérisation, un polymère, un polypeptide, une préparation d'un polymère et d'un dérivé polypeptidique, et son application. Les conditions de préparation des polymères d'acides β- et γ-aminés classiques sont améliorées, les polymères ne sont pas sensibles à l'humidité, une agrégation d'exposition peut être effectuée, et la synthèse d'un polymère séquencé ou mélangé d'acide α-aminé, d'acide β-aminé et d'acide γ-aminé est mise en œuvre ; le polymère d'acide aminé préparé peut être utilisé dans des domaines des matériaux antibactériens, antifongiques, antiviraux, anti-acariens, antitumoraux, d'adhérence cellulaire, d'ingénierie tissulaire, de modification de médicaments, de modification de protéines, de protection de protéines, de synergie médicamenteuse, d'administration de médicaments, d'administration de gènes, d'autoassemblage et analogues.
