Description

光源模组及线性灯具 技术领域
本申请涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种光源模组及线性灯具。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日渐提高,灯具已经成为人们日常生活中一种必不可少的电器,可以为环境提供照明作用。当前市场上存在一种线性灯具,例如洗天花板灯、洗墙灯等,这种线性灯具通常呈长条状延伸并用于向天花板、墙面或其它特定区域均匀撒光。根据所需的长度,这种线性灯具可以沿长度方向将多个光源模组进行依次拼接,从而延长灯具长度。
通常情况下,光源模组的两端会通过端盖进行封堵,因此在光源模组的两端均会设置用于配合端盖的结构。在相关技术中,两端的端盖结构基本相同,因此光源模组的两端结构也基本相同。
因此当两个光源模组需要进行拼接时,为了固定光源模组的两端,通常会在两个光源模组之间设置一个类似于双面端盖的转接件同时与两个光源模组的端部进行连接配合。
然而,由于这种连接结构在光源模组之间插入了转接件,因此在转接件处会存在明显的暗区。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种光源模组及线性灯具,以解决上述问题。
本申请实施例采用下述技术方案:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种光源模组,具有长度方向,包括沿所述长度方向延伸的灯体、发光组件以及导光元件;
所述灯体包括安装固定部、遮光部以及光源固定部,所述遮光部具有装 饰面,所述安装固定部以及所述光源固定部均设置在所述遮光部背离所述装饰面的一侧;所述发光组件固定设置在所述光源固定部内,所述导光元件贴合在所述遮光部背离所述装饰面的一侧并对准所述发光组件;
所述遮光部的两端分别具有一个端面,所述导光元件的两端分别与所述端面平齐;所述遮光部的一端具有第一卡配部,所述第一卡配部沿所述长度方向凸出所述端面,所述第一卡配部的厚度小于所述遮光部的厚度并与所述装饰面平齐;所述遮光部的另一端具有第二卡配部,所述第二卡配部沿所述长度方向由所述端面与所述装饰面的连接处向内凹陷形成能够匹配并容纳所述第一卡配部的缺口;
当相邻的两个所述光源模组的所述第一卡配部与所述第二卡配部相互配合时,两个所述光源模组的所述装饰面平齐。
可选地,上述的光源模组中,所述第一卡配部与所述第二卡配部二者之一上还设置有沿所述遮光部的厚度方向凸出的卡接凸起,另一者上设置有匹配所述卡接凸起的卡接凹槽。
可选地,上述的光源模组中,所述卡接凸起设置在所述第一卡配部上,所述卡接凹槽设置在所述第二卡配部上。
可选地,上述的光源模组中,所述灯体还包括隔板,所述安装固定部包括安装槽,所述光源固定部为光源槽,所述安装槽与所述光源槽相互背离并由所述隔板隔开,所述隔板在所述光源模组的两端分别短缺一段形成与所述第一卡配部位于同一端的第一连接口以及与所述第二卡配部位于同一端的第二连接口,所述发光组件的两端分别延伸至所述第一连接口以及所述第二连接口内。

所述第一端盖具有第一端盖灯体,所述第一端盖灯体上设置有第一端盖卡配部,所述第一端盖卡配部凸出于所述第一端盖灯体并能够匹配并被容纳在所述第二卡配部内;当所述第一端盖卡配部与所述第二卡配部配合连接时,所述第一端盖灯体能够贴合覆盖所述灯体以及所述导光元件的端面并与所述装饰面平齐;
所述第二端盖具有第二端盖灯体,所述第二端盖灯体上设置有第二端盖卡配部,所述第二端盖卡配部向所述第二端盖灯体内部凹陷形成能够匹配并容纳所述第一卡配部的缺口;当所述第二端盖卡配部与所述第一卡配部配合连接时,所述第二端盖灯体能够贴合覆盖所述灯体以及所述导光元件的端面并与所述装饰面平齐。

本申请实施例采用的上述至少一个技术方案能够达到以下有益效果:
本申请实施例公开的光源模组及线性灯具通过在灯体的遮光部两端设置相匹配的第一卡配部以及第二卡配部能够使光源模组的两端直接进行连接配合形成连接结构,两个光源模组的导光元件之间没有转接件存在,因此在连接处能够产生连续的光带,没有明显的暗区。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本申请各实施例提供的技术方案。
本申请实施例公开了一种线性灯具,如图1至图11所示,本实施例中的线性灯具可以用于洗天花板,需要说明的是,具有与本实施例所描述结构相同或相似结构的线性灯具也可作为其它功能的灯具或用于其它场合。该线性灯具包括光源模组1、第一端盖2、第二端盖3以及驱动模组4,为了固定光源模组1,洗天花板灯通常还包括安装挂板5。当洗天花板灯内包括两个以上的光源模组1时,除了需要相同数量的安装挂板5之外,还可增设光源连接组件6以及挂板连接件7。
如图1至图7所示,光源模组1是洗天花板灯的主体结构,用于发光以及装饰。光源模组1具备长度方向,其内所包含的部件基本均沿长度方向延伸。在下面介绍时凡没有特别说明的部件均可理解为其沿该长度方向延伸。光源模组1包括灯体10、发光组件11以及导光元件12。其中,灯体10是光源模组1的主体结构,包括安装固定部100、遮光部101以及光源固定部102,遮光部101可设置为板状,具有装饰面1010,安装固定部100以及光源固定 部102均设置在遮光部101背离装饰面1010的一侧。实际生产时,安装固定部100、遮光部101以及光源固定部102三者可以一体设置。
发光组件11固定设置在光源固定部102内,导光元件12贴合在遮光部101背离装饰面1010的一侧并对准发光组件11。对于洗天花板灯而言,发光组件11所发出的光线进入导光元件12后被均光,然后洒到天花板上。遮光部101可以由下方遮挡光源模组1的其余部件,同时防止光线下射。当线性灯具为其它功能的灯具时,照射区域以及遮挡方向可根据灯具的设置姿态而改变。为了固定导光元件12,还可以在光源模组1内设置压盖13,压盖13可由导光元件12背离遮光部101的一侧压紧固定导光元件12,压盖13可以同时与灯体10以及导光元件12连接固定。
遮光部101的两端分别具有一个端面1011与1012,导光元件12的两端分别与这两个端面1011以及1012平齐。与此同时,在遮光部101的一端还具有第一卡配部1013,第一卡配部1013沿长度方向凸出端面1011,第一卡配部1013的厚度也小于遮光部101的厚度,并且第一卡配部1013与装饰面1010平齐。在遮光部101的另一端具有第二卡配部1014,第二卡配部1014沿长度方向由端面1012与装饰面1010的连接处向内凹陷形成能够匹配并容纳第一卡配部1013的缺口。当需要延长灯具长度时,相邻的两个光源模组1的第一卡配部1013与第二卡配部1014能够相互配合,并且由于二者的结构相互匹配,因此两个光源模组1的装饰面1010能够保持平齐的状态。从外观观察,两个光源模组1的遮光部101之间仅仅具有一条接缝,除此之外装饰面1010基本连为一体,因此外观非常简洁。
为了提高第一卡配部1013与第二卡配部1014的结构配合度,提高对位精度、简化装配复杂度,在二者之一上可设置有沿遮光部101的厚度方向凸出的卡接凸起1015,另一者上设置有匹配卡接凸起1015的卡接凹槽1016。当第一卡配部1013与第二卡配部1014配合时,卡接凸起1015可以伸入卡接凹槽1016内,并限制灯体10沿长度方向的移动。理论上,卡接凸起1015 与卡接凹槽1016可以任意设置,但由于第一卡配部1013的厚度很薄,如果在第一卡配部1013上设置卡接凹槽1016一方面工艺难度大,另一方面卡接凹槽1016也很浅,效果有限。因此,本实施例中建议将卡接凸起1015开设在第一卡配部1013上,而将卡接凹槽1016开设在第二卡配部1014上。
无论是仅包含一个光源模组1还是采用多个光源模组1拼接以延长尺寸,光源模组1的两端均需要采用第一端盖2和第二端盖3进行封端。由于本实施例中的光源模组1的两端结构进行了改进,因此第一端盖2和第二端盖3的结构也需要进行配合改进。
具体地,如图8所示,第一端盖2具有第一端盖灯体20,第一端盖灯体20上设置有第一端盖卡配部200,第一端盖卡配部200凸出于第一端盖灯体20并能够匹配并被容纳在第二卡配部1014内。实际上,第一端盖卡配部200的结构与第一卡配部1013可以基本相同,并且在第一端盖卡配部200上也可以设置相应的第一端盖卡接凸起201。当第一端盖卡配部200与第二卡配部1014配合连接时,第一端盖灯体20能够贴合覆盖灯体10以及导光元件12的端面并与装饰面1010平齐,此时第一端盖灯体20能够从侧面封堵灯体10以及导光元件12,一方面能够装饰灯具的端部,另一方面也能够防止光线侧漏。
同样的,参见图9,第二端盖3具有第二端盖灯体30,第二端盖灯体30上设置有第二端盖卡配部300,第二端盖卡配部300向第二端盖灯体30内部凹陷形成能够匹配并容纳第一卡配部1013的缺口。本实施例中,第二端盖卡配部300的结构也与第二卡配部1014可以基本相同,并且由于第二端盖卡配部300需要向第二端盖灯体30的内部凹陷一定尺寸,因此第二端盖灯体30在灯具长度方向上的尺寸通常可比第一端盖灯体20在灯具长度方向上的尺寸大一些。同样的,在第二端盖卡配部300上也可以设置相应的第二端盖卡接凹槽301。当第二端盖卡配部300与第一卡配部1013配合连接时,第二端盖灯体30能够贴合覆盖灯体10以及导光元件12的端面并也与装饰面1010 平齐,此时第二端盖灯体30能够从侧面封堵灯体10以及导光元件12的另一端,也起到装饰灯具端部以及防止光线侧漏的作用。
当洗天花板灯内需要多个光源模组1时,相邻两个光源模组1之间不但需要拼接,还需要能够电连接两个光源模组1之上的发光组件11以传递电能及控制信号。为了便于连接,如图10所示,本实施例中的灯体10还可包括隔板103,安装固定部100包括安装槽1000,光源固定部102为光源槽,安装槽1000与光源槽102(为了便于理解,下面沿用光源固定部的附图标记)相互背离并由隔板103隔开,隔板103在光源模组1的两端分别短缺一段形成第一连接口1030与第二连接口1031,第一连接口1030与第一卡配部1013位于同一端,第二连接口1031与第二卡配部1014位于同一端。发光组件11的两端分别延伸至第一连接口1030以及第二连接口1031内,其中,发光组件11位于第一连接口1030内的一端具有第一电连接部110,发光组件11位于第二连接口1031内的一端具有第二电连接部111。由于第一电连接部110以及第二电连接部111均直接暴露在外,因此能够便于两个发光组件11进行电连接。
本实施例可以通过光源连接组件6连接相邻的两个光源模组1,在一个洗天花板灯内,光源连接组件6的数量比光源模组1少一个。具体地,如图7和图10所示,首先将相邻两个光源模组1的第一卡配部1013与第二卡配部1014相互配合,之后将光源连接组件6分别伸入相邻两个光源模组1的第一连接口1030以及第二连接口1031内并电连接第一电连接部110与第二电连接部111。
除此之外,还可以在隔板103位于第一连接口1030的一端设置第一固定连接部1032,并在隔板103位于第二连接口1031的一端设置第二固定连接部1033。第一固定连接部1032与第二固定连接部1033可用于将其它部件与光源模组1进行结构固定连接。
此时,如图11所示,光源连接组件6可以包括绝缘限位件60、转接件 61以及连接件62。在进行连接时,绝缘限位件60同时覆盖相邻两个光源模组1的第一电连接部110以及第二电连接部111,并且绝缘限位件60延伸至第一固定连接部1032以及第二固定连接部1033。转接件61穿过绝缘限位件60并电连接第一电连接部110以及第二电连接部111。连接件62则覆盖绝缘限位件60并将转接件61夹设在绝缘限位件60与连接件62之间,连接件62同时与第一固定连接部1132以及第二固定连接部1133固定连接,将光源连接组件6以及两个光源模组1固定在一起。连接件62可以通过自身结构与第一固定连接部1132以及第二固定连接部1133连接,也可以通过固定螺丝63依次穿过连接件62以及绝缘限位件60并与第一固定连接部1132以及第二固定连接部1133螺纹连接固定。
同样的,参见图8和图9,本实施例中的第一端盖2上可以包括与第一端盖灯体20固定连接的第一连接件21,当第一端盖卡配部200与第二卡配部1014配合连接时,第一连接件21可以与第二固定连接部1133连接固定,并使第一端盖2与光源模组1连接固定。本实施例中的第二端盖3上也可包括与第二端盖灯体30固定连接的第二连接件31,当第二端盖卡配部300与第一卡配部1013配合连接时,第二连接件31能够与第一固定连接部1132连接固定,并使第二端盖3与光源模组1连接固定。
第一连接件21与第二固定连接部1133的连接结构、第二连接件31与第一固定连接部1132的连接结构可以参考连接件62与第一固定连接部1132、第二固定连接部1133的连接结构,即可以通过自身结构进行连接固定,也可以通过第一端盖固定螺丝22穿过第一连接件21与第二固定连接部1133螺纹连接,以及通过第二端盖固定螺丝32穿过第二连接件31与第一固定连接部1132螺纹连接。
本实施例通过安装挂板5将光源模组1固定在墙面上,通常每个光源模组1通过一个安装挂板5固定。为了与安装挂板5配合固定,光源模组1的安装固定部100还包括滑动连接部1001,安装挂板5能够伸入安装槽1000 内并与滑动连接部1001沿长度方向滑动连接。即光源模组1与安装挂板5可以通过滑动连接的方式进行拆装。这种连接方式通常沿长度方向具有拆装位以及固定位,当滑动连接部1001与安装挂板5处于拆装位时,滑动连接部1001可以进入或者脱离安装挂板5,而当滑动连接部1001与安装挂板5处于固定位时,说明此时光源模组1被安装到指定位置。
由于安装挂板5处于安装槽1000内,从外界无法观察,因此为了便于判断滑动连接部1001与安装挂板5的配合状态,可以将安装挂板5的长度设计的比光源模组1短一些,并在第一端盖2的第一连接件21上设置第一限位面210,同时在第二端盖3的第二连接件31上设置第二限位面310。当安装挂板5与滑动连接部1001处于拆装位与固定位二者之一时,安装挂板5与第一限位面210抵接,当安装挂板5与滑动连接部1001处于拆装位与固定位中的另一者时,安装挂板5与第二限位面310抵接。因此,安装人员可以直接滑动光源模组1至与一侧的第二限位面310抵接,便可判断出此时安装挂板5与滑动连接部1001所处的配合状态。
由于安装挂板5的长度比光源模组1短,因此为了保证相邻两个光源模组1的顺利对接,相邻两个安装挂板5之间需要间隔一定间距,这就使相邻两个安装挂板5的相对位置控制难度加大。为此,可以在相邻两个安装挂板5之间通过一个挂板连接件7连接固定,从而精确控制相邻安装挂板5的相对位置。
如图1至图3所示,在安装完光源模组1后,本实施例中的驱动模组4可通过第一端盖2或第二端盖3与光源模组1固定连接。具体地,由于第二端盖灯体30在灯具长度方向上的尺寸通常可比第一端盖灯体20在灯具长度方向上的尺寸大一些,即第二端盖灯体30具有较大的厚度,结构强度较大,因此本实施例中推荐采用第二端盖3连接光源模组1与驱动模组4。
如图9所示,可在第二端盖3上还具有与第二端盖灯体30固定连接且朝背离第二端盖卡配部300的一侧延伸的驱动连接件33,驱动模组4与驱动连 接件33固定连接。驱动模组4与驱动连接件33可以通过自身结构直接连接,或者也可通过螺丝等进行固定连接。驱动连接件33可以通过第二端盖固定螺丝32与第二连接件31一并固定。
驱动模组4与发光组件11之间可通过导线进行连接,为了防止导线在光源模组1内拉拽移动,可以在第二连接件31上设置压线筋311,导线可以由压线筋311与隔板103之间通过,并被压线筋311与隔板103夹紧而无法随意移动。
综上所述,本申请实施例所提供的光源模组及线性灯具能够产生连续的光带,没有明显的暗区。
本申请上文实施例中重点描述的是各个实施例之间的不同,各个实施例之间不同的优化特征只要不矛盾,均可以组合形成更优的实施例,考虑到行文简洁,在此则不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种光源模组,具有长度方向,其中,包括沿所述长度方向延伸的灯体、发光组件以及导光元件;
    所述灯体包括安装固定部、遮光部以及光源固定部,所述遮光部具有装饰面,所述安装固定部以及所述光源固定部均设置在所述遮光部背离所述装饰面的一侧;所述发光组件固定设置在所述光源固定部内,所述导光元件贴合在所述遮光部背离所述装饰面的一侧并对准所述发光组件;
    所述遮光部的两端分别具有一个端面,所述导光元件的两端分别与所述端面平齐;所述遮光部的一端具有第一卡配部,所述第一卡配部沿所述长度方向凸出所述端面,所述第一卡配部的厚度小于所述遮光部的厚度并与所述装饰面平齐;所述遮光部的另一端具有第二卡配部,所述第二卡配部沿所述长度方向由所述端面与所述装饰面的连接处向内凹陷形成能够匹配并容纳所述第一卡配部的缺口;
    当相邻的两个所述光源模组的所述第一卡配部与所述第二卡配部相互配合时,两个所述光源模组的所述装饰面平齐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光源模组,其中,所述第一卡配部与所述第二卡配部二者之一上还设置有沿所述遮光部的厚度方向凸出的卡接凸起,另一者上设置有匹配所述卡接凸起的卡接凹槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的光源模组,其中,所述卡接凸起设置在所述第一卡配部上,所述卡接凹槽设置在所述第二卡配部上。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的光源模组,其中,所述灯体还包括隔板,所述安装固定部包括安装槽,所述光源固定部为光源槽,所述安装槽与所述光源槽相互背离并由所述隔板隔开,所述隔板在所述光源模组的两端 分别短缺一段形成与所述第一卡配部位于同一端的第一连接口以及与所述第二卡配部位于同一端的第二连接口,所述发光组件的两端分别延伸至所述第一连接口以及所述第二连接口内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的光源模组,其中,所述发光组件位于所述第一连接口内的一端具有第一电连接部,所述发光组件位于所述第二连接口内的一端具有第二电连接部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的光源模组,其中,所述隔板位于所述第一连接口的一端设置有第一固定连接部,所述隔板位于所述第二连接口的一端设置有第二固定连接部。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的光源模组,其中,还包括沿所述长度方向延伸的压盖,所述压盖由所述导光元件背离所述遮光部的一侧压紧固定所述导光元件。
  8. 一种线性灯具,其中,包括第一端盖、第二端盖以及至少一个权利要求1至7任一项所述的光源模组;
    所述第一端盖具有第一端盖灯体,所述第一端盖灯体上设置有第一端盖卡配部,所述第一端盖卡配部凸出于所述第一端盖灯体并能够匹配并被容纳在所述第二卡配部内;当所述第一端盖卡配部与所述第二卡配部配合连接时,所述第一端盖灯体能够贴合覆盖所述灯体以及所述导光元件的端面并与所述装饰面平齐;
    所述第二端盖具有第二端盖灯体,所述第二端盖灯体上设置有第二端盖卡配部,所述第二端盖卡配部向所述第二端盖灯体内部凹陷形成能够匹配并容纳所述第一卡配部的缺口;当所述第二端盖卡配部与所述第一卡配部配合连接时,所述第二端盖灯体能够贴合覆盖所述灯体以及所述导光元件的端面并与所述装饰面平齐。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的线性灯具,其中,所述灯体还包括隔板,所述安装固定部包括安装槽,所述光源固定部为光源槽,所述安装槽与所述光源槽相互背离并由所述隔板隔开,所述隔板在所述光源模组的两端分别短缺一段形成与所述第一卡配部位于同一端的第一连接口以及与所述第二卡配部位于同一端的第二连接口,所述发光组件的两端分别延伸至所述第一连接口以及所述第二连接口内;
    所述发光组件位于所述第一连接口内的一端具有第一电连接部,所述发光组件位于所述第二连接口内的一端具有第二电连接部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的线性灯具,其中,所述隔板位于所述第一连接口的一端设置有第一固定连接部,所述隔板位于所述第二连接口的一端设置有第二固定连接部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的线性灯具,其中,所述洗天花板灯包括光源连接组件以及两个以上所述光源模组,所述光源连接组件的数量比所述光源模组少一个,相邻两个所述光源模组的所述第一卡配部与所述第二卡配部相互配合并通过一个所述光源连接组件电连接;
    所述光源连接组件分别伸入相邻两个所述光源模组的所述第一连接口以及所述第二连接口并电连接所述第一电连接部与所述第二电连接部。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的线性灯具,其中,所述光源连接组件包括绝缘限位件、转接件以及连接件;
    所述绝缘限位件覆盖相邻两个所述光源模组的所述第一电连接部以及所述第二电连接部并延伸至所述第一固定连接部以及所述第二固定连接部;
    所述转接件穿过所述绝缘限位件并电连接所述第一电连接部以及所述第二电连接部;
    所述连接件覆盖所述绝缘限位件并将所述转接件夹设在所述绝缘限位件 与所述连接件之间,且所述连接件同时与所述第一固定连接部以及所述第二固定连接部固定连接。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12任一项所述的线性灯具,其中,
    所述第一端盖上还包括与所述第一端盖灯体固定连接的第一连接件,当所述第一端盖卡配部与所述第二卡配部配合连接时,所述第一连接件与所述第二固定连接部连接;
    所述第二端盖上还包括与所述第二端盖灯体固定连接的第二连接件,当所述第二端盖卡配部与所述第一卡配部配合连接时,所述第二连接件与所述第一固定连接部连接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的线性灯具,其中,所述洗天花板灯还包括安装挂板,所述安装固定部还包括滑动连接部,所述安装挂板能够伸入所述安装槽内并与所述滑动连接部沿所述长度方向滑动连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的线性灯具,其中,所述安装挂板的长度短于所述光源模组的长度,所述第一连接件上设置有第一限位端面,所述第二连接件上设置有第二限位端面,所述;
    所述安装挂板与所述滑动连接部沿所述长度方向具有拆装位以及固定位,所述滑动连接部能够在所述拆装位进入/脱离所述安装挂板;
    所述安装挂板与所述滑动连接部处于所述拆装位与所述固定位二者之一时,所述安装挂板与所述第一限位端面抵接,所述安装挂板与所述滑动连接部处于所述拆装位与所述固定位中的另一者时,所述安装挂板与所述第二限位端面抵接。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的线性灯具,其中,所述洗天花板灯包括挂板连接件、两个以上所述光源模组以及相同数量的安装挂板,所述挂板连接件的数量比所述光源模组少一个,相邻两个所述安装挂板之间通过一个所述挂 板连接件连接固定,相邻两个所述光源模组的所述第一卡配部与所述第二卡配部相互配合并对应固定在所述安装挂板上。
  17. 根据权利要求8至12任一项所述的线性灯具,其中,还包括驱动模组,所述驱动模组通过所述第一端盖或所述第二端盖与所述光源模组固定连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的线性灯具,其中,所述第二端盖上还具有与所述第二端盖灯体固定连接且朝背离所述第二端盖卡配部的一侧延伸的驱动连接件,所述驱动模组与所述驱动连接件固定连接。
