进一步的,所述齿形扣件为齿形扣板,所述齿形扣板的两端分别延伸到其所在单元格的侧边的两端,所述齿形扣板包括第一齿条安装板、设在所述第一齿条安装板一侧并与第一齿条结构相匹配的第二齿条结构、设在所述第一齿条安装板另一侧的第一内饰板以及设在齿形扣板室靠近室外一端的第一抵挡体,所述第一抵挡体的两端分别连接第一齿条安装板和第一内饰板,所述第一抵挡体抵住面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面边缘,所述第一抵挡体靠近面板单元或百叶窗单元一侧设有胶条安装槽,所述胶条安装槽内设有密封胶条,所述龙骨架与齿形扣板相接处以及面板单元或百叶窗单元与齿形扣板相接处通过玻璃胶紧固。采用上述技术方案,齿形扣板扣在龙骨架的内侧并抵住百叶窗单元或面板单元,然后通过玻璃胶封住固定,结构稳固,且第一内饰板能遮盖住齿形部位,提高美观性。
进一步的,所述齿形扣件包括若干扣接在第一齿条结构上的齿形角码,所述齿形角 码包括第二齿条安装板、设在第二齿条安装板一侧并与第一齿条结构相匹配的第三齿条结构以及设在齿形角码靠近室外一端的第二抵挡体,所述第二抵挡体设在第二齿条安装板相对于第三齿条结构的另一侧,所述第二抵挡体抵住面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面边缘,所述第二抵挡体靠近面板单元或百叶窗单元一侧设有胶条安装槽,所述胶条安装槽内设有密封胶条,所述齿形角码通过紧固件与横向龙骨、纵向龙骨或者纵向中间龙骨紧固。上述为另外一种结构的齿形扣件,由多个齿形角码将面板单元或百叶窗单元扣装,然后通过紧固件锁紧,减少齿形扣件的材料成本。
进一步的,所述齿形扣件还包括第二内饰板,所述第二抵挡体远离第二齿条安装板一端设有内饰板插槽,所述内饰板插槽的槽口朝向室内端,所述内饰板插槽的内壁上设有第一卡齿,所述第二内饰板的内侧设有插条,所述插条插入内饰板插槽中,所述插条的表面设有与第一卡齿匹配的第二卡齿,所述第二内饰板靠近室外一端抵住或靠近面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面,所述第二内饰板远离室外一端抵住或靠近龙骨架。
进一步的,所述纵向龙骨的室外端卡接有第一纵向挡条,所述第一纵向挡条靠近立柱一端向内折形成第一侧挡板,所述第一纵向挡条与纵向龙骨的室外端形成所述装饰件安装槽,所述横向龙骨的室外端卡接有第一横向挡条,所述第一横向挡条靠近楼板一端向内折形成第二侧挡板,所述第一横向挡条与横向龙骨的室外端形成所述装饰件安装槽。
进一步的,所述龙骨架的室外端以及面板单元与龙骨架的连接处设有由隔热材料制成的隔热断桥结构,所述隔热断桥结构包括设在纵向龙骨与第一纵向挡条之间的第一隔热层、设在横向龙骨与第一横向挡条之间的第二隔热层、设在纵向中间龙骨室外端的第三隔热层以及设在面板单元或百叶窗单元与龙骨架接触处的第四隔热层;所述第一挡边包括自纵向龙骨外表面向外延伸的第一连接部和自第一连接部外端向单元格方向延伸的第一限位部;所述第二挡边包括自横向龙骨外表面向外延伸的第二连接部和自第二连接部外端向单元格方向延伸的第二限位部;所述第一隔热层包括覆盖在第一限位部的室外侧面的第一隔热板、覆盖在第一连接部远离单元格一侧的侧面的第二隔热板以及覆盖在纵向龙骨的室外侧面的第三隔热板,所述第一隔热层通过紧固件与第一连接部固定,所述第一纵向挡条卡接在第一隔热层上;所述第三隔热层包括覆盖在纵向中间龙骨以及两第三挡边室外侧面的第四隔热板,所述第四隔热板通过紧固件与纵向中间龙骨固定,所述第三隔热层的室外端卡接有遮挡第三隔热层的第二纵向挡条,所述第二纵向挡条的两端向内折形成第三侧挡板。龙骨架的室外端设置隔热层,然后在隔热层的室外端卡接挡条,遮挡住隔热层,从外部看就显得美观。
进一步的,所述第四隔热层设在面板单元或百叶窗单元与第一挡边、第二挡边或第 三挡边之间;所述第一挡边、第二挡边或第三挡边的端部与面板单元或百叶窗单元的外表面之间通过玻璃胶密封。阻碍热量从龙骨架与面板单元或百叶窗单元之间的接触处传导。
进一步的,在龙骨本体上位于固定条靠近百叶片的一侧设有排水槽,排水槽的槽口开向室外侧;所述的龙骨本体包括龙骨梁、自龙骨梁外侧凸出的凸条和自龙骨梁向外侧凸出且位于靠近百叶片一侧的筋板;固定条连接在凸条上;凸条与筋板之间形成所述的排水槽;在筋板靠近室外一端设有纵向延伸的第一密封条卡槽,第一密封条卡槽上卡置有与百叶片接触的纵向密封条;在凸条上位于凸条的室外侧面端设有卡置槽,固定条的一端卡置在卡置槽内,固定条的另一端朝向室外侧延伸,固定条与凸条之间设有固定条紧固件;保护条的截面包括固定部、与固定部连接的避让抵挡部和与避让抵挡部连接的卡置部,固定部与龙骨本体通过紧固件连接,避让抵挡部与固定条之间形成避让抵挡空间,卡置部卡置在固定条上;固定部通过紧固件固定在凸条上,龙骨架的第一挡边、第二挡边或者第三挡边抵住龙骨梁的外侧,所述第一挡边、第二挡边或第三挡边遮挡住紧固件固定部与凸条之间的紧固件;保护条上设有位于排水槽室外侧的第一遮挡部,在龙骨本体上位于排水槽靠近百叶片的一侧设有位于排水槽室外侧的第二遮挡部,第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部在室内外侧方向上错位设置。采用上述结构的百叶窗单元,百叶窗的框体上设置有排水槽,百叶片上收集的雨水从侧边排出到排水槽处并排出,固定条通过固定条紧固件固定后,外设保护条可以遮挡固定条紧固件,另外,使得紧固件不外露,提高外在美观性。
进一步的,叶片本体的外摆端设有密封结构;所述的密封结构包括第二密封条卡槽和连接在第二密封条卡槽外端的配合部;配合部的截面为中部向室外侧面凸出的圆弧形;第二密封条卡槽的槽口朝向远离摆动轴心端的一端;在叶片本体靠近摆动轴心端的外侧面上设有向叶片本体外侧面方向延伸的挡板;所述的联动连接位为铰接孔,在联动连接条上对应于铰接孔的位置设有腰型孔,在铰接孔和腰型孔穿过有联动销。打开或关闭百叶窗单元时候,在联动连接条带动下,所有的百叶片一起移动,关闭百叶窗单元后,第二密封条卡槽能有效防止雨水从上下两百叶片之间的接触处流入室内。
一种采用上述墙单元的组合式墙体,所述建筑物包括楼板和立柱,楼板和立柱之间形成所述安装空间,位于同一楼层相邻两安装单元内的墙单元之间设有纵向装饰件,位于上下楼层之间相邻两安装单元内的墙单元之间设有横向装饰件,所述横向装饰件设在楼板的室外侧,所述纵向装饰件设在立柱的室外侧,所述横向龙骨的室外端凸出到楼板的外侧,所述纵向龙骨的室外端凸出到立柱的外侧,所述横向龙骨室外端凸出部分以及纵向龙骨室外端凸出部分设有装饰件安装槽,所述横向装饰件上下两侧边以及纵向装饰件左右两侧边分别安装 在对应的装饰件安装槽中。采用上述技术方案,在楼板和立柱之间的安装空间内安装墙单元,在楼板的室外端安装横向装饰件,在立柱的室外端安装纵向装饰件,横向装饰件和纵向装饰件的两端分别安装在墙单元的装饰件安装槽中,因此,通过横向装饰件、纵向装饰件以及墙单元共同组成整面墙体,可以根据喜好进行墙体的设计,比如横向装饰件、纵向装饰件以及面板单元皆采用玻璃面板,则从外看整个墙体形成类似玻璃幕墙的外观,其通过建筑的框架进行支撑,不需要像传统幕墙需要内侧安装钢结构进行支撑,节约材料成本,另外,本技术方案所公开的的类似幕墙外观的结构,面板单元和百叶窗单元直接从建筑内部安装,施工方便,减少施工成本,在墙单元中开设有百叶窗单元,增加了透气性,外墙整体外观效果好。横向装饰件和纵向装饰件也可以为铝制板材,外表面根据需求进行处理,比如热转印、静电粉末喷涂等。
进一步的,所述纵向装饰件为半圆形罗马柱或方形柱,所述半圆形罗马柱包括第一卡接板、第三卡接板和设在第一卡接板和第三卡接板之间的若干第二卡接板;所述第一卡接板包括第一连接板和设在第一连接板一端的第一卡扣,所述第二卡接板包括弧形的第二连接板、设在第二连接板一端的第二卡扣、设在第二连接板另一端的第三连接板以及设在第三连接板相对第二连接板另一端的第三卡扣,所述第三卡接板包括第四连接板和设在第四连接板一端的第四卡扣;所述第一连接板伸入到立柱一侧的装饰件安装槽中并与纵向龙骨的室外端固定,所述第四连接板伸入到立柱另一侧的装饰件安装槽中并与纵向龙骨的室外端固定,第一卡接板与位于其内侧的第二卡接板通过第一卡扣与第二卡扣的扣接来进行连接,相邻两第二卡接板通过第二卡扣与第三卡扣的扣接来进行连接,第三卡接板与位于其内侧的第二卡接板通过第三卡扣与第四卡扣的扣接来进行连接。所述第一卡扣端部向半圆形罗马柱内侧延伸形成第一限位板,第三卡扣端部向半圆形罗马柱内侧延伸形成第二限位板,所述第四卡扣端部端向半圆形罗马柱的内侧延伸形成第三限位板,在第一卡扣和第二卡扣的扣接处,第一限位板和第二连接板相互抵靠,在第二卡扣和第三卡扣的扣接处,第二限位板抵靠在第二连接板的内侧,在第三卡扣和第四卡扣的扣接处,第二限位板和第三限位板相互抵靠。采用上述技术方案,部分纵向装饰件设置成半圆形罗马柱样式,半圆形罗马柱内部为中空的,可以遮挡住室外的排水管,提升外在美观性。
进一步的,还包括设在建筑物最外侧立柱的外侧的边缘龙骨,所述边缘龙骨的室外端设有第三限位部,所述第三限位部凸出到立柱室外侧面的外侧,所述第三限位部靠近立柱一侧设有第三纵向扣条,所述边缘龙骨的室外端设有第三纵向挡条,所述第三纵向挡条的内侧设有第六扣板,所述第六扣板扣入到第三纵向扣条的内侧,所述第三纵向挡条的两端向内 侧延伸形成第四侧挡板和第五侧挡板,所述第三纵向挡条、第四侧挡板以及边缘龙骨的室外端形成边缘装饰件安装槽,所述纵向装饰件的一侧安装在所述边缘装饰件安装槽中并通过紧固件与边缘龙骨的室外端固定,所述纵向装饰件的另一侧安装在墙单元的装饰件安装槽中并固定。采用上述技术方案,在最边缘的立柱外侧设置边缘龙骨和第三纵向扣条形成边缘装饰件安装槽,可以在边缘的立柱室外端安装纵向装饰件,纵向装饰件的一侧设在边缘装饰件安装槽中,纵向装饰件的另一侧设在装饰件安装槽中,可以实现边缘立柱的覆盖,将墙体延伸到建筑的边缘,提高整体的美观性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本实用新型进行说明。
如图1、2、3、23、24所示,一种采用墙单元3的组合式墙体,建筑物包括楼板1和立柱2,楼板1和立柱2之间形成用于安装墙单元3的安装空间4。位于同一楼层相邻两安装单元内的墙单元3之间设有纵向装饰件5,位于上下楼层之间相邻两安装单元内的墙单元3之间设有横向装饰件6,横向装饰件6设在楼板1的室外侧,纵向装饰件5设在立柱2的室外侧,墙单元3包括龙骨架7、面板单元8以及百叶窗单元9,如图4、5、6、8、10所示,龙骨架7固定在安装控件4内,龙骨架7的室外侧面凸出到楼板1以及立柱2的外侧并在凸出部分设有装饰件安装槽10,横向装饰件6上下两侧边以及纵向装饰件5左右两侧边分别安装在对应的装饰件安装槽10中。横向装饰件6为装饰板材,可以为装饰铝板、玻璃板或者不锈钢板等等,纵向装饰件5为装饰板材,可以为装饰铝板、玻璃板或者不锈钢板等等。两横向装饰件、两纵向装饰件以及横向装饰件与纵向装饰件的交接处通过前挡板105遮挡,避免交接处的缝隙外露,影响美观性。
如图3所示,龙骨架7包括纵向龙骨11、纵向中间龙骨12、横向龙骨13以及横向中间龙骨14,两纵向龙骨11分别设在安装空间4的两纵向侧面上,纵向龙骨11的室外端凸出到立柱2的外侧并在凸出部分形成装饰件安装槽10,两横向龙骨13分别设在安装空间4的两横向侧面上,横向龙骨13的室外端凸出到楼板1的外侧并在凸出部分形成装饰件安装槽10,纵向中间龙骨12设在两纵向龙骨11之间,横向中间龙骨14设在两横向龙骨13之间,纵向中间龙骨12和横向中间龙骨14将龙骨架7分隔成若干单元格15,每个单元格15中对应安装有面板单元8或百叶窗单元9,在本实施例中,通过设置的纵向中间龙骨12和横向中间龙骨14,将龙骨架7内部分隔成十个单元格15,上下两层,每层五个单元格15,每一层位于中间的单元格15安装百叶窗单元9,其他单元格15安装面板单元8,为增加采 光,面板单元8选用玻璃面板。
如图5-10所示,纵向龙骨11的室外端向单元格15方向延伸有第一挡边16,横向龙骨13的室外端向单元格15方向延伸有第二挡边17,纵向中间龙骨12的室外端分别向两侧的单元格15方向延伸有两第三挡边18,横向中间龙骨14的室外端分别向两侧的单元格15方向延伸有两第四挡边19。第一挡边16、第二挡边17、第三挡边18以及第四挡边19用于抵挡安装在单元格15中的面板单元8或百叶窗单元9的外表面边缘,第一挡边16、第二挡边17、第三挡边18以及第四挡边19与面板单元8或百叶窗单元9接触的面分别设有胶条安装槽20,胶条安装槽20中设有密封胶条,能起到防水和缓冲作用。
在横向龙骨13、纵向龙骨11、纵向中间龙骨12以及横向中间龙骨14向单元格15方向的侧面设有第一齿条结构25,第一齿条结构25包括由墙单元3的内侧向墙单元3的外侧依次排列的齿单元,在第一齿条结构25处插设有齿形扣件,齿形扣件靠近室外一端抵住面板单元8或百叶窗单元9的内表面边缘,齿单元的齿尖朝向龙骨架7的外侧,即齿尖朝向墙单元3外侧,能进一步防止齿形扣件从内脱落。
采用上述技术方案,在楼板1和立柱2之间的安装空间4内安装墙单元3,在楼板1的室外端安装横向装饰件6,在立柱2的室外端安装纵向装饰件5,横向装饰件6和纵向装饰件5的两端分别安装在墙单元3的装饰件安装槽10中,因此,通过横向装饰件6、纵向装饰件5以及墙单元3共同组成整面墙体,可以根据喜好进行墙体的设计,比如横向装饰件6、纵向装饰件5以及面板单元8皆采用玻璃面板,则从外看整个墙体形成类似玻璃幕墙的外观,其通过建筑的框架进行支撑,不需要像传统幕墙需要内侧安装钢结构进行支撑,节约材料成本,另外,本技术方案所公开的的类似幕墙外观的结构,面板单元8和百叶窗单元9直接从建筑内部安装,施工方便,减少施工成本,在墙单元3中开设有百叶窗单元9,增加了透气性,外墙整体外观效果好。横向装饰件6和纵向装饰件5也可以为铝制板材,外表面根据需求进行处理,比如热转印、静电粉末喷涂等。百叶窗或面板单元8通过齿形扣件扣装在龙骨架7上,然后在外围填封玻璃胶来固定密封,百叶窗或面板单元8固定稳固。
齿形扣件包括但不限于以下两种结构:
第一种结构:如图19所示,齿形扣件为齿形扣板26,齿形扣板26的两端分别延伸到其所在单元格15的侧边的两端,齿形扣板26包括第一齿条安装板27、设在第一齿条安装板27一侧并与第一齿条结构25相匹配的第二齿条结构28、设在第一齿条安装板27另一侧的第一内饰板29以及设在齿形扣板26靠近室外一端的第一抵挡体30,第一抵挡体30的两端分别连接第一齿条安装板27和第一内饰板29,第一抵挡体30抵住面板单元8或百叶窗单元9 的内表面边缘,第一抵挡体30靠近面板单元8或百叶窗单元9一侧设有胶条安装槽20,胶条安装槽20内设有密封胶条,龙骨架7与齿形扣板26相接处以及面板单元8或百叶窗单元9与齿形扣板26相接处通过玻璃胶紧固。采用上述技术方案,齿形扣板26扣在龙骨架7的内侧并抵住百叶窗单元9或面板单元8,然后通过玻璃胶封住固定,结构稳固,且第一内饰板29能遮盖住齿形部位,提高美观性。
第二种结构:如图8所示,齿形扣件包括第二内饰板31以及若干扣接在第一齿条结构25上的齿形角码32,齿形角码32包括第二齿条安装板33、设在第二齿条安装板33一侧并与第一齿条结构25相匹配的第三齿条结构34以及设在齿形角码32靠近室外一端的第二抵挡体35,第二抵挡体35设在第二齿条安装板33相对于第三齿条结构34的另一侧,第二抵挡体35抵住面板单元8或百叶窗单元9的内表面边缘,第二抵挡体35靠近面板单元8或百叶窗单元9一侧设有胶条安装槽20,胶条安装槽20内设有密封胶条,齿形角码32通过紧固件与横向龙骨13、纵向龙骨11或者纵向中间龙骨12紧固,紧固件可以选用自攻螺丝,减少前期钻孔的步骤。第二抵挡体35远离第二齿条安装板33一端设有内饰板插槽36,内饰板插槽36的槽口朝向室内端,内饰板插槽36的内壁上设有第一卡齿,第二内饰板31的内侧设有插条,插条插入内饰板插槽36中,插条的表面设有与第一卡齿匹配的第二卡齿,第二内饰板31靠近室外一端抵住或靠近面板单元8或百叶窗单元9的内表面,第二内饰板31远离室外一端抵住或靠近龙骨架7。由多个齿形角码32将面板单元8或百叶窗单元9扣装,然后通过紧固件锁紧,减少齿形扣件的材料成本。
如图8、10所示,横向龙骨13和纵向龙骨11的室外侧面与楼板1和立柱2的室外侧面平齐或伸出到楼板1和立柱2的室外侧面的外侧;纵向龙骨11的室外端卡接有第一纵向挡条37,第一纵向挡条37靠近立柱2一端向内折形成第一侧挡板99,第一纵向挡条37与纵向龙骨11的室外端形成装饰件安装槽10,纵向装饰件5的左侧边以及右侧边设在装饰件安装槽10中并通过紧固件与纵向龙骨11的室外端固定,具体为先将纵向装饰件5通过紧固件与纵向龙骨11的室外端固定,然后卡接第一纵向挡条37来遮住固定位置;横向龙骨13的室外端卡接有第一横向挡条38,第一横向挡条38靠近楼板1一端向内折形成第二侧挡板39,第一横向挡条38与横向龙骨13的室外端形成装饰件安装槽10,横向装饰件6的上侧边或下侧边设在到装饰件安装槽10中并通过紧固件与横向龙骨13的室外端固定,固定方法与纵向装饰件5同理。
为保持建筑墙体边缘也覆盖有装饰件,增加墙体的整体效果,如图25所示,在建筑物最外侧立柱2的外侧设置边缘龙骨40,边缘龙骨40的室外端设有第三限位部41,第三限 位部41凸出到立柱2室外侧面的外侧,第三限位部41靠近立柱2一侧设有第三纵向扣条42,边缘龙骨40的室外端设有第三纵向挡条43,第三纵向挡条43的内侧设有第六扣板44,第六扣板44扣入到第三纵向扣条42的内侧,第三纵向挡条43的两端向内侧延伸形成第四侧挡板45和第五侧挡板46,第三纵向挡条43、第四侧挡板45以及边缘龙骨40的室外端形成边缘装饰件安装槽100,纵向装饰件5的一侧设在边缘装饰件安装槽100中并通过紧固件与边缘龙骨40的室外端固定,纵向装饰件5的另一侧设在墙单元3的装饰件安装槽10中并固定。采用上述技术方案,在最边缘的立柱2外侧设置边缘龙骨40和第三纵向扣条42形成边缘装饰件安装槽100,可以在边缘的立柱2室外端安装纵向装饰件5,纵向装饰件5的一侧设在边缘装饰件安装槽100中,纵向装饰件5的另一侧设在装饰件安装槽10中,可以实现边缘立柱2的覆盖,将墙体延伸到建筑的边缘,提高整体的美观性。
为了提高墙体的节能性,龙骨架7的室外端以及面板单元8与龙骨架7的连接处设有由隔热材料制成的隔热断桥结构。因为龙骨架7为金属件,能传导热量,这在夏天室内开空调时候以及冬天开暖气时候殊为不利,所以增加了隔热断桥结构,其采用隔热材料制成,达到环保节能的效果。
具体的,如图26-28所示,隔热断桥结构包括设在纵向龙骨11与第一纵向挡条37之间的第一隔热层47、设在横向龙骨13与第一横向挡条38之间的第二隔热层、设在纵向中间龙骨12室外端的第三隔热层49、设在横向中间龙骨14室外端的第五隔热层以及设在面板单元8或百叶窗单元9与龙骨架7接触处的第四隔热层51;纵向龙骨11中的第一挡边16包括自纵向龙骨11外表面向外延伸的第一连接部21和自第一连接部21外端向单元格15方向延伸的第一限位部22;横向龙骨13中的第二挡边17与第一挡边结构类似,包括自横向龙骨13外表面向外延伸的第二连接部和自第二连接部端向单元格方向延伸的第二限位部。
第一隔热层47包括覆盖在第一限位部22的室外侧面的第一隔热板51、覆盖在第一连接部21远离单元格15一侧的侧面的第二隔热板52以及覆盖在纵向龙骨11的室外侧面的第三隔热板53,第一隔热层47通过紧固件与第一连接部21固定,第一纵向挡条37卡接在第一隔热层47上,第二隔热层和第一隔热层47类似,此处不再赘述。第三隔热层49包括覆盖在纵向中间龙骨12以及两第三挡边18室外侧面的第四隔热板,第四隔热板通过紧固件与纵向中间龙骨12固定,第三隔热层49的室外端卡接有遮挡第三隔热层49的第二纵向挡条54,第二纵向挡条54的两端向内折形成第三侧挡板,第五隔热层和第三隔热层49类似,在第五隔热层的室外端卡接有遮挡第五隔热层的第二横向挡条,此处不再赘述。第四隔热层51设在面板单元8或百叶窗单元9与第一挡边16、第二挡边17或第三挡边18之间;第一 挡边16、第二挡边17或第三挡边18的端部与面板单元8或百叶窗单元9的外表面之间通过玻璃胶密封。阻碍热量从龙骨架7与面板单元8或百叶窗单元9之间的接触处传导。龙骨架7的室外端设置隔热层,然后在隔热层的室外端卡接挡条,遮挡住隔热层,从外部看就显得美观。如图27所示,第四隔热层51也可以采用其他结构,比如类似U形的截面,覆盖住面板单元或百叶窗单元的内侧边缘位置,既能隔热,也提供缓冲功能,
现代建筑中,有的是在建筑物外侧设置由上至下的排水管道,影响建筑外在的美观性,如图29所示,将同一立柱2的纵向装饰件5设置为半圆形罗马柱55,内部空心,用于放置排水管。半圆形罗马柱55包括第一卡接板56、第三卡接板57和设在第一卡接板56和第三卡接板57之间的若干第二卡接板58;第一卡接板56包括第一连接板59和设在第一连接板59一端的第一卡扣60,第二卡接板58包括弧形的第二连接板61、设在第二连接板61一端的第二卡扣62、设在第二连接板61另一端的第三连接板63以及设在第三连接板63相对第二连接板61另一端的第三卡扣64,第三卡接板57包括第四连接板65和设在第四连接板65一端的第四卡扣66;第一连接板59伸入到立柱2一侧的装饰件安装槽10中并与纵向龙骨11的室外端固定,第四连接板65伸入到立柱2另一侧的装饰件安装槽10中并与纵向龙骨11的室外端固定,第一卡接板56与位于其内侧的第二卡接板58通过第一卡扣60与第二卡扣62的扣接来进行连接,相邻两第二卡接板58通过第二卡扣62与第三卡扣64的扣接来进行连接,第三卡接板57与位于其内侧的第二卡接板58通过第三卡扣64与第四卡扣66的扣接来进行连接。第一卡扣60端部向半圆形罗马柱55内侧延伸形成第一限位板67,第三卡扣64端部向半圆形罗马柱55内侧延伸形成第二限位板68,第四卡扣66端部端向半圆形罗马柱55的内侧延伸形成第三限位板69,在第一卡扣60和第二卡扣62的扣接处,第一限位板67和第二连接板61相互抵靠,在第二卡扣62和第三卡扣64的扣接处,第二限位板68抵靠在第二连接板61的内侧,在第三卡扣64和第四卡扣66的扣接处,第二限位板68和第三限位板69相互抵靠。
如图30所示,也能将遮挡排水管道的纵向装饰件5设置成其他形式,比如方形柱108。
百叶窗单元9的具体结构如下:
如图11-17所示,百叶窗单元9包括框体和外摆式的百叶片70;框体包括横向窗龙骨71和纵向窗龙骨72;纵向窗龙骨72包括龙骨本体73和自龙骨本体73向室外凸出的固定条74,在固定条74上设有销轴孔,销轴孔位于用于安装纵向窗龙骨72本体的墙体室外侧面以外;百叶片70包括叶片本体75,叶片本体75的长度大于两龙骨本体73内侧之间距离,叶片本 体75设有摆动轴心端76和外摆端77,摆动轴心端76位于叶片本体75的一端,外摆端77位于叶片本体75的另一端,在摆动轴心端76设有销轴容置孔79,外摆端77设有向室外侧面凸出的凸筋78,在凸筋78上具有联动连接位;当百叶片70处于关闭状态时,所有的联动连接位比所有的销轴孔更加远离墙体外侧面;百叶片70由穿过销轴孔和销轴容置孔79的销轴铰接在固定条74上,在所有百叶片70相同纵向位置的联动连接位上铰接有联动连接条80,在纵向窗龙骨72上固定有在室外侧遮挡销轴的保护条81。采用上述技术方案,百叶窗采用外摆式的结构,该百叶窗的百叶片70整个设在框体的外部,避免了在开启状态下雨水打入室内。
如图17所示,在龙骨本体73上位于固定条74靠近百叶片70的一侧设有排水槽82,排水槽82的槽口开向墙体室外侧;龙骨本体73包括龙骨梁83、自龙骨梁83外侧凸出的凸条85和自龙骨梁83向外侧凸出且位于靠近百叶片70一侧的筋板84;固定条74连接在凸条85上;凸条85与筋板84之间形成的排水槽82;在筋板84靠近室外一端设有纵向延伸的第一密封条卡槽86,第一密封条卡槽86上卡置有与百叶片70接触的纵向密封条;在凸条85上位于凸条85的室外侧面端设有卡置槽,固定条74的一端卡置在卡置槽内,固定条74的另一端朝向室外侧延伸,固定条74与凸条85之间设有固定条紧固件;保护条81的截面包括固定部87、与固定部87连接的避让抵挡部88和与避让抵挡部88连接的卡置部89,固定部87与龙骨本体73通过紧固件连接,避让抵挡部88与固定条74之间形成避让抵挡空间90,卡置部89卡置在固定条74上;固定部87通过紧固件固定在凸条85上,龙骨架7的第一挡边16、第二挡边17或者第三挡边18抵住龙骨梁83的外侧,第一挡边16、第二挡边17或第三挡边18遮挡住固定部87与凸条85之间的紧固件;保护条81上设有位于排水槽82室外侧的第一遮挡部91,在龙骨本体73上位于排水槽82靠近百叶片70的一侧设有位于排水槽82室外侧的第二遮挡部92,第一遮挡部91和第二遮挡部92在室内外侧方向上错位设置。采用上述结构的百叶窗单元9,百叶窗的框体上设置有排水槽82,百叶片70上收集的雨水从侧边排出到排水槽82处并排出,固定条74通过固定条紧固件固定后,外设保护条81可以遮挡固定条紧固件,另外,使得紧固件不外露,提高外在美观性。
如图18、21、22所示,叶片本体75的外摆端77设有密封结构;密封结构包括第二密封条卡槽93和连接在第二密封条卡槽93外端的配合部94;配合部94的截面为中部向室外侧面凸出的圆弧形;第二密封条卡槽93的槽口朝向远离摆动轴心端76的一端,第二密封条卡槽93内设置有密封塞104,在百叶窗单元关闭状态下配合部94和密封塞104刚好罩住下方百叶片的摆动轴心端76,密封上下百叶片之间的缝隙;在叶片本体75靠近摆动轴心端 76的外侧面上设有向叶片本体75外侧面方向延伸的挡板95,阻止雨水从百叶片上方打入室内;联动连接位为铰接孔,在联动连接条80上对应于铰接孔的位置设有腰型孔96,在铰接孔和腰型孔96穿过有联动销。打开或关闭百叶窗单元9时候,在联动连接条80带动下,所有的百叶片70一起移动,关闭百叶窗单元9后,第二密封条卡槽93能有效防止雨水从上下两百叶片70之间的接触处流入室内。
如图12、2所示,在至少一百叶片70与框体之间设有开关窗装置101,开关窗装置包括驱动轮97和驱动杆98;驱动轮97固定在百叶片70上,驱动轮97的旋转中心与销轴孔的中心同轴,驱动轮97为蜗轮;驱动杆98穿过框体,驱动杆98为蜗杆,蜗杆与蜗轮啮合。
综上所述,采用上述带百叶窗、面板单元8、纵向装饰件5以及横向装饰件6的墙体,具有外形美观、样式多变、施工方便、节能环保、通风透气等特点,且在欧美等人工成本高的地区,本墙体绝大部分部件可以在工厂直接完成,在施工现场组装即可,不需要浇筑混凝土墙体、墙面刷漆或贴砖等,也降低了人工成本。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种应用于建筑物的墙单元,其特征在于:所述墙单元包括龙骨架、面板单元以及百叶窗单元,所述龙骨架包括纵向龙骨、纵向中间龙骨以及横向龙骨,两纵向龙骨分别设在建筑物安装空间的两纵向侧面上,两横向龙骨分别设在建筑物安装空间的两横向侧面上,所述纵向中间龙骨将龙骨架分隔成若干单元格,至少有一个单元格安装有百叶窗单元,至少一个单元格安装有面板单元;
    所述纵向龙骨的室外端向单元格方向延伸有第一挡边,所述横向龙骨的室外端向单元格方向延伸有第二挡边,所述纵向中间龙骨的室外端分别向两侧的单元格方向延伸有两第三挡边;所述第一挡边、第二挡边以及第三挡边用于抵挡安装在单元格中的面板单元或百叶窗单元的外表面边缘,在横向龙骨、纵向龙骨以及纵向中间龙骨向单元格方向的侧面设有第一齿条结构,在所述第一齿条结构处插设有齿形扣件,所述齿形扣件靠近室外一端抵住面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面边缘;
    所述百叶窗单元包括框体和外摆式百叶片;框体包括横向窗龙骨和纵向窗龙骨;纵向窗龙骨包括龙骨本体和自龙骨本体向室外凸出的固定条,在固定条上设有销轴孔,销轴孔位于龙骨本体的室外侧;百叶片包括叶片本体,所述叶片本体的长度大于左右两龙骨本体内侧之间距离,叶片本体设有摆动轴心端和外摆端,摆动轴心端位于叶片本体的一端,外摆端位于叶片本体的另一端,在摆动轴心端设有销轴容置孔,外摆端设有向室外侧面凸出的凸筋,在凸筋上具有联动连接位,百叶片由穿过销轴孔和销轴容置孔的销轴铰接在固定条上,在所有百叶片相同纵向位置的联动连接位上铰接有联动连接条,在纵向窗龙骨上固定有在室外侧遮挡销轴的保护条。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述龙骨架还包括横向中间龙骨,所述横向中间龙骨设在两横向龙骨之间,所述横向中间龙骨的室外端分别向两侧的单元格方向延伸有两第四挡边,所述第四挡边用于抵挡安装在单元格中的面板单元或百叶窗单元的外表面边缘,所述横向中间龙骨向单元格方向的两个侧面设有所述第一齿条结构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述齿形扣件为齿形扣板,所述齿形扣板的两端分别延伸到其所在单元格的侧边的两端,所述齿形扣板包括第一齿条安装板、设在所述第一齿条安装板一侧并与第一齿条结构相匹配的第二齿条结构、设在所述第一齿条安装板另一侧的第一内饰板以及设在齿形扣板靠近室外一端的第一抵挡体,所述第一抵挡体的两端分别连接第一齿条安装板和第一内饰板,所述第一抵挡体抵住面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面边缘,所述第一抵挡体靠近面板单元或百叶窗单元一侧设有胶条安装槽,所述胶条安装槽内设有密封胶条,所述龙骨架与齿形扣板相接处以及面板单元或百叶窗单元与齿形扣板相接 处通过玻璃胶紧固。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述齿形扣件包括若干扣接在第一齿条结构上的齿形角码,所述齿形角码包括第二齿条安装板、设在第二齿条安装板一侧并与第一齿条结构相匹配的第三齿条结构以及设在齿形角码靠近室外一端的第二抵挡体,所述第二抵挡体设在第二齿条安装板相对于第三齿条结构的另一侧,所述第二抵挡体抵住面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面边缘,所述第二抵挡体靠近面板单元或百叶窗单元一侧设有胶条安装槽,所述胶条安装槽内设有密封胶条,所述齿形角码通过紧固件与横向龙骨、纵向龙骨或者纵向中间龙骨紧固。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述齿形扣件还包括第二内饰板,所述第二抵挡体远离第二齿条安装板一端设有内饰板插槽,所述内饰板插槽的槽口朝向室内端,所述内饰板插槽的内壁上设有第一卡齿,所述第二内饰板的内侧设有插条,所述插条插入内饰板插槽中,所述插条的表面设有与第一卡齿匹配的第二卡齿,所述第二内饰板的靠近室外一端抵住或靠近面板单元或百叶窗单元的内表面,所述第二内饰板远离室外的一端抵住或靠近龙骨架。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述纵向龙骨的室外端卡接有第一纵向挡条,所述第一纵向挡条靠近立柱一端向内折形成第一侧挡板,所述第一纵向挡条与纵向龙骨的室外端形成所述装饰件安装槽,所述横向龙骨的室外端卡接有第一横向挡条,所述第一横向挡条靠近楼板一端向内折形成第二侧挡板,所述第一横向挡条与横向龙骨的室外端形成所述装饰件安装槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述龙骨架的室外端以及面板单元或百叶窗单元与龙骨架的连接处设有由隔热材料制成的隔热断桥结构,所述隔热断桥结构包括设在纵向龙骨与第一纵向挡条之间的第一隔热层、设在横向龙骨与第一横向挡条之间的第二隔热层、设在纵向中间龙骨室外端的第三隔热层以及设在面板单元或百叶窗单元与龙骨架接触处的第四隔热层;
    所述第一挡边包括自纵向龙骨外表面向外延伸的第一连接部和自第一连接部外端向单元格方向延伸的第一限位部;所述第二挡边包括自横向龙骨外表面向外延伸的第二连接部和自第二连接部外端向单元格方向延伸的第二限位部;
    所述第一隔热层包括覆盖在第一限位部的室外侧面的第一隔热板、覆盖在第一连接部远离单元格一侧的侧面的第二隔热板以及覆盖在纵向龙骨的室外侧面的第三隔热板,所述第一隔热层通过紧固件与第一连接部固定,所述第一纵向挡条卡接在第一隔热层上; 所述第三隔热层包括覆盖在纵向中间龙骨以及两第三挡边室外侧面的第四隔热板,所述第四隔热板通过紧固件与纵向中间龙骨固定,所述第三隔热层的室外端卡接有遮挡第三隔热层的第二纵向挡条,所述第二纵向挡条的两端向内折形成第三侧挡板。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的墙单元,其特征在于:所述第四隔热层设在面板单元或百叶窗单元与第一挡边、第二挡边或第三挡边之间;所述第一挡边、第二挡边或第三挡边的端部与面板单元的外表面之间通过玻璃胶密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的墙单元,其特征在于:在龙骨本体上位于固定条靠近百叶片的一侧设有排水槽,排水槽的槽口开向室外侧;所述的龙骨本体包括龙骨梁、自龙骨梁外侧凸出的凸条和自龙骨梁向外侧凸出且位于靠近百叶片一侧的筋板;固定条连接在凸条上;凸条与筋板之间形成所述的排水槽;
    在筋板靠近室外一端设有纵向延伸的第一密封条卡槽,第一密封条卡槽上卡置有与百叶片接触的纵向密封条;
    在凸条上位于凸条的室外侧面端设有卡置槽,固定条的一端卡置在卡置槽内,固定条的另一端朝向室外侧延伸,固定条与凸条之间设有固定条紧固件;
    保护条的截面包括固定部、与固定部连接的避让抵挡部和与避让抵挡部连接的卡置部,固定部与龙骨本体通过紧固件连接,避让抵挡部与固定条之间形成避让抵挡空间,卡置部卡置在固定条上;
    固定部通过紧固件固定在凸条上,龙骨架的第一挡边、第二挡边或者第三挡边抵住龙骨梁的外侧,所述第一挡边、第二挡边或第三挡边遮挡住固定部与凸条之间的紧固件;
    保护条上设有位于排水槽室外侧的第一遮挡部,在龙骨本体上位于排水槽靠近百叶片的一侧设有位于排水槽室外侧的第二遮挡部,第一遮挡部和第二遮挡部在室内外侧方向上错位设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的墙单元,其特征在于:叶片本体的外摆端设有密封结构;所述的密封结构包括第二密封条卡槽和连接在第二密封条卡槽外端的配合部;配合部的截面为中部向室外侧面凸出的圆弧形;第二密封条卡槽的槽口朝向远离摆动轴心端的一端;
    在叶片本体靠近摆动轴心端的外侧面上设有向叶片本体外侧面方向延伸的挡板;所述的联动连接位为铰接孔,在联动连接条上对应于铰接孔的位置设有腰型孔,在铰接孔和腰型孔穿过有联动销。
  11. 一种采用权利要求1至10任一权利要求所述的墙单元的组合式墙体,其特征在于:所述建筑物包括楼板和立柱,楼板和立柱之间形成所述安装空间,位于同一楼层相邻两安装单元内的墙单元之间设有纵向装饰件,位于上下楼层之间相邻两安装单元内的墙单元之间设有 横向装饰件,所述横向装饰件设在楼板的室外侧,所述纵向装饰件设在立柱的室外侧,所述横向龙骨的室外端凸出到楼板的外侧,所述纵向龙骨的室外端凸出到立柱的外侧,所述横向龙骨室外端凸出部分以及纵向龙骨室外端凸出部分设有装饰件安装槽,所述横向装饰件上下两侧边以及纵向装饰件左右两侧边分别安装在对应的装饰件安装槽中。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的组合式墙体,其特征在于:所述纵向装饰件为半圆形罗马柱或方形柱,所述半圆形罗马柱包括第一卡接板、第三卡接板和设在第一卡接板和第三卡接板之间的若干第二卡接板;
    所述第一卡接板包括第一连接板和设在第一连接板一端的第一卡扣,所述第二卡接板包括弧形的第二连接板、设在第二连接板一端的第二卡扣、设在第二连接板另一端的第三连接板以及设在第三连接板相对第二连接板另一端的第三卡扣,所述第三卡接板包括第四连接板和设在第四连接板一端的第四卡扣;
    所述第一连接板伸入到立柱一侧的装饰件安装槽中并与纵向龙骨的室外端固定,所述第四连接板伸入到立柱另一侧的装饰件安装槽中并与纵向龙骨的室外端固定,第一卡接板与位于其内侧的第二卡接板通过第一卡扣与第二卡扣的扣接来进行连接,相邻两第二卡接板通过第二卡扣与第三卡扣的扣接来进行连接,第三卡接板与位于其内侧的第二卡接板通过第三卡扣与第四卡扣的扣接来进行连接;
    所述第一卡扣端部向半圆形罗马柱内侧延伸形成第一限位板,第三卡扣端部向半圆形罗马柱内侧延伸形成第二限位板,所述第四卡扣端部端向半圆形罗马柱的内侧延伸形成第三限位板,在第一卡扣和第二卡扣的扣接处,第一限位板和第二连接板相互抵靠,在第二卡扣和第三卡扣的扣接处,第二限位板抵靠在第二连接板的内侧,在第三卡扣和第四卡扣的扣接处,第二限位板和第三限位板相互抵靠。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的组合式墙体,其特征在于:还包括设在建筑物最外侧立柱的外侧的边缘龙骨,所述边缘龙骨的室外端设有第三限位部,所述第三限位部凸出到立柱室外侧面的外侧,所述第三限位部靠近立柱一侧设有第三纵向扣条,所述边缘龙骨的室外端设有第三纵向挡条,所述第三纵向挡条的内侧设有第六扣板,所述第六扣板扣入到第三纵向扣条的内侧,所述第三纵向挡条的两端向内侧延伸形成第四侧挡板和第五侧挡板,所述第三纵向挡条、第四侧挡板以及边缘龙骨的室外端形成边缘装饰件安装槽,所述纵向装饰件的一侧设在所述边缘装饰件安装槽中并通过紧固件与边缘龙骨的室外端固定,所述纵向装饰件的另一侧设在墙单元的装饰件安装槽中并固定。
