磁性磨料本体是以铁质软磁为基础的一种或多种磨料,散热、润滑辅料组成的磁性颗粒,在磁力研磨抛光中受到磁力的作用从而使其磨粒压向工件表面,由于磁性磨料本体在磁场中受磁力控制,可以加工形状复杂多变的表面、孔、腔、沟槽、间隙过小的部件等,磁力磨料柔性特点在于,加工平面,复杂曲面或受限制的空间,自适应能力强,利用数控设备加工金属或非金属产品,克服手工加的缺点,微工件加工对一些尺寸较小,难以夹装的微小工件,在磁场中随磨料一起运动,由于它们的磁导率不同,所以它们的运动速度也不同,从而产生相对运动,进而进行研磨抛光,金属内腔打磨一般使用人工或者机械,但是有的金属内腔细长、狭窄,打磨过程中十分不便,从而降低光整效率,为此我们提出一种金属内腔磁性磨料光整装置。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种金属内腔磁性磨料光整装置,具备打磨效果好的优点,解决了金属内腔打磨一般使用人工或者机械,但是有的金属内腔细长、狭窄,打磨过程中十分不便,从而降低光整效率的问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种金属内腔磁性磨料光整装置,包括外框,所述外框内腔的底部固定连接有电机,所述电机的输出轴固定连接有转盘,所述转盘表面的两侧均固定连接有磁盘,所述外框内腔的两侧均固定连接有套管,所述套管的内腔固定连接有第一复位弹簧,所述第一复位弹簧远离套管内腔的一侧固定连接有活动杆,所述活动杆远离第一复位弹簧的一侧固定连接有套接管,所述套接管的内腔卡接有金属管本体,所述金属管本体的内腔设置有磁性磨料本体。

有益效果
1、本实用新型通过第一复位弹簧的弹力对活动杆夹紧,活动杆对套接管夹紧,从而对金属管本体进行固定,第二复位弹簧带动拉杆和夹板对金属管本体进行夹紧,电机的输出轴带动转盘和磁盘旋转,产生磁场,磁性磨料本体在磁场的作用下无规则的碰撞和摩擦,从而对金属管本体的内壁进行光整,解决了金属内腔打磨一般使用人工或者机械,但是有的金属内腔细长、狭窄,打磨过程中十分不便,从而降低光整效率的问题。
2、本实用新型通过设置防滑垫,起到了防滑的效果,通过设置限位滑槽和限位滑块,起到了对活动杆限位的效果,通过设置第二复位弹簧,起到了带动拉杆复位的效果。
