具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图1-2,本发明公开了一种电子设备,包括显示屏200、固定显示屏200的中框400、与中框400固定连接的后盖300、容置于中框400内的电池500,以及设置于后盖300上并与显示屏200固定连接的至少一个的屏幕发声激励器100。中框400与屏幕发声激励器100之间无直接连接关系,中框400上设置有多个便于屏幕发声激励器100穿过固定于后盖300上的通孔410。
请进一步参阅图1-5,一种屏幕发声激励器100,包括沿显示屏200的振动方向自上而下依次设置的第一磁路系统110、电磁驱动系统130及第二磁路系统120,第一磁路系统110与显示屏200固定,电磁驱动系统130与后盖300固定,屏幕发声激励器100还包括一端与第二磁路系统120连接以弹性支撑第二磁路系统120、另一端固定于电磁驱动系统130的弹性件140。第一磁路系统110的底部与电磁驱动系统130的顶部之间具有第一振动间隙113,第二磁路系统120的顶部与电磁驱动系统130的底部之间具有第二振动间隙123。
相较于现有技术,本发明的屏幕发声激励器100通过将磁路系统分为第一磁路系统110以及第二磁路系统120分别与电磁驱动系统130形成第一振动间隙113以及第二振动间隙123,第一磁路系统110与显示屏200相连,可以在电磁驱动系统130的电磁场影响下带动显示屏200屏幕发声,电磁驱动系统130与后盖300相连,第一磁路系统110与第二磁路系统120可以相互作用抵消或增强电磁驱动系统130的振动效果,从而使后盖300振动效果增强或消除。
在本实施例中,第一磁路系统110包括一面固定于显示屏200上的屏幕连接板112以及固定于屏幕连接板112的另一面的第一磁钢111。屏幕连接板112的一面与显示屏200的内表面相接触,屏幕连接板112的另一面与第一磁钢111固定,当第一磁钢111受到电磁驱动系统130的电磁场影响时,在第一振动间隙113中带动显示屏200振动发声。
在本实施例中,第二磁路系统120包括通过弹性件140与支撑架133相连的质量块122以及固定于质量块122中空位置的第二磁钢121。质量块122用于固定第二磁钢121,同时具备一定重量可以向电磁驱动系统130提供一定反作用力。
在本实施例中,电磁驱动系统130包括固定于后盖300上的支撑架133、固定于支撑架133上的音圈131以及插置于音圈131中空位置的铁芯132,第一振动间隙113形成于第一磁钢111与铁芯132之间,第二振动间隙123形成于第二磁钢121与铁芯132之间。音圈131与电子设备中的控制主板电连接,在音圈131内流入电流后形成以铁芯132为中心的电磁场,铁芯132分别与第一磁钢111以及第二磁钢121相对的两端产生相对两极,由于电磁场的作用,第一磁钢111与第二磁钢121分别对应产生振动效果。
请进一步参阅图6,弹性件140包括与支撑架133固定连接的第一连接部141、与质量块122固定连接的第二连接部142以及一端与第一连接部141连接且另一端与第二连接部142连接的弹簧体143。
在本实施例中,支撑架133包括固定音圈131的第一架体1331以及固定于后盖300上的第二架体1332,第一连接部141夹持在第一架体1331与第二架体1332之间。第一架体1331与第二架体1332固定连接,并实现了第一连接部141的固定。
在本实施例中,第一连接部141为与第一架体1331的外边缘以及第二架体1332的外边缘相适配的第一圈形连接片,第一圈形连接片的两面分别通过胶水与第一架体1331的边缘位置以及第二架体1332的边缘位置无缝粘接,第二连接部142为与质量块122的外边缘相适配的第二圈形连接片,第二圈形连接片的一面通过胶水与质量块122的边缘位置无缝粘接,第二圈形连接片通过弹簧体143固定于第一圈形连接片的空心槽体内。第一圈形连接片的外径大于第二圈形连接片的外径,在电磁场的影响下,弹簧体143弯曲,使第一圈形连接片与第二圈形连接片在不同的高度位置振动。弹簧体143为具有延展性的直的或弯曲的弹片结构,弹簧体143的数量根据第一圈形连接片与第二圈形连接片的具体形状而确定。
请进一步参阅图7-8,第一磁钢111以及第二磁钢121均为永磁体,且第一磁钢111与第二磁钢121的极性排布方向相同。如图7所示,第一磁钢111以及第二磁钢121的N极均朝上,S极均朝下;当线圈电流使电磁驱动系统130中的铁芯132的S极朝上,铁芯132的N极朝下时(如图7-1),第一磁钢111与铁芯132之间以及第二磁钢121与铁芯132之间均呈现相互排斥力,两种排斥力方向相反可以相互抵消,减弱了电磁驱动系统130的振动,进而降低了后盖300的振动效果。当线圈电流使电磁驱动系统130中的铁芯132的N极朝上,铁芯132的S极朝下时(如图7-2),第一磁钢111与铁芯132之间以及第二磁钢121与铁芯132之间均呈现相互吸引力,两种吸引力方向相反可以相互抵消,减弱了电磁驱动系统130的振动,进而降低了后盖300的振动效果。如图8所示,第一磁钢111以及第二磁钢121的S极均朝上,N极均朝下,图8-2中的作用原理与图7-1中类似,图8-1中的作用原理与图7-2中类似,达到效果相同,故在此不做赘述。
请进一步参阅图9-10,第一磁钢111以及第二磁钢121均为永磁体,且第一磁钢111与第二磁钢121的极性排布方向相反。如图9所示,第一磁钢111的N极朝上,S极朝下,第二磁钢121的S极朝上,N极朝下;当线圈电流使电磁驱动系统130中的铁芯132的S极朝上,铁芯132的N极朝下时(如图9-1),第一磁钢111与铁芯132之间均呈现相互排斥力,第二磁钢121与铁芯132之间呈现相互吸引力,此时铁芯132受到的排斥力与吸引力方向相同,两种作用力可以相互叠加,增强了电磁驱动系统130的振动,进而增强了后盖300的振动效果,使其与屏幕一起振动发声。当线圈电流使电磁驱动系统130中的铁芯132的N极朝上,铁芯132的S极朝下时(如图9-2),第一磁钢111与铁芯132之间均呈现相互吸引力,第二磁钢121与铁芯132之间呈现相互排斥力,此时铁芯132受到的吸引力与排斥力方向相同,两种作用力可以相互叠加,增强了电磁驱动系统130的振动,进而增强了后盖300的振动效果,使其与屏幕一起振动发声。如图10所示,第一磁钢111的S极朝上,N极朝下,第二磁钢121的N极朝上,S极朝下,图10-2中的作用原理与图9-1中类似,图10-1中的作用原理与图9-2中类似,达到效果相同,故在此不做赘述。
综上,本发明通过器件内部磁钢的不同设计,可以实现屏幕发声手机工作过程中两种不同的效果:第一种为使后盖300振动抵消,提升用户握持体验;第二种为使后盖300振动增大,利用后盖300与屏幕同时发声,提升声音效果。
以上的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种屏幕发声激励器,应用于电子设备,所述电子设备包括由所述激励器驱动发声的显示屏、与所述显示屏围设成收容空间的后盖,其特征在于,所述屏幕发声激励器包括沿所述显示屏的振动方向自上而下依次设置的第一磁路系统、电磁驱动系统及第二磁路系统,所述第一磁路系统与所述显示屏固定,所述电磁驱动系统与所述后盖固定,所述屏幕发声激励器还包括一端与所述第二磁路系统连接以弹性支撑所述第二磁路系统、另一端固定于所述电磁驱动系统的弹性件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述第一磁路系统包括一面固定于所述显示屏上的屏幕连接板以及固定于所述屏幕连接板的另一面的第一磁钢。
- 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述电磁驱动系统包括固定于所述后盖上的支撑架、固定于支撑架上的音圈以及插置于所述音圈中空位置的铁芯。
- 根据权利要求3所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述第二磁路系统包括通过弹性件与所述支撑架相连的质量块以及固定于所述质量块中空位置的第二磁钢。
- 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述弹性件包括与所述支撑架固定连接的第一连接部、与所述质量块固定连接的第二连接部以及一端与所述第一连接部连接且另一端与所述第二连接部连接的弹簧体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述支撑架包括固定音圈的第一架体以及固定于后盖上的第二架体,所述第一连接部夹持在所述第一架体与所述第二架体之间。
- 根据权利要求5所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为与所述第一架体的外边缘以及第二架体的外边缘相适配的第一圈形连接片,所述第二连接部为与质量块的外边缘相适配的第二圈形连接片,所述第二圈形连接片通过所述弹簧体固定于所述第一圈形连接片的空心槽体内。
- 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述第一磁钢以及所述第二磁钢均为永磁体,且所述第一磁钢与所述第二磁钢的极性排布方向相同。
- 根据权利要求4所述的屏幕发声激励器,其特征在于,所述第一磁钢以及所述第二磁钢均为永磁体,且所述第一磁钢与所述第二磁钢的极性排布方向相反。
- 一种电子设备,包括显示屏、固定所述显示屏的中框、与中框固定连接的后盖以及容置于中框内的电池,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括设置于所述后盖上并与所述显示屏相连的至少一个如权利要求1-9任一项所述的屏幕发声激励器。
