L'invention concerne un conducteur électrique (20) comprenant un élément allongé rigide électroconducteur (22) formant un axe longitudinal (24) et ayant une extrémité primaire (26) et une extrémité secondaire (28) opposée à l'extrémité primaire (26) ; un agencement de liaison primaire (30) ayant un dispositif de liaison mécanique primaire (32) pour relier mécaniquement l'extrémité primaire (26) à une structure externe primaire (16) et un dispositif de liaison électrique primaire (34) pour relier électriquement l'extrémité primaire (26) à la structure externe primaire (16) ; et un agencement de liaison secondaire (36) ayant un dispositif de liaison mécanique secondaire (38) pour relier mécaniquement l'extrémité secondaire (28) à une structure externe secondaire (18) et un dispositif de liaison électrique secondaire (40) pour relier électriquement l'extrémité secondaire (28) à la structure externe secondaire (18) ; le dispositif de liaison mécanique primaire (32) comprenant deux joints primaires (42, 44) ; et le dispositif de liaison mécanique secondaire (38) comprenant un joint secondaire (46).
