如图2所示,发光阵列100发射出多条光束,在被收集透镜组收集后准直出射,一部分光束从光整形装置300的第一面311的第一表面结构320入射,由于第一表面结构320具有曲面结构表面,则入射的光束会进行汇聚出射以改变光束的发散角,如图2的光束L1,其经过第一表面结构320的第一曲面结构入射,经第一曲面结构的汇聚后,出射光束可分为二种,第一种光束的出射角度未发生变化,垂直于出射面出射,即L12;第二种光束的出射角度以一定的角度发散出射,即L11和L13,需要说明的是,图2为光束的截面示意的,在一立体示意图中,L11和L13均为绕L1的中心光轴发散的一光束。另一部分光束从光整形装置300的第二表面结构330入射,由于第二表面结构330为平面结构,平面不会改变入射光的角度扩散,即光束会以和入射时的角分布相同的角度出射,如L2所示。此时在一角度空间上,中间区域不仅包含角度未发生变化的光束L2,同时还包含周 围区域光束扩散后的光束L11和L13,因此此时的目标平面会呈现一个中间往边缘亮度分布逐渐降低的光斑。如图3所示。可以看出,越往中间,亮度越高,因为最中心区域不仅包括光束角度未发生变化的光束,而且还包括其它光分布发生发散的光束在中心区域的叠加,即所有经第一表面结构320发生发散的光束对最中心区域的亮度均有贡献。
如图2所示,第一表面结构320可以在第一面311上等间距设置,且多个第一表面结构320中的表面结构曲率相同,在其他实施例中如图4所示,第一表面结构320也可以在第一面311上不等间距设置,且多个第一表面结构320中的表面结构曲率不同。
对于第一表面结构320不等间距设置的实施方式,此时光源系统出射的光斑亮度分布并非是以光斑中心往四周逐渐减小,而是从光斑的非中心区域开始向四周逐渐减小。
对于多个第一表面结构320曲率不同的实施方式,此时光源系统出射的光斑形状并非是圆形分布,其可以通过控制不同曲率第一表面结构的位置来实现不同的出射光分布,例如,出射具有高斯分布的光斑。
实施例2中,其具体的,第一表面结构320为第一曲面结构,第二表面结构330为第二曲面结构,且第一表面结构320的曲率与第二表面结构330的曲率不同,从而对光束的扩散程度也不同。
如图6和图7所示,第二表面结构330可以进一步进行划分,从而分成多个子区域331,每个子区域331中可以分别设置曲率与第一表面结构320不同的第二曲面结构332,从而使得入射至第二表面结构330的光束的角度改变量与入射至第一表面结构320的光束角度改变量有所不同。类似于实施例1中,由于入射至第二表面结构330的光束与入射至第一表面结构320的光束的扩散量。在一角度空间上,中间区域包括有扩散量较少的光束以及包含周围区域光束扩散后的光束,因此相比周围而言,会在目标平面形成一个中间往边缘亮度分布逐渐降低的光斑。
具体地,曲率不同则会影响到光束的角度改变量与亮度均匀性,从而也能实现上述实施例中光斑中心亮度较高的效果。
在一具体实施例中,第一曲面结构或者第二曲面结构可以为球面镜。
在一具体实施例中,第一曲面结构与第二曲面结构均可以为球面镜。
在具体实施例中,第一表面结构320在第一面311上的正投影为圆形、规则多边形或者不规则多边形。即第一曲面结构在第一面311的投影可以为圆形、规则多边形或者不规则多边形。且第二表面结构330为对应的形状。
优选的,第一表面结构320在第一面311上的正投影具体可以为圆形,从而使得第一曲面结构形成一个圆形凸镜,能够对不同方向的入射光束进行良好的角度调整。
具体地,光整形装置300的材质可以为玻璃或者塑胶,具有良好的加工性与光穿透性。
实施例3,其具体的,第一表面结构320可以设置有扩散膜,第二表面结构为平面。
如图8所示,可以在第一表面结构320的入光面或者出光面设置扩散膜,从而对光束进行角度整形,从而扩散。或者在第一表面结构320可以设置有扩散粒子,从而对光束实现扩散,而在第二表面结构320不做任何处理,使得从第一表面结构320出射的光束和第二表面结构320出射的光束扩散程度不同。
图9所示,光源系统10还可以进一步包括聚光镜400,该聚光镜400用于将从光整形装置300出射的光束进行收集,并投射到目标平面上。
在具体实施中,可以通过控制聚光镜400与光整形装置300的距离来控制透射到目标平面上光斑的效果。具体如光斑的大小与光斑的数量,以适应不同的应用场合。
如图1所示,收集透镜组200可以包括多个第一透镜器件210,多个第一透镜器件210也可以阵列或者直线排列设置,并分别一一与多个发光器件110对应。从而每个第一透镜器件210都收集与其对应的发光器件110发出的光束;从而对发光器件110发出的光束进行聚焦,以防止发光器件110发出的光束过度的扩散,并将收集到的光束入射到光整形装置300上。
如图10所示,收集透镜组200还可以是双层透镜,进一步包括多个第二透镜器件220,多个第二透镜器件220分别一一与多个第一透镜器件210 对应,具体可以设置于第一透镜器件210远离发光器件110的一侧,从而对第一透镜器件210聚焦后的光束进一步进行聚焦。
可选的,第二透镜器件220的直径比第一透镜器件210的直径大。
综上,上述实施例中,本实用新型通过发光阵列发出多光束,并通过收集透镜组收集后,入射到光整形装置上,由于光整形装置包括曲率不同的第一表面结构与第二表面结构,从而使得光束进行不同的角度整形,以使得在目标平面上形成光斑时,光斑的中心亮度大于边缘亮度。,以适应不同的应用场合。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种光源系统,其特征在于,所述光源系统包括:
    发光阵列;
    收集透镜,用于对所述发光阵列出射的光束进行收集;
    光整形装置,设置于所述收集透镜的出射光光路上,所述光整形装置包括用于第一面和与第一面相背的第二面,所述第一面包括多个用于对入射光进行整形的第一表面结构和第二表面结构,其中所述第一表面结构和第二表面结构具有不同曲率;
    聚光系统,所述聚光系统用于对所述光整形装置出射的光束收集并投射于目标平面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第一表面结构为曲面结构,以使得经所示第一表面结构出射光具有不同的发散角。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第二表面结构为平面结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第二表面结构包括多个子区域,其中所述多个子区域中设置曲率与第一表面结构不同的第二曲面结构。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第一面包括多个等间隔设置的第一表面结构。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第一面包括多个曲率不同的第一表面结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第一表面结构设置扩散膜,所述第二表面结构为平面结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第一表面结构对应所述第二面的投影表面设置有扩散膜。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述第一表面结构在所述第一面上的正投影为圆形、规则多边形或者不规则多边形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的光源系统,其特征在于,所述收集透镜组 包括多个第一透镜器件,所述多个第一透镜器件分别一一与所述多个发光器件对应。
