Description

一种葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器 技术领域
本实用新型属于酒具技术领域,涉及一种葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器。
背景技术
目前,市面上用于开葡萄酒的气压开瓶器多为图1所示,使用现有技术的该种气压开瓶器开葡萄酒时,将气针插入酒瓶,通过外壳不断的上下往复运动,像气筒一样不断向酒瓶内打气,利用气压将瓶塞顶出来,但使用这种方式不易控制往酒瓶内的气体打入量,有时遇到瓶塞塞得特别紧的葡萄酒,往瓶内打入过多空气但是还没顶开瓶塞,这时就可能发生爆瓶的危险,现有技术的气压开瓶器不具有泄气保护葡萄酒瓶,防止爆瓶的功能。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,包括壳体和向葡萄酒瓶内加气的打气装置,所述打气装置包括壳体内腔和带有空气通道的气针,所述气针的头部与所述壳体内腔连接,所述气针内的空气通道与壳体内腔相通,其特征在于,在所述壳体内腔内设置有一泄气装置,当壳体内腔内的气压从大气压上升到某一数值时,所述泄压装置可将所述壳体内腔内的气压泄掉。
泄气装置包括泄气阀、弹簧、密封圈和泄气孔,泄气阀固定安装在弹簧底部,泄气孔设置于泄气装置底部,在泄气阀底部还设置有密封圈,在壳体内腔气压值未达到能够顶开泄气阀的数值时,在弹簧的弹力作用下,泄气阀与泄气孔通过密封圈紧密嵌合,在壳体内腔气压值达到能够顶开泄气阀的数值时, 在壳体内腔气压作用下,弹簧被压缩,泄气阀与泄气孔被打开,从而泄气。
壳体包括外壳和内壳,内壳顶部侧壁与外壳之间环设有活塞圈,内壳顶部设置有单向阀。
开瓶器工作时,内壳顶部与外壳之间形成进气空间,活塞圈用于控制空气进入进气空间,单向阀用于控制空气单向进入壳体内腔。
泄气装置设置于壳体内腔侧壁上,内壳侧壁设置有出气口,泄气装置与出气口联通。
开瓶器底部设有开瓶套,气针容纳于开瓶套中,开瓶时,开瓶套套设于瓶口,同时气针穿过瓶塞插入酒瓶内
本实用新型的创新点如下:在葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器内设置有一泄气装置,开瓶时,当打气装置往酒瓶内充入大量气体却没有顶开瓶塞,这时再接着往里打气,酒瓶内可能会因气压过大而产生爆瓶危险,此时该泄气装置便会及时将瓶内气压泄掉,因此本实用新型葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器在开瓶时能保证葡萄酒瓶不会发生爆瓶的危险。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地详细说明。参照图1-图5,一种葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,包括壳体1和向葡萄酒瓶内加气的打气装置,打气装置包括壳体内腔121和带有空气通道的气针3,气针3与壳体内腔121连接,气针3内的空气通道与壳体内腔121相通,在壳体内腔内121设置有一泄气装置2,当壳体内腔内121的气压从大气压上升到某一数值时,泄气装置2可将所述壳体内腔121内的气压泄掉。本方案的技术效果在于:在葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器内设置有一泄气装置2,开瓶时,当酒瓶52内气压过大但还没顶开瓶塞51,这时再接着往里打气,酒瓶52内可能会因气压过大而产生爆瓶危险,此时该泄气装置2及时将酒瓶52内的气压泄掉,防止爆瓶情况的发生。
进一步地,泄气装置2包括泄气阀21、弹簧22、密封圈23和泄气孔24,泄气阀21固定安装在弹簧22底部,优选地,本方案中的弹簧22会选择具有一定弹力强度的弹簧22,避免安装在弹簧22底部的泄气阀21被壳体内腔121的气压轻易顶开,泄气孔24设置于泄气装置2底部,在泄气阀21底部还设置有密封圈23,在壳体内腔气压值未达到能够顶泄气阀21的数值时,在弹簧22的弹力作用下,泄气阀21与泄气孔24通过密封圈23紧密嵌合,密封圈23可 以防止壳体内腔121的空气穿过泄气孔24与大气连通,在壳体内腔121气压值达到能够顶开泄气阀21的数值时,在壳体内腔121气压作用下,弹簧22被压缩,泄气阀21与泄气孔24被打开,从而泄气。开瓶时,将气针3插入酒瓶52内,此时壳体内腔121通过气针3与酒瓶52内处于连通状态,气压相同,通过打气装置往酒瓶52内充入大量气体,当酒瓶52内气压过大但还没顶开瓶塞51,这时再接着往里打气,酒瓶52内可能会因气压过大而产生爆瓶危险,此时壳体内腔121的气压大到足以向上将泄气阀21顶开,此时泄气阀21与泄气孔24被打开(图4状态),漏出一定的空隙,壳体内腔121的空气穿过泄气孔24与出气口124连通,此时酒瓶52内气压不再上升,避免了酒瓶52发生爆炸的危险。
进一步地,壳体1包括外壳11和内壳12,内壳12顶部侧壁与外壳11之间环设有活塞圈123,内壳顶部设置有单向阀122,开瓶器工作时,内壳12顶部与外壳11之间形成进气空间13,活塞圈123用于控制空气进入进气空间13,单向阀122用于控制空气单向进入壳体内腔121。具体实施方式为:向上拉动外壳11(图5状态),使空气通过活塞圈123进入进气空间13,然后下压外壳11(图2状态),活塞圈123关闭,进气空间13内的空气通过单向阀122进入壳体内腔121,壳体内腔121通过气针3与酒瓶52内连通,从而使空气充入酒瓶中,通过外壳11不断的上下往复运动(将图5与图2的状态往复切换),不断向酒瓶52内充气,使得瓶塞51被顶出。
进一步地,泄气装置2设置于壳体内腔121侧壁上,内壳12侧壁设置有出气口124,泄气装置2与出气口124连通。
进一步地,开瓶器底部设有开瓶套4,气针3容纳于开瓶套4中,开瓶时,将开瓶套4套设于瓶口,同时气针3穿过瓶塞51插入酒瓶52内,在本方案中,开瓶套4套设于酒瓶52上能够使得开瓶过程更为平稳。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,包括壳体和向葡萄酒瓶内加气的打气装置,所述打气装置包括壳体内腔和带有空气通道的气针,所述气针与所述壳体内腔连接,所述气针内的空气通道与壳体内腔相通,其特征在于,在所述壳体内腔内设置有一泄气装置,当壳体内腔内的气压从大气压上升到某一数值时,所述泄气装置可将所述壳体内腔内的气压泄掉。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,其特征在于,所述泄气装置包括泄气阀、弹簧、密封圈和泄气孔,所述泄气阀固定安装在弹簧底部,所述泄气孔设置于泄气装置底部,在所述泄气阀底部还设置有密封圈,在壳体内腔气压值未达到能够顶开泄气阀的数值时,在弹簧的弹力作用下,所述泄气阀与所述泄气孔通过密封圈紧密嵌合,在壳体内腔气压值达到能够顶开泄气阀的数值时,在壳体内腔气压作用下,所述弹簧被压缩,所述泄气阀与所述泄气孔被打开,从而泄气。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,其特征在于,所述壳体包括外壳和内壳,所述内壳顶部侧壁与外壳之间环设有活塞圈,所述内壳顶部设置有单向阀。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,其特征在于,开瓶器工作时,所述内壳顶部与外壳之间形成进气空间,所述活塞圈用于控制空气进入进气空间,所述单向阀用于控制空气单向进入壳体内腔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,其特征在于,所述泄气装置设置于壳体内腔侧壁上,所述内壳侧壁设置有出气口,所述泄气装置与所述出气口连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的葡萄酒瓶气压开瓶器,其特征在于,所述开瓶器底部设有开瓶套,所述气针容纳于所述开瓶套中,开瓶时,所述开瓶套套设于瓶口, 同时所述气针穿过瓶塞插入酒瓶内。
