Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition qui comprend une amorce et une sonde et par lesquelles une mycoplasma pneumoniae et des mutations de mycoplasma pneumoniae peuvent être simultanément discernées et détectées. Une composition selon la présente invention peut être utilisée pour détecter avec rapidité et précision un mycoplasme, qui est l'agent causal de la pneumonie, et discerner et détecter une pneumonie à mycoplasme sensible aux antibiotiques et résistante aux antibiotiques, et peut ainsi être utilisé pour un diagnostic clinique sur site nécessitant un diagnostic rapide de l'agent causal de la pneumonie.
