Abstract
L'invention concerne un réfrigérateur cryogénique (10) comprenant : un mécanisme de transformation de mouvement (43) qui transforme un mouvement de rotation fourni par un moteur (42) en un mouvement de va-et-vient rectiligne d'un palpeur; un instrument de mesure (50) relié au moteur (42) de façon à délivrer des données chronologiques indiquant la puissance consommée par le moteur (42) ou le courant circulant dans le moteur (42); et une unité de traitement (100) qui détecte l'usure de surfaces coulissantes d'un premier composant et d'un second composant du mécanisme de transformation de mouvement (43) sur la base, parmi les données chronologiques, de données d'intervalle qui comprennent une temporisation de début d'admission ou une temporisation de début d'échappement.
