背景技术
在实际产品中,许多产品包括包覆构件(外壳、柜体、箱体等)和设置在包覆构件上的门盖(门体、盖体等),且包覆构件内容置有能够从包覆构件内移出的移动构件(容纳盒、托盘、抽屉等),在将移动构件从包覆构件内移出时往往需要先将门盖打开,比如:超声波模块、抽屉式洗鞋机、面包柜等。具体而言,超声波模块能够对物品进行超声波洗涤,一些超声波模块包括外壳和设置在外壳上的门体,外壳内设置有用于容置液体(如:水、水与洗涤剂的混合液等)以及放置待洗涤物品的容纳盒,在使用超声波模块对物品进行洗涤时,用户需要先将设置在外壳上的门体打开,才可将容纳盒从外壳中拉出并将待洗涤物品放入容纳盒中,即用户无法直接将容纳盒从外壳中拉出。一些抽屉式洗鞋机包括外壳和设置在外壳上的门体,外壳内设置有用于容置待洗鞋子的抽屉,通常,在使用该种洗鞋机时,用户需要先将设置在外壳上的门体打开,才可将抽屉从外壳中拉出将鞋子放入抽屉中,即用户无法直接将抽屉从外壳中拉出。面包柜通常在面包店中使用,用于摆放面包,一些面包柜包括柜体和设置在柜体上的门体,柜体中放置用于盛放面包的托盘,托盘需要从柜体中移出以将面包放入其中或对其进行擦拭清洁,取托盘时,用户需要先将门体打开,才可将托盘从柜体中取出,即用户无法直接将托盘从柜体中取出。综上所述,许多产品在将移动构件从包覆构件内移出之前都需要用户手动打开门盖,不便于用户操作。
因此,本领域需要一种联动装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述问题,即为了解决现有产品从包覆构件内拉出移动构件之前用户需要手动打开门盖,不便于用户操作的问题,本发明提供了一种联动装置,该联动装置包括包覆构件、门盖、移动构件和传动组件,包覆构件上设置有开口,移动构件与包覆构件滑动连接以使得移动构件能够被拉出包覆构件外以及被推入包覆构件内,门盖活动连接于包覆构件上且能够打开/关闭开口,传动组件设置在包覆构件上且连接于移动构件与门盖之间,传动组件设置为当移动构件被拉出包覆构件外时能够使门盖将开口打开。
在上述联动装置的优选技术方案中,传动组件包括第一滑动结构、第二滑动结构、第三滑动结构、第四滑动结构和传动机构,第一滑动结构和第三滑动结构均设置在包覆构件上,第一滑动结构与第二滑动结构滑动连接,第三滑动结构与第四滑动结构滑动连接,第二滑动结构与门盖连接,第四滑动结构与移动构件连接,传动机构与包覆构件活动连接,传动机构的两端分别与第二滑动结构和第四滑动结构活动连接,以使得当拉动或推动移动构件时第四滑动结构带动传动机构并因此使第二滑动结构移动,进而带动门盖移动。

上述辅助复位组件的一种替代方案是,辅助复位组件包括转轴5、发条弹簧,第一滑动座200上设置有通孔2001,转轴5设置在门盖2上且依次穿过第一滑动通槽100和通孔2001,发条弹簧设置在第一滑动座200上,发条弹簧的最外端固定在转轴5远离门盖2的一端上,当门盖2向上翻转时,转轴5随门盖2旋转,转轴5的旋转使得发条弹簧被旋紧,当门盖2在向下翻转盖合至包覆构件1的开口11的过程中,发条弹簧逐渐恢复至未被旋紧时的状态同时对门盖2施加一个转矩使得门盖2在覆盖包覆构件1的开口11时能够盖合到位。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置辅助复位组件的具体结构,只要通过辅助复位组件能够实现当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时能够辅助门盖2将开口11关闭即可。
传动组件的实施例二:
如图11所示,传动组件包括第一滑动结构、第二滑动结构、连接绳8和定滑轮9,第一滑动结构设置在包覆构件1上,第一滑动结构与第二滑动结构滑动连接,第二滑动结构与门盖2连接,连接绳8连接于移动构件3与门盖2之间,定滑轮9设置在包覆构件1上且位于远离开口11的一侧,连接绳8绕设于定滑轮9上。其中,第一滑动结构与第二滑动结构可以采用滑动座与滑动通槽,也可以采用滑动座与滑动凹槽等,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置第一滑动结构与第二滑动结构的具体结构,只要通过第一滑动结构与第二滑动结构能够实现门盖2与包覆构件1滑动连接即可。定滑轮9的数量可以为一个,也可以为多个,本领域 技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置定滑轮9的数量,这种对于定滑轮9的数量的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。当定滑轮9的数量为多个时,本领域技术人员可以对定滑轮9的在包覆构件1上的具体位置进行合理设置,比如,以定滑轮9的数量是两个为例,此种情形中若包覆构件1包括顶壁和后侧壁(即靠近开口11为“前”,远离开口11的为“后”),可以将其中一个定滑轮9设置在包覆构件1的顶壁的上远离开口11的一端,将另一个定滑轮9设置在包覆构件1的后侧壁的下端,连接绳8一端连接于门盖2,而后连接绳8依次绕设过设置在包覆构件1的顶壁和后侧壁的定滑轮9,之后连接绳8的另一端与移动构件3连接。
优选地,继续参照图11,联动装置还包括第一辅助复位机构,第一辅助复位机构设置为当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时能够辅助门盖2将开口11关闭。

优选地,如图11所示,联动装置还包括第二辅助复位机构,第二辅助复位机构设置为当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时能够将门盖2的整体推向包 覆构件1的靠近开口11的一侧。在一种可能的情形中,继续参照图11,第二辅助复位机构包括弹簧10,弹簧10的第一端固定在包覆构件1上,弹簧10的第二端与门盖2连接,弹簧10设置为当移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外时被压缩以及当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时能够将门盖2的整体推向包覆构件1的靠近开口11的一侧,在该种情形中,“弹簧10的第二端与门盖2连接”可以是门盖2上形成有凹陷结构,且在门盖2上设置有横杆,横杆的两端分别与凹陷结构的边缘连接,弹簧10的第二端上用于安装弹簧10的圆环套设在横杆上,“弹簧10的第二端与门盖2连接”也可以是门盖2上设置有环形件,弹簧10的第二端上用于安装弹簧10的圆环套设在环形件上,本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活的设置弹簧10的第二端与门盖2的具体连接方式,这种对于弹簧10的第二端与门盖2具体连接方式的调整和改变不构成对本发明的限制,均应限定在本发明的保护范围之内。在另一种可能的情形中,第二辅助复位机构为电动推弹器,当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1中时,电动推弹器将门盖2的整体推向包覆构件1的靠近开口11的一侧。本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活设置第二辅助复位机构的具体结构,只要通过第二辅助复位机构能够实现当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时能够将门盖2的整体推向包覆构件1的靠近开口11的一侧即可。
在以上所述的所有技术方案中,优选地,门盖2上设置有与移动构件3配合的搭接部;或者,移动构件3上设置有与门盖2配合的搭接部;或者,门盖2上设置有第一搭接部21,移动构件3上设置有第二搭接部31,第一搭接部21与第二搭接部31配合。具体而言,图2示出了第一搭接部21与第二搭接部31具体设置方式的一种可能的情形,在图2中,移动构件3的前部向上延伸形成第二搭接部31,门盖2(关闭状态下)向下延伸至第二搭接部31处,门盖2上与第二搭接部31相对应的位置为第一搭接部21。以门盖2的底部设置搭接部为例,搭接部可以是从门盖2的底部延伸出来的部分(图2中所示的第一搭接部21正是从门盖2底部延伸出来的部分),也可以是与门盖2底部可拆卸连接(比如:粘接、卡接)的部件(如搭接板、搭接块等),本领域技术人员可以在实际应用中灵活地设置搭接部的具体结构形式,只要通过搭接部能够实现在移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外时,移动构件3使得门盖2稍微抬起即可。
以移动构件3的前部设置有第二搭接部31,门盖2的底部设置有第一搭接部21,第二搭接部31与第一搭接部21配合为例:

在传动机构的实施例二的第一种情形中,当移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外时,移动构件3的第二搭接部31推动门盖2的第一搭接部21,从而使得门盖2向上翻转并逐渐离开包覆构件1的开口11,同时移动构件3带动第四滑动结构向靠近开口11的方向移动,第四滑动结构的运动使得第二伸缩式传动构件发生转动且 第二活塞杆相对于第二缸体移动,第二活塞杆带动第一活塞杆转动,从而使得第一伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第一活塞杆相对于第一缸体移动,第一伸缩式传动构件的转动带动第二滑动结构向远离开口11的方向移动,进而拉动门盖2将开口11打开,与上述类似,当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时,移动构件3带动第四滑动结构向远离开口11的方向移动,第四滑动结构的运动使得第二伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第二活塞杆相对于第二缸体移动,第二活塞杆带动第一活塞杆转动,从而使得第一伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第一活塞杆相对于第一缸体移动,第一伸缩式传动构件的转动带动第二滑动结构向靠近开口11的方向移动,进而拉动门盖2的整体移动至包覆构件1上设置开口11的一端。
在传动机构的实施例二的第二种情形中,当移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外时,移动构件3的第二搭接部31推动门盖2的第一搭接部21,从而使得门盖2向上翻转并逐渐离开包覆构件1的开口11,同时移动构件3带动第四滑动结构向靠近开口11的方向移动,第四滑动结构的运动使得第二伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第三杆件与第四杆件发生相对滑动,第四杆件带动第二杆件转动,从而使得第一伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第一杆件与第二杆件发生相对滑动,第一伸缩式传动构件的转动带动第二滑动结构向远离开口11的方向移动,进而拉动门盖2将开口11打开,与上述类似,当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时,移动构件3带动第四滑动结构向远离开口11的方向移动,第四滑动结构的运动使得第二伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第三杆件与第四杆件发生相对滑动,第四杆件带动第二杆件转动,从而使得第一伸缩式传动构件发生转动且第四杆件带动第二杆件转动,第一伸缩式传动构件的转动带动第二滑动结构向靠近开口11的方向移动,进而拉动门盖2的整体移动至包覆构件1上设置开口11的一端。
如图1所示,在传动机构的实施例三的第一种情形中,第一滑动通槽100设置在第二滑动通槽300的上方,包覆构件1的开口11设置在包覆构件1的前部,当移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外时,移动构件3的第二搭接部31推动门盖2的第一搭接部21,从而使得门盖2向上翻转并逐渐离开包覆构件1的开口11,与此同时,第二滑动座400沿第二滑动通槽300随移动构件3一同向开口11的方向移动,第二传动杆42在第二滑动座400的带动下发生转动,第二传动杆42通过第六滑动部421和第五滑动部411带动第一传动杆41也随第二传动杆42的转动而转动,从而带动第一滑动座200沿第一滑动通槽100从靠近开口11的方向向远离开口11的方向移动,进而拉动门盖2将开口11打开,与上述类似,当移动构件3被推入包覆构件1内时,第二滑动座400沿第二滑动通槽300随移动构件3一同向远离开口11的方向移动,第二传动杆42在第二滑动座400的带动下发生转动,第二传动杆42通过第六滑动部421和第五滑动部411带动第一传动杆41也随第二传动杆42的转动而转动,从而带动第一滑动座200沿第一滑动通槽100从远离开口11的方向向靠近开口11的方向移动,进而带动门盖2也向靠近开口11的方向移动,由于第一滑动通槽100设置在第二滑动通槽300的上方且门盖2可转动地与第一滑动座200连接,因此,门盖2在整体移动至包覆构件1上设置开口11的一端后,门盖2能够在其自重的作用下将开口11关闭。传动机构的实施例三中其他情形的运动过程与上述类似,不再进行赘述。
如图11所示,在传动组件的实施例二中,当移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外时,移动构件3的第二搭接部31推动门盖2的第一搭接部21,从而使得门盖2向上翻转并逐渐离开包覆构件1的开口11,移动构件3拉动连接绳8,连接绳8拉动门盖2将开口11打开,门盖2翻转至包覆构件1的顶部并向后移动,进而使得弹簧10压缩,当使得移动构件3被拉出包覆构件1外的力消失或逐渐变小时,弹簧 10能够将门盖2整体推向包覆构件1的靠近开口11的一侧。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种联动装置,其特征在于,所述联动装置包括包覆构件、门盖、移动构件和传动组件,所述包覆构件上设置有开口,所述移动构件与所述包覆构件滑动连接以使得所述移动构件能够被拉出所述包覆构件外以及被推入所述包覆构件内,所述门盖活动连接于所述包覆构件上且能够打开/关闭所述开口,所述传动组件设置在所述包覆构件上且连接于所述移动构件与所述门盖之间,所述传动组件设置为当所述移动构件被拉出所述包覆构件外时能够使所述门盖将所述开口打开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括第一滑动结构、第二滑动结构、第三滑动结构、第四滑动结构和传动机构,所述第一滑动结构和所述第三滑动结构均设置在所述包覆构件上,所述第一滑动结构与所述第二滑动结构滑动连接,所述第三滑动结构与所述第四滑动结构滑动连接,所述第二滑动结构与所述门盖连接,所述第四滑动结构与所述移动构件连接,所述传动机构与所述包覆构件活动连接,所述传动机构的两端分别与所述第二滑动结构和所述第四滑动结构活动连接,以使得当拉动或推动所述移动构件时所述第四滑动结构带动所述传动机构并因此使所述第二滑动结构移动,进而带动所述门盖移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一传动杆和第二传动杆,所述第一传动杆的第一端与所述第二滑动结构活动连接,所述第二传动杆的第一端与所述第四滑动结构活动连接,所述第一传动杆的第二端与所述第二传动杆的第二端彼此滑动连接,所述第一传动杆和所述第二传动杆中的一个与所述包覆构件活动连接,以使得当拉动或推动所述移动构件时所述第四滑动结构带动所述第二传动杆与所述第一传动杆彼此相对滑动并因此使所述第一传动杆带动所述第二滑动结构移动,进而带动所述门盖移动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括第一伸缩式传动构件和第二伸缩式传动构件,所述第一伸缩式传动构件的第一端与所述第二滑动结构活动连接,所述第二伸缩式传动构件的第一端与所述第四滑动结构活动连接,所述第一伸缩式传动构件的第二端与所述第二伸缩式传动构件的第二端连接,所述第一伸缩式传动构件和所述第二伸缩式传动构件中的一个与所述包覆构件活动 连接,以使得当拉动或推动所述移动构件时所述第四滑动结构带动所述第二伸缩式传动构件并因此使所述第一伸缩式传动构件带动所述第二滑动结构移动,进而带动所述门盖移动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括与所述包覆构件活动连接的传动杆,所述传动杆的第一端与所述第二滑动结构活动连接,所述传动杆的第二端与所述第四滑动结构活动连接,以使得当拉动或推动所述移动构件时所述第四滑动结构带动所述传动杆相对于所述包覆构件转动并因此使所述第二滑动结构移动,进而带动所述门盖移动。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述联动装置还包括辅助复位组件,所述辅助复位组件设置为当所述移动构件被推入所述包覆构件内时能够辅助所述门盖将所述开口关闭。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述传动机构设置在所述包覆构件的外侧,所述第一滑动结构为第一滑动通槽,所述第二滑动结构为第一滑动座,所述第三滑动结构为第二滑动通槽,所述第四滑动结构为第二滑动座,所述辅助复位组件包括转轴、扣合件和扭簧,所述第一滑动座上设置有通孔,所述转轴设置在所述门盖上且依次穿过所述第一滑动通槽和所述通孔,所述扣合件设置在所述第一滑动座上且设置在所述转轴远离所述门盖的端部,所述转轴朝向所述扣合件的一侧设置有第一抵靠结构,所述扣合件朝向所述转轴的一侧设置有与所述第一抵靠结构配合的第二抵靠结构,所述扭簧设置在所述扣合件与所述第一滑动座之间,所述第一滑动座上设置有第一限位结构,所述扣合件上设置有第二限位结构,所述扭簧的第一卡置端卡置于所述第一限位结构上,所述扭簧的第二卡置端卡置于所述第二限位结构上,所述扭簧设置为能够通过弹性复位作用使所述门盖将所述开口关闭。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述传动组件包括第一滑动结构、第二滑动结构、连接绳和定滑轮,所述第一滑动结构设置在所述包覆构件上,所述第一滑动结构与所述第二滑动结构滑动连接,所述第二滑动结构与所述门盖连接,所述连接绳连接于所述移动构件与所述门盖之间,所述定滑轮设置在所述包覆构件上且位于远离所述开口的一侧,所述连接绳绕设于所述定滑轮上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述联动装置还包括第一辅助复位机构,所述第一辅助复位机构设置为当所述移动构件被推入所述包覆构件内时能够辅助所述门盖将所述开口关闭。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑动结构为第一滑动通槽,所述第二滑动结构为第一滑动座,所述第一辅助复位机构包括转轴、扣合件和扭簧,所述第一滑动座上设置有通孔,所述转轴设置在所述门盖上且依次穿过所述第一滑动通槽和所述通孔,所述扣合件设置在所述第一滑动座上且设置在所述转轴远离所述门盖的端部,所述转轴朝向所述扣合件的一侧设置有第一抵靠结构,所述扣合件朝向所述转轴的一侧设置有与所述第一抵靠结构配合的第二抵靠结构,所述扭簧设置在所述扣合件与所述第一滑动座之间,所述第一滑动座上设置有第一限位结构,所述扣合件上设置有第二限位结构,所述扭簧的第一卡置端卡置于所述第一限位结构上,所述扭簧的第二卡置端卡置于所述第二限位结构上,所述扭簧设置为能够通过弹性复位作用使所述门盖将所述开口关闭。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述联动装置还包括第二辅助复位机构,所述第二辅助复位机构设置为当所述移动构件被推入所述包覆构件内时能够将所述门盖的整体推向所述包覆构件的靠近所述开口的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的联动装置,其特征在于,所述门盖上设置有与所述移动构件配合的搭接部;或者,
    所述移动构件上设置有与所述门盖配合的搭接部;或者,
    所述门盖上设置有第一搭接部,所述移动构件上设置有第二搭接部,所述第一搭接部与所述第二搭接部配合。
