可选的,所述各个所述电视接收端接收所述付费内容信息,并收取与所述付费内容信息相对应的虚拟数字币之后,对所述付费内容信息进行播放的步骤包括:
各个电视接收端通过算力模块获取虚拟数字币,并根据获取的虚拟数字币数目支付所述电视信息推送端虚拟数字币。
可选的,位于区块链节点上的所述电视信息推送端和所述电视接收端建立连接,并生成数据区块,把数据区块按照时间先后顺序连接起来组成区块链系统。
本实施例在上述方法的基础上,还公开了一种基于区块链的电视信息推送系统,其中,包括至少一个电视信息推送端和至少一个电视接收端;
位于区块链节点上的所述电视信息推送端获取电视推送信息,并将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的所述电视接收端;
各个所述电视接收端对所述电视推送信息进行投放,以及收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币。
可选的,所述电视信息推送端为广告商终端所在的区块链节点和/或媒体运营商终端和/或其他电视接收端所在的区块链节点;所述电视接收端为任意一个智能电视所在区块链节点。
可选的,所述电视接收端中安装有算力模块,以及发行虚拟数字币,其中,所述算力模块用于提供算力的CPU。
可选的,所述算力模块,用于当电视接收端启动后,提供算力的CPU,为各个电视接收端所在的区块链节点打包,并向全网广播其打包信息,以使得其他区块链节点接收其广播信息后,对接收到的广播信息进行存储。

根据本公开实施方式提供的方法,通过位于区块链节点上的电视信息推送端获取电视推送信息,并将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端,以使得各个所述电视接收端对所述电视推送信息进行投放和收取与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币。本实施例所公开的方法及系统,通过在电视中加入区块链系统,利用区块链实现电视信息的推送及用户可以根据电视信息的播放情况获取相应的收益, 从而提高了用户观看电视信息的针对性,也增加了运营商与电视用户之间的互动,为用户观看电视内容提供了主动性。

具体实施方式
为使本公开的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本公开进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本公开,并不用于限定本公开。
由于现有电视只是具有观看视频信息的功能,其还不具有通过观看视频获取收益的功能,因此为了克服这个缺陷,本实施例中,将区块链技术加入到智能电视中,在智能电视中加入算力模块和引进基于区块链的原生代币-Token—TVB,当用户观看电视时,通过观看电视获取一定的TVB作为回报,用户还可以上传付费内容,其他用户通过支付一定的TVB便可以观看,因此通过虚拟数字币的形式,激励用户使用电视的积极性,同时也提高了电视内容和电视广告的精准定向投放。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,如图1所示,包括:
步骤S1、位于区块链节点上的电视信息推送端将电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端。
本实施例的区块链系统中含有多个区块链节点,处于区块链节点上的终端设备可以为发布广告的广告商终端,也可以为发布电视节目信息的媒体终端,以及对广告和节目内容进行播放的各个电视终端。将各个终端设备建立连接,信息处理完成后,生成数据 区块,把数据区块按时间先后顺序连接起来组成区块链系统。
结合图2所示,为了实现区块链系统中TVB的流通,在电视生产商生产电视的通顺,在电视接收端中分别安装了算力模块和发行TVB,当电视启动后,通过算力模块提供算力的CPU,为区块链节点打包,并向全网广播其打包信息,全网的其他区块链节点接收其广播信息后,对其进行存储,从而实现信息的分布式存储。
其中,算力是比特币网络出了能力的度量单位,即为计算机计算哈希函数输出的速度。用户看电视即挖矿,当用户的电视集成了算力模块,则上电之后,电视需要消耗电力供算力模块工作,算力模块为区块链全网提供算力,打包信息生成新的节点,提供算力的用户会获取一定虚拟数字币作为奖励,这个过程叫挖矿。在通过“挖矿”得到比特币的过程中,我们需要找到其相应的解m,而对于任何一个六十四位的哈希值,要找到其解m,都没有固定算法,只能靠计算机随机的hash碰撞,而一个挖矿机每秒钟能做多少次hash碰撞,就是其"算力"的代表,单位写成hash/s,这就是所谓工作量证明机制。
具体的,所述位于区块链节点上的电视信息推送端将电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤之前包括:
各个所述电视接收端创建交易账号,并设置所述交易账号的电视信息内容播放权限和虚拟数字币的存放地址。
各个电视接收端均与后台服务器相连接,并通过后台服务器建立用户中心,在用户中心设置交易账号,所述交易账号下包含用于存放TVB的钱包地址、是否发布付费内容的权限、是否开放广告投放的权限。其中是否发布付费内容的权限为是否接收付费内容,是否开放广告投放的权限为是否接收广告投放,若接收付费内容,则在观看付费内容的同时需要支付一定TVB到该付费内容的发送方,若开放广告投放,则在进行广告投放时会接收到广告商终端支付的一定的TVB。用户可以向电视生产商购买TVB支付观看付费内容,也可以通过接受投放广告赚取TVB。
本步骤中位于区块链节点的电视信息推送端将其获取到的电视推送信息推送到各个电视接收端。其中电视信息推送端可以为广告商终端,也可以为发送付费内容的电视内容发送方,该发送方可以为媒体终端,也可以是其他上传付费内容的电视端。
步骤S2、各个所述电视接收端对所述电视推送信息进行投放,以及收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币。
区块链节点上的各个电视接收端对接收到的电视推送信息进行投放,若电视推送信息为付费内容,比如:自制短视频、或者其他付费影片等,则需要支付一定的TVB后, 才能观看,若电视推送信息为广告信息,则可以在接收到广告商终端支付的TVB后,对广告信息进行投放。
具体的,所述电视信息推送端查询后台服务器所存储的各个电视接收端的接收广告类型和接收广告收取虚拟数字币的标准,筛选出与所述广告信息的类型和预分配虚拟数字币相匹配的电视接收端的步骤包括:
查找出各个电视接收端中开放广告投放和/或接收付费内容信息的电视接收端;
从查找出的开放广告投放和/或接收付费内容信息的电视接收端中,筛选出与所述广告信息的类型、付费内容信息和/或预分配虚拟数字币相匹配信息的电视接收端。
本步骤中所述电视推送信息可以为广告信息或付费内容信息,则下面分别以这两种情况对本步骤的过程进行解析。
当所述电视推送信息为广告信息时,所述将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤包括:
所述电视信息推送端查询后台服务器所存储的各个电视接收端的接收广告类型和接收广告收取虚拟数字币的标准,筛选出与所述广告信息的类型和预分配虚拟数字币相匹配的电视接收端;
根据筛选出的各个所述电视接收端进行广告信息的推送。
由于各个区块链节点上的各个电视接收端可以自动设置是否接收广告信息和是否接收付费内容,则电视信息推送端在推送信息之前,需要通过后台服务器查询出各个电视接收端中设置接收广告信息或接收付费内容的电视接收端,以及根据预设置的支付TVB个数,查找出收取虚拟数字币的标准,其中所述虚拟数字币的标准可以为某个可接受的虚拟数字币的范围,比如:投放一次广告信息的虚拟数字币的标准为:5个以上TVB,若本次投放广告信息,广告商终端预设的支付虚拟数字币的个数为4个,则设置投放一个广告信息的虚拟数字币的标准为5个以上TVB的电视接收端不符合本次广告信息投放条件,则不对该电视接收端进行广告信息投放,仅仅对查找出的开启广告投放,并且接受投放一次广告支付的TVB数目4个或以下的电视接收端进行广告信息的投放。
进一步的,所述收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币的步骤包括:
各个所述电视接收端接收所述虚拟数字币,并对与所述虚拟数字币相对应的广告信息进行投放,其中,所述虚拟数字币为所述电视信息推送端对筛选出的各个所述电视接收端发送所述广告信息所支付的虚拟数字币。
当所述电视推送信息为付费内容信息时,则所述将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤包括:
所述电视信息推送端查询后台服务器所存储的各个电视接收端的接收内容,筛选出与接收付费内容的电视接收端;
根据筛选出的各个所述电视接收端进行付费内容信息的推送。
电视信息推送端需要从后台服务器中查询出开启接收付费内容的电视接收端,将付费内容推送到开启接收付费内容的电视接收端,则接收到付费内容的电视接收端对该付费内容进行播放前,需要支付一定的虚拟数字币,当支付成功后,观看该付费内容。
进一步的,所述收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币的步骤包括:
各个所述电视接收端接收所述付费内容信息,并支付与所述付费内容信息相对应的虚拟数字币到所述电视信息推送端之后,对所述付费内容信息进行播放。
当电视接收端接收到付费内容信息,则需要对其支付一定的虚拟数字币到电视信息推送端后,才能对付费内容信息进行播放显示。
可选的,所述各个所述电视接收端接收所述付费内容信息,并收取与所述付费内容信息相对应的虚拟数字币之后,对所述付费内容信息进行播放的步骤包括:
各个电视接收端通过算力模块获取虚拟数字币,并根据获取的虚拟数字币数目支付所述电视信息推送端虚拟数字币。
下面以本公开所述方法的具体应用实施例为例对所述方法做进一步的说明:
1、首先各个区块链节点的电视信息推送端和各个电视接收端上电开机,并连接网络,并且各个电视接收端均建立与后台服务器之间的通信连接。
各个电视接收端以及通过后台服务器设置好其用户中心的交易账号信息,包括:是否接收付费内容,是否投递广告信息,以及接收投递广告信息所收取虚拟数字币的标准。
2、各个电视接收端的智能电视上电后,唤醒机器的算力模块,为全网提供算力,用于为其所在的区块链节点进行信息打包,并向全网广播。
3、各个电视接收端,登录用户中心,基于电视区块链系统创建钱包地址,用于存放TVB;在用户中心,用户可以发布付费内容,以及开放广告投放。
4、在观看电视的同时,算力模块为全网提供算力,挖取电视代币TVB;
5、TVB可以用来激励用户发布优秀的内容,用户过通过内容的创作可以赚取一定 的TVB作为回报;
6、电视用户可以将自己的电视节点作为广告投放点,广告商终端可以直接精准的投放广告,广告商终端需要对接收广告投放的电视用户支付一定的TVB,在一定程度上可以大大节约广告投放成本。
本实施例所提供的方法,通过构建区块链电视,增加了电视视频的收益功能,通过支付和收取虚拟数字币重新定义了电视生产商、广告商、用户、内容提供商以及一些其他成员的信息传送关系,并且内容的直接投递去除了中间成本,节约了成本的同时,还取得更加具有针对性的效果。
实施例2
本实施例在上述方法的基础上,还公开了一种基于区块链的电视信息推送系统,如图3所示,包括至少一个电视信息推送端310和至少一个电视接收端320;
位于区块链节点上的所述电视信息推送端310获取电视推送信息,并将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的所述电视接收端320;
各个所述电视接收端320对所述电视推送信息进行投放,以及收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币。
具体的,所述电视信息推送端为广告商终端所在的区块链节点和/或媒体运营商终端所在的区块链节点;所述电视接收端为智能电视所在区块链节点。此外,电视接收端自身也可以将分布付费内容或广告信息至其他电视接收端,通过推送付费内容收取一定的虚拟电子币,以及通过投放来自其他电视接收端推送的广告收取一定的虚拟电子币,从而实现基于电视的视频播放来获取收益或者将自制的视频信息进行推广。
所述电视接收端中安装有算力模块,以及发行虚拟数字币,其中,所述算力模块用于提供算力的CPU。
本实施例中所公开的电视接收端与广告商终端或媒体运营商终端中均设置区域链系统的算力模块,通过算力模块进行TVB的挖取和发送。
所述算力模块,用于当电视接收端启动后,提供算力的CPU,为各个电视接收端所在的区块链节点打包,并向全网广播其打包信息,以使得其他区块链节点接收其广播信息后,对接收到的广播信息进行存储。
本公开所提供的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法及系统,通过在现有电视系统中集成区块链技术,并引入基于区块链的原生代币Token--TVB。从技术上说,区块链和Token是可以完全分开。但Token结合上区块链,就能通过加密算法和分布式账本来确定真伪, 以及资产的唯一性,并通过共识算法进行流通,即在区块链上可以发行Token。用户在开机观看电视的时候,为全网提供算力,获取一定的TVB作为收益回报;用户可以上传付费内容,其他用户需要提供一定的TVB才可以观看。另外,广告商向用户投放广告时,观看的用户同样可以收取一定的TVB作为回报。赚取的TVB可以在电视区块链系统中流通,也可以在交易所进行交易。电视区块链生态系统,通过代币激励的方式,使得用户的付出获得相应的回报,代币TVB代表了区块链电视生态系统以及周边生态的使用权。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:
    位于区块链节点上的电视信息推送端将电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端;
    各个所述电视接收端对所述电视推送信息进行接收和投放,以及收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述电视推送信息为:广告信息;
    所述将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤包括:
    所述电视信息推送端查询后台服务器所存储的各个电视接收端的接收广告类型和接收广告收取虚拟数字币的标准,筛选出与所述广告信息的类型和预分配虚拟数字币相匹配的电视接收端;
    根据筛选出的各个所述电视接收端进行广告信息的推送。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述电视推送信息为:付费内容信息;
    所述将所述电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤包括:
    所述电视信息推送端查询后台服务器所存储的各个电视接收端的接收内容,筛选出与接收付费内容的电视接收端;
    根据筛选出的各个所述电视接收端进行付费内容信息的推送。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述位于区块链节点上的电视信息推送端将电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤之前包括:
    各个所述电视接收端创建交易账号,并设置所述交易账号的电视信息内容播放权限和虚拟数字币的存放地址。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币的步骤包括:
    各个所述电视接收端接收所述虚拟数字币,并对与所述虚拟数字币相对应的广告信息进行投放,其中,所述虚拟数字币为所述电视信息推送端对筛选出的各个所述电视接收端发送所述广告信息所支付的虚拟数字币。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述收取或支付与所投放的所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币的步骤包括:
    各个所述电视接收端接收所述付费内容信息,并支付与所述付费内容信息相对应的虚拟数字币到所述电视信息推送端之后,对所述付费内容信息进行播放。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述电视信息推送端查询后台服务器所存储的各个电视接收端的接收广告类型和接收广告收取虚拟数字币的标准,筛选出与所述广告信息的类型和预分配虚拟数字币相匹配的电视接收端的步骤包括:
    查找出各个电视接收端中开放广告投放和/或接收付费内容信息的电视接收端;
    从查找出的开放广告投放和/或接收付费内容信息的电视接收端中,筛选出与所述广告信息的类型、付费内容信息和/或预分配虚拟数字币相匹配信息的电视接收端。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述电视接收端中安装有算力模块,以及发行虚拟数字币,其中,所述算力模块用于提供算力的CPU。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述位于区块链节点上的电视信息推送端将电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的电视接收端的步骤之前,还包括:
    当电视接收端启动后,通过所述算力模块提供算力的CPU,为其所在的区块链节点打包,并向全网广播其打包信息;
    其他区块链节点接收其广播信息后,对接收到的广播信息进行存储。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述各个所述电视接收端接收所述付费内容信息,并收取与所述付费内容信息相对应的虚拟数字币之后,对所述付费内容信息进行播放的步骤包括:
    各个电视接收端通过算力模块获取虚拟数字币,并根据获取的虚拟数字币数目支付所述电视信息推送端虚拟数字币。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送方法,其特征在于,位于区块链节点上的所述电视信息推送端和所述电视接收端建立连接,并生成数据区块,把数据区块按照时间先后顺序连接起来组成区块链系统。
  12. 一种基于区块链的电视信息推送系统,其特征在于,包括至少一个电视信息推送端和至少一个电视接收端;
    位于区块链节点上的所述电视信息推送端将电视推送信息推送至各个区块链节点上的所述电视接收端;
    各个所述电视接收端对所述电视推送信息进行接收和投放,以及收取或支付与所述电视推送信息相对应的虚拟数字币。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述电视信息推送端为广告商终端所在的区块链节点和/或媒体运营商终端和/或其他电视接收端所在的区块链节点;所述电视接收端为任意一个智能电视所在区块链节点。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述电视接收端中安装有算力模块,以及发行虚拟数字币,其中,所述算力模块用于提供算力的CPU。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的基于区块链的电视信息推送系统,其特征在于,所述算力模块,用于当电视接收端启动后,提供算力的CPU,为各个电视接收端所在的区块链节点打包,并向全网广播其打包信息,以使得其他区块链节点接收其广播信息后,对接收到的广播信息进行存储。
