Description

夹持装置、包皮吻合及环切器械及其使用方法 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种执行包皮环切手术的器械。
背景技术
包皮环切术是泌尿外科最常见的手术之一,现有技术中,执行包皮环切手术通过以下两种方式来执行:即利用常规器械执行的传统包皮环切手术以及利用特殊器械执行的包皮环切手术,其中,利用常规手术器械执行的传统包皮吻合手术主要步骤包括:锐性切割包皮、止血及缝合等操作,此种手术方式存在着耗时较长,费时费力等问题。
利用特殊器械所进行的包皮环切手术,通常是指利用包皮吻合及环切器械,通过同时切割和吻合包皮内外板,完成包皮环切手术,此种手术方式的特点包括:手术时间短,出血量少,无需针线缝合,且具有外观整齐,美观,术后瘢痕较小的优点。因此,包皮吻合器在包皮环切手术中的使用具有极大的优势。
然而,当前所应用的包皮吻合器上存在以下问题:第一,现有的包皮吻合器(如“商环”)并非术中一次性切割使用,而是需患者在术后携带吻合器,“加压套住”包皮切口数日,导致术后患者的生活不便,且易导致包皮水肿、切口疼痛等问题;第二,现有的包皮吻合器在术中切割包皮时,其底座部分会遮挡住部分阴茎体及龟头部分,导致医师无法在直视条件下调整包皮或系带需保留的长度,也无法精确调整包皮切除的范围,因此,存在着包皮切除过度或不足的误操作可能,造成手术的安全性不足以及精确度不高的问题。
有鉴于此,目前业界开发出一种吻合装置,可以克服上述现有技术中的各种问题,然而,所开发的吻合装置由于本身结构较为特殊,因此,如何能提供一种与上述吻合装置的结构相适配的夹持装置,以进一步降低手术操作难度并提高手术的安全性,即为本申请待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请的主要目的在于提供一种夹持装置、包皮吻合及环切器械及其使用方法,可根据实际需求而经由夹持装置精确操控吻合装置在预操作状态以及操作状态之间切换,增加了手术操作的方便性和可控性,并可提高手术的精确性以及安全性。
本申请的另一目的在于提供一种夹持装置、包皮吻合及环切器械及其使用方法,可降低手术的操作难度并实现医生单人操作即可完成手术的目的。
为达上述目前及其他相关目的,本申请提供一种夹持装置,其包括:第一夹持件、第二夹持件、第三夹持件、以及枢接件;其中,所述第二夹持件可拆卸地组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成夹持组件,所述枢接件用于枢接所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、与所述第三夹持件,以供所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、和所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心枢转;且其中,当所述第二夹持件组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成所述夹持组件时,可令所述第一夹持件受力或令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件受力,而使所述夹持组件与所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心相对枢转,直至所述夹持组件与所述第三夹持件之间形成第一夹角;以及可令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件继续受力,使得所述第二夹持件与所述第一夹持件相互脱离,以令第二夹持件与第三夹持件之间保持所述第一夹角,而令所述第一夹持件以所述枢接件为中心进一步枢转,直至所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件之间形成小于所述第一夹角的第二夹角。

由上可见,本申请所提供的夹持装置,通过令第二夹持件可拆卸地与第一夹持件组合而构成夹持组件,使得夹持组件与第三夹持件之间形成第一夹角,并通过令第二夹持件与第一夹持件脱离,使得第一夹持件进一步枢转而 与第三夹持件之间形成小于第一夹角的第二夹角,借以实现分段式夹持的技术效果。
此外,本申请所提供的包皮吻合及环切器械,利用上述夹持装置可以精确地操控吻合装置在预操作状态以及操作状态下切换,从而降低手术操作的难度,并实现了医生单人操作即可完成手术的目的,还可有效提高手术的安全性。

为了使本领域的人员更好地理解本申请实施例中的技术方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请实施例一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请实施例中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请实施例保护的范围。
请参考图1至图3,本申请的一实施例提供一种夹持装置10,如图所示,夹持装置10主要包括第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、第三夹持件13和枢接件14。
第二夹持件12可拆卸地组合至第一夹持件11上而构成夹持组件15(如图2所示状态)。于本实施例中,夹持装置10还包括组合件16,如图所示,其包括设置于第一夹持件11上的第一卡合件161和设置于第二夹持件12上的第二卡合件162,通过令第一卡合件161与第二卡合件162相互卡合,以提供第二夹持件12可拆卸式地组合至第一夹持件11上。枢接件14用于分别枢接第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、与第三夹持件13,以供第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、和第三夹持件13以枢接件14为中心枢转。
其中,当第二夹持件12组合至第一夹持件11上而构成夹持组件15时,可令第一夹持件11受力,或者令第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13共同受力,而使夹持组件15(即借由第一夹持件11带动第二夹持件12同步作动)与第三夹持件13以枢接件14为中心相对枢转,直至夹持组件15与第三夹持件13之间形成第一夹角。于此状态下,可令第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13继续受力,使得第二夹持件12与第一夹持件11相互脱离,以在第二夹持件12与第三夹持件13之间仍保持第一夹角的情况下,令第一夹持件11以枢接件14为中心进一步枢转,直至第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13之间形成小于第一夹角的第二夹角。
请参阅图3,于本申请中,第一夹持件11具有第一枢接部111、第一夹持部112和第一致动部113,第二夹持件12具有第二枢接部121和第二夹持部122,第三夹持件13具有第三枢接部131、第三夹持部132和第三致动部133。具体而言,第一枢接部111、第二枢接部121、第三枢接部131提供第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、与第三夹持件13分别枢接至枢接件14上,而第一夹持件11上的第一致动部113与第三夹持件13上的第三致动部133则用于提供施加作用力。
于一实施例中,第一枢接部111与第一致动部113分别位于第一夹持部112的两端,第三枢接部131与第三致动部133分别位于第三夹持部132的 两端,而第二枢接部121则位于第二夹持件12的一端,借以构成图1至图2所示的夹持装置10的结构形态。然,并不以此为限,于另一实施例中,第一枢接部111位于第一夹持部112与第一枢接部111之间,第三枢接部131位于第三夹持部132与第三枢接部131之间,而第二枢接部121则位于第二夹持件12的一端,借以构成如图9所示的夹持装置10的结构形态。
此外,本申请还提供一种包皮吻合及环切器械1,用于吻合并环切阴茎上的包皮,如图4、图5、图7所示,本申请的包皮吻合及环切器械1由夹持装置10以及吻合装置20所构成。
请结合参考图6,吻合装置20具有上吻合结构21与下吻合结构22,其中,上吻合结构21还具有第一上结构本体211与第二上结构本体212,第一上结构本体211可相对于第二上结构本体212轴向移动,且第一上结构本体211与第二上结构本体212之间保持周向固定。
于具体的实施例中,上吻合结构21还包括上穿设通道210、上环切件213、与上吻合件214。请结合参考图6以及图7A所示,上穿设通道210贯穿第一上结构本体211与第二上结构本体212,上环切件213设于第一上结构本体211上并周向环绕上穿设通道210,上吻合件214分设于第一上结构本体211与第二上结构本体212上,并周向环绕上穿设通道210。请配合参考图6及图8,下吻合结构22还包括下穿设通道220、下结构本体221、下环切件222、以及下吻合件223,其中,下穿设通道220轴向贯穿下结构本体221,下环切件222与下吻合件223分别设于下结构本体221上并周向环绕下穿设通道220。
具体而言,上穿设通道210与下穿设通道220用于提供上吻合结构21与下吻合结构22共轴装配于所述阴茎上。
上吻合件214可包括周向布设于第一上结构本体211上的多个钉仓2141及存放于各钉仓2141内的多个吻合钉2142,以及周向布设于第二上结构本体212上的多个钉道2143,下吻合件223则包括周向布设于下结构本体221上的多个钉座2231,其中,各钉座2231,各钉道2143,以及各钉仓2141的设置位置为一一对应,各钉仓2141可通过各钉道2143推出存放于其中的各吻合钉2142,各钉座2231用于对推出的各吻合钉2142提供支撑力且铆弯各吻合钉2142的钉脚,从而对包皮执行吻合操作。上环切件213可包括设于第一上结构本体211上的环切刀,下环切件222可包括设于下结构本体221上的刀槽,借以针对包皮执行环切操作。于本实施例中,上吻合件214与下吻合件223分别具有第一外径,上环切件213与下环切件222分别具有第二内径,且第一外径小于第二内径,借以提供上环切件213与下环切件222在完外圈执行包皮环切操作的同时令上吻合件214与下吻合件223在内圈执行 包皮的吻合操作,以实现包皮吻合及环切操作的同步执行,可在简化手术操作步骤的同时亦能有效提高手术的安全性。
另外,本申请的吻合装置20还可包括预紧件,于本实施例所示的附图中,预紧件例如为套设在下结构本体221上的预紧环224(如图6及图8所示),其中,预紧环224的内径为可调节,用于针对待切割的包皮提供预紧固定的作用。需说明的是,上述预紧件的结构设计并不以图6及图8所示的实施例为限,亦可采用其他方式予以实现,由于其并非本申请的技术重点,故在此不予赘述。
此外,上吻合结构21还包括限位结构215,其包括设于第一上结构本体211上的第一限位件215A与设在第二上结构本体212上的第二限位件215B。于本实施例中,第一限位部215A例如为设置在第一上结构本体211的内壁上的凸块215A,而第二限位单元215B例如为沿第二上结构本体212的轴向而设置在第二上结构本体212的外壁上的凹槽215B,通过令凸块215A在凹槽215B内滑动,以供第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212轴向移动。再者,限位结构215上还定义有第一限位部2151与第二限位部2152,于本实施例中,第一限位部2151与第二限位部2152例如分别位于凹槽215B的两端,借以限定第一上结构本体211(凸块215A)在由第一限位部2151与第二限位部2152所定义的行程范围内相对于第二上结构本体212进行轴向移动。再者,借由上述的限位结构215亦可实现第一上结构本体211与第二上结构本体212之间保持周向固定,从而利于上吻合件214与下吻合件223之间的位置对准。
于本申请中,吻合装置20可随着第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212的轴向移动而在预操作状态和操作状态之间切换。具体而言,当吻合装置20处于预操作状态时,第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212位于第一限位部2151的位置(参考图4所示状态),于此状态下,上吻合件214与下吻合件223之间以及上环切件213和下环切件222之间均不发生作用,以供医生利用预紧件(例如预紧环224)执行包皮的预紧固定操作。当吻合装置20由预操作切换为操作状态时,第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212由第一限位部2151轴向移动至第二限位部2152。而当吻合装置20处于操作状态时,第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212位于第二限位部2152的位置(参考图5所示状态),于此状态下,上吻合件214与下吻合件223协同配合以针对包皮执行吻合操作,同时,上环切件213与下环切件222亦协同配合以针对包皮执行环切操作,借以实现联动执行包皮的吻合及环切操作。
夹持装置10的结构于上述图1至图3所示的实施例大致相同,主要包 括第一夹持件11,第二夹持件12,第三夹持件13,以及分别枢接第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、与第三夹持件13的枢接件14。其中,第一夹持件11用于组装上吻合结构21的第一上结构本体211。第二夹持件12用于组装上吻合结构21的第二上结构本体212,且第二夹持件12可拆卸式地组合至第一夹持件11上而构成夹持组件15。于一实施例中,夹持装置10还包括组合件16,其本实施例中,组合件16包括设置于第一夹持件11上的第一卡合件161和设置于第二夹持件12上的第二卡合件162(如图5所示),通过令第一卡合件161与第二卡合件162相互卡合,以提供第二夹持件12可拆卸式地组合至第一夹持件11上。第三夹持件13用于组装吻合装置20的下吻合结构22。
请配合参阅图3,于另一实施例中,第一夹持件11还具有第一枢接部111、第一夹持部112和第一致动部113;第二夹持件12具有第二枢接部121和第二夹持部122;第三夹持件13具有第三枢接部131、第三夹持部132和第三致动部133;其中,第一枢接部111、第二枢接部121、第三枢接部131用于提供第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、与第三夹持件13枢接至枢接件14上,于本实施例中,第一枢接部111、第二枢接部121和第三枢接部131例如为形成在第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12和第三夹持件13上的枢接孔,枢接件14例如为枢接杆,通过令第一枢接部111、第二枢接部121和第三枢接部131穿设于枢接件14上,以供第一夹持件11、第二夹持件12、与第三夹持件13得绕枢接件14进行转动作动。此外,第一致动部113与第三致动部133用于提供施加作用力,而第一夹持部112、第二夹持部122、与第三夹持部132用于提供组装第一上结构本体211、第二上结构本体212与下吻合结构22。
此外,本申请的夹持装置10可以不同结构形态予以实现。于一实施例中,第一枢接部111与第一致动部113分别位于第一夹持部112的两端,第三枢接部131与第三致动部133分别位于第三夹持部132的两端,而第二枢接部121则位于第二夹持件12的一端,借以构成图1至图5所示的夹持装置10的结构形态。然并不以此为限,于另一实施例中,第一枢接部111位于第一夹持部112与第一枢接部111之间,第三枢接部131位于第三夹持部132与第三枢接部131之间,而第二枢接部121则位于第二夹持件12的一端,借以构成如图9所示的夹持装置10的结构形态。
此外,为使本申请的夹持装置10可适配于不同口径的吻合装置20,以降低成本,于本实施例中,第一夹持件11还具有可脱卸地组装在第一夹持部112上的第一适配单元114,第二夹持件12还具有可脱卸地组装在第二夹持部122上的第二适配单元124,第三夹持部132还具有可脱卸地组装在第 三夹持部132上的第三适配单元134(如图3所示),其中,不同的第一适配单元114、第二适配单元124、第三适配单元134可具有不同的内径,借以提供第一夹持部112、第二夹持部122和第三夹持部132适配组装具有不同直径(外径)的第一上结构本体211、第二上结构本体212、与下吻合结构22。
请继续参阅图3,于较佳实施例中,第一适配单元114为枢接至第一夹持部112上,以使第一适配单元114可相对于第一夹持部112转动,从而提供第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13在以枢接件14为中心相对枢转时,可令上第一上结构本体211的周向截面与下吻合结构22的周向截面之间始终保持平行(参考图2),借以确保上环切件213与下环切件222,上吻合件214与下吻合件223在协同作业时,可保持周向方向上的受力均匀,从而确保包皮环切及吻合操作的顺利执行。
再者,上述夹持装置10还可提供吻合装置20的上吻合结构21与下吻合结构22之间保持周向固定。具体而言,于另一实施例中,包皮吻合及环切器械1还包括上结合组件31与下结合组件32,其中,上结合组件31包括设于第二夹持件12(第二适配单元124)上的第一上结合单元31a(如图1及图3所示)以及设于第二上结构本体212上的第二上结合单元31b,通过令第一上结合单元31a和第二上结合单元31b相互卡合,以供第二上结构本体212组装于第二夹持件12上且令二者之间周向固定。在此,下结合组件32包括设于第三夹持件13(第三适配单元134)上的第一下结合单元32a(如图1及图3所示)以及设于下结构本体221上的第二下结合单元32b,通过令第一下结合单元32a和第二下结合单元32b相互卡合,以供下结构本体221组装于第三夹持件13上且令二者之间周向固定。此外,如上所述,由于第二上结构本体212与第一上结构本体211之间亦保持周向固定,因此,可借由夹持装置10以提供吻合装置20的上吻合结构21与下吻合结构22之间周向固定,从而确保包皮吻合操作的顺利执行。
于本实施例中,当夹持装置10的第二夹持件12组合至第一夹持件11上而构成夹持组件15时,组装至第二夹持件12上的第二上结构本体212与组装至第一夹持件11上的第一上结构本体211可通过相对于枢接件14枢转,亦即,以上吻合结构21为整体相对于枢接件14枢转,且第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212位于第一限位部2151的位置,于此状态下,可令第一夹持件11受力或令第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13一并受力,而致动夹持组件15与第三夹持件13以枢接件14为中心相对枢转,从而带动上吻合结构21与下吻合结构22相向移动,直至吻合装置20处于预操作状态,例如,上吻合结构21的第二上结构本体212与下吻合结构22相互抵顶,且 第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212仍保持位于第一限位部2151的位置(参考图4所示状态)。如上所述,于此状态下,上吻合件214与下吻合件223之间以及上环切件213和下环切件222之间均不发生作用,可提供医生执行包皮的预紧固定操作(例如利用预紧环224)。
当吻合装置20处于预操作状态时,可令第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13继续受力,使得第二夹持件12与第一夹持件11相互脱离,并致动第一夹持件11以枢接件14为中心进一步相对枢转,以带动第一上结构本体211朝接近下吻合结构22的方向相对于第二上结构本体212轴向移动(亦即,令第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212由第一限位部2151朝第二限位部2152的方向移动),直至吻合装置20由预操作状态切换至操作状态,即第一上结构本体211相对于第二上结构本体212位于第二限位部2152的位置(参考图5所示状态)。如上所述,于此状态下,上吻合件214与下吻合件223协同配合以针对包皮执行吻合操作,同时,上环切件213与下环切件222亦协同配合以针对包皮执行环切操作。
再者,本申请还提供一种包皮吻合及环切器械的使用方法,其主要包括以下处理步骤:
将吻合装置组装至夹持装置上,其具体包括,将第一上结构本体211组装于第一夹持件11上,将第二上结构本体212组装于第二夹持件12上,并将下吻合结构22组装于第三夹持件13上。
令夹持装置的第二夹持件12组合至第一夹持件11上而构成夹持组件15,以使吻合装置的第二上结构本体212与第一上结构本体211之间形成联动作动关系。
可令阴茎分别穿过下穿设通道与上穿设通道,而将下吻合结构与上吻合结构共轴装配于阴茎上,且令阴茎的龟头部分从上穿设通道伸出并外露。
通过对第一夹持件11施加作用力,或者针对第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13同时施加作用力,以致动夹持组件15与第三夹持件13以枢接件14为中心相对枢转,而带动第二上结构本体212随第一上结构本体211同步向接近下吻合结构22的方向移动,直至吻合装置20处于预操作状态。于此状态下,待切割的部分包皮被夹设在第二上结构本体212与下吻合结构22之间,且上吻合件214与下吻合件223之间,上环切件213和下环切件222之间均不发生作用,医生可以针对待切割的包皮进行调整操作。需说明的是,于此过程中,本申请还可包括利用吻合装置20针对待切割的包皮执行预紧固定操作,然而,由于上述预紧固定操作可通过各种不同的实施方式予以实现,且与本申请的夹持装置10并无直接关联,为避免模糊本申请的技术重点,在此将不予赘述。
对第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13继续施加作用力,使得第二夹持件12与第一夹持件11相互脱离,并使第一夹持件11与第三夹持件13以枢接件14为中心进一步相对枢转,进而带动第一上结构本体211朝接近下吻合结构22的方向相对于第二上结构本体212轴向移动,直至吻合装置20由预操作状态切换至操作状态,即上吻合件214与下吻合件223协同配合以吻合所述包皮,且上环切件213与下环切件222协同配合以环切所述包皮,从而完成包皮的吻合及环切操作。
综上所述,本申请所提供的夹持装置利用分段式夹持功能,以控制吻合装置在预操作状态与操作状态下切换,从而方便了包皮吻合及环切手术的执行,实现了医生单人操作即可完成手术的目的,还可有效提高手术的安全性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种夹持装置,其包括:第一夹持件、第二夹持件、第三夹持件、以及枢接件;其中,
    所述第二夹持件可拆卸地组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成夹持组件,所述枢接件用于枢接所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、与所述第三夹持件,以供所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、和所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心枢转;且其中,
    当所述第二夹持件组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成所述夹持组件时,可令所述第一夹持件受力或令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件受力,而使所述夹持组件与所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心相对枢转,直至所述夹持组件与所述第三夹持件之间形成第一夹角;以及
    可令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件继续受力,使得所述第二夹持件与所述第一夹持件相互脱离,以令第二夹持件与第三夹持件之间保持所述第一夹角,而令所述第一夹持件以所述枢接件为中心进一步枢转,直至所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件之间形成小于所述第一夹角的第二夹角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述夹持装置还包括组合件,其分设于所述第一夹持件与所述第二夹持件上,用于提供所述第二夹持件可拆卸式地组合至所述第一夹持件上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的夹持装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持件具有第一枢接部、第一夹持部和第一致动部,所述第二夹持件具有第二枢接部和第二夹持部,所述第三夹持件具有第三枢接部、第三夹持部和第三致动部;其中,
    所述第一枢接部、所述第二枢接部、所述第三枢接部用于提供所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、与所述第三夹持件分别枢接所述枢接件,所述第一致动部与所述第三致动部用于提供施加作用力;且其中,
    所述第一枢接部与所述第一致动部分别位于所述第一夹持部的两端,所述第三枢接部与所述第三致动部分别位于所述第三夹持部的两端,所述第二枢接部位于所述第二夹持件的一端;或者,所述第一枢接部位于所述第一夹持部与所述第一枢接部之间,所述第三枢接部位于所述第三夹持部与所述第三枢接部之间,所述第二枢接部位于所述第二夹持件的一端。
  4. 一种包皮吻合及环切器械,用于吻合并环切阴茎上的包皮,其特征在于,包括:
    吻合装置,其具有上吻合结构与下吻合结构,且所述上吻合结构还具有第一上结构本体与第二上结构本体,所述第一上结构本体可相对于所述第二 上结构本体轴向移动,且所述第一上结构本体与所述第二上结构本体之间保持周向固定,所述吻合装置可随所述第一上结构本体相对于所述第二上结构本体的轴向移动而在预操作状态和操作状态之间切换;以及
    夹持装置,其具有:
    第一夹持件,其用于组装所述上吻合结构的所述第一上结构本体;
    第二夹持件,其用于组装所述上吻合结构的所述第二上结构本体,且所述第二夹持件可拆卸式地组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成夹持组件;
    第三夹持件,其用于组装所述下吻合结构;以及
    枢接件,其用于枢接所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、与所述第三夹持件,以供所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、和所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心枢转;其中,
    当所述第二夹持件组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成所述夹持组件时,可令所述第一夹持件受力或令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件受力,而致动所述夹持组件与所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心相对枢转,并带动所述上吻合结构与所述下吻合结构相向移动,直至所述吻合装置处于所述预操作状态;以及
    当所述吻合装置处于所述预操作状态时,可令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件继续受力,使得所述第二夹持件与第一夹持件相互脱离,并致动所述第一夹持件以所述枢接件为中心进一步相对枢转,以带动所述第一上结构本体朝接近所述下吻合结构的方向相对于所述第二上结构本体轴向移动,直至所述吻合装置由预操作状态切换至所述操作状态,借以吻合并环切所述阴茎上的所述包皮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,所述夹持装置还包括组合件,其分设于所述第一夹持件与所述第二夹持件上,用于提供所述第二夹持件可拆卸式地组合至所述第一夹持件上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,
    所述上吻合结构还包括上穿设通道、上环切件、与上吻合件,其中,所述上穿设通道贯穿所述第一上结构本体与所述第二上结构本体,所述上环切件设于所述第一上结构本体上并周向环绕所述上穿设通道,所述上吻合件分设于所述第一上结构本体与所述第二上结构本体上,并周向环绕所述上穿设通道;
    所述下吻合结构还包括下穿设通道、下结构本体、下环切件、以及下吻合件,其中,所述下穿设通道轴向贯穿所述下结构本体,所述下环切件与所述下吻合件分别设于所述下结构本体上并周向环绕所述下穿设通道;且其中,
    所述上穿设通道与所述下穿设通道用于提供所述上吻合结构与所述下吻 合结构共轴装配于所述阴茎上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,
    所述上吻合结构还包括限位结构,其分设于所述第一上结构本体与所述第二上结构本体上,所述限位结构上定义有第一限位部与第二限位部,借以限定所述第一上结构本体在由所述第一限位部与所述第二限位部所定义的行程范围内相对于所述第二上结构本体进行轴向移动;且其中,
    当所述吻合装置处于所述预操作状态时,所述第一上结构本体相对于所述第二上结构本体位于所述第一限位部,且于此状态下,所述上吻合件与所述下吻合件之间,所述上环切件和所述下环切件之间均不发生作用;
    当所述吻合装置由所述预操作切换为所述操作状态时,所述第一上结构本体相对于所述第二上结构本体由所述第一限位部轴向移动至所述第二限位部;
    当所述吻合装置处于所述操作状态时,所述第一上结构本体相对于所述第二上结构本体位于所述第二限位部,且于此状态下,所述上吻合件与所述下吻合件协同配合以吻合所述包皮,且所述上环切件与所述下环切件协同配合以环切所述包皮。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,所述限位结构还用于提供所述第一上结构本体与所述第二上结构本体之间保持周向固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,所述包皮吻合及环切器械还包括上结合组件与下结合组件,其中,所述上结合组件用于结合所述第二夹持件与所述第二上结构本体并使二者之间周向固定,所述下结合组件用于结合所述第三夹持件与所述下结构本体并使二者之间周向固定,以借由所述夹持装置提供所述上吻合结构与所述下吻合结构之间周向固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,
    所述上吻合件包括周向布设于所述第一上结构本体上的多个钉仓及存放于所述钉仓内的多个吻合钉,以及周向布设于所述第二上结构本体上的多个钉道,所述下吻合件包括周向布设于所述下结构本体上的多个钉座,其中,各所述钉座,各所述钉道,以及各所述钉仓的设置位置为一一对应,各所述钉仓通过各所述钉道推出存放于其中的各所述吻合钉,各所述钉座用于对推出的各所述吻合钉提供支撑力且铆弯各所述吻合钉的钉脚,从而对所述包皮执行吻合操作;
    所述上环切件包括设于所述第一上结构本体上的环切刀,所述下环切件包括设于所述下结构本体上的刀槽;以及
    所述上吻合件与所述下吻合件分别具有第一外径,所述上环切件与所述下环切件分别具有第二内径,且所述第一外径小于所述第二内径。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,
    所述第一夹持件具有第一枢接部、第一夹持部和第一致动部;所述第二夹持件具有第二枢接部和第二夹持部;所述第三夹持件具有第三枢接部、第三夹持部和第三致动部;其中,
    所述第一枢接部、所述第二枢接部、所述第三枢接部用于提供所述第一夹持件、所述第二夹持件、与所述第三夹持件枢接所述枢接件,所述第一致动部与所述第三致动部用于提供施加作用力,所述第一夹持部、所述第二夹持部、与所述第三夹持部用于提供组装所述第一上结构本体、所述第二上结构本体、与所述下吻合结构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,所述第一夹持件还具有设于所述第一夹持部上的第一适配单元,所述第二夹持件还具有设于所述第二夹持部上的第二适配单元,所述第三夹持部还具有设于所述第三夹持部上的第三适配单元,借以提供所述第一夹持部、所述第二夹持部和所述第三夹持部适配组装具有不同直径的所述第一上结构本体、所述第二上结构本体、与所述下吻合结构。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,所述第一适配单元为枢接至所述第一夹持部上,以供所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件在以所述枢接件为中心相对枢转时,令所述第一上结构本体的周向截面与所述下吻合结构的周向截面之间始终保持平行。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,所述第一枢接部与所述第一致动部分别位于所述第一夹持部的两端,所述第三枢接部与所述第三致动部分别位于所述第三夹持部的两端,所述第二枢接部位于所述第二夹持件的一端;或者,所述第一枢接部位于所述第一夹持部与所述第一枢接部之间,所述第三枢接部位于所述第三夹持部与所述第三枢接部之间,所述第二枢接部位于所述第二夹持件的一端。
  15. 一种包皮吻合及环切器械的使用方法,应用于根据权利要求4至14中任一项所述的包皮吻合及环切器械,其特征在于,该方法包括以下处理步骤:
    将所述第一上结构本体组装于所述第一夹持件上,将所述第二上结构本体组装于所述第二夹持件上,并将所述下吻合结构组装于所述第三夹持件上;
    令所述第二夹持件组合至所述第一夹持件上而构成所述夹持组件,以使所述第二上结构本体与所述第一上结构本体形成联动;
    令所述第一夹持件受力或令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件同时受力, 以致动所述夹持组件与所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心相对枢转,而带动所述第二上结构本体随所述第一上结构本体同步向接近所述下吻合结构的方向移动,直至所述吻合装置处于所述预操作状态;以及
    令所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件继续受力,使得所述第二夹持件与所述第一夹持件相互脱离,并使所述第一夹持件与所述第三夹持件以所述枢接件为中心进一步相对枢转,借以带动所述第一上结构本体朝接近所述下吻合结构的方向相对于所述第二上结构本体轴向移动,直至所述吻合装置由预操作状态切换至所述操作状态,从而针对阴茎上的包皮执行吻合及环切操作。
