发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种移位器,能够在载有病人时调节高度,并且可进行无级的高度调节,使用效果更好。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种移位器,包括:底架、设置在底架上方的座架组件、设置在所述底架与所述座架组件之间的螺旋升降机构,通过所述螺旋升降机构能够调节底架与座架组件之间的间隔距离。

根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3所示,所述换向连接机构包括一蜗杆35及一与蜗杆35对应的蜗轮36,所述螺母34固定设置在底架1上,所述螺杆33转动设置在升降架31上,所述蜗轮36设置在螺杆33上,所述蜗杆35转动设置在升降架31上并能够与蜗轮36啮合,通过蜗杆35可将驱动螺旋升降机构3的机构延伸至移位器的侧面,方便进行高度调节。
当然,在具体实施过程中,所述换向连接机构还可为万向节机构,也可将驱动螺旋升降机构3的机构延伸至移位器的侧面,在此不作详述。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2所示,所述蜗杆35上连接有一摇手351,以方便转动蜗杆35调节座架组件的高度。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图3所示,所述摇手351为一可折叠摇手,以减少占据的空间,方便移动移位器。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2所示,所述滑杆11配置有两组并设置在底架1上,所述第一座架21和第二座架22上分别设置有与两组滑杆11对应的套管23,所述升降架31两侧分别设置有两组滑杆11对应的升降套管32,以提高升降移动的平衡性。
当然,在具体实施过程中,也可采用单一的滑杆11或2组以上的滑杆11,在此不作详述。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2所示,所述第一座架21和第二座架22的后侧分别设置有推手24,以方便推动移位器。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1所示,第一座架21和第二座架22的前侧设置有前拉手223,以方便移动移位器。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2所示,所述第一座架21和/或第二座架22上设置有能够用于插装点滴架的插装座25,以方便放置点滴架。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图4、图5所示,所述第一座架21和第二座架22之间设置有锁扣装置26,以方便锁定第一座架21和第二座架22,防止在乘坐过程中打开,提高安全性。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1所示,底架1上设置有若干带刹车功能的滚轮12,以方便移位器的移动,并可刹车停止。
在具体实施过程中,所述滚轮可通过摩擦片刹车或卡位刹车,均为滚轮领域中较为常见的结构,在此不作详述。
根据本发明的一些实施例,如图1所示,所述第一座架21和第二座架22上分别设置靠背垫221和扶手222,以提高乘坐的舒适性。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述优选方式可以自由地组合和叠加。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 移位器,其特征在于,包括:
    底架(1);
    座架组件,所述座架组件设置在底架(1)上方,其包括相对设置并能相对转动的第一座架(21)和第二座架(22);
    螺旋升降机构(3),所述螺旋升降机构(3)设置在所述底架(1)与所述座架组件之间,通过所述螺旋升降机构(3)能够调节底架(1)与座架组件之间的间隔距离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述座架组件通过一滑动机构滑动设置在底架(1)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述滑动机构包括滑杆(11)及套设在滑杆(11)上并能与滑杆(11)滑动配合的套管(23),所述滑杆(11)与所述套管(23)二者其一设置在底架(1)上,另一设置在座架组件上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述螺旋升降机构(3)包括升降架(31),所述升降架(31)上设置有与滑杆(11)对应的升降套管(32),所述升降套管(32)滑动套装在滑杆(11)上,所述螺旋升降机构(3)能够驱动升降架(31)相对于底架(1)升降移动,并能够通过升降架(31)推动座架组件向上移动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述螺旋升降机构(3)还包括转动设置在升降架(31)或底架(1)上的螺杆(33)、及与螺杆(33)对应的设置在底架(1)或升降架(31)上的螺母(34)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述螺杆(33)连接至一换向连接机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述换向连接机构包括一蜗杆(35)及一与蜗杆(35)对应的蜗轮(36),所述螺母(34)固定设置在底架(1)上,所述螺杆(33)转动设置在升降架(31)上,所述蜗轮(36)设置在螺杆(33)上,所述蜗杆(35)转动设置在升降架(31)上并能够与蜗轮(36)啮合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述蜗杆(35)上连接有一摇手(351)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述滑杆(11)配置有两组并设置在底架(1)上,所述第一座架(21)和第二座架(22)上分别设置有与两组滑杆(11)对应的套管(23),所述升降架(31)两侧分别设置有两组滑杆(11)对应的升降套管(32)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的移位器,其特征在于,
    所述第一座架(21)和第二座架(22)的后侧分别设置有推手(24),所述第一座架(21)和/或第二座架(22)上设置有能够用于插装点滴架的插装座(25),所述第一座架(21)和第二座架(22)之间设置有锁扣装置(26),所述底架(1)上设置有若干带刹车功能的滚轮(12)。
