1.体积小巧轻薄,提高婴儿和父母的睡眠质量。架体和床体可以做的很薄很小,整体婴儿摇床可以放置在父母床上,给予婴儿能够看得见父母的安全感,同时在婴儿哭闹时,父母不需要下床进行安抚,直接在床上侧身进行安抚,同时打开自动婴儿摇床的自动摇哄功能,即能够方便对婴儿进行照顾,便利性强。
2.减少噪声的产生,以及辐射担心的影响。通过对动力连接件以及驱动装置进行分离连接,有效减少了电机运行噪声对于婴儿的影响,同时也解决辐射对婴儿影响担心的问题。
3.可以实现各个方向的摇哄。通过对动力连接件的设置方式进行设置,可以实现对婴儿床进行上下摇哄、左右摇哄、前后摇哄和水平左右转摆摇哄,能够满足实际生活的各种需要。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本实用新型的优点和特征更易被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本实用新型的保护范围作出更为清楚的界定。
实施例1
本实施例中,如附图1~3和附图11所示,具有床体1、架体2、动力连接件3和驱动装置4,床体1的床头一侧设置有减震连接台,床头一侧的中部还设置有提拉口11;架体2上设置有固定口21;动力连接件3包括有提拉装置和减力装置32,减力装置32设置在减力连接台12和架体2之间,动力连接件3包括有固定锚31,驱动装置4包括有可弯曲动力线41和套管42,固定锚31设置在可弯曲动力线41的末端,套管42嵌套设置在可弯曲动力线41外部,固定锚31设置在固定口21上,而套管42的管口边缘则卡合在提拉口11上;驱动装置4的驱动电机与可弯曲动力线41连接,对可弯曲动力线41进行施力动作。
在进行工作时,减力装置32通过减力连接台12与床体1进行连接,因为床体1自身重力的作用,会对减力装置32进行一定量的压缩,以达到平衡状态,在此状态下,提拉装置只需要采用很小的力即可对床体1进行提升,有利于提高机械效率,降低提拉的功率,提高设备整体的使用寿命。对驱动电机进行指令动作,驱动电机对可弯曲动力线41进行周期性的拉紧和放松的动作。在这个动作中,可弯曲动力线41的另一端通过固定锚31固定在架体2上,而架体2是抵着平面的,因此不会运动,由套管42的管口卡定的提拉口11因为活动不受限制,因此受力向上提升,即将床体1整体进行向上提升,形成床体1的床头“向上”的动作;在驱动电机周期性对可弯曲动力线41进行放松时,因为放松后套管42没有驱动电机施加的力进行平衡维持,而床头此时处于被提升的状态,床体1的重力与减力装置32的提升力不能够相互抵消,受到重力差的作用,向下复位,形成床体11的床头“向下”的运动动作,向下运动的动能会被减力装置3232不断吸收,最终停止下落,床体1回到初始位置,因为有减力装置32的存在,能够保证下落的舒适感。
以上在整个过程,整体的抬升高度不超过5cm,一可以模仿人对婴儿摇哄的动作更真实;二可以保证婴儿在整体摇哄过程中的安全;三使得整体做的更薄,能够放置在父母的床 上,形成同在一张床,相互能看见的使用体验,有效减少婴儿不安的情绪以及父母使用摇床的不便;因此整体装置安全可靠。
在本实施例中,使用的可弯曲动力线41,为刚性可弯曲线体,如钢丝线。本实施例中,还可以在床体1与架体2之间设置导轨,用以辅助动作幅度以及精度,保证摇哄质量,防止动作变形导致婴儿安全问题。
本实施例中,驱动装置4中为驱动电机带动,但也可选择其他驱动方式,只需要满足能够周期性对可弯曲动力线41进行拉伸放松即可。
实施例2
本实施与实施例1的区别在于,如附图4所示,具有两个对称设的动力连接件3,分别安装在床头以及床尾,且均与架体22连接。
在进行工作时,两个动力连接件3同时对床体1进行抬升,并且同时进行释放,模仿成人整体摇哄的动作,使得婴儿更加舒适入睡。
实施例3
本实施例中,如附图5~6所示,包括有床体1、架体2、弹力装置33、动力装置和驱动装置4,在床头和床尾均设置有弹力装置33,本实施例中的弹力装置33为塔簧331,塔簧331设置在床体1的床头一侧下方,塔簧331的另一侧与架体2连接,在床体1的床尾处通过转轴22与架体2连接。
动力装置包括有可弯曲动力线41和套管42。可弯曲动力线41的一端与床体1的床头处连接,另一端与驱动装置4连接。套管42嵌套设置在可弯曲动力线41外部,套管42的管口卡定在架体2上。
在进行工作时,驱动装置4对可弯曲动力线41进行周期性的拉紧和放松的动作。在这个动作中,在收紧时,因为管口卡定在架体2上,因此套管42不会发生运动,此时可弯曲动力线41则拉动床体1向下运动,形成床体1“向下”的运动动作,在这个动作中,塔簧331会被压缩,弹力逐渐增大;在放松可弯曲动力线41时,因为塔簧331的弹性作用,会将床体1回弹至初始位置,在这个回弹的动作中,形成床体1“向上”的运动动作。
在整个过程中,因为塔簧331可以被压缩得很低,因此可以控制塔簧331的弹力,在一定受力范围内,塔簧331的压缩量可以使得整体摇床的厚度更薄,提高产品的放置在父母床上的舒适感。
在本实施例中,弹力装置33可以不限于塔簧331,也可以使用弹性材料块或其他弹性结构,只需满足回弹的需要即可。
实施例4
本实施例中,如附图7所示,与实施例4的区别在于,在床头和床尾均对称设置有弹力装置33,本实施例中的弹力装置33为压簧。
在进行工作时,动力装置对床体1的整体进行下压,释放后因为两侧对称设置,因此能够整体向上运动,使得床体1在整个过程中是整体向下,整体向上,模仿成人整体摇哄的动作,使得婴儿更加舒适入睡。
实施例5
本实施例中,如附图8和9所示,包括有床体1、架体2、动力连接件3、可弯曲动力线41和套管42,所述的动力连接件3包括有弹力连接件,所述的弹力连接件为拉簧,拉簧水平放置在床体1与架体2之间,具体放置在床体1的底面和架体2的表面之间。拉簧的一端与床体1连接,另一端与架体2连接。可弯曲动力线41与床体1连接,套管42嵌套设置在可弯曲动力线41外部。
另外还设置有导轨槽5和导轨头,所述的导轨槽5设置在架体2上,所述的导轨头设置在床体1上,导轨头能够与导轨槽5配合,导轨头能在导轨槽5内滑动。
在进行工作时,可弯曲动力线41周期性进行收紧和放松,在收紧时,因为可弯曲动力线41与床体1连接,因此会拉着床体1向收缩方向进行运动,而此时因为拉簧连接这床体1和架体2,而架体2受地面的摩擦力较大,因此看做是固定。所以拉簧会发生形变,产生一定的弹力与可弯曲动力线41的拉力进行抵消,此时床体1会向可弯曲动力线41方向运动,而导轨头和导轨槽5相互配合,固定床体1的运动方向。
在可弯曲动力线41放松时,此时拉簧弹力大于可弯曲动力线41的拉力,因此床体1会朝着弹力方向移动,在移动过程中配合导轨槽5确定的移动路线进行移动。如此往复,可以实现床体1的水平摇哄。
在本实施例中,导轨槽5设置的移动方向要与拉簧弹力的方向平行,可弯曲动力线41的施力方向要与弹力在同一线上。水平摇哄的方向可以根据要求设置成水平摇哄或者是前后摇哄,只需要改变拉簧、导轨槽5、导轨头以及配合的可弯曲动力线41的方向即可。
实施例6
本实施例中,与实施例5的不同之处在于,如附图10所示,转动连接件332设置的床体1和架体2之间,转动连接件332具有两部分,上部分与床体1连接,下部分与架体2连接,上下部分可以相互旋转运动,即床体1和架体2两者可以相互旋转运动;拉簧设置在床体1和架体2之间,拉簧的一端设置在架体2上,另一端设置在床体1上,拉簧的设置方向为压 缩方向是与旋转方向相同。
可弯曲动力线41的施力方向要与弹力在同一线上,因此弹簧会周期性地拉伸和放松,从而带动床体1在拉伸和放松的范围内运动,因为床体1和床架2通过转动连接件进行连接,因此床体会在一定范围内进行圆弧运动。而因为弹簧的压缩范围不会太大,因此这种运动可以视为一定的水平左右转摆摇动,更能模仿父母一般的摇哄方式。
上面结合附图对本实用新型的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本实用新型并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本实用新型宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,包括有床体(1)、架体(2)、动力连接件(3)以及驱动装置(4),所述的动力连接件(3)设置在床体(1)和架体(2)之间,所述的驱动装置(4)包括有可弯曲动力线(41)和动力装置,所述的可弯曲动力线(41)一端与床体(1)连接,所述的可弯曲动力线(41)与动力装置连接,所述的可弯曲动力线(41)外部还设置有套管(42),所述的套管(42)嵌套设置在可弯曲动力线(41)外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的动力连接件(3)设置在床体(1)与架体(2)的的侧面,所述的动力连接件(3)包括有固定锚(31),所述的床体(1)上还包括有提拉口(11),所述的架体(2)上设置有固定口(21),所述的固定锚(31)设置在可弯曲动力线(41)末端;所述的所述的可弯曲动力线(41)通过固定锚(31)卡定设置在固定口(21)内与床体(1)连接,所述的套管(42)的末端卡定设置在提拉口(11)边缘。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,还包括有减力装置(32),所述的床体(1)的边缘还设置有减力连接台(12),所述的减力装置(32)的底面与架体(2)连接,其上表面与减力连接台(12)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3任一所述的婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的的动力连接件(3)数量为不少于2个,且对称设置在床体(1)的两侧面,均与架体(2)连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的动力连接件(3)设置在架体(2)上表面与床体(1)底面之间,所述的动力连接件(3)包括有弹力装置(33),所述的弹力装置(33)竖直设置,其上表面与床体(1)连接,下表面与架体(2)连接,所述的套管(42)的末端卡定设置在架体(2)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的弹力装置(33)包括有塔簧(331),所述的塔簧(331)设置在床体(1)靠近床头的一侧;所述床体(1)床尾与架体(2)通过转轴(22)连接。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的弹力装置(33)包括有塔簧(331);所述的塔簧(331)数量不少于2个,且对称设置在床体(1)与架体(2)之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的动力连接件(3)包括有弹力装置(33),所述的弹力装置(33)水平设置在架体(2)上表面与床体(1)底面之间,所述的弹力装置(33)一端与架体(2)连接,另一端与床体(1)连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的弹力装置(33)包括拉簧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种婴儿摇床,其特征在于,所述的弹力装置(33)还包括有转 动连接件(332),所述的转动连接件一端与架体(2)连接,另一端与床体(1)连接。
