本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种带铰链的建筑外窗结构及具有该结构的铰链安装方法,其结构设计巧妙,装配简单且效率高,采用该结构挂扇可以实现无负重安装(即无需托举窗扇打螺钉),安装过程安全系数高,节省人工。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种带铰链的建筑外窗结构,包括窗框和窗铰链连接的窗扇,窗扇上设有玻璃和窗把手,所述的窗框上设置有平勾槽并加工有五金安装入口,窗铰链的铰链主体包括主体部,主体部弯折成型;第一弯折部,第一弯折部位于主体部一侧且与平勾槽尺寸相匹配;第二弯折部,第二弯折部沿主体部一端下压弯折成型;第三弯折部,第三弯折部位于主体部的中部,第三弯折部与主体部构成的空腔中容置卡件,所述的卡件包括卡槽,卡槽分别与第二弯折部和第三弯折部的尺寸相匹配;延伸部,延伸部与平勾槽扣合连接。
所述的卡件通过五金安装入口嵌装于窗框上。
所述的铰链主体的主体部、第二弯折部和第三弯折部上加工有螺孔。

完成窗框、窗扇和窗铰链的拼装;
将第一块卡件插入第三弯折部与主体部构成的空腔中,然后把窗铰链分别与窗扇的上部下部连接固定;
再将第一卡件从五金安装入口进入并沿平勾槽方向推动窗铰链的至安装位置进行固定;
将第二块卡件从五金安装入口进入并沿平勾槽方向推动至第二弯折部处进行固定。
所述的窗铰链与窗框的固定按照从上至下或者从下至上的顺序进行螺纹连接固定。
所述的窗框均为带平勾槽的窗框,窗框带平勾槽一侧加工有五金安装入口,两个设有五金安装入口的窗框分别安装在窗的顶部和底部,两个无五金安装入口的窗框分别安装在窗的左右两侧。
所述的窗扇通过窗铰链合拢容置于两个设有五金安装入口的窗框和两个无五金安装入口的窗框构成的空腔中。
所述的窗铰链设有两个,卡件设有四个。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置的结构设计巧妙,装配简单且效率高,采用该结构挂扇可以实现无负重安装,即无需托举窗扇打螺钉,安装过程安全系数高,节省人工。

进一步的,所述的窗铰链与窗框的固定按照从上至下或者从下至上的顺序进行螺纹连接固定,即打螺钉固定,所述的窗框均为带平勾槽的窗框,窗框带平勾槽一侧加工有五金安装入口,两个设有五金安装入口的窗框分别安装在窗的顶部和底部,两个无五金安装入口的窗框分别安装在窗的左右两侧,所述的窗扇通过窗铰链合拢容置于两个设有五金安装入口的窗框和两个无五金安装入口的窗框构成的空腔中。所述的窗铰链设有两个,卡件设有四个。
本发明装置中,改进之处在于铰链主体的设计和与之相配合的卡件,同时窗框上加工有卡件的五件安装入口用以辅助其快速安装,以及由上述结构设计带来的不同安装装配方法,其能够实现窗中挺平槽快装,先组框后装中挺,同时免去中挺多道端铣,可减少加工量提高组装效率,能够实现窗扇水平安装,安装时不需挤压五金,避免五金变形破坏,装配过程中挂扇安全性高,拧螺钉时勾槽可承受扇重,不需托举窗扇,不需两人配合挂扇,提升安装效率。平勾槽实现滑动、限位功能及承重功能,五金安装入口实现卡件放入窗框和窗框排水的功能,关闭时不影响外观及排水,还可安装平齐框面的抗风压排水孔盖,最后,就是针对建筑外窗的安装,安全系数高,不会由于误操作而高空落物。
本发明装置中,型材的端铣、钻孔以及配套的螺钉螺纹连接均为现有技术或材料,所属的技术人员根据所需的产品型号和规格,可以直接从市面购买或者订做。
