在其中一个实施例中,所述的沥水结构还包括安装架,所述安装架设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述安装架设有第一装配孔,所述第一连接部可转动地穿设于所述第一装配孔中并与所述驱动件连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述顶推件还包括第二连接部,且所述第二连接部与所述第一连接部连接于所述顶推部相对的两端,所述安装架设有第二装配孔,所述第二连接部可转动地穿设于所述第二装配孔中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装架上设有具有弹性的第一安装凸起,所述第一装配孔开设于所述第一安装凸起上,且所述第一安装凸起还设有与所述第一装配孔连通的压接缺口。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的沥水结构还包括屏蔽罩,所述屏蔽罩罩设于所述驱动件上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的沥水结构还包括安装架,所述安装架设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述驱动件设置于所述安装架上,且所述安装架设有安装孔,所述屏蔽罩设有与所述安装孔卡接的卡扣。
在其中一个实施例中,所述沥水孔的孔壁设有安装台,所述封堵件可滑动地设置于所述沥水孔内并受控启闭所述沥水孔,所述封堵件在封堵所述沥水孔时搭接于所述安装台上。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的沥水结构还包括密封件,所述密封件设置于所述封堵件上、并在所述封堵件封堵所述沥水孔时与所述安装台密封配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述封堵件的侧壁上设有环所述封堵件设置的安装槽,所述密封件包括设置于所述安装槽内的安装部、及与所述安装部连接的密封部,所述密封部在所述封堵件封堵所述沥水孔时与所述安装台密封配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述封堵件靠近所述顶推件的一侧为弧形结构,且所述弧形结构用于与所述顶推部导向配合。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的沥水结构还包括导水件,所述导水件设有沥水通道,所述沥水通道位于所述内锅的外侧并与所述沥水孔连通,所述驱动件设置于所述沥水通道外。
在其中一个实施例中,所述导水件设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述导水件靠近所述内锅 的一端为具有弹性的弹性端,所述弹性端与所述内锅的外侧壁抵接、以使所述导水件与所述内锅密封配合并形成防漏水结构。
在其中一个实施例中,所述的沥水结构还包括安装盘,所述安装盘设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述安装盘设有第一卡接部,所述导水件的外壁设有与所述第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一卡接部为卡扣,所述第二卡接部为卡槽,所述卡扣卡设于所述卡槽内。
在其中一个实施例中,驱动件为电机。
本技术方案还提供了一种烹饪装置,包括如上所述的沥水结构。
上述的烹饪装置应用了上述的沥水结构,驱动件能够驱动顶推部转动,并使顶推部与封堵件接触或分离,当驱动件驱动顶推部转动至与封堵件接触时,顶推部能够顶推封堵件,使得封堵件在内锅上移动,从而使沥水孔被打开,此时,内锅中的水能够从沥水孔流出。上述的沥水结构中,通过驱动件直接驱动顶推部转动,然后使顶推部顶推封堵件、以使沥水孔被打开,结构简单、可靠。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及具体实施方式,对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本申请,并不限定本申请的保护范围。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

如图1所示,一实施例涉及的一种沥水结构,包括:内锅100、封堵件400及顶推组件300。
如图2-4所示,具体地,内锅100设有贯穿内锅100的内外两侧的沥水孔101;封堵件400可移动地设置于内锅100上并受控启闭沥水孔101;顶推组件300包括具有顶推部311的顶推件310、及与顶推件310驱动连接的驱动件320,顶推部311位于内锅100的外侧并与封堵件400可接触配合,驱动件320受控驱动顶推件310转动、以使顶推部311能够与封堵件400接触并顶推封堵件400、以使沥水孔101被打开。
上述的沥水结构中,驱动件320能够驱动顶推部311转动,并使顶推部311与封堵件400接触或分离,当驱动件320驱动顶推部311转动至与封堵件400接触时,顶推部311能够顶推封堵件400,使得封堵件400在内锅100上移动,从而使沥水孔101被打开,此时,内锅100中的水能够从沥水孔101流出。上述的沥水结构中,通过驱动件320直接驱动顶推部311转动,然后使顶推部311顶推封堵件400、以使沥水孔101被打开,结构简单、可靠。
如图2、图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,沥水孔101开设于内锅100的底部并贯穿内锅100的内外两侧,沥水孔101的孔壁设有安装台110,封堵件400可滑动地设置于沥水孔101内并受控启闭沥水孔101,封堵件400在封堵沥水孔101时搭接于安装台110上,且封堵件400与沥水孔101的孔壁滑动配合,当封堵件400沿沥水孔101的孔壁朝远离安装台110的一侧滑动时,封堵件400会渐渐与沥水孔101的孔壁分离,从而使得沥水孔101被打开。
进一步地,沥水结构还包括密封件800,密封件800设置于封堵件400上并在封堵件400封堵沥水孔101时与安装台110密封配合。如此,可以保证封堵件400在封堵沥水孔101时的密封性,避免水从封堵件400与安装台110之间的间隙中渗漏出去。
如图3所示,具体地,封堵件400的侧壁上设有环封堵件400设置的安装槽,密封件800包括设置于安装槽内的安装部810、及与安装部810连接的密封部820,密封部820在封堵件400封堵沥水孔101时与安装台110密封配合。安装部810设置在安装槽内,用于实现密封件800的安装,密封部820用于密封安装台110与封堵件400之间的间隙。
更具体地,密封件800为环状,且密封件800为由弹性橡胶制成的弹性构件,安装台110也为环状,密封件800的安装部810与安装槽过盈配合,密封件800的密封部820设置在封堵件400靠近安装台110的一侧、并在封堵件400封堵沥水孔101时与安装台110抵接。
如图2、图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,顶推件310还包括与顶推部311连接的第一连接部312,驱动件320与第一连接部312驱动连接,驱动件320用于驱动第一连接部312旋转、并使顶推部311绕一旋转中心线转动、以使顶推部311与封堵件400接触或分离。
具体地,第一连接部312与顶推部311沿垂直于第一连接部312的旋转中心线的方向间隔设置,驱动件320用于驱动第一连接部312旋转、并使顶推部311绕第一连接部312的旋转中心线转动、以使顶推部311与封堵件400接触或分离。驱动件320能够直接驱动第一连接部312进行自传,且由于顶推部311与第一连接部312沿垂直于第一连接部312的旋转中心线的方向间隔设置,第一连接部312转动时能够带动顶推部311绕第一连接部312的旋转中心线转动。当顶推部311朝向封堵件400转动的时候,顶推部311会渐渐顶推封堵件400,从而使得封堵件400朝背离安装台110的方向滑动,使得封堵件400与沥水孔101的孔壁分离,从而使得沥水孔101被打开。
更具体地,所述的第一连接部312及顶推部311均为轴状,驱动件320用于驱动第一连接部312沿其轴向转动,所述的第一连接部312与顶推部311沿垂直于第一连接部312 的旋转中心线的方向间隔设置指的是,第一连接部312与顶推部311沿第一连接部312的径向间隔设置。
可选地,驱动件320可以是电机或旋转气缸等旋转驱动件320。
需要说明的是,第一连接部312与顶推部311可以相对设置,也可以相互偏离,只需满足第一连接部312与顶推部311沿垂直于第一连接部312的旋转中心线的方向间隔排布即可。
具体到本实施例中,顶推部311位于第一连接部312靠近封堵件400的一侧,如此,驱动件320在驱动第一连接部312转动时只需要在180°的范围内进行转动,而不需要将第一连接部312进行完整的360°旋转,节省驱动件320的能源消耗量。
需要说明的是,上述的沥水结构应用到电饭煲、电磁炉、电火锅、电压力锅等烹饪装置中后,封堵件400位于顶推件310沿重力方向的上方,当顶推部311旋转到与封堵件400分离的位置时,封堵件400在重力的作用下会自动复位、以封堵沥水孔101。
如图3-4所示,进一步地,封堵件400靠近顶推件310的一侧为弧形结构,且弧形结构用于与顶推部311导向配合。如此,当顶推部311在顶推封堵件400的时候,可以顺着封堵件400的弧度渐渐顶推封堵件400,避免封堵件400卡着顶推部311,以使顶推件310无法再继续转动并无法从封堵件400的底部顶推封堵件400。
可选地,封堵件400为重锤块或塞子等能够封堵沥水孔101的部件。
图1-2、图6-7所示,在其中一个实施例中,沥水结构还包括安装架600,安装架600设置于内锅100的外侧,安装架600设有第一装配孔611,第一连接部312可转动地穿设于第一装配孔611中。第一连接部312穿设于第一装配孔611中,用于实现第一连接部312的限位。
如图2、6-7所示,具体地,安装架600为烹饪装置上的磁条支架,安装架600与内锅100的底部间隔相对设置,安装架600远离内锅100的一侧设有第一安装凸起610,第一装配孔611开设于第一安装凸起610上,驱动件320设置于安装架600远离内锅100的一侧,第一连接部312与驱动件320连接并可转动地穿设于第一装配孔611中,顶推部311通过安装架600上的通孔640与封堵件400相对设置。
进一步地,顶推件310还包括与顶推部311连接的第二连接部313,且第二连接部313与第一连接部312连接于顶推部311的相对两端,安装架600设有第二装配孔621,第二连接部313可转动地穿设于第二装配孔621中。第二连接部313可转动地穿设于第二装配孔621中,用于实现第二连接部313的限位,如此,顶推件310的第一连接部312及第二连接部313分别可转动地穿设于第一装配孔611及第二装配孔621中,有利于提高顶推件 310安装的稳定性,并保证力矩传递的可靠性。
具体到本实施例中,顶推件310呈“几”字形,在“几”字形的顶推件310中,顶推件310的顶部为顶推部311,顶推件310的两侧分别是第一连接部312及第二连接部313,且顶推部311、第一连接部312及第二连接部313均可以是轴状或长条状。
如图6-7所示,在其中一个实施例中,安装架600上设有具有弹性的第一安装凸起610,第一装配孔611开设于第一安装凸起610上,且第一安装凸起610还设有与第一装配孔611连通的压接缺口612。在安装过程中,首先在安装架600上预装驱动件320,然后将第二连接部313穿设在第二装配孔621中,之后再将第一连接部312通过第一压接缺口612压入第一装配孔611中,再将第一连接部312与驱动件320装配,安装方便。
具体地,第一安装凸起610采用弹性塑料、弹性钢或弹性合金制成,压接缺口612开设于第一安装凸起610远离内锅100的一侧,方便第一连接部312压入第一装配孔611中。当然,压接缺口612也可以开设于第一安装凸起610的其他部位,只要满足第一连接部312能够通过压接缺口612压入第一装配孔611即可。
如图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,沥水结构还包括屏蔽罩700,屏蔽罩700罩设于驱动件320上。屏蔽罩700可以避免驱动件320由于烹饪装置在加热过程中受到热辐射被加热,提高驱动件320的可靠性。
其中,所述屏蔽罩700由隔热材料制成。
如图7-8所示,进一步地,安装架600设有安装孔630,屏蔽罩700设有与安装孔630卡接的卡扣710。如此,可以实现屏蔽罩700的固定,通过卡扣710固定屏蔽罩700的方式结构简单,装拆方便。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,沥水结构还包括导水件200,导水件200设有沥水通道201,沥水通道201位于内锅100的外侧并与沥水孔101连通,驱动件320设置于沥水通道201外。驱动件320设置在沥水通道201外,如此,沥水通道201内的水便不会流到驱动件320上,避免驱动件320遇水后遭到损坏。
具体地,沥水结构还包括安装盘500,安装盘500设置于内锅100的外侧,安装盘500设有第一卡接部510,导水件200的外壁设有与第一卡接部510卡接的第二卡接部220。如此,可以实现导水件200的安装,且由于第一卡接部510设置于导水件200的外壁,因此,可以保证导水件200的沥水通道201的空间使用率,从而保证水从沥水通道201通过的速率。另外,第一卡接部510设置于导水件200的外壁,更方便导水件200的清洗。
如图1、图2所示,更具体地,安装盘500为烹饪装置上的绕线盘,安装盘500设置在安装架600与内锅100之间,第一卡接部510为设置于绕线盘上的卡扣,第二卡接部 220为开设于导水件200外侧的卡槽,卡扣卡设于卡槽内。导水件200通过卡槽实现安装盘500与导水件200的安装,结构简单,装拆方便。
进一步地,导水件200设置于内锅100的外侧,导水件200靠近内锅100的一端为具有弹性的弹性端210,弹性端210与内锅100的外侧壁抵接、以使导水件200与内锅100密封配合并形成防漏水结构。如此,可以防止水从导水件200与内锅100之间的间隙中漏出,影响烹饪装置的使用。
具体地,沥水通道201的进水口开设于导水件200的弹性端210,且沥水通道201的进水口与沥水孔101相对设置,弹性端210抵接在沥水孔101的周围,以实现导水件200与内锅100的密封。
可选地,可以是整个导水件200采用弹性橡胶等弹性材料制成,也可以只有导水件200靠近内锅100的一端采用弹性橡胶等弹性材料制成,只要保证导水件200与内锅100密封即可。
一实施例还涉及一种烹饪装置,包括如上所述的沥水结构。
所述的烹饪装置可以是电饭煲、电磁炉、电火锅、电压力锅等。
上述的烹饪装置中,驱动件320能够驱动顶推部311转动,并使顶推部311与封堵件400接触或分离,当驱动件320驱动顶推部311转动至与封堵件400接触时,顶推件310能够顶推封堵件400,使得封堵件400在内锅100上移动,从而使沥水孔101被打开,此时,内锅100中的水能够从沥水孔101流出。上述的沥水结构中,通过驱动件320直接驱动顶推部311转动,然后使顶推部311顶推封堵件400、以使沥水孔101被打开,结构简单、可靠。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种沥水结构,其特征在于,包括:
    内锅,所述内锅设有贯穿所述内锅的内外两侧的沥水孔;
    封堵件,所述封堵件可移动地设置于所述内锅上并受控启闭所述沥水孔;及
    顶推组件,所述顶推组件包括具有顶推部的顶推件、及与所述顶推件驱动连接的驱动件;
    其中,所述顶推部位于所述内锅的外侧并与所述封堵件可接触配合,所述驱动件受控驱动所述顶推部转动至与所述封堵件接触,并顶推所述封堵件开启所述沥水孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述顶推件还包括与所述顶推部连接的第一连接部,所述驱动件与所述第一连接部驱动连接,并受控驱动所述顶推部绕一旋转中心线转动至与所述封堵件接触或分离;
    或所述顶推件还包括与所述顶推部连接的第一连接部,所述驱动件与所述第一连接部驱动连接并用于驱动所述第一连接部转动,所述顶推部与所述第一连接部沿垂直于所述第一连接部的旋转中心线的方向间隔设置,所述驱动件受控驱动所述顶推部绕所述第一连接部的旋转中心线转动至与所述封堵件接触或分离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,还包括安装架,所述安装架设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述安装架设有第一装配孔,所述第一连接部可转动地穿设于所述第一装配孔中并与所述驱动件连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述顶推件还包括第二连接部,且所述第二连接部与所述第一连接部连接于所述顶推部相对的两端,所述安装架设有第二装配孔,所述第二连接部可转动地穿设于所述第二装配孔中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述安装架上设有具有弹性的第一安装凸起,所述第一装配孔开设于所述第一安装凸起上,且所述第一安装凸起还设有与所述第一装配孔连通的压接缺口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,还包括屏蔽罩,所述屏蔽罩罩设于所述驱动件上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,还包括安装架,所述安装架设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述驱动件设置于所述安装架上,且所述安装架设有安装孔,所述屏蔽罩设有与所述安装孔卡接的卡扣。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述沥水孔的孔壁设有安装台,所述封堵件可滑动地设置于所述沥水孔内并受控启闭所述沥水孔,所述封堵件在封堵所述沥水孔时搭接于所述安装台上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,还包括密封件,所述密封件设置于所述封堵件上、并在所述封堵件封堵所述沥水孔时与所述安装台密封配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述封堵件的侧壁上设有环所述封堵件设置的安装槽,所述密封件包括设置于所述安装槽内的安装部、及与所述安装部连接的密封部,所述密封部在所述封堵件封堵所述沥水孔时与所述安装台密封配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述封堵件靠近所述顶推件的一侧为弧形结构,且所述弧形结构用于与所述顶推部导向配合。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,还包括导水件,所述导水件设有沥水通道,所述沥水通道位于所述内锅的外侧并与所述沥水孔连通,所述驱动件设置于所述沥水通道外。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述导水件设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述导水件靠近所述内锅的一端为具有弹性的弹性端,所述弹性端与所述内锅的外侧壁抵接、以使所述导水件与所述内锅密封配合并形成防漏水结构。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,还包括安装盘,所述安装盘设置于所述内锅的外侧,所述安装盘设有第一卡接部,所述导水件的外壁设有与所述第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,所述第一卡接部为卡扣,所述第二卡接部为卡槽,所述卡扣卡设于所述卡槽内。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15任一项所述的沥水结构,其特征在于,驱动件为电机。
  17. 一种烹饪装置,其特征在于,包括如上权利要求1-16任一项所述的沥水结构。
